Just me sketching ideas on what I'd do with I were involved in X-Men '97-style revivals of the 1990s Spider-Man cartoon.

What’s your thought (or headcanons if you have any) on Sam and Kirby being girlfriends? I totally respect your view and opinion on it if you don’t have any thoughts or if it’s not your cup of tea.
So I'm only really interested in Sam & Tara as characters, but I do hope we see her again in 7, because I really liked the interactions we got in 6, and I'm a big lover of Big Sister Kirby for the girls, but putting her in a relationship with Sam would also be a cool dynamic, and we would still get Kirby being the second best big sister to Tara.
Kirby's could be Sidney's Kincaid for Sam.
She becomes close to the girls after 6. They have trouble finding somewhere else to live, but they can't afford the rent between just the two of them, so... Kirby makes a suggestion. Or well, she just... kinda moves in and starts paying rent.
Kirby's there as a sympathetic ear and to offer advice when Danny starts pushing for more out of their relationship. He wants to talk about the future but Sam doesn't have a future planned beyond tomorrow, the only thing she knows for sure about what she wants for the future is her sister being there. Kirby gets it, she tried to have a normal relationship, to be a normal person. It didn't work out.
Kirby is instrumental in helping Tara deal with her trauma, she's been there, the injuries... the betrayal. They bond in a way that Sam thinks she should feel threatened by, but she can't. Because Tara smiles so much now, and she's so much happier, and she's always talking about the places Kirby takes her and the things they do together. And whenever Sam catches them going out or watching a movie, they always try to drag her in to join them. There's something that feels so special about sitting on the couch, her leg against Kirby's, with Tara sprawled out across them. It feels a lot like family.
Kirby's a little flirty, but Kirby's always been a little flirty, and she talks the same way to a lot of people, so Sam doesn't think anything more of it.
Ghostface comes back to haunt them. Danny makes the wrong choice. Kirby makes the right one. Sam begins to realise there's something there. Kirby gets hurt protecting her sister, and Sam realises she might actually love her.
Neither of them want marriage, neither of them are interested in kids. They just want to focus on the today.
Kirby takes both the girls shooting, but Sam refuses to have another gun in the house. She's adamant that Kirby keeps hers locked in a safe and that only she knows the code. Kirby doesn't pry, although she has her suspicions, she respects Sam's demands.
They're the type of girlfriends who roast people together.
Gale, Kirby, and the girls become a sort of family unit. Gale and Kirby are sniping at each other over dinner one day when Tara goes "that's no way to speak to your mother-in-law" and dinner descends into chaos. They hadn't even told anyone they were dating yet, it was so new, and Sam had been agonising over how to tell Tara, terrified that it would ruin everything. And that doesn't even touch on the mother in law comment.

The Fantastic Four and The Strange Case of Vanishing Vocabulary
The Fantastic Four spent their time in Petunia's house when they noticed something strange. Their vocabulary is starting to disappear in their speech! The heroes try hard to remember the words and some even tried to recite the ABC song. When they tried to remember the alphabets, the Fantastic Four noticed a ghost and tried to fight it. As they chased after the ghost, the musical tune came out of nowhere. The Fantastic Four entered into the house and found the culprit was none other than Doctor Doom playing the obscure music!

This is the Buddy for September 24th. It's a reference to my desire to make actual comics. One of the visual ideas I had for a comic (one that would feature Buddy) was that some panels would just be the character's face and neck - since so many characters I draw wear scarves, turtlenecks or suits, I'd add those pieces of clothing to make an unique look for each character (would look a bit like a dickey). This face-only panels could work for punchlines or as a setup for when a character's about to narrate something.
I've seen stuff like that in early Marvel Silver Age comics. Reed Richards, for instance, loved to put his big head on a panel before explaining some complicated scientific concepts.
Also, remember in old Spider-Man comics, how Aunt May was entering her thirteenth decade of life and she'd get sick, so that doctor with the Vincent Price mustache would make house calls? He'd always blame Peter for not taking good care of her. But she's like a thousand years old! What did he expect?
Also, Peter had to work to make money to pay the guy. Talk about a snake. Who the hell sees a sick old lady and blames the nephew?

in my mind there’s a sort of sequel show to The Fall in which Olivia is the main character and it’s like 2027. she’s working for a politician that’s known for supporting Irish unification and that politician (a woman) has been getting death threats that the police aren’t taking as seriously as Olivia believes they should. so in a last ditch attempt to get the situation resolved, she finds Stella all the way in London. but gasp! Reed answers the door. Olivia asks for Stella and then they talk and Olivia tries to convince Stella to come back because they’d listen to you, they remember you and she says that she’s read some of the files from Stella’s investigation into her father and that she’s talked to some of the officers and they remember how unapologetic she was about her sexuality and her antisexism. Olivia is sure that with Stella’s support and intervention, the death threats will get more attention. initially, Stella refuses to go back to Belfast, but after talking it over with Reed, she agrees to go, and Reed comes with her. this time, she’s just made a consultant, but she and Reed reconnect with some old faces—Ferrington, for one—who’s made SIO of the investigation. a few times, Olivia visits her mother, and her brother Liam’s brought in at some point as a lawyer. the point is really to get closure for the both of them—for Olivia by having someone to truly talk to about it that she remembers from that awful time in her life, and for Stella by seeing the aftermath of the investigation & being reconnected with Katie to see how she’s turned her life around and become a music teacher.

that’s 11 people. sounds like my household soaksknfnfnf
stay tuned, i’m gonna post it at some point today ^^ but it’ll probably take me an hour because writing takes longer than i usually think it will. even when i know exactly what i wanna write.

Han Juwon’s Guide to Joining a Small Town Community (Beyond Evil)
1.) Make an impression on your first day! Alienate everyone in creative ways so they’ll remember you better!
2.) Flirtation with the local DILF doesn’t always have to involve physical affection or cutesy gifts. Sometimes the clearest signal to send is breaking into that special guy’s basement. Sometimes is roughly nine times a week.
3.) Packing for your move: wet wipes, hand sanitizer, map of reed field, unopened copy of How To Win Friends and Influence People (Kwon Hyuk’s birthday gift for six years running), cork board with red string, earplugs, etc
4.) Be really subtle about your daddy issues as you stalk the aforementioned local DILF.
5.) Avoid butchers bearing eggs.
6.) Keep your fancy Seoul apartment to maintain the self-delusion that you’re ever leaving the countryside again. Lie to yourself and your father about moving back to Seoul.
7.) NO. TOUCHIE. *Terms and conditions apply (see: going to hell for someone)*
8.) Keep your therapist sibling wine-aunt lawyer Kwon Hyuk on speed dial.
9.) Full, thoughtful rotation of hot girl summer/angst emo fall/wet cat winter/ready-for-that-ring spring wardrobe, particularly jackets and suits
10.) When in doubt, murder accusations.

There is something deeply tragic in the way the first thing Arya thinks of when Ned compares her to Lyanna is her alleged beauty.
She knows nothing about her fierce aunt. Not the affinity for riding, nor her passionate nature, her interest in fighting, her courage and sense of duty. Those things would have meant the world to Arya.
But she has nothing beside the surface description that everyone reduces Lyanna to, this idea that she was beautiful, the degree of her beauty, whichever way that factor may have played into the absurdity of Rhaegar's behavior. Nothing that actually touches on who she was.
None of the children know anything about her. Nor does Jon. Even when he finds out who his mother was, she will remain a blank space he can paint with Arya's face and - if he is lucky - the eventual recollections of Howland Reed.
Lyanna died and her bones returned home, but only her bones did. Her bones and vague rumors.
Ned let her disappear into his grief.
