Showrooms of LANCER Manufacturers
IPS-N
IPS-N showrooms are what you'd get if you slammed a truck dealership, a hardware store, a camping gear shop and a sports bar together in the Bass Pro Shops Pyramid. We're talking row upon row of shelves stocked with the most precision-engineered engine parts you can print on one side of the floor, and on the other, durable, hard-wearing survival gear. Camping stoves you can run off of your mech's coldcore, sleeping bags that'll survive a HEX charge, automatic camo cloth, the works.
Right down the middle, you've got the mech floor. They've got the Tortuga. They've got the Blackbeard. They've got the Drake. They've got the Lancaster and the Kidd. They've got the Vlad (they put a chain-link fence covered in DO NOT TOUCH signs around that one after the infamous CFO's 10-year-old Incident). They've even got the Raleigh, kinda tucked away a little bit behind the water feature, but it's there!
Everything on the shop floor is ruggedized to the point that you could take a mech's fist to it without leaving a dent - and they sometimes do that to demonstrate the engineering quality. There's a giant screen hanging from the ceiling displaying constant advertising for the mechs and IPS-N in general, usually striding purposefully through idyllic Diasporan wilderness or doing hard, honest work like starship loading or construction. There's a mixtape of the most famous bro-country hits playing 24/7.
Smith-Shimano Corpro
In a word: bespoke. Everything in this place is custom. Each and every desk is individually built according to the height of the salesperson who sits behind it, and manages to be a unique art piece without disrupting the overarching aesthetic of the showroom. Whenever there's a change of staff on the sales floor, they rearrange every single desk so that they're still in ascending order.
All of the salespeople are inhumanly pretty, by the way. This atelier has its own fully-staffed makeup and wardrobe team. You're part of a work of art when you work for SSC. Everything and everyone gleams. Even the most chic visitors might feel underdressed in the midst of all this splendour.
The mechs aren't just there to be sold, they're there to be part of the experience. You might see a Monarch holding up the ceiling like the titan Atlas himself. A Mourning Cloak might be posed provocatively like a nude statue. That Swallowtail - is it in a slightly different position every time you see it, or is that just its camouflage decals? How does it always manage to be just inside your line of sight, even when you're looking somewhere else?
They have a catwalk, like you'd see at a fashion show, but it's sized for mechs. If they really think you might make a purchase, they'll queue up the entire performance for you, and you'll get to see a Viceroy strut.
The mix tape for this showroom is a seamless mixture of complex jazz, psychedelic ambient and classical piano music. It's sophisticated and mysterious.
Harrison Armory
Imagine if America could be a showroom. Harrison Armory mech outlets are part dealership, part museum. Every mech is in its own diorama, depicting some heroic event in the Armory's glorious history. A phalanx of Sherman Mk. Is holds the line against some Diasporan slaver-tyrant's army. A Saladin fends off Karrakin hordes during the Interest War. The Genghis Mk. II? Oh, that diorama isn't open right now, it had to be closed for *coughcoughcough* and *coughcoughcough* but let's move on shall we heh heh
Everyone who works here has been in the Colonial Legion at some point, and knows every specification of the mechs they sell off by heart without even looking at their slate. If possible, the Armory tries to employ people who have actual combat experience with the mechs they're selling; people who can speak to the efficacy of their technology first-hand. It's one of the many programs which the Armory has open for retired veterans; it's easy work for decent pay, good benefits and it looks great on your Social.
The music here is a constant loop of patriotic Armory anthems. If you've ever heard the music from Starship Troopers, or the Outbreak of War from Star Ocean, you'll know what I'm talking about.
HORUS
Being a decentralized omninet collective with no official branding or even consistent manufacturing standards, it should come as no surprise that HORUS has no showrooms.

how to breed fukuzawa yukichi
a small guide.
breeding kink ft fukuzawa for @sonics-atelier
an // bottom fukuzawa, i don’t write reader/oc/self inserts as a whole. gn person feel free to insert whoever you want. the quivering is a joke not his thighs i never joke about those. features overstimulation and ofc breeding kink
what better way to breed someone then overstimulation?
fingers raking down his quivering sensitive thighs
praise obviously. because he’s taking your cock so well. is the cock real? thats up to you? (side note you can get fake jizz to fill up ejaculating dildo’s i’ve seen pink jizz sparkly jizz, its great man i want some pink jizz)
overstimulation because you’ve been going at it so long, i mean you want to make sure it takes
you fuck him stupid (if you don’t fuck them stupid you’re not breeding them properly)
(mating press is a bit of a classic….and doggy style)
you take him regularly. over the dining room table. against the stove. over his desk.
there is a joke to be cracked here about menopause and menopausal omegas perhaps.
you keep him trapped on your cock while you play with his nipples. watching him squirm and mewl
eat him out on the counter tops, he looks debauched leaning back on his elbows yukata still on but slipping off one shoulder his legs slung over your shoulders
he goes down on you, staying there long after you cum.
he makes you cum so hard, you black out for several minutes
you walk away covered in bites and hickeys, you leave your mark on him in far more subtle ways.

Today, we're at the 1728 Baroque style manor, The Ivy, in Chippenham, Wiltshire, UK. 4bds, 4ba, £3M / $3.647M. It's got everything- history, modernity, whimsy, etc. Look at this delightful home, and I have to say it's a bargain at £3M.
Clearly an artist lives here. The sitting room is a wonderful mix of old, new, and art.
Details of the fireplace mantle and fascinating art piece above.
Cozy little room. Love the fireplace and dark moody walls.
This room looks like an office space or a work room.
Love the vintage kitchen with the original fireplace, and look at that green Aga stove! It's old, but they're built to last and that size is worth $22K.
The entrance foyer from the garden- notice the original worn path down the middle.
It doesn't have to be, but this makes some fabulous art atelier.
Marble fireplace at the foot of the stairs.
The halls are certainly wide enough for more stuff.
Another sitting room off the hall.
Additional cute little kitchen.
This bed is sure private- it's almost totally enclosed.
I don't think that any of the bedrooms are designated as a primary. They're all pretty grand. Although, I do like this one.
Pretty vintage bath. Look at the shell in the tub, and it's an unusual looking tub, too.
How pretty that little sink is.
Looks like this is a bedroom, but isn't used as one. Every room is filled with art.
Nice light-filled library in the attic. It looks like they mat pictures up here.
Stunning gardens.
I don't know, I don't think this is a swimming pool. It's more like a water feature.
Such lovely grounds.

Jean Frédéric Bazille, Atelier de la rue Furstenberg (Studio on Rue Furstenberg), 1866
Studio on Rue Furstenberg belongs to an increasing trend of Impressionist painting that depicted the artist's workspace, which Bazille once shared with Claude Monet. The painting shows two disheveled armchairs surrounded by supplies and a doorway that leads to two small bedrooms. While no one knows who is using the studio, the paintings on the wall appear to be Monet's The Beach at Honfleur (1864) and Road by Saint-Siméon Farm (1867), partnered by Bazille's Beach at Sainte-Adress (1865). While Impressionism is known for its landscapes, the only reference to the outside world we see here is a cracked window door, through which a grey sky is visible. Judging by the real life geography of this studio, located close to the Louvre, the window is positioned to look out at a studio space where the artist Eugène Delacroix would have worked. The composition of the studio here is thought to reference Studio Corner with Stove (1830), a painting by Delecroix, whom both Bazille and Monet greatly admired.

Comfort Food (Witch Hat Atelier drabble)
written for this weeks challenge from 100words on dreamwidth prompt: #392 – simmer
ao3 link
There is soup on the stove. Usually Qifrey is more likely to cook, since Olruggio tends to hole up in his room. But lately something had been off. Not in any apparent way, Qifrey is there and he smiles and teaches the girls and cares for him. But under the surface something is going on, threatening to boil over any second.
Olruggio kind of hopes it does. At least then he’d know what it is. Until then he’ll try to hold it together with the comfort of his presence and warm soup. Maybe that will fix it a little.

Episode 2: Gas Stove versus Electric Stove
Chef: Practitioner
“Lobbyists make this affair a dangerous matter. There are so many leftist people pleading for an end to the gas stove, because they say it contributes to saving the environment, but ask them what difference it makes in terms of governmental supervision and most of them won’t have an answer at all. There is the importance of a complete governmental oversight on one side, and the right to a good dinner experience on the other. I’m not a biologist nor am I a geologist so I can’t say much about what this means to the environment.”
“That was a fragment of our Regentesse in the tenth episode of “The Supervisor”,” echo the words of Frankie Celenza on camera on a stage. “A great part of our audience has asked us the same question: What type of stove should I own as practitioner chef? The economic transition of the Desideratum Years allows us to switch either way once: gas or electric?”
Reflexive propaganda like this is extremely important for Portfolio Year. The type of stove, a sub-topic on the greater subject of home energy supply, that is selected this year must be serving hot dishes from Orientation Year onwards. The Judicial Branche is on top of this right now. It is January and the people are registering advanced general data about their assets derived from their RSVP.
“The board of Omnidroid International has done a tasting experiment, and all of us concluded that some dishes their flavors only reach their optimal conditions when prepared on a gas stove. Wok technique used on a gas stove cannot be mimicked by the electric stove. In the end, this controversy is all about the techniques that you personally use as a chef.”
Looked at alternatively, the opportunity to improve the isolation materials in the funding of homes is accompanied by the switch to an electric stove. The opportunity to renovate the constructive layout of a home is accompanied by the switch to a gas stove. The people who made the switch to electric with isolation before DY0 are lucky to enjoy the loophole that allows for the change of the constructive layout after partial improvements to home isolation. (It’s a waste of energy writing legislation that prohibits this potential waste of resources.)
“To assist you in your decision making process, I’d say the key is in your routines. If you prepare Asian food often, you’re missing out if you don’t have a gas stove. If you spend a lot of time out of the house as a chef, an electric stove could be enough.”
Chef: Illuminatus
Somehow I’ve become so accustomed to the occasional stares from the diner guests from whom my throne is located at the other side of the podium. This is a new batch of contractors. No familiar faces.
“Why do you shower for three hours every day? It is x = c every time. You do this while you have not gone to sports practice since the beginning of the new season.” Spoken words echo from speakers.
High heels playfully stride up and down the stairs that go across the catwalk towards the podium in between the guests and I. The highly skilled AI waitresses carry five serving trays at once.
“I carry much responsibility at work. I’m high maintenance,” is the reply.
There are three sets of sliding doors to pass through for guests to enter the diner. They only open after phone or bank card NFC, which first takes care of fully automated AI valet, is scanned outside. Next there is the AI wardrobe and lockers where phone, wallet and car keys are stored, the key to the locker also serves for the ability to leave the diner to visit the atelier (if an appointment has been made beforehand) and nightclub perks. There are no phones allowed past the second door.
“Holy shit. You did not know that “x = 0” is the collective aim and not “x = c”? We all do so much planning to serve our needs with mathematical precision, inclusive of whatever you call being high maintenance. Fifteen hours of unexpected hot water usage is highly preventable.”
From the sliding doors to the seating for diner guests, a booth is passed with the only escalators in all of Narcifilii. One goes up. The other goes down. Opening suit buttons to take a seat.
“Sorry I’m late.”
Chef: Illuminatus Intelligens
Revisiting the island that has not seen a sign of life in two decades is one of the scariest things I’ve done in a long time. (Circumstances to me more unpredictable than usual.) Gardening was our first objective. Before opening the eyes of the AI versions of what used to be the board members of Omnidroid International, we wanted to make sure that their surroundings are similar to the imagery they process, identifying with the mortal versions of themselves on first set-up.
Oddly enough these are some of the things that we have looked forward to from the beginning. We had a lot of fun. The games we made to acquaint these AI citizens with their responsibilities, putting things in context, was a very enlightening experience. It suited the ritual that followed so well.
We laughed. We cried. We danced together. The effects of the Killer Fuet feeling increasingly personal. It used to be relatively easy to be indifferent when we perform The Ritual, but this one went over so many years of collaboration, I could not help but shed a tear after it was all over. Now we are on our way back to the Third Reich together with the new AI citizens. Two down, four more to go.

Loamhedge
Created for Moonfi’s Globetrotter Challenge. Here is the final lot I built for the challenge and one of my favourites! My Sim lived here for both rounds 7 and 8, because it’s such an adorable cottage. This tiny home is perfect for a budding spellcaster or newly turned vampire and the beautiful greenhouse lets your Sim garden in every season.
Loamhedge features a platform bedroom above the bathroom, a combo fireplace/stove to keep the cottage warm through the winter months and a atelier perfect for brewing up potions.
Loamhedge fits on Glimmerbrook Watch, Glimmerbrook or Widowshild Townhome, Forgotten Hollow.
Loamhedge is a Tiny home if you have Tiny Living Stuff, and if you’re playing a vampire you might want to turn the Registered Vampire Lair lot trait from Widowshild Townhome back on.

Mabon Celebration
Oruggio x gn!reader
Autumn Celebration: Wed. 22.09.21 Mabon, Witch Hat Atelier (Harvest celebration)
My Navigation is here.
Warnings: alcohol is mentioned (cider), but that´s about it
Note: Link to the Autumn Festival Masterlist.
Note 2: Guess who put olive oil instead of vegetable oil into their apple pie crust 💀 If I'm lucky, it's not noticable with the filling and everything...
Wordcount: 1k+
You woke up before dawn. Carefully picking up Oruggio´s arm that he had lazily thrown over your body and moving it to rest beside him, you stood up from your shared bed. You left the room in quiet steps. The moment the door had softly closed behind you, you quickly walked down the creaking stairs to go outside. You brought water from the well into the kitchen and prepared a porridge for breakfast. When you finished, the sun had already coloured the sky in orange and red, like autumn leaves carried by the wind. You leaned out of the window and closed your eyes, enjoying the way the smell of breakfast mixed with the smell of corn and forest. Only a few seconds passed, and you could already hear the first pair of feet running through the Atelier.
“Professooor (Y/N)!” Tetia exclaimed, standing at the door, panting, one hand placed on the frame. You turned around, a smile already on your lips.
“Good morning, Tetia.”
Her lips stretched to a bright smile.
“Good morning to you too. Today is finally the day, right?”
“What do you mean?”, the tired, but curious voice of Coco chimed in behind her.
“Good morning, Coco,” you said, moving to set the table.
“You don´t know?” Tetia asked nearly appalled. Coco shook her head. “It´s the autumn equinox, where day and night are the same length. Us witches call it Mabon.”
“It´s like the harvest celebrations in the villages. We thank the summer for what it has brought us,” you explained.
Coco´s eyes lit up.
“A harvest celebration?” she whispered excitedly.
“Yes! Harvest and the coming winter…I can´t believe you didn´t know this with how much you read…” Tetia added.
“Well, I want to pass my next test as soon as possible, so it´s not exactly a priority on my list.”
“But it should be, after all, traditions and their meanings are just as important as creating a spell. Understanding where specific spells came from and why they are important.” The girls turned around and you looked up to nod at Quiffrey. “And knowing (Y/N), I´m certain we will be doing something magnificent today.” He said, clapping his hands.
You laughed:
“You know, this is actually your job.”
But before Quiffrey could answer you already found yourself in front of two girls looking at you with big eyes.
“Really? Did you plan something? What did you plan?”
“First breakfast,” yawned Oruggio walking into the kitchen, with Riche and Agethe trailing behind him.
After porridge, which had been filled with Tetia´s excited chatter and Coco´s questions, you stood up to put everything away.
“I thought it would be a nice idea to visit an apple orchard,” you finally announced and Coco and Tetia immediately sat up in excitement, their attention now fully on you. You looked over to Oruggio who used their inattentiveness to, at last, flee their incessant questions. “And after that you four can make apple juice, while I prepare dinner in the evening.”
“What about your apple cider?” Quiffrey asked, with hope in his eyes. You nodded.
“Yes, I will make that too, but now-“ you clapped your hands, “I want you all to get ready so we can leave in about fifteen minutes.” The moment you had finished the sentence, Tetia and Coco were up and gone.
The sweet scent of apples welcomed you in the garden of autumn dreams. Immediately, Tetia had taken Riche by the hand and dragged her away, holding her own basket tightly in her hand. Riche followed rather languidly, but she could not fully conceal the excitement in her eyes. For a while Coco stood awkwardly next to Agethe, until the dark-haired girl sighed dramatically and walked off as well. After motioning Coco to follow her, you realised that Quiffrey had disappeared between the trees too. You turned your head to smile at Oruggio who had been half leaning on an apple tree until now. For a second, his lips twitched to show you a gentle smile and he walked up behind you to encase you in a hug. He nuzzled his face into the crook of your neck, groaning.
“Can we just stay here?"
“I need to make sure we have enough apples though, or do you not want any cider?”
He sighed into your shoulder, squeezing you for a second then letting you go, leaving only his arm to lazily rest around your waist.
You returned to the Atelier in the afternoon. As the girls were outside with Quiffrey, finding leaves and acorns to decorate the house with, you began preparing the last bits for the day. The apple pie was already baking in the oven, with leaves made of dough adorning it, and the dish, yellow and red from pumpkins, carrots and potatoes, was cooking on the stove. Sweet chestnuts were roasting over a little fire that Oruggio created a few steps away from you, the both of you simply basking in the comfort of the holiday. Soon the smell of fall filled the entire house.
Freshly baked bread already stood on the table when the girls came back, ornaments in their hair as well as decoration in their arms to place them around the kitchen. With the table now bedecked with cones and acorns, you placed the pot of mashed goods in the middle, steaming and of the colour of autumn. You had placed the apple pie on the windowsill to cool, so that it could be eaten soon after dinner.
Dusk fell red and warm. The days would now become progressively colder and darker. You sighed as you put away the dishes. Oruggio was hugging you from behind as you both listened to Quiffrey tell the girls a story of old lore in the next room. When the night was finally dark, and the girls had bid you a goodnight, Oruggio hummed into your neck, telling you to hurry up so you could go to bed as well. And as you settled into the beige sheets of your bed, locked between the arms of your love, his chest pressing against your back and his soft snores caressing your neck (he always fell asleep upon hitting the mattress), you smiled. Scooting closer, you too were welcomed by an autumn dream.

It’s not a house, it’s currently a ceramics atelier (studio) in France designed by the famous duo of architects Pascal Häusermann and Claude Costy, the maestros of organic architecture. Built in 1991, it’s for sale for €740,000 ($784K). It lends itself to a variety of uses, whether that’s a workshop, an events space or, most likely, a quirky place to live.
You can see all the pottery still inside and it’s pretty spacious.
Looks like they hooked up a heat stove to the original fireplace.
You’d have to work w/the house b/c its curves are here to stay.
The Bubble House is as much a piece of sculpture as it is a house or workspace.
It takes full advantage of the appealing scenery around it with those amazing large rounded bay windows pierced all around the structure.
That must be the kiln. Look at the area up the stairs- what a great place for a table and chairs.
A large awning extends the roof and houses two doors.
The countryside it’s located in is stunning.

carmuel + “i didn’t want to go to bed without you” for the writing meme!! also you’re not copying me at all, i hope it helps for you too!!!
The apartment is quiet and dim. Samuel stumbles over a shoe and curses, just to whisper-curse at himself cursing, lowly, because it's twenty past two at night and he should not be making noise right now.
The person who'd decided that all of his deadlines would be cramped into the span of one week was a real fucking sadist.
“You're home,” the light in the hallway switches on. He blinks at Carla, who has emerged from the kitchen, wearing a hoodie and leggings and looking way too lively for a person who is at home in the middle of the night and doesn't have to concern themselves with finalizing their degree, because they're, well, finished, have a stable job and could be asleep.
“You weren't sleeping?” Samuel's eyebrows crease, because, if he's being honest, he can't fathom why anyone who has even the slightest chance or sliver of time isn't dozing off. He had twenty minutes because his consultant had gone for a quick lunch and he fell asleep on the way-too small atelier couch, for fuck's sake.
“I saved dinner for you. I'm sure you didn't eat anything,” Carla ignores him completely, small crescent smile forming on her lips. “I'm not sure your face won't fall into the bowl within five minutes, but you should at least try.”
She leads him into the kitchen, fingers entwined, then sits him down like a child on the chair and turns to the pot on the stove. Samuel stares at the faucet by the sink, head thumping. Had he noticed that the faucet is slightly crooked before? Really, it's definitely leaning a bit towards the left-
“You need to ask for an extension,” Carla's voice sounds like from a great, indefinable distance, until the thump of a bowl and a splash of hot liquid makess him wake to his senses, a pair of green eyes framed by strands of golden hair in front of him. “I'm serious, Samuel, this is impossible. You don't even have time to sleep.”
“It's fine, I only have to be there at six tomorrow,” he mutters unconvincingly. Carla snorts. “Don't tell me about pulling all-nighters during the final stage of senior year, hypocrite.”
“I'm just worried about you,” Carla pecks his temple and he vaguely registers that he's kind of falling on her – fuck, he really is so tired – and she's drawing circles on the back of his palm. “Really, if you're overworking yourself this hard and it's not even the real thing-”
“I'm fine. It'll be over next week,” he mumbles, words hard to form. “But I just-”
“Yeah. Let's go to bed before you just pass out on the floor,” Carla nods resolutely – where do people get this much energy – and gets up with him, except not like a zombie. “Go to the bathroom, I'll clean up here.”
The water in the shower kinda helps him wake up and compose his thoughts – at the time when he doesn't need it anymore, lovely – so when he joins Carla, who's already in bed, changed into her pajamas and scrolling on her phone, he has enough energy to make semi-normal steps, not fall down like a blob but pretty humanly make his way under the covers, and ask: “Why did you wait up? I know you have that meeting tomorrow.”
“I didn't want to go to sleep without you,” the display grows dark as Carla presses the power button and gives him a tender glance with something else under it that doesn't go with her casual tone. “Again.”
Oh. A compunction.
“I'm sorry,” Samuel murmurs low into her hair, Carla settling her head on his chest comfortably. “I'm really sorry I don't have time for you, it's just that I have so much to do right now, but next week-”
“I'm not blaming you, stupid,” Carla shakes her head lazily, leans up to kiss his chin and then grins. “You need to shave, even though you have so much to do.”
“I'm so-”
The room goes dark as the switch of Carla's night stand lamp clicks.
“Stop apologizing. I get it.”
It's quiet for a while as she's looking for her place in his arms again. He embarces her like a perfect mold, each of her curves and her ticklish spots so well-known. He manages to trace his energyless fingertips over her hip and listens to the clinking quiet giggle, better than any music to his ears. “I love you. Now, go to sleep.”
Samuel doesn't know whether he thinks or says his me too, because he's already only half-awake.
