Open RP: Making a Deal

I've been on something of a weird Poppy Playtime and Murder Drones kick lately, so I did what any sane person would do and made up a stupid little crossover AU of it, called "Resource Extraction Robots"! I'm happy to ramble about it if anyone wants, but so far, here's Uzi's design for it!

I used a mix of her canon look, and her appearance from the concept art. I also somewhat based her sweater around the dev-exclusive sweater, and her grapback is based on the lavender color scheme.

And for anyone going "Where are her pack hands?!?!?!" I'm using the excuse of 'the grab pack is a custom one that can retract/store it's hand-things' so I don't have to draw the dumb things.

For yesterday’s prompt, Crossover! The whole idea of Springtrap VS Cyn captivated me cuz I love both characters, and then it just made me go down a whole bunch of rabbit holes with ideas, and I had an idea…FNAF/Murder Drones crossover fic, where JCJenson was making Worker Drones in the 1980s, and William Afton adopted one discarded drone named Cyn and raised her to fill the void left behind when he got his actual daughter Elizabeth killed. Sorta like “Springtrap and Deliah” but they’re both horrible people so I’m not trying to make you feel bad for a serial killer, and also I’m not shipping them XD

SOMETHING HAPPENED TWICE

BECAUSE

let's start from the obvious, it's a crossover that nobody waited for or asked for, but autism is an infectious thingie, and when two friends share a fallen london/sunless sea hyperfixation, and one of them also has a murder drones hyperfixation, creating a silly crossover is just a matter of time

from the less obvious side, i've made this in uhh TWO HOURS??? THREE????? this thing was just a small distraction, and it was definitely a good distraction, and it's funny that i was going to say in the next post that i need to learn to draw faster, DRAWING FAST FEELS NICE BUT, UH???

sometime in the future i want to make a full detailed post on this situation i think, but i'm gonna say that earlier we also had fl with characters from md, because of KHANate (fraction in the Neath) and because Neath has a lot of bat-related stuff in general (hehe mr bites), and we also joked about N being a sequencer, and about a CYNQUENCER (and that the Commodore would adopt Cyn, therefore N as well, cute)

but literally NOT TOO LONG AGO something happened and now it's all in reverse

AND WHO COULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD CREATE EVEN MORE SITUATIONS THAT BEFORE

and one of those is

a sequencer with the solver

i've thought it would be fun to make the Exile a host of the solver, because she's a sequencer, and because of the dawn machine in canon she can't entirely follow her philosophy (which includes uhh, giving her name away?? honestly i still dont fully understand what's it's all about, but i assume its one of the not so many ways to die permanently in the neath, or something close to that?), and in this case it's also affecting the solver in some way (at least visually for sure lol (i don't advise you to look at it for too long))

@thedecadentdetectivetyrant, @captainhysunstuff and @ro4dlj reblogged my "N as N" art and their comments inspired me to go further into this concept. How long will I take it? IDK, but I had so much fun with Kira Cyn.

The Murder Note name was a super predictable, but I still think is fun

Here, the solver and her are two separate entities, the solver being the shinigami that follows her around.

It's addiction in this iteration? Tea, of course. And is eldritch Cyn design for creepiness factor XD

Still figuring out how the note would work...

The note is actually a super high tech, remote control thing that 'kills' a drone whose serial number is written on?

The solver giving the 'power' to see each drone's serial number and their 'expiration date' as the equivalent of the shinigami eyes thing? XD

What do you think? Help me out!

Also, you should totally check @thedecadentdetectivetyrant's art of Light and L as drones. Is basically this whole thing but backwards, it's great!

Hello from Outpost 3!

Hello! My name is Bumblebee, or just Bee for short, but you can also call me Badassatron. I am a Heavy Drone living in Outpost 3, part of the class of 2072, and I intend to be a vehicle repair drone once I graduate come May.

I'm making this blog as part of a class project with my friend Hot Rod, who will be co-administrators with me for this (hopefully FUN) little experiment. Our other classmates ought to be joining this blog in the next few days, but until then, ask us anything!

...So long as it relates to our class, our outpost, or about what it's like living here. Trailbreaker told us that there can't be any questions that are sexualizing, inappropriate, or "lewd" (whatever that means), or else this blog will have to be shut down.

That aside, it's like he said. We got an assignment in our homeroom class; the goal’s to be as popular as we can. Whatever class gets most popular blog, either ours or Mr. Vernon's, wins... something. Trailbreaker refuses to tell us what it is, but Whirl thinks it's a trip to the surface. Don't know why she thinks that, there's nothing up there but a frigid, snowy wasteland where there's no natural light source from the ceiling/sky.

And the Murder Drones, of course. They're why Mr. Doorman put up those blast doors in the first place.

Where the aftons are close friends or related to Elliot’s and that micheal doesn’t die after Fnaf 6 six but somehow comes back he’s still the living purple thing he was in 6 though and part corpse part living thing and this au Tessa is taken away from abusive family and her and her drones taken in by micheal and he uses this chance as a chance to be a better person

The second drone I've drawn for the "Resource Extraction Robots" AU! This time, it's V. Or 'V-II', as she's known here.

I should preface (because I don't recall if I did on Uzi's post) that in this AU, everyone is a worker drone and thus has their worker drone personality, meaning we don't get girlboss murder drone V, but rather the SUPER anxious wet cat that is V-II. She's shy, is usually pushed around and bullied by the likes of drones such as Lizzy, and an absolute people-pleaser. However, she's one of Uzi's closest friends, and supports her purple buddy's desire to help dronekind and solve the Playtime Co. mystery. I think if I were to fully write a fic about the AU, V-II's whole 'arc' would revolve around coming out of her shell and gaining confidence as The Horrors™️ decide to pop up more.

Her grapback is somewhat based on the Olive color scheme, and I used the colors of the Maid Mommy monster skin for her dress.
