Does anyone else think Matt has somehow gotten even hotter...?!
I kind of hope I don't feel like this, because he - like Fisk points out in the trailer - seems to be doing well. He clearly has more money and can afford the nice things he deserves....
But maybe it's more than that.
I mean, not that he wasn't always a pleasant sight, not to mention... cocky, charming, cute, confident... somehow lots of words starting with a c...
The beard does work for him...
I think on a very superficial level the new show is already delivering... They know what they are doing showing us these shower scenes.... While there is a curious lack of shots with a shirtless Matt covered in blood these are making up for it so far.
But let's remember most of what we saw will be from the first few episodes and what I see is a guy who seems a bit more adjusted, more smooth and sure of himself. Still angry and sassy, but also in control to some extent. I'm happy for him.
All in all this looks like a guy who has a lot to lose and I'm looking forward to watching his life fall apart bit by bit, picking up the pieces and until he finally has to fight back like he used to. If that is what is in store, then I'm ready for it.
