Right now I'm watching the second movie and I totally forgot what it was about and these are my thoughts on it.

(Watching the german dub just in case you wonder why I keep complaining about the voice actors)

I remember that the believix song wasn't dubbed into German for the movie, so I'm a bit surprised that they covered the main title song.

They pronounce Magix as very German ma-giks...Why suddenly?? who did the dubbing who was responsible for this

Actually I tend to be pissed when they get new voice actors for certain characters but I have to say that in case of Darcy in this, I don't even mind her having Diaspro's voice (even though Darcy is the only member of the Trix who has constantly the same voice in German during all seasons, the movies are whyever the only exception) - which is btw the voice of Kim Possible in Germany ...which is kind of weird but the voice sounds very alike to our Darcy's normal voice, so it's ok and she really does a great job

In Blooms case on the other hand I'd be glad if she had another voice like in movie #1 and not her usual annoying squeaking

BITCH, I AM ALIVE AND BACK but i'm mentally unwell lol

Hello everyone, remember me? The michael slut, i mean, THE michael slut? yes, i am alive. well, no, i just JUST finished peaky (literally, 5 minutes ago) and i've been writting down my thoughts from various scenes. I will start to post again, and EVERYTHING that contains a spoiler will be in the TW! so, without further ado, here is my hot take on scenes and what they made me feel, think, understand and love. Some, are just thots, and some thoughts are Oxford-Harvard-Yale entrance exam worthy. Yes, i believe i am that good sometimes.

anyway, TW: SEASON 6 SPOILERS UNDER THE CUT

Honestly, this first scene… I love it. We all know I am a sucker for Michael, and I love him very very much. The whole dead nature and the whole gothic style the show has embraced is something unexpected, yet it makes so much sense they went this way and the show developed like this. I remember Tommy using blue shirts, Grace’s pinks, and some colour here and there.

This scene, with Tom Hardy, is ep2: “the last act for my opera”, the jazz hands, the hip thing he did… Alfie has lost the plot. No thoughts, only a small cat with cute eyes in his mind. He looks as if his cancer was getting better, we remember he had that awful pink thing, but I don’t know if it’s because what they did to save him because of the shot he got from Tommy. I love how much and yet so less we know about the characters, that, I believe, is the whole Tommy effect: you know who he is, how he looks like, but you NEVER know what’s happening with him, to him, because of him. Anyway, back to Alfie: I’m extremely happy he’s back on track, trying to tear down some north American empire. Also reminds me of "listen here, sweetie".

Okay, this scene with Jack Nelson. The shot is absolutely majestic. It tastes exquisite, like actually tastes. It also makes me feel unsettled. At first, I thought it was Tommy but turned out to be Jack. I don’t have much to say, but I’ll try to explain the only thing it makes me feel: have you seen that bride’s corpse movie? Where the little dude has a knife on his stomach and when he drinks the beer, it leaves through his stomach because he has a hole? This shot reminds me EXACTLY of that. Am I insane? Probably. But it leaves me satisfied yet depressed like OH RIGHT. On to the next thing about this shot, this church reminded me a lot of the church where Tommy and Grace got married.

“I just read pornography and politics.” She feels like a pick me type of girl, almost fake. Like, she’s trying to be this male fantasy. Don’t get me wrong, I’m liking this character, bold and disrespectful, yet classy and snake-y type of girl, she’s well written, and she looks like she hides things, I’m loving it. Her and Tommy have a past, I am CERTAIN (I’m writing this while I have to finish ep 5 and 6, so we’ll see if I was right). Everything she does feels calculated and I thrive for that, she also makes me think she’s Tommy Shelby but as a woman, the Egyptian jar and all… she’s a smart girlie, and we stan forever a smart girlie.

Okay, WE GOT THE WALK. I like how Arthur is looking down, makes me think as if he was ashamed to be like he was in the old times, but then I’m like “maybe he’s ashamed of what everyone knows about him?” addiction is something that people feel a lot of shame about… But what if this is a small pep talk he’s giving himself? Btw, the tallest one is Daryl aka Isaiah and OH MY LORD !! WHAT !! give this guy more screen time because I fell quick, hard, and forever, good lord. Also, talking about Isaiah, I love how they didn’t make him just a “party animal” and they gave him a proper job, a girlie… This is what we needed for him.

I WILL NEVER SHUT UP ABOUT THIS FUCKING SCENE LIKE WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKKKKKKKKK.

Okay: we ALL knew ruby was going to die, it was clear as day. But, this scene and the lightning. The use of lights is a thing of never-ending possibilities. And they KNOW this (we know that) and use it to the maximum extent -we also know this, but it HAS to be admired. In this particular second, Lizzie says something along the lines of “and now they put her with the dead people”, and she’s illuminated with the light of a car. Light à illumination à knowledge. I think that was the phrase that made her have this epiphany, hence the light hitting her (replace the word light with fact, and there you go.) It wasn’t the first time she said it, though. She said “she left, 5:17.” Various times, and explained to tommy how it was, and then she said “and now they put her where dead people are. They put her with the dead.” And lightened her, completely, and then she falls on the ground and starts to cry. And I have never seen such a beautiful yet painful allegory.

Okay, let’s talk about THIS MASTERPIECE.

First, let’s talk about Arthur’s psychosis: “I thought they would be full of blood”. Even though, they are not, they are. Every single brick in that house, was afforded with blood. And everything is stained with blood, Tommy even acknowledged it in that scene where he’s shaking hands and goes “My hands have blood” “Oh, mine too”. So, that blood in the barrel, could not only be his deteriorated mental state, but also his guilt. Maybe, the barrel he was drinking from was already open, and he didn’t want to open another one because opening another barrel would be opening up his bottled trauma, and he would end up hanging himself, or drowning in the wine. (now, change wine for guilt.)

I wholeheartedly believe Arthur will OD in this final season. (HE DIDNT OH MY GOD)

Now, the conversation they had in this scene: Tommy telling him how he knew Arthur wanted Tommy to win, because Arthur has been battling addiction for EVER, the memory he talks about, they were 9 and 12. Arthur allowed Tommy to win, because… maybe he was afraid? Shame and regret are two things VERY present in Arthur, and I think they will end up killing him. Even though he has a strong will power, I don’t believe it to be strong enough. End of ep 4, where he is getting WAY too high… I think by the end of ep 5, he will be dead in an alley.

In the end, when everything is shit, when everything is broken, when everything is a mess and everyone is ready to quit... they still have eachother. Alfie saying "if you want to talk about your feelings go to someone that cares" BULLSHIT ALFIE BULLSHIIIIITTTTT they work SO well together. I love this duo.

It was a funeral. A funeral for the old tommy. The tommy that gave up on everything, the tommy that was, but not during season 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. I'm talking about the master shift that there was in his character in season 6: a cleaner, yet even darker and more toxic Tommy. And, someone else buried him -be it Mosley, the doctor, etc.- and this other person did what he couldn't bring himself to. And this time, he came back from the dead. And, just like he said in s4 "we were dead once, the rest doesn't matter" or something like that, in john's funeral... this time, it DOES matter. And this upcoming movie is going to fuck us into our next life.

“Come on, Y/N you always take forever to get ready when it comes to interviews,” your boyfriend Jaeden said through your dressing room door .

You were about to be on the Jimmy Fallon show which was a dream of yours. Playing Annabelle Tozier in IT  made your acting career take off drastically.

“Babe, you know it takes a while for me to look pretty,” you said as you opened the door.

“No because you always look pretty, Y/N,” Jaeden said with a smile on his face.

You smiled at what he said, but your moment was interrupted by the one and only Jack Dylan Grazer.

“Awwww look at these two cutiesssss,” Jack said in a sing-song voice.

“Oh shut it, Grazer,” you said to him. He just smiled and walked off.

You saw the rest of the cast in the green room and decided to sit next to your on screen ‘brother’.

“Hey Finnie,” you said while sitting next to him.

“Hey Y/N,” Finn said while wrapping his arm around you.

Finn was one of your best friends. Even though you guys played siblings in the movie, you had a great off-screen relationship.

This made Jaeden jealous sometimes, but you assured him that Finn was really just a friend.

“Ugh, I’m bored. I just want to be on the show now and eat food,” Jack said loudly.

“Jack, can you not be so loud please? You’re hurting my ears.”

Jack was thinking about it until he started to say words even louder than before.

You gave Jack a death glare and he put up his hands in surrender. You smirked at the end knowing you won victory.

Everyone else also laughed at how Jack was scared of you. Honestly, before the cast met you, they all  were intimidated with your snarky attitude and your rbf.

“Babe, stop scaring Jack before he pees his pants,” Jaeden said to you.

“Whatever, but you’re still annoying Grazer,” you pointed at Jack.

Jaeden signed and pulled you into a hug. “Y/N I promise you you’ll do fine.”

You nodded and prepared to walk out onto the stage where Jimmy Fallon was sitting.

“And now I would like to introduce to you the cast of It Chapter 2!”

Everyone started clapping and  cheering for you guys.

You took your seat and sat between Finn and Jaeden.

“Hi guys, it’s great to have you guys back on my show!” Jimmy was one of my favurite talk shows, so this was an honor.

You all did your introductions on what our characters would be like in the movie.

You blanked out for a little bit, but then you heard your name being called which made you get out of your trance.

“So Y/N, you’re new here on my show and on the IT cast tell us about you and your character?”

“Well my character that I play is Annabelle Tozier, who is the complete opposite of Richie. She’s a sweetheart and is like the mom of the Losers. Annabelle resembles me a lot because in real life, I actually am like the caregiver for these boys, and for Sophia, she’s like my best friend on set.”

Jaeden smiled proudly at you which made a small smirk form on your lips.

He moved his hand on his right thigh which was really close to your left. You could feel the warmth of his fingers radiating close to your thigh.

“Ahh, I see, but there has also been rumors that you will also be joining the cast of Stranger Things season 4? Is that true?”

You smiled and nodded your head. “ Yes, yes thats correct. I will be playing Carly Byers who is also Will’s sister. That’s pretty much all I can say for now.”

“Okay Y/n, so everyone wants to know, is there a special someone in your life?”

You can see Jaeden’s eyes perk up and his cheeks flushing pink, but tried to hide it.

“U-U-Umm  well, there is a g-g-uy,” you said stammering over your words.

“Oh my gosh, Y/N, just tell everyone that you’re dating Jaeden,” Jack’s loudmouth said.

You whipped you head towards him and gave him and evil eye. Jaeden did the same.

You could hear all of the gasps and screams from the crowd.

“Y/N, is this true?”

You stared at Jaeden and he nodded his head.

He grabbed your thigh which made the crowd basically scream.

The losers were cheering you on muttering words like ‘finally’ or ‘it’s about time’.

“Yes, we are dating.” Jimmy smiled and clapped his hands to congratulate you guys.

“Wow, well I shipped it and my ship has sailed!” Jimmy said putting his hands up in victory.

Jimmy concluded your guy’s part for the show and you guys tarted to walk backstage.

“Oh my gosh, that was the most intense moment in my life!” You were relieved to finally let the world know that you were dating Jaeden.

“Yeah me too babe,” Jaeden said while putting his hands on his cheeks. “But you were amazing out there, just like I told you.”

You leaned in, about to kiss Jaeden, but a pair of arms wrapped around the two of you, interrupting your moment.

“Your welcome you guys,” you heard a voice hugging the two of you.

“You’re still in deep shit Grazer!” You then started to chase Jack backstage while Jaeden was trying to hold you back from committing a murder.

-Makoto is a basic bitch, always and forever, and we stan that -Taka looks like a Penguin and you cannot change my mind -Byakuya is just trying to look rich- -Mondo’s outfit is so extra i love it- he even added some probably temporary dye to his pompadour that was hard to see due to the lighting in the group pic -LEON! everyone was calling his fit ugly in the group pic and honestly i’m salty because he and i have the same sense of formal fashion. work it king! -Hifumi’s honestly suits him just fine, i was iffy when i saw it in the group pic but it doesn’t look too awful in full -Hiro..... buddy- i- i mean- what do i say??? it’s ugly as shit and really nice at the same time?? -Sayaka’s formal wear is a massive step up from the outfit she wears in her splash art- i never really liked that dress that much- even if it does have a cultural significance the design the picked felt cheap. But this one is really nice, and i dig it way more -Kirigiri looks pretty, it looked waaaay more purple in the group pic, but looking back the whole thing was over saturated for the lighting affects they did, so i shall forgive. she looks oddly nice in blue actually.  -AOI LOOKS LIKE A BETA FISH AND I’M LIVING FOR IT! GO QUEEN!! -Toko’s dress looks way better in full than i expected, because so much of it was covered up i kinda didn’t like it all that much in the group pic, but i’m really digging it now -QUEEN SAKURA! BEAUTIFUL!! A DAMN SUNSET OF A DRESS!!! i love seeing her indulge in being a gorgeous queen despite people’s remarks on her physique -Celeste! also beautiful, but girl are you a vampire?? the layers on that dress- and that’s a massive veil- she’s gotta be overheating in that thing.  -JUNKO! Fashionista know’s what’s up! it’s alot less gaudy than some of her casual outfits, but in a way that’s actually pretty good. i love the masquerade mask, it’s a nice touch -Chihiro....... -Hajime’s outfit actually looks better in the group pic than here, i think it’s cause the yellow is more vibrant due to the saturation filter, so it stand out more -Nagito’s outfit is great honestly, i love how they put the shirt design on the sleeves, and i love the half-up hair, and the crooked bowtie- it’s great! -Twogami is a king, all he did was invert Byakua’s outfit and he just pulls it off so much better -Gundham’s is honestly underwhelming. I love the suspenders though -Teruteru’s outfit actually make him a bit cute. i’m about 80% sure the brown is suppose to be mud as to reference the fact that he’s characterized as a pig in more ways than one, but i’m choosing to call it a cola pattern ‘cause fuck you i’m going to be nice to him for once -Nekomaru’s suit is... it feels like a cursed amalgamation of a noir detective, a car sales men, a mobster, and a casino owner- and i just works so well on him -Fuyuhiko! i love it, fits him well, but the rolled up slacks are odd and kinda distracts me from the rest of the design- showing off some Bi pride there boss baby? -AKANE IS A DAMN QUEEN!! GOD PLEASE SHE COULD STRIKE ME DEAD IN THAT AND I’D THANK HER -Chiaki’s is simple, but it looks really nice on her -SONIA MY QUEEN! the oversaturation in the group pic did her dress dirty! i saw the blue originally and went “that isn’t her color”, but now seeing it without all the lighting crap she looks alot better.... and also a bit Elsa-ish -Hyoko’s in a lovely Kimono, but she’s always wearing pretty Kimonos, so it’s somewhat underwhelming compared to the rest -MAHIRU YOU SUMMER QUEEN! Mahiru has the best sense of fashion in the whole series imo, her wardrobe’s vibes make me so very happy. I grew up in a christian household (i’m not religious anymore btw) and use to be brought to services, and her dress gives me mad Easter Sunday Potluck nostalgia that i just can’t un-notice -Mikan looks too much like a hooker- i’m sorry, they really just went with the fan-service crap here and i don’t like it at all. Even if it wasn’t meant to be fan service, the dress looks tacky and has a shine on it that signifies it’s latex, so that’s just gotta be uncomfortable as hell- and for a clumsy character like her to try and survive a party in??? -IBUKI LOOKS LIKE FANCY RAVE COTTON CANDY!! THAT’S ALL!!! -Peko’s Kimono looks surprisingly nice on her, she wasn’t a character i’d assume to look good in a checker pattern but damn. i also appreciate how she still has the sword, bet- Fuyuhiko tired to convince her to leave it behind but failed

-Rantaro looks like a Used Car Salesmen. -KOKICHI MY BELOVED!!! i already voiced how much i adore his outfit when the group pic came out, so instead might i point out that he’s wearing high-water slacks and tall socks? it’s just as jarring as Fuyuhiko’s bi-slacks, but this is Kokichi so i feel like he did it on purpose. -Kiibo??? he dead ass changed his plating i-???? idk what i’m feeling towards it, but boy howdy am i feeling -GONTA!!! i love his suit, it’s out there in a good way, and i also love how he’s holding what looks like his casual coat. -Shuichi looks lovely in that suit, and i’ll never forgive everyone ever for saying he looked like a grandpa in it. It make him look a bit more Sherlock-esque and i love -3- -KORK IN A DRESS EVERYBODY MOVE!! i love how Androgynous his outfit is, both in gender and in time. like- is it feminine? masculine? modern? 1800′s england? who the fuck knows! -Ryoma looks good, but the fedora- who tf on the design staff decided to get cheeky?? eh- he’s vibing, doesn’t look too bad so long as you don’t hyperfixate on the pointy groin-stabber fedora -KAITO YOU SNAZZY GALAXY PATTERN SNORTING BASTARD! i swear he’s allergic to putting his right arm in it’s sleeve-. anywho, i love how even his dress jacket has a galaxy lining in it, i think it would have been funny if he was wearing galaxy dress shoes too but Maki would have chopped his dick off for that one -Kaede looks like her dress was inspired by one of those cinnamon peppermints- ya know the ones, they have the pink center and all that jazz? -Miu looks like she’s ready to hit up a casino in LA and honestly that’s such a good vibe! her skirt is a bit funky so it took me a hot sec to realize it was indeed a pencil skirt and not a fancy jumpsuit. -Tusmugi’s looks nice, i don’t have much else to say- kinda fitting considering her Plain Jane shtick -TENKO LOOKS LIKE SHE’S THIS CLOSE TO BREAKING OUT INTO A TAP DANCE AND I’M SO FUCKING HERE FOR IT!!! GO QUEEN!!!! -Kirumi is- well- i don’t go to Genshin Impact, but she looks like that one Genshin character, you know the one right? i think their name was a Starbucks drink size- they have a harp?? yeah -Maki’s dress is really pretty, it is a bit odd for her to wear that considering her character, but i can’t say she doesn’t rock it like the queen she is. -Himiko would be nicer without the transparent extra part- it make her looks like one of those half sphere popper things my friends terrorized me with in middle school. i saw a single hc about cantonese melanie and i lost my mind. during the early episodes i was seeing her as the white woman in the cast, and there is value in her defensive anger and unquiet rage in that space, but i was never invested in that for her. but then my mind was enhanced and now i see the light and i love melanie king even more.

i think the post was talking about ‘king’ being a possible romanization of ‘qing’ and thats cool, but i heard the words cantonese melanie and i fixated on her first name. i know that this is a british setting, but in america, many - and all that ive met at least - asian-americans or visa students or longterm visitors with a culturally chinese/korean name often choose an ‘american name’ to be called by instead. the sounds in those language do not exist in english, and the sheer amount of labor that would be expected on the part of the asian person to teach every single non-asian how to pronounce their name would be ridiculous. not worth it.

melanie king as a name has very much the same feeling about it. and the way she’s protective of her name? its not mel. its not melly. her name is melanie only bc thats the name she chose and u better damn well respect it.

and this puts her anger and her defensiveness and her solo fight to get to the top in a much more understandable light. the stereotype of asian woman in a white mans world gets kicked to the curb by her personally on a daily basis. shes in a disadvantaged position from the get-go and shes had nothing but time to get angry about it, to learn to be untrusting and defensive, and to not want to take even an ounce of shit from anyone.

theres also the fact that shes wlw that compounds on this. whether shes butch or femme or not on the social presentation spectrum that way, there are stereotypes waiting in the wings for her to contend with. femme? well yeah of course she is, shes a cute little asian woman, she HAS to be cute and wear pink and look socially soft and submissive, as femme is perceived by outsiders. butch? wow, an angry tomboy asian woman associated with knives, she MUST know self defense and enjoy violence and hate men. that shit sucks, and sometimes it feels like u cant possibly win.

whatever she chooses for herself, she is going into it with the expectations of needing to defend her own existence and individuality. of course she’s angry. of course she loves that anger that surprises people, that lets her get her tiny advantages where she can. of course she feels like shes on her own and only has her own strength of will to rely on - she does. the system of the world made it that way and melanie is going to fight it with her own two hands

and the way her second meeting with jon went? the immediate rage upon thinking that he might be trying to gaslight her? sure, shes got the bullet at that time, but that is the reaction of someone used to having her attempts to get her own show, her own respect, her own experiences, met with racist gaslighting minimizing her own abilities and hard work and interests in not simply being the ‘asian expert’ on chinese ghost myths or something. she was PISSED and did not listen to another word he tried to say.

and then elias hired her. not for the songling center, not to specifically handle the asian section, he hired her to the archive of the entire building bc he knew about her show and was impressed by her own dedicated researching at the library. an older white academic male authority recognized melanie king as worthy of respect. that must have been SO validating. and then, of course, came THAT reveal.

i also hc her as having lasting knee issues from the bullet - more like a brace situation with a cane side deal.

it would be a sin if i didn’t include this in my top reads this year, pun intended 😌, especially since i have a weakness for mafia aus. i haven’t had the time to read mark or renjun’s parts yet, but from what i read in this fic, i’m sure theirs are just as good, if not better. the storybuilding and the development of the plot are so detailed and intricate and that is what i love in a fic. i already reviewed this on my main with a lengthy description of my favourite parts so i’m gonna keep this short and sweet - if you love haechan, mafia au’s, and enemies to lovers, you need to read this !!

these fics hit different now that i bias jisung 😭 ‘passing clouds’ was pure angst and as much as it hurt, it was written so beautifully and i loved it so much. ‘only forever’ healed the jisung shaped hole in my heart and made me fall in love with him all over again. the first love vibes he gives off is unbelievable and that innocence was presented perfectly in this 🤧 side note: never let jisung bake for you even if it’s as a peace offering 😖

although ‘sweet talk’ and ‘silent treatment’ are also contenders for some of my favourite fics of the year, these two have taken the cake 😌 the concept itself of time travel and mark and y/n seeing their future child was so creative and the mixed emotions that the characters experienced seeing their future were executed so well and the ending when their actual future selves remembered the day they time travelled 🥺🥺 not to mention the sequel doesn’t feel forced at all, the story flows well, and jealous mark is a cutie 🥰

i’ve been following cat after i first read ‘i turned my best friend into an e-boy!! (and kissed him)’ and ever since then every piece of hers that i’ve read is simply breathtaking and so engaging. her style of writing is so unique and whenever i read anything of hers i feel so immersed in the fic. the dreamies as youtubers and tiktokers was such a cute concept to me and the little comment section at the end of each fic is probably my favourite part 😳 the way each member’s fic connects to the plot of another is perfect and their cameos in one another’s fic >>> (jisung telling y/n about the tiktok challenge in mark’s fic + cameraman jisung in chenle’s) i could keep talking abt this series for a lot longer but i’ll end it here, also i can’t wait for norensung’s parts 💞💞

i’ve probably mentioned my love for ‘the umbrella academy’ before but THIS !!! this series just made me love it even more 🙈 despite yangyang’s part being the only one that’s out, that and the prologue are interesting enough and seeing the 00 liners in this alternate universe is honestly amazing jxjwjxkw jaemin as three and hyuck as two is everything. the brothers’ relationship, especially in yangyang’s part, is so complicated yet so cute and i can’t wait for the rest of the members’ parts 💘

okay so the concert started with the vcr/video from the dream show ..

rory's little scene was her as a teacher !!! so cute

OOH and then the transition into her into her teacher clothes into a suit .. thats my girl

her hair is still like this. much more vibrant than it was because she redyed it oops

she was wearing this [ black cargo pants, a black crop top, belt, along with chains lmao idk how to describe. oh and black boots ] for go, drippin', we go up, and stronger performances!

it was kind of awkward at first but then she saw nctzens' faces so she was happy

"to the world, this is the nct! we are nct dream”

she clapped excitedly, jumping up and down

"beyond the dream show~"

when haechan asked the time where the fans were, she read the comments, squinting funnily at the screen before gasping

"one of the czennies said it was 3am!"

the other boys gasped in shock before clapping slightly

"thank you for watching us even though it's 3am!" rory said to the fans. "but go to bed as soon as this is over~ or whenever you're feeling tired, that's okay too!"

"for our global fans, we prepared something special, right?" haechan said and rory nodded, smiling

"so we prepared our greeting in various languages"

rory's greeting was in french! fans went crazy bc she sounded SO good and her pronounciation was good too

after that she says, "renjun took english from me" in english and playfully glared at the older boy who laughed.

she turned to the fans and said, "but um, wendy-unnie taught me that so .. if it sounds bad it's all her fault." she claps as the other boys laugh

when they were talking about how they felt, rory said "i watched superm and wayv's concerts so i was excited because i knew we'd hear from the fans just like they were here with us in person. they were really loud, too" and laughs

when renjun told them to scream, she hit him lightly and said "yah, don't you remember what i just said? some fans it's 3am there!"

"oh dont scream then," renjun laughed, making her laugh before she went back to waving at the fans as they waved their lightsticks

when the fans appeared behind them, her eyes widened and she immediately ran to the screen, waving in all directions

she noticed when she got close to a fan's screen, they'd start waving their hand/lighstick even harder and it made her laugh

"rory, come back!" jaemin laughed, tugging her with him back to where the other 5 were

"wow, pretty grass" rory mocked mark as she stared at the lightsticks where the audience were supposed to be and on the screens

haechan had to hide a laugh

then there was we go up performance

she was in a school uniform standing in between jeno and jaemin

"you guys suck," rory laughed, watching the boys try to succeed

when renjun comes over and succeeds in under one minute and one hand, she gasped in shock lightly before watching him walk away coolly and put his head back down on the desk

jaemin nudged her as she laughed, "you guys are just losers!"

and then it ends on her walking over to renjun and bending down to face him and tapping him on the shoulder

he jumps from how close she is and she laughs, grinning at him, "that was cool" before going back over to the boys and he watches her

she gets hit in the head by the basketball(she's after chenle) and luckily saves it before it falls to the ground and throws it towards the basket, renjun jumping up to hit it in

next performance is dunk shot!!!

"i think chenle changed the most" rory laughed, talking about the difference from now and almost four years ago when they debuted

"you changed a lot, too" chenle poked her and she huffed out a laugh, choosing not to respond to him and shook her head

when it was time for the interactions, she had to hide her wince because since she watched wayv and superm's, she was worried about how it would go because some fans' wifi connections were bad(so were sm's but anyways--)

oh luckily the first fan spoke korean !!

"hi!" she waved excitedly at the fan

when the fan said her name, she quietly repeated it to herself but it was still heard from the mic

"there's a song called 7 days in your album. what do you guys mean to each other?"

rory's mouth went dry at that question as she rubbed her hands together, looking at the boys silently as they ahhed and oohed

she smiled slightly as she saw how big their smiles got at the question

chenle said that the members were his family. they're literally siblings

she laughed at that

hyuck said that the members were apart of himself and that he grew up with all of them

jisung said bc they're older than him, they're like his younger siblings

rory had to look away in order to not laugh at his answer LMFAO

she couldnt contain how big her smile got when jaemin said that he couldn't live without them

she literally almost cried from tears of laughter from jeno's answer "onion"

renjun said that the members are youth to him

and him bringing up the stupid bottle to his face . i s2g she quickly yanked that from him so quick while laughing

and then finally it was her turn

let’s take it back 2 the beginning,,, emma was born on a lovely autumn morning in new york city ( let it b known she’s a libra ). she is the first and only child to her parents, and her mother named her after her favorite jane austen heroine, emma woodhouse

even at a young age, emma much preferred being in the company of her mother. she was kind, affectionate, and wise beyond her years. her father, on the other hand, had a colder disposition and wasn’t too keen on showing emotion. he wasn’t necessarily a bad person, but emma often felt like she was in the presence of a stranger around her father

emma and her mother were inseparable. her mother taught her to always be kind and reminded her to be humble. in a world so cruel, her mother was like a beacon of light, and emma wanted to be just like her

she had a picture perfect childhood. for a while, it was just her, her parents, and the family cat, luna. despite not being particularly close to her father, she admired the love her parents shared. it was real and pure. the two were opposites who brought out the best in each other

soon, emma learned that her perfect little life wouldn’t always be perfect. caught in the midst of a winter storm, her mother fell victim to a tragic car accident. at just eleven years old, emma’s life was changed forever. her life was beginning to mimick the heroine she was named after, who also lost her mother at a young age

after the death of her mother, her father went stone cold. he completely shut emma out, leaving her to mourn her mother’s death on her own. unable to cope with the loss of her mother, emma began making up stories about the whereabouts of her mother when people around her began to ask. one week, her mother was vacationing in the bahamas, and the next she was visiting family in the hamptons. emma grew into the habit of making up stories about her mother, though it wasn’t long before she began to lie about other things as well

her lies were mostly harmless, at least she always intended them to be. unfortunately, their were times people got tangled into her stories and were hurt in the process. much like an addiction, lying was a habit she couldn’t quit

after living in new york for a few more years following the death of her mother, her father packed them up and they moved to the sunny city of angels, LA, for a fresh new start

emma looked at the move as a way to start again. she decided to leave her pain behind in new york, as her mother would have wanted. emma vowed to remain kind and honor her mother’s memory by being the person she always taught her to be

at school, emma worked hard. she completed her high school education in the city of love itself, paris, france. before entering high school, her father became president of ucla, guaranteeing she would always have a spot at the school, but emma refused to rely on what was given to her. she wanted to earn it. emma was at the top of her class in high school, taking on challenging classes and becoming student body president. 

during high school in france, emma discovered her passion for design. she spent her free time making clothes and donating them to women’s shelters

while in france, she also found herself wrapped up in a love story with a french boy...or two. emma loves love, however, she has never been one to settle because she is never satisfied. she thought she was in love with one boy up until she met another who stole her attention. emma desperately wants to be in love, and she has been a few times, but nothing has ever lasted

after her french excursion, she returned back to LA a changed woman, almost unrecognizable to her father. she was certain about what she wanted to do with her life, which was fashion. she began studying fashion marketing and design at ucla

her cat luna is still alive btw and she is a proud cat mom

personality wise, i would describe emma as someone who can be extremely sociable, but tends to be more reserved unless put in a situation that encourages her to open up. she’s free-spirited and her head tends to always be in the clouds, probably daydreaming about love and her future success in the fashion world. she’s extremely idealistic, which may also be the reason shes never satisfied. overall, aesthetic wise i would describe her as classic and chic, inspired heavily by french fashion and living. emma can sometimes be a bit of a narcissist in the sense that she truly believes she’s like a modern-day jane austen heroine destined for something great. she can be a bit snobby at times, but her intentions are never bad...if she’s ever angry/annoyed i feel like she’d be super passive aggressive like the type of person who expects u to kno u fucked up without actually telling u anything ajdjdhkh (rip). she gives me pisces moon vibes but i havent decided for sure yet ajshddhkhd

AJW SUPER HURRICANE Commercial Tape 4/9/94

Rie Tamada vs. Chaparrita ASARI

This is ostensibly a rookies match but Tamada had been at it since 91 and ASARI since 92 so really this is just a juniors match. Tamada ties ASARI up like a bow in an attempt to keep her off her feet. The crowd couldn’t care less, but despite the wealth of talent on this show, the crowd seemed to all have dosed with Niquil so don't worry about it. This is perfectly fine and easily the best singles match either of them produced in their early days. Don't let the perverts in the audience sway you.

Mr. Buddhaman vs. Tomezo Tsunokake No firecrackers in this one! Lots of spots they worked around the circuit but also some pretty brutal spots. The crowd thinks this is comedy because the crowd is awful people. There are way worse ways to spend your time. These two could've lead a whole goddamn promotion.

Suzuka Minami & Tomoko Watanabe vs. Takako Inoue & Kaoru Ito I think even at this point Suzuka was still under the shadow of her former tag partner Hokuto, so the crowd is expecting a less than fiery performances from her. But everybody here shows the fuck up. Another counterpoint for everybody who says these four never blossomed. Haters never die.

Zen Nihon Senshukenjiai: Mima Shimoda vs. Miki Handa Miki Handa is sadly a footnote of the era. But in reality she was to LLPW what Plum was to JWP; she takes a colossal ass-kicking like an Absolute Girl and makes you love her and want her to win even though you know it ain't likely. In terms of the inevitability of CTE, that sucks a lot; but in terms of the wrestling narrative of the era (and still evident today, i.e. how Tam Nakano is booked in Stardom) it’s fun to have somebody who’s good at chasing and bad at catching. Stan Hansen? Great at chasing; didn't work as a champ. Ya feel me? Handa catches Shimoda with a quick German at the bell. Shimoda responds by doing the rope spot the world was tired of years before it finally stopped happening. Test of strength into finger stomp. Shimoda was LCO from the jump! Suzuka Minami on commentary, per usual. Shimoda doing joint manipulation and folding Handa into an origami frog is PEAK Shimoda. If Shimoda is Hokuto Lite, Handa is Cuty Suzuki Lite. Neither of those things are bad. Most of us will never be anywhere near that good at anything.

Shimoda throws Handa into every metal surface in Tokyo. Handa sells it by being THOROUGHLY peeved, then vertical suplexes her like a frilly Jumbo Tsuruta. Makes no sense but such is televised wrestling. You watch for the glorious moments when things coalesce into something greater than their constituent parts. Shimoda proves she's the WCW Ric Flair of the era by refusing to sell for anyone and just going thru her standard shit. UNTIL Handa gets her in a surfboard and then Shimoda looks like she's recovering from a visit to the dentist's. Weird sell but ok. Handa is def selling her part of the story--that Shimoda sucks on the mat; which we all knew but weren't sure would be enough to put her away. Surprise! It isn't. Mostly cuz Shimoda doesn't really ever wanna do business.

Zenjo vs. LLPW: Etsuko Mita vs. Eagle Sawai I can tell by the opening mat sequence that this is gonna be a 100hrs long. Eagle could go, she just always got mired in the mid-card sludge cuz no one in upper management thought she was photo book material. Mita Etsuko without a bright pink chair to hit folks with is rarely a Mita Etsuko you wanna watch.

Bull Nakano & Sakie Hasegawa vs. Manami Toyota & Kyoko Inoue Holy shit! How is this buried in this largely-forgotten event? Peak era for pretty much everyone involved. Hasegawa in upstart heel mode is a mood for the ages. She jukes Inoue and Toyota, Bull takes one step into the ring, and the crowd goes pale. Bull and Hasegawa take turns turning Toyota into a balloon animal ripe for popping. Hasegawa Tiger Suplexes Inoue into a billion day-glo shards. Hasegawa sells a top-rope DDT like someone everyone knows survived a catastrophic neck injury just a few years before--which is to say, like, "...that's all you got?" Bull doing a vertical suplex with a bridge is the rarest Bull; the crowd is a fog of question marks. Toyota's mouth is dripping blood. Hasegawa's spinning heel kick would still pop a crowd into a froth today. Watching her toss Toyota off when she goes for the lucha roll is so cathartic; no one wants to see a funny move done without a shred of irony. It is to Toyota's career as male pattern baldness is to Shawn Michaels. Why not have fun with it? Toyota does the German Airshow Leap to the outside and eats shit. (She's still bloodied, btw.) Bull figures if they both switch off chipping away at Inoue and Toyota, their combined efforts will rule the day. But twas not to be. The Fringe-Lace alliance get that good good W. Toyota realigns her nose and is back to looking crisp for the post-match interview. Hasegawa let's her shiny rainbow singlet, emblazoned with puff-paint, speak for her.

Aja Kong vs. Reggie Bennett This match wasn't even listed on the tape! I had no idea. This is their first encounter and will presumably last longer than their match from Arsion in 98--i.e., I am allowed to blink. No one will ever have better entrance music than AJW-era Aja Kong. It's inconceivable. Reggie has one giant French braid, cut-off overalls and a hardhat and she is your new fashion GOD. Aja does some Muta bits like spitting mist and doing a flying shoulder block. I'm glad the crowd enjoyed it cuz I think it sucked. Despite her present-day role (giving joshi aces a bog-standard 30min match on a monthly basis), Aja Kong transcends conventional gimmickry. She doesn't need that shit. Her reputation precedes her. It's at this point I notice Reggie Bennett is a beast who absolutely mauls Aja for the first 15min like no one I've ever seen. It's not just the booking; she legit tosses her around like my cat bats a balled-up tissue. Where is the Reggie Bennett shoot interview??? Aja shotays her way out of danger until they go into the crowd segment. Will Reggie blade?? Will she ever do a shoot interview? No and no. She does, however, power through two brutal lariats only to powerslam Aja! Has that ever happened? I cannot emphasize enough how intense Reggie's pace and strength are in this. Reggie takes a diving elbow to the clavicle and immediately dies. That made no sense. Aja spits yellow mist and now I hate her. Reggie Bennett forever. Post-match, Aja talks shit. Reggie commits herself to training harder. I say it again: Reggie Bennett forever.

Zenjo vs. LLPW: Yumiko Hotta & Toshiyo Yamada vs. Shinobu Kandori & Harley Saito I expect a Golden Corral buffet of kicks. A dumptruck full of kicks. A Nor'Easter of kicks descending upon me like I'm some quaint little hamlet. Kandori and Saito are basically the toughest LLPW had to offer. They're ready for Yamada and Hotta, though, and this is up and headed for the first overloaded plate of kicks before the bell has rung. Did Hotta vs Kandori ever happen? Shoulda. Kandori is horngry for AJW BLOOD. Saito is dressed like a tradtional Afghan dancer who has just discovered rave. Hard to say which I love more. Yamada kicks Kandori right in the jaw and...yeah no I've made my decision; I love that most of all. Hotta seems genuinely afraid of Saito. Kandori taunts Hotta, teasing the showdown, then decks Yamada with the QUICKNESS. This rules. Yamada has stepped up the stiffness for the occasion. You love to see it. Why didn't we get a year of these tag matches like All Japan in 91? Kandori dumps Yamada off her shoulders in one of the most wreckless things I've ever seen in a wrestling ring. Unfuckingreal. Hotta tries to smother Kandori but fears her Fujiwara armbar. As do I. They blunder into the finishing stretch with Saito as the speedbag. Saito never got her due. They seriously could've setup a whole year of main event booking around these four. Yamada finally nails her insanely complicated finisher and the streamers rain down. Structurally awkward but radiating more heat than most well-established feuds.
