I was speaking to an old friend last night trying to catch up after not talking for a long time. She decided to bring up the 2016 election. I had been at the bar watching the results roll in with another friend and he and I started to literally cry into our beers when they called it for Trump.
She then giggled after reminiscing and told me she had voted early for Trump this year.

My pen tablet mysteriously stopped working exactly seven days after its warranty expired
This morning, it was functioning just fine. At lunchtime, it didn't want to connect anymore
The lights are still on, the cable is working just fine, all settings and drivers haven't been tampered with for weeks, but it kicked the proverbial bucket at the most inopportune time possible
