It was of great honour for me and my brother @vascoandrewate to share our dance career and the cultural background we come from. Talking about my projects in Uganda 🇺🇬 to the fellow dancers was lovely as many of them now have picked up interest of coming to Uganda so that they can experience that slum village life. I also got opportunity to share a documentary which I featured in called "#Love is a Journey" filmed by @bluemarbleday then talking about the recent documentary coming out soon has people at the camp watched the trailer of #BeyondTheBeat documentary with my two other friends that's @messageg and @totem_mc featured in also done by @bluemarbleday, just stay tuned for the release of the full documentary soon. Getting Into Warrior I Pose:  Begin in High Lunge with your right leg forward. If you are in correct stance, your right knee should be directly over your right ankle. Your right toes should point straight ahead and your left toes should be pointed 45-60 degrees away from your body. Make sure your right heel is in line with your left heel, then engage your legs by pressing through your feet. Bring your hands to your hips, squaring your hips and shoulders straight ahead. Then, relax your shoulders down your back and gently draw them together. Inhale and lift your arms straight up over your head, palms facing each other. If possible, bring your palms together. Now, reach up strongly through your arms. Avoid puffing out your sides; rather lift through your sternum so you can feel a nice stretch in your entire torso and spine. Keep your shoulders relaxed and chest lifted. To deepen the stretch, keep your palms together and gently arch your back, gazing up towards the ceiling. Remember, your body is a temple capable of miraculous things. Feel strength and stability in your stance. Breathe deep and steady for several breaths. To release, come back into high lunge, straighten the right leg, pivot your body 90 degress to the left, and point your toes in the same direction. Extend your arms out to your sides and you will be in Utthita Hasta Padasana (Extended Hands and Feet Pose). Life before Awakening Looking back on my life before that eventful day in 1993 , I see my spiritual path had been predestined. My mother once told me that, as a child, I had no interest in material things, that I didn't care for balloons, whistles, or other toys as other children did. Remaining quiet, understanding, content, and happy, I would simply hold my mother's finger and walk quietly with her. I wondered if this was a carryover from a previous life or a new behavior. While in college, I was honored by being named captain of the computer team. Maybe I should have experienced some special pride at wearing the medal proclaiming me captain, but I did not. Always an excellent student as well as a good athlete, I enjoyed extracurricular activities. Yet I never took the pleasure in my accomplishments that it seemed I should have. In any gathering, I found myself alone, even though my skills as dancer and computer expert should have given me recognition and companionship. Always preferring solitude, sitting alone, and thinking, I would coax and cajole myself into treading the unfrequented ways. Not that I did not like the company of people; I simply needed regular time for introspection and the search for meaning in my life. I used to feel a sort of constructive dissatisfaction with regard to material objects and worldly relation. I will be sharing more stories now this is the beginning now of my life journal, yesterday people are busy celebrating and I was meditating and thanking God and the universe for the gift of life with the encourage of working with the communities.
