Woes of Phoenix :)

Did this on a whim last night and just finished this tonight, based off this piece from John E. Sheridan!!! I was looking at Leyendecker the other day and stumbled on John E. Sheridan in the same vein :0

Anyways I like Phoenix :)

I wish it wasn't midnight so I had the energy to draw a chubby Soren or two. Been too long since I've drawn my favorite squishmallow.

Here's a recent sketch of him after a chip binge.

Fred clearly didn't mind that his handkerchief was already soaked in soap and water, and pressed it against his own face, over both of his eyes. He whimpered again, instilled with the same need to not disappoint his Boss as the rest of the egg boiz. But this task... it was always... so difficult!

"Scary," he answered swiftly, already cowering at the sound of the rest of the eggs brushing the sharp ends of their shells. Logically, the egg knew that there was no way out of this chore and that he had already survived it almost sixty times without ever getting injured, but his feelings were not so easily convinced.

"...Boss helps me," he announced with a pout, clumsily climbing over the stool to reach his yellow toothbrush, which he hated to look at, never mind touch.

He pushed the brush and its cup towards Alastor and hid his eyes behind his tiny hands ahead of time. But at least he was complying, in a way.

"You better be careful, Boss," Frank interjected, his own shell nearly dry. "Fred's got a big cry."

Once he felt as though his face was relatively soap-free (with some help from his own handkerchief that made for a much easier task), he lightly folded the little counterpart that the egg had given him. Intending to return it, he noted the little egg's hesitation, one of his red ears giving a slight flick in some moderate agitation until Frank chimed in.

Alastor still had no idea what a five-gee network was, but he assumed it did not matter much. The egg named Fred was having a bit of an emotional moment. Not immediately sure of what to do about it, Alastor knew that there was likely some encouragement to be had.

He leaned then, giving Fred a light poke with a claw before offering the tiny tissue back to him.

"And why would that be, my slightly-spherical friend? Is there some sort of concern? Because if we don't follow this routine, I'm sure your Master will have something to say about it."

To Alastor, probably. And he was not interested in being lectured for poor babysitting skills.

- Sweet and bubbly personality

- skilled w/spear

- Loves dresses and jewelry

Domi (doh-mee)

- short head tail

- "ears" that stick out from under head flippers

- not as tall as other zora his age

- quiet and kinda nerdy

- hates training (prefers to be reading), but is good with bow and arrow
