Between "Marked" and "Anti-Social" implying that Ink5oul had been "stealing" tattoos from dead bodies and I might be stretching this, but I think that's where they get their "secret" inspiration from.

What does, the first tattooist in London, to tattoo in colors other that black or red, have to do with it?

First to patten a tattoo gun.

What colors have they used so far, cuz Sutherland never succeeded at a yellow.

He had to cut pieces of himself off due to testing the yellows on himself.

He played music at his studio!?

He claimed they where painless, but used cocaine in his ink/needle.

Started with Sailor Designes!

He sold subscriptions to getting tattoos!

He tattooed the snake! On a George Edwards, some posh dude, don't know nothing about him, must research, maybe it's nothing.

His stuff fell out of fashion

No apprentices we know of.

Still did (claimed) to have tattooed some high profile folk.

His style of tattooing did not leave a legacy.

And his style did not survive (die by the 1920s)

Real bragger, claimed he tattooed a lot of famous people, and claimed he used live snakes to pose on models for his snake tattoos (they where actually very impressive)

1st self promoting tattoo artist, would have been great on TikTok, he was media savvy for his time!

A Tom Riley was his biggest competitor, once also claimed to have tattooed the royal family. This upset him. He had a bit of a dick measuring contests in advertisements at the time by adding more colors to the ads.

Did not adapt his style

His studio was bombed, very little of his survived.

Beneath the Skin is officially live!

Months after the events of "My Head is an Animal", Violet deals with the lingering aftermath of her coming out. When a storm forces her and Huey to take shelter together, they discover just how much that night impacted their relationship, with a few major revelations along the way.

You voted, and we listened! Not only is today the 6th anniversary of DuckTales '17, but it's also the anniversary of my Violet fic "My Head is an Animal". What better way to celebrate than with a sequel, this time with 100% more Huey Duck!

I had a good time writing this, even if my updates didn't seem so at times. That's writing life. I hope you'll enjoy this story too.
