The Journey Between What Was and What’s Next
So a little transparency post.
Right now, I’m at a transitional point in my life, and I love learning more and more about astrology because I realised how practical and fundamental it is in helping me understand myself better. I’m currently trying to really investigate and learn all there is about how each house manifests, looking into deeper interpretations of what we can learn about each part of life through the houses.
Lately, I’ve been exploring the 1st House with a lot of focus on the Ascendant. We already know that the Ascendant represents the lens through which we experience the world, so I won't get into detail about what it means assuming that we all know but nevertheless, I was looking into text and work from Howard Sasportas and I really love his perspective of the Ascendent describing it as the "maze" we navigate, which also holds clues to finding our way out. Out to greatness, and out to our sun, where we shine.
For example, as a Scorpio Ascendant, which you probably guessed, the moment I mentioned (investigate). I know there’s an association with uncovering truth. I have always been about trying to find out how things work and digging deeper, uncovering doors that people would rather leave closed.
The lens through which I see the world can sometimes be of depth, sometimes secrecy, but most importantly, it's through transformation. For me, my path involves, investigating my own inner fears and shadows, bringing them to the surface and then truly transforming by letting go of habits that no longer serve me and coming face to face with my own devil.
Doing so requires me to go deeper, to surrender and let go of control and trusting that things will work out for me, and that sometimes, things need to be destroyed so that you can rebuild.
There's a connection there, between the Ascendant and how we experience new beginnings —not just literal birth but every new phase, chapter, or transition in life will bring about or evoke the Ascendent. In the book, "The Houses" he suggests that early life experiences, particularly around birth, set the tone for how we approach these moments. For example, Capricorn/Saturn Ascendants may feel cautious or hesitant, rooted in early struggles or responsibilities tied to Saturnian energy.
Scorpio Rising on the other hand, are often marked by physical, emotional, or situational crises—a dramatic or difficult entrance into the world, may approach things with suspicion, lack of trust and the need to control everything.
I thought this was fascinating, and went to investigate and uncovered that during my birth, there was a real tussle between life and death for both my mother and me. When the doctors were delivering me, I was breached so they had to do a Emergency C section then things were going wrong and my heartbeat was raised, the process was so frantic that they accidentally dislocated my shoulder as i was being pulled out. My first baby pictures shows me in the hospital wearing a little baby sling. It’s fascinating how astrology can provide insights like this.
So for me as Scorpio is ruled by Pluto (modern) and Mars (traditional), both associated with transformation, survival, and regeneration.
Approach to New Beginnings:
Transitions for me often involve endings first—a symbolic death before rebirth.
Every new era in my life resonates with my instinct to dig deep, transform, and emerge stronger, much like the mythical phoenix rising from the ashes.
Starting this blog for me was really hard. IT WAS quite literally a tussle between my old self, thinking "will people want to read this, I'm not good enough or more knowledgeable enough than the other astrologers bloggers here and my new self that wants to rise into this new version of me where I am doing what I love to do. I snuggled immensely with cautiousness and inability to just let go and trust that it will all work out.
The Role of Intensity and Regeneration:
Scorpio Rising thrives in situations that push them to evolve. They may unconsciously attract or create circumstances that force them to confront their limits and grow.
Each new phase in life echoes the qualities of the Ascendant and the issues tied to our first house. These echoes are like subconscious patterns imprinted at birth that reawaken during transitions.
Aries Ascendant
Maze Created: Life is seen as a battleground where action, courage, and decisiveness are necessary. They interpret life as a place that rewards boldness and initiative.
Birth Symbolism: Often associated with quick or eventful births, Aries Ascendants may have entered the world energetically, perhaps as fighters, literally or figuratively.
Transitions: They approach new beginnings with enthusiasm but can rush headlong into situations without full consideration, often learning through trial and error.
Way Out: They must learn patience and strategy, realizing that not every situation requires immediate action or confrontation.
Taurus Ascendant
Maze Created: Life is seen as a place to seek security, comfort, and stability. They create patterns focused on holding onto what they have.
Birth Symbolism: Taurus Ascendants may have had slower, steadier births or situations where grounding and perseverance were required.
Transitions: They approach new phases cautiously, preferring to ensure stability before taking risks. They may resist change, needing time to feel secure in new beginnings.
Way Out: They must embrace change and let go of attachment to material and emotional security, learning that true stability comes from within.
For someone with Scorpio Rising, the story of their birth—literal or metaphorical—might hold keys to understanding their life’s themes. How do you feel about transitions? Do they mirror the intensity or struggle associated with birth? Are new beginnings met with a sense of profound transformation, or is there resistance tied to fear of change?
Understanding these patterns can offer deep insight into how we meet life and find ways to break free from the "maze" we’ve constructed.

PARADIGM SHIFT: APRIL 20TH 2024 JUPITER AND URANUS CONJUNCTION IN TAURUS
from : intuitiverebellion,blogspot.com
On April 20th 2024 when Jupiter and Uranus join in Taurus 21 degrees.
It has been highlighted that out of all 2024 astrological phenomena, the Jupiter-Uranus Conjunction on April 20th will be the most powerful, profound and strongest.
z It will be more prolific than the recent total Aries solar eclipse and signifies the beginning of a new 14-year cycle (so until 2037). Jupiter has a rapid 12-year orbit and Uranus has an 84-year orbit meaning each 14 years Jupiter catches up to Uranus to form a conjunction in a zodiac sign. This time it will be in Taurus, the first time creating a conjunction here in Taurus since 1941.
Before 1941.
It was last conjunct here in years in Taurus we can conceptualise in our historical lens to be before the discovery of the planetary body of Uranus back in years: 1016, 1098,1099, 1181, 1858, and 1941.
It won’t form another Uranus and Jupiter conjunction in the sign of Taurus until the year 2107, so for many of us born AFTER 1941, this is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME transit, given the many other incredibly rare celestial formations that have shaken the planets and asteroids in recent times and influence the celestial & human psychological atmosphere collectively.
To understand the cosmic dance of the planetary bodies; Jupiter circles the sun every 12 yrs. while Uranus takes 84 years to do the same. 12 goes into 84 7 times, thus for each 7th cycle of Jupiter coincides with ONE cycle of Uranus IN THE SAME AREA OF THE SKY.
The last time that Jupiter and Uranus were conjunct in Taurus, 1941 was a tempestuous era globally sculpting the sociopolitical and economic landscape of humanity, in ways that the general masses of human society could not foresee.
This was the peak of World War II, a time when countries were permitting a novel concept: women were joining the workforce in ways they hadn’t before.
Jobs seen as too physically demanding for women; such as making ammunition, agriculture, operating tractors, building trucks, weapons, tanks or planes, were now open for women.
This caused a ripple effect on the social role of a female as a homemaker, carer of children or matriarch.
This recalibrated the global economic paradigm & evoked a long-term change in gender “norms”.
The concept of Taurus being interjected with Jupiter's energy back in 1941 saw a 14-year cycle that would transmute the social fabric of the modern world.
By 1955 the entire foundation of what has become the establishment of the modern western nation was set into motion.
TAURUS & THE THE GODDESS VENUS:
Taurus is ruled by the feminine planet Venus.
Venus is the solar system's mother archetype. (The closest, thus brightest planet from humanity's home on Earth, next to Earth's “father masculine planet-Mars’, ruled by Aries).
Venus is represented by the goddess of beauty, love and pleasure, Aphrodite.
In Taurus, we highlight areas of material wealth and resources and financial security, the home, sensuality, aesthetics, beauty, possessions and how we accumulate a sense of security or safety (wealth, possessions, resources, satiety, job security, economic safety).
Globally and macrocosmic focal points may include: In economic systems, food distribution, resource supply chains, agriculture & mining or earth-based resources.
It is not my area of expertise to go into economic speculation but whether by social engineered disruption and design, an economic crisis has been calibrated that is causing an unspoken (and spoken) distress that is gathering in the collective population.
Australia and this conjunction:
Digital currency and biometric online identification systems seem to be a theme coming up in Australian media outlets with recent Sydney knife attacks leaving the public feeling the fear of the spin from sensationalism via the mainstream media. I’m not downplaying the trauma of the survivors of the events, I know they endure real pain, but rather the propaganda and engineering of a socially designed prompt from the mainstream media to generate a desired outcome. (problem, reaction solution).
Themes of Taurus at present collectively in Australia right now bring into question notions of job security, cost of living, debt, housing prices, loans, mortgages, land or home ownership affordability and student debt which is becoming a more “distant” pipe-dream for younger Australias (age 40 and under) which focuses on Taurus themes of resources, wealth and economic security.
Highlighting the need to find a new method of innovating material resources and methods to acquire “the hierarchy of needs”. (Maslow) to attend to your food, shelter, sleep, possessions, safety, etc. and building up from there will be a focus going forward in the next 14-year cycle of this transit.
URANUS THE REBEL PLANET
Uranus is so far from the sun in our solar system that it draws on its power source to sustain energy, in doing so it acts in ways that set it as an outlier from the other planets. Meaning it’s an unpredictable, rebellious, eccentric, idiosyncratic energy.
Aligned to its astrological ruler, Aquarius.
Uranus and Aquarius represent the higher-self connection and connections to spirituality, religious expression, consciousness, and higher potential.
Uranus was found on March 13 1781 by a German called William Herschel.Uranus was found on March 13 1781 by a German called William Herschel. Uranus or Ouranos comes from ancient Greek and means “the heavens or sky”. It was the name of the original Greek sky god, and partner of Gaia, or Mother Earth.
Without any input of being labelled with any false “manic” mental health label, I reference the astrological journal of 2017 here which expands on the connection between Uranus and Aquarius energetic frequencies:
“Our genius and creativity exalt us to God-like capacities through the Uranus and Aquarius archetype. We develop the faculty to transcend our limitations as mortals, move beyond the average, and attain a greater dimension that bridges matter to spirit. “ - (Fernandez, 2017)
The advantages of this finer expression of the self and Uranus' energy in a heartbeat without a warning can overthrow established conventions, throwing sustained paradigms into oblivion. For Uranus is the wild card which is driven by its drum, calibrating impulsive & spontaneous rhythms.
Jupiter is the royal planet. Bestowed with a divine sceptre only a king can bestow. There is a link to justice and legal pursuits in Jupiters realm. It reflects an ever-flowing chalice shared in communion, public speaking, self-expression, abundance, unlimited growth, luck, expansion, opportunity, travel, success, wisdom & charm. It brings up philosophy, religious experience or higher education.
Jupiter is known as the GREATER BENEFICIARY:

It reflects an ever-flowing chalice shared in communion, public speaking, self-expression, abundance, unlimited growth, luck, expansion, opportunity, travel, success, wisdom & charm. Where Jupiter sits in your natal chart is where you experience your luck, fortune & easiest opportunities to succeed in areas such as career, vocation and higher education. It provides an insight into your life purpose and passion, with insight into how your opportunities and success manifest uniquely through your natal chart.
So Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus conjunction at this moment are revolutionary moving into a higher blueprint for humanity. if we collectively care about moving beyond what we are heading towards as purposed by “the powers that be” or what we as creators as destined by the prime creator with divine gods and goddesses inside us all can co-create in our microcosm”.
We too, have the power and potential to tap into the power of the planetary spheres and energy currents, working the geometric and architectural metaphysical mysteries of “god or goddess in our microcosm”
My hypothesis is not just me on my own, or with one or two people as it has been for the last decade, but with a community of people doing the same thing in collective unison, in mutual benevolence.
An astrological cycle that works to symbiotically unify divine humanism as a reality, where people are working in a benevolent symbiosis to align to their higher purpose, skills, strengths, talents, and values.
men and women working TOGETHER in symbiosis to reinvent “what does it mean to have a paid vocation”?
THE TRUTH OF HOW THE CORPORATE PARADIGM WAS FOUNDED
Organisational psychology has a duplicitous historical setup that looks like it was founded with questionable motives.
I’ll take you back to an accidental major I enrolled in 2015 back when I was in my first year of university in organisational behaviour which was the history of the workplace. It went into how the industrial era shaped modern organisational design, initially open about how much the people despised the “assembly line” monotony of the “9-5” production line factory built to produce for profit.
They ran experiment after experiment to try and “build up the morale” of the human psyche of the people working in the factories, doing small things at first like changing the type of lights, or colour of the room, the chairs, giving them different tasks and changing the days or hours they worked.
Nothing was giving the humans working in these factories a sense of purpose hope or meaning. They gave them food, more lunch, snack breaks (how we came up with recess), and eventually the one thing that helped?
HUMAN CONNECTION.
So came the era of workplace community. That was the only motivation to want to go to the factory and work, to see the people they had befriended.
This was the birth of the modern workplace. Which to me, seemed super depressing and illuminated my disdain for everything corporate and formal.
Putting it altogether;
PARADIGM SHIFT & COLLECTIVE AWAKENING:
This Jupiter and Taurus with Uranus energy can innovate the method in which we acquire these resources which means a needed change in the workforce and organisational dynamics that underpin the workplaces that supersede the structures of our society.
Social media censorship in combination with the harsh reality of COVID mandates and lockdown/vaccine “laws in 2020 created a revolution that saw people awakening on a scale unprecedented in Australia.
More than ever, people are stepping away due to new options for post-lockdown work-from-home employment options and looking for new horizons in career or vocation openings.
This conjunction isn’t about predicting what might happen for the globalists who have billions of fiat currency to pay astrologers to scope the celestial horizons decades in advance to shape their future events.
This is about awakening the divine spark of humanity, opening a doorway into aligning souls who are going to be a part of the upcoming paradigm shift “building a better blueprint from the ground up 2.0”.
Unfortunately, the only resources left are proceeding to be policed, data mined and scoped for information so there is nothing left to do but try and push information across the internet to reach receptive people.
This energy current is about an entire paradigm shift, just as the World War 2 astrological event saw women participate in the workplace and move away from the home, familiar or maternal duties on the home front, for that cycle of time.
We saw, as a result, the rise of feminism, women of colour rising into their power to fight for justice against centuries of wrongdoing and closing the wage gaps.
In 2024 changes in work and how people earn income to survive have shifted in cycles.
There are still disparities for some people fitting into traditional workplace settings, especially under what some trans-Pacific states tried to enforce people to abide into experimental RNA modulating “gene therapy” with a “vaccine mandate” or no job policies being enforced across the board.
If a lot of these jobs needed you to be vaccinated with a novel, not yet researched enough to be safe or efficacious enough to warrant the risks of the long-term side effects of risking treatment from the mRNA modulation of the epigenetic markers, people had to choose between “acquisition of survival resources or long term health and liberty”.
This saw traditional employment options having to be evaluated by people.
Others simply liked the freedom of working from home that the lockdowns provided and decided to venture into this full-time.
Seeing people breaking into self-employment, online enterprise or pioneering novel solutions to earn multiple income streams.
Coupled with an increase in the cost of living and inflation, even people with traditional jobs are seeking new ways to make passive streams of income to keep on top of things like crippling debt, mortgage repayments, student loans and other costs that previous generations did not have to do.
The social media landscape opens up non-centralised digital currencies like cryptocurrency and bitcoin. Of course, Uranus energy brings the innovation into the Jupiter realm of growing wealth crossing into the zodiac sphere of Taurus, where resource and material gain is favourable. The price of 1 BTC is now considerably larger.
However, the original Bitcoin is a novel avenue for creators and self-employed entrepreneurs to explore new horizons outside of the fiat system that isn’t confined to the parameters of inflation.
We have podcasts, videos, digital content creators and an endless array of online marketplaces boasting people's skills, strengths and talents with products made through marketplaces like You Tube, Etsy, Amazon, or Instagram/Facebook marketplace.
We now look to a future of automation, digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and online enterprise, and see industries that have been lost to the changes that took place globally in 2020 (partially due to the Covid-19/Saturn & Jupiter Conjunction).
We see the uprising of new pioneering industries innovating changes in the way we live life with technology and digital media at the forefront of our lives.
The Uranus and Taurus energy with Jupiter alignment brings a merger to both energy currents. Taurus changing things in the scope of material acquisition, while Uranus rebels against the paradigm that has cemented the framework of "what is in place but is ineffective" in modern social systems in terms of resources, finances and material stability.
The change making energy catalysed by this cycle can be chaotic, sudden or unsettling, but the Taurus frequency is fixed in the Earth, as it is an elemental earth sign, keeping us in tune with our physical bodies, reminding us to stay attuned to the senses, be mindful of what our bodies need and desire without being caught up into the heavy chorus of Uranus innovation.

under the ⋆ scorpio new moon ⋆ on nov 1st, expect secrets to bubble up everywhere—truths people have been avoiding will have a way of coming to light. those pretending in relationships or hiding behind masks? might feel the heat, as scorpio’s energy doesn’t let anyone off the hook.
this new moon is all about transformation, so the collective vibe could be a little “burn it down to build it up.” people might suddenly feel ready to cut ties with anything (or anyone) that no longer aligns with who they’re becoming.
also, don’t be surprised if the urge to dive into something taboo or explore deeper mysteries hits hard. scorpio energy is magnetic like that—people could find themselves wanting more raw, intense experiences, ditching anything that feels shallow or inauthentic. it’s like, “go deep or go home.”
under this scorpio new moon, each rising sign will feel the urge to confront hidden truths, release what's stagnant, and dive deeper into the areas of life ruled by scorpio in their chart. here’s a quick rundown of how the collective energy might hit for each rising sign:
⋆ aries rising: this new moon in your 8th house is bringing up buried emotions, debts, and the need to confront shared resources or deep-seated fears. expect some intense revelations—relationships that aren’t built on mutual trust or intimacy might feel the strain. it’s time to let go of any emotional baggage and reclaim your power.
⋆ taurus rising: in your 7th house of partnerships, this new moon wants you to dig deep in relationships. weak or superficial connections won’t survive the intensity, so you may be pushed to either commit fully or release what isn’t working. power dynamics could surface, so it’s a moment to redefine what true partnership means to you.
⋆ gemini rising: this hits your 6th house of health and routines. expect some revelations around your daily habits or work life. what’s been festering under the surface, whether it’s burnout or neglected self-care, is coming to light. it’s time to let go of routines that drain you and make space for new, healthier habits.
⋆ cancer rising: the new moon in your 5th house of romance, creativity, and pleasure is calling for depth. casual flings or uninspired creative projects may suddenly feel meaningless. you’re being asked to dive deeper into what truly ignites your passion and release any fears holding back your self-expression.
⋆ leo rising: hitting your 4th house of home and family, this new moon may bring hidden family dynamics or unresolved childhood patterns to the surface. it’s a time for releasing anything that prevents you from feeling secure. you might feel the urge to cleanse your space—physically or emotionally—to reclaim your sense of home.
⋆ virgo rising: with this new moon in your 3rd house of communication, expect some intense conversations or revelations. words have weight now, and anything left unsaid may come spilling out. it’s a time to clear misunderstandings and bring hidden thoughts to light, letting go of shallow connections in favor of real ones.
⋆ libra rising: in your 2nd house of money and values, this new moon is asking you to confront your relationship with security. you might feel pushed to let go of financial habits that don’t serve you or reevaluate what you truly value. it’s about reclaiming your power over resources and finding stability from within.
⋆ scorpio rising: this is your new moon, hitting your 1st house of self. it’s time for a rebirth—shedding outdated parts of your identity and embracing the real you. you might feel ready to show a more intense, authentic version of yourself and release anything (or anyone) that doesn’t align with who you’re becoming.
⋆ sagittarius rising: with this new moon in your 12th house, hidden fears or subconscious patterns may surface, asking for release. this is a deeply introspective time, perfect for shadow work. it’s about letting go of self-sabotaging behaviors and finding peace with the hidden parts of yourself.
⋆ capricorn rising: in your 11th house of friendships and goals, this new moon is challenging your social connections. superficial friendships may fall away, and you’ll feel drawn to people who share your deeper values. it’s also a moment to set new, transformative goals and let go of any dreams that no longer feel authentic.
⋆ aquarius rising: this new moon in your 10th house brings intensity to your career and public image. if you’re in a role that feels unaligned with your true self, you might feel the urge to make a change. it’s time to reclaim your professional power, release fears around success, and go after something that feels meaningful.
⋆ pisces rising: in your 9th house of beliefs and higher learning, this new moon pushes you to confront limiting beliefs and expand your worldview. you might feel drawn to dive into taboo topics or explore hidden truths. it’s time to let go of any outdated philosophies and embrace a more transformative, authentic path forward.

2024: The Year of the Dragon
Well, we made yall! This was a 7 ruled year, ruled by the Moon, Neptune, and South Node. This year had us all deep in our feelings. So many people had their first spiritual awakening, others psychic gifts has strengthened. This year was teaching us on how to listen to our intuition. If you’re a creative, then this year was really the year ideas and projects came to you. With the moon here, so many people started their own families, so many woman in my personal life had babies this year lol. Our family dynamics changed, our homes may have changed. Lots of early life/past lives issues smacked us in the face this year, a lot of people started their healing journey.
This year is an 8 ruled year.
8 rules over the spiritual and materialistic world. 8 is balance, it means you need to balance being in our world and the spiritual.
8 is also an infinity symbol, hence why is it’s a loop. What loops(patterns)have you been stuck in? This year will show you that and what loops you need to get out of
8 also have a deep love for humanity, so I personally expect more protest against wars, those who are really suffering in our world. There’s going to be a strong empathy pull. Make no mistake though, the number 8 also rules over authority, social status, ego, inner strength and wisdom. While there’s a lot of love, there’s going to lots of people having unchecked egos so be careful of that. Listening to others opinions(whether you agree or not) will be a collective lesson.
The number 8 is ruled by Saturn and Capricorn. This is a Saturnian year. So to my fellow Saturnians/Capricorn placements/10h, we are the first in line the classroom (earth) this year lol.
Saturn is in Pisces, so fellow Caps, and everyone really, I feel we are going to continue being in our feelings and will begin to open our hearts to others. Capricorn is a reserved sign, doesn’t really show outward emotions, they would rather cry in private or in the shower😅. Not this year LoL, this year is teaching us that it’s okay to not be okay, it’s okay to be open about it as well. We will meet people who will show us the magical side of life. Saturn is a realism and pessimistic sign, but Pisces is the sign of hope, magic and fantasy. Remember, Pisces is also co ruled by Jupiter which is currently in Taurus. What is success to you? Is this success to you because this is what you were taught or is this what you really want? These are the type of questions you will be asking yourself.
8 is the number for Karma as well. Karma isn’t what many people think it is lol. Karma isn’t just some revenge type of thing lol. Also, Karma isn’t always bad either so get that out your mindset as well. Bad things happen to good people all the time, you being a good person doesn’t exempt you of messed up situations. If anything, it’s to make you become more empathetic and self aware of the bad things. Karma can be good as well
The etymology of karma is from the Sanskrit meaning “Action, Effect, Fate”
Karma is what you do that will cause a ripple/effect that can change your fate.
Example:
1. You get into a relationship and everything is going great for a year. Then you discovered your partner cheated. Your hurt and say “karma will get him and I can’t wait to watch.”
2. Months go by and you see your cheater ex is in a new relationship, treating this new partner better than you. You start thinking “karmas not real because if it was, why are they living the good life?” Meanwhile, you’re still picking up the pieces to heal but you’re healing is the key word.
3. Little do you know, your ex had cheated on you with someone who’s only using them and they end up getting cheated on. It wasn’t because of you, know they created that ripple for themselves. They let there ego and lust dictate there actions. If they would’ve had any control, they would’ve known not to do this so the Universe/God let the domino fall. They may end struggling with their career, health, spiritually to teach them to grow and learn. Now will they? That’s up to them. Just because someone appears to be doing well from the outside doesn’t mean that they really are or going to be.
4. You’ve done your healing and now know what you want and the red flags to look out for. You end up in an actual healthy relationship. A friend of yours suspects her partner of cheating and asked for your advice. Because you went through this, you know the signs. Because of this, you helped her. See that domino effect lol
That was long but I hope that makes sense you all! I have a mercury Rx in my chart so my thoughts go everywhere lol.
One of the first biggest events of 2024 is that Pluto enters Aquarius
Dates: January 20th - September 1st
Then: it will go back in Capricorn for the last time in our lifetime in September 1- November 20th.
Finally: it will go into Aquarius November 20th, where it will stay unto 2043. Y’all this is a 20 year transit!! So many changes are about to happen
I’ve already made a post about this transit, you can read it here!
2024 is the year of the dragon, in the element Wood.
Dragons are seen as honorable, strength, success
Wood represents vitality and creativity
-this is good year to pursue your goals and if you’re consistent, you will achieve success.
Eclipses
First Lunar eclipse will be on March 25th.
It will be in the sign of Libra! Which is where South Node currently is as well. Relationships with our family and within our home will be highlighted. The house that Libra rules in your chart will tell you how this will
First Solar eclipse will be on April 8th
It will be in the sign of Aries with NN being in it. Setting new goals for yourself, starting something new in your life, be bold and brave.
2nd Lunar eclipse is in Pisces on September 17th. Hello feelings lol! Pisces will have us sit alone and think about our most hidden thoughts and they will be highlighted. This is a good time for spiritual growth.
2nd Solar eclipse is in Libra on October 2nd. Relationships will be the hot topic for 2024. I predict so many people are going to be breaking up, finding love, having new friendships, family relationships are going to be changing, collaborating with people, justice, fairness will all be themes
Mercury Retrogrades will be in fire signs this year
First Mercury Rx is in Aries on April 1st-25th. Thinking and planning your goals, making sure everything is in order.
2nd Rx is August 4th-28th in the sign of Virgo and Leo. It’s giving say it with your chest energy but not too much lol. Be brave with your thoughts but try to think rationally as well.
3rd Rx is November 25th in Sagittarius. Time for us to reflect on our ideals that we’ve learned. Look at different philosophies point of view
Another big Astrological event is the Jupiter-Uranus in Taurus conjunction on April 20th.
Jupiter is the planet if expansion, higher learning, traveling and religion
Uranus is the planet of change, science of medicine, innovation and rebellion.
Taurus is the 2nd sign of the zodiac and it rules over our finances, self worth, our possessions, food, beauty, nature such as forest and trees.
What do I predict with this transit:
-huge breakthroughs with regarding medicines and innovative discoveries
-something dealing with travel or immigration
-I suspect some type if change regarding the church or how people view the church (pastors, priest etc)
-something dealing with our food and us being more aware about our own dietary choices. What’s not good for us and what goes in our food basically
On May 25th, Jupiter leaves Taurus and enters airy sign Gemini. It will be in Gemini until 2025
The best way to describe this transit is communication!!! Remember Jupiter expands everything so we will be more open about our thoughts and standing on business on what we say! I feel there’s going to be a huge influx on the dire need to want to go back to school and learn new things. Big cars are going to the thing everyone will want to have! If you’re a writer, this can be a good year to write that book and get it published, all the way up until 2025 at least.
Mars Go Rx December 6th- February 23rd 2025, in the sign of Cancer and Leo!
This is poignant because Mars only go retrograde every 2 years! The last Rx was 2021-2022 ish and it was in Gemini
With it switching from water and fire, emotions will be be high. Really check your emotions during this time, this can be a good time to sort your home out, being motivated to start something like a creative outlet.
As you all can see, this is going to be an eventful year but I’m wishing you all happy and memorable one! To those who’ve been following me this year, I just want to say thank you! thank you! thank you!
With love and gratitude

Energy Update: December 2024
December is a “2” Universal Month (12 (December) + 8 (2024) =20 = 2+0 = 2] in an “8” Universal Year. Two is a movement number – things begin to balance out from the pure creation of the energy of the “1” month prior, and decisions start to present themselves. This aligns poorly with the astrology of the month, which is dominated by two major personal planet retrogrades (Mercury and Mars). In order to seek out balance or come into alignment with what is, we may need to work backward.
The Set Up
We begin the month with the Sun and retrograde Mercury in Sagittarius, Venus in Capricorn, Mars deep in its pre-retrograde shadow in Leo, retrograde Jupiter in Gemini, Saturn and Neptune in Pisces, retrograde Uranus in Taurus, and Pluto in Capricorn. This month, we will only have two planetary ingresses: our Sun will enter Capricorn, and Venus will enter Aquarius. This is due to Mercury’s retrograde, which ends on 12/15, that keeps our planet of Communication, Travel, and Technology in the sign of its exile for an exceptionally long time.
The Details
All eyes are on Mars, which will retrograde on 12/06 at 06° Leo. This retrograde will stretch into the new year; it ends in late February, but the post-retrograde shadow will continue until the beginning of May. This is the Big News Bear of the month as it will impact our entire holiday season, but it also sets the tone for 2025.
Mars
Mars gets top billing this month due to its upcoming retrograde on 12/6. This isn’t a post specifically about the retrograde (that’ll be out later – look for it in your email if you’re signed up for my mailing list), but it is significant enough to warrant a brief discussion. Mars is the slowest moving of our personal planets and tends to retrograde every 26 months or so. Because this planet dictates our modes of action and energy levels, we can expect forward motion (as a whole) and output to be lower during Mars’ retrograde periods. This is business as usual and the expected result of a Mars retrograde, but that doesn’t mean that people will be comfortable or accepting of this outcome.
Therein lies a lot of the struggles of a Mars retrograde cycle. Many of us (especially those ruled by Mars – Aries and Scorpio – or those with strong Martian placements) rely on accomplishments and consistent action to regulate our nervous systems. When thwarted, the Martian temperament can get aggressive and moody. Some types can be pushy or overtly forceful, and if one thing is for sure, it is that nothing should be forced during a Mars retrograde. Let it unfold slowly, and try to enjoy the ride.
This retrograde starts in fixed fiery Leo and ends in cardinal watery Cancer. A lot of people are going to fuck some shit up so that they can feel like they are still sitting on their throne and likely cry about it later.
It’s wise to remember that the planets aren’t here to hurt us, no matter how much our dysregulated brains might try to tell us so. Instead, if we look at planetary retrogrades as an opportunity to review, restart, realign, reassess, and rejuvenate, they can actually be valuable times of othered space. Each planet in retrograde adds a layer of the liminal to the space soup, and the more planets in retrograde at a time, the more liminal our space becomes.
It’s worth noting here that Mars’ retrograde overlaps with Mercury’s in December by five days (from 12/6-12/15). These are powerful days to slow down and assess where your life is and what you need to change to move forward. This is especially fortunate for those who celebrate the new year in January, as it is an early chance to align yourself with your goals for the year ahead.
Mars will station direct on 2/23, so this is a long-game transit – much longer than Mercury’s month-long retrogrades. Other than slowing us all down (and probably causing some significant tifts over the holidays), Mars won’t be doing much this month as – during the time when a planet stations (changes directions) they tend to hold their position in the sky for an abnormally long time. If you have a personal planet in the early degrees of the fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius), you might feel the strain of Mar’s lack of movement all month. Expect things to get angsty. Expect divas to be on the very biggest tears. It is what it is; I find Leo’s energy pretty easy to walk away from if it’s getting to be too much, but your experience may vary.
Iron gate boundaries might be in order, especially with that incredibly demanding family member who never figured out that they aren’t the main character in your life. You might find that you need to do less; if you do, know you are right on time.
Mars retrogrades are almost inevitably challenging. Even if you can manage your own life slowing down (some of us even like it this way), you still have to deal with the absolute temper tantrums of those who can’t stand still for whatever reason. Stay aware of the Aries, Scorpio, and Capricorn types in your life (Sun, Moon, Ascendant, and Mars placements mostly here) or anyone with Mars in Cancer or Leo. They may be seriously losing their shit (and, if so, iron-clad boundaries, as I said), but they may also just need support as to what to do when you can’t do.
This retrograde aligns well with the season of withdrawal (lovingly called Fallowtide by some) but less well with our hustle-and-bustle holiday season. It’s okay not to do anything, especially if you are prone to low energy for any number of reasons. Take care of yourself often and early.
Our Lights: The Sun and the Moon
Our big win for the month is our two new moons – the first in Sagittarius on 12/01 and the second in Capricorn on 12/30 – which bookmark our month. Our Capricorn moon is especially auspicious because – as I have mentioned elsewhere – in 2024, we had two Capricorn new moons and two full moons. If, as I suggested, you have worked the Capricorn moons this year, this is your fourth and final chance to do so. Even though it is early from a calendar perspective, I would do any magic working or intention setting for 2025 during the hour of the new moon on 12/30. Capricorn is THE sign of long-term planning. Use that to your advantage.
We begin the month on 12/1 (always significant as the 1st dictates the energy for the month ahead) with a new moon at 09° Sagittarius in a t-square with Saturn at 13° Pisces and retrograde Jupiter at 16° Gemini. It’s worth noting two things here. The first is that Sagittarius, the sign of our lunation, is ruled by the planet Jupiter, which is currently in the sign of its exile, Gemini. Luck is on the fritz right now, and all that glitters is most certainly not gold. Additionally, this square between Jupiter and Saturn is Ascendanting meaning that the two planets haven’t actually met at a 90° angle; we are working towards this square, not away from it.
This square between Jupiter and Saturn, currently in Pisces and Gemini, will be a major player in the energy of 2025. The planets meet in an exact square on the Pisces-Gemini axis and the Aries-Cancer axis. Luck may have gone awry, but this is an opportunity to glimpse what lies ahead.
So you are saying, there is a chance. On this day the answer is almost irrevocably yes.
Our Sagittarius new moon is a 9/2 new moon. 9 (Sagittarius moon) + 9 (Sagittarius Sun) = 18 = 1+8 = 9. 9 (Sagittarius new moon) + 2 (December 2024) = 11 = 1+1 = 2.
We are in the midst of some big endings, symbolized by the “9” energy, but the “2” echoes the glimpse into the future and the choices that lie ahead. This is a day well spent in divination or pathfinding of all kinds.
Our Sagittarius Sun squares Saturn on 12/04, which should not surprise anyone. Everyone is being held accountable for their actions in some way or another. This is business as usual; the Sun squares Saturn twice a year, but I’ve always noticed that it seems to show up like clockwork when the world needs it the most. Any Sun/Saturn transit adds a lot of power to magic used for justice and to hold people accountable for their actions. The sign of the archer can be especially helpful for Justice spellwork as Sag has a natural desire toward the highest good. If you work with runes, the Tiwaz rune would be especially useful during this time.
Our full moon falls on 12/15 at 23° Gemini. It is mostly unaspected besides a square to Neptune in Pisces, which carries energy similar to a major lunation anyway. This is also the day that Mercury stations direct at 06° Sagittarius. The twofold nature of switching, Mercury in direction and the Moon in purpose (wax on/wane off if you will) can be used to enact many types of magic for change. Mars is retrograde by this point, though, so be careful how you word anything focused on movement in the physical world during this time. Think Road Opener rather than a spell to force direction.
Our Gemini full moon is a 3/5 full moon. 3 (Gemini moon) + 9 (Sagittarius Sun) = 12 = 1 + 2 = 3. 3 (Gemini full moon) + 2 (December 2024) = 5.
3 is our Manifestation number (useful for all types of magic), and 5 has the go-to-itsness to break through nearly all barriers.
Once the Sun enters Capricorn, it squares the lunar nodes on 12/23. Our lunar nodes will leave the Aries-Libra axis for Pisces-Virgo at the end of January; this is the end of the line for this cycle. Capricorn, ruled by Saturn, can work too hard to keep the peace at times; where are you saying “yes” when you really mean “no” in your life? This might be one less thorn in an old wound or pass less painfully. Cardinal signs are the most likely to notice this transit.
It all comes full circle to our new moon at 09° Capricorn on 12/30. This lunation is still in a wide square to our lunar nodes and is also sextile to Saturn, echoing the energy of that early Sun-Saturn square. Both Saturn and the lunar nodes rule something you could classify as fate or destiny. But in a less woo way than many would use the terms today. Some things are meant to be. You live. You die. A volcano erupts. A major plague races across the land. Because you took your first breath at this exact time in that exact place, you will live through these things. Because our Moon touches on both, but not in exactitude, I would expect all of us to be contemplating our place in the universe a bit during this lunation. Both where we have been – our place in this existence – and where we are going.
What can we can do to help? (Helping is the best way to actualize Capricorn energy)
Our Capricorn new moon is a 2/4 new moon. 10 (Capricorn Moon) + 10 (Capricorn Sun) = 20 = 2+0 = 2. 2 (Capricorn New moon) + 2 (December 2024) = 4.
I have to giggle at this because I consider Capricorns to naturally carry a lot of “4” energy around with them. “4” is a very balanced number; it is all about structure. What are Capricorns doing if not shoring up their world to protect it from the elements? (as is their nature, being born in the deep winter months) When considering the power of the Number 4, I would ask you to think of the older man-made structures still standing. Did the Egyptian pyramids come to mind? That is “4” energy; it grounds in all directions; it has longevity. Again, this 4 energy makes this a great day to do magic or set intentions for the new year ahead. You may wish to set an intention that will become manifest by the Capricorn full moon on 7/10/25.
Mercury
For the first half of December, Mercury will be moving backward in retrograde towards 06° Sagittarius, where it will station direct under the light of our Gemini full moon. This is notable because Mercury is the ruling planet of Gemini; this will be a day highly invigorated with Mercurial energy. We should all realize by now that Mercury retrograde is business as usual and simply a change in the expression of our “normal” Mercury energy. I’ve written more about this particular Mercury retrograde here.
It’s worth also remembering that Mercury is in exile in Sagittarius because Sagittarius is the opposite sign of Gemini, the sign of Mercury’s domicile. In Sagittarius, thoughts can be demanding, and people can become convinced that their way of thinking is the only right way. We all need to watch out for intellectual elitism and educational superiority, two bad behaviors of Mercury in Sagittarius. Every lived experience brings a different story and background to the table, and we need each to function together rather than separately. This is the first hit on this lesson, and it will take on a greater meaning as our North Node enters Pisces next month.
This retrograde cycle involves big hitters Jupiter in Gemini and Saturn in Pisces. This circles back to what I said above about Jupiter square Saturn having a big part to play in the year ahead. We often visit troublesome aspects through Mercury first. This cosmically makes some sense because when presented with a problem, to proceed, the best course of action is usually to think something through. Keep in mind that in firecracker Sagittarius, Mercury does not seem inclined to take that kind of time.
It is an oversimplification, but Jupiter brings the Go/Expansion energy and Saturn the Stop/Retraction energy. This is interesting because Jupiter gets nothing but space to expand in formless, airy Gemini, which you would think it would like, but it really doesn’t (it is the sign of Jupiter’s exile), and amorphous watery Pisces does nothing to give Saturn the form it so desperately requires. Neither giant is at its best, making them more demanding. In this case, Saturn will always be the rock, and Jupiter is playing the role of the hard place.
Mercury has to pass through this vice three times. We’ve done this once while Mercury was in forward motion and when Jupiter and Saturn weren’t in a very tight square. The second pass happens early this month between 12/04 when Mercury opposes Jupiter (each planet in its exile, a nasty untethered opposition) and 12/06 when Mercury squares Saturn. We might want to expand during this time (or just jump out of the way of the rocks rolling downhill toward us), but there’s nowhere to go. This is the hole of Mercury’s retrograde cycle; I’d bet most people fall into it somehow.
Alternatively, you could be trying to get your ball rolling, and one thing after another keeps getting in the way. This kind of aspect works both ways, sometimes both ways in the same situation, which can be extremely uncomfortable.
That the Mercury-Saturn squares goes exact as Mars retrogrades on 12/06 tells us a lot about the character of that day. Just don’t. If it’s not Essential, emphasis on the Capital E, do it another day. Things generally grind to a halt for a reason. You can force the wheels or look for a rock in the tires. The choice is, of course, up to you.
And then, just in time for Christmas, we get our third pass-through of this rough t-square between Mercury, Jupiter, and Saturn between 12/24 and 12/26, this time with Mercury in forward motion. If you need to make amends for anything you said out of line earlier in the month, this is the time to come clean about it. The more you take responsibility for your own part in this mess, the less pressure Saturn will put on you. Always placate Saturn first; Jupiter is too all-important to care about turn order.
Things will feel a bit easier after Mercury’s retrograde ends mid-month, but Mercury remains in its exile all month long as it tracks its way all through its post-retrograde shadow in Sagittarius. The benefit of Sagittarius is that most Sag will tell the absolute truth as they see it. Sometimes, that includes coming clean about things, too. It should be no surprise that this will be a holiday season full of hard conversations; we can hope that at least they include honesty and words spoken from the heart. (Sag sometimes needs to be reminded they have a heart, but they will come in strong once encouraged there)
Mars will greatly overshadow this retrograde, but keeping it in the back of your mind is still important. If that person is just talking out of their ass, maybe make a snide comment to yourself, blame Mercury, and walk the fuck away. If it takes an extra two hours and a detour to get to Gramma’s house, that’s two hours less of talking to Uncle Eddie. Make sure you are sending those nudes to Tara in Sales and not Tara, your boss, if you know what I mean. Things tend to go awry during a Mercury retrograde cycle when we are on autopilot and not paying attention.
The easy and obvious anecdote to that is to pay attention. Standard Mercury retrograde advice applies: save often, double-check before you hit Send, and expect delays. Your friendly neighborhood Geminis and Virgos will be down for the count like they are every Mercury retrograde. The energy of all things communication, technology, and travel will be slower and deeper as Mercury wanders the low road. The more you can work with Mercury’s energy rather than against it, the easier your life will be.
Mercury exits its post-retrograde shadow in early January. We will have relatively smooth sailing with our planet of communication until the end of March and early April.
Venus
Venus is almost two full signs ahead of our Sun and Mercury all month long as it begins the month in Capricorn and ends it in Aquarius. It is on its own journey, which doesn’t really include stepping in to help out with the inevitable squabbles that are bound to come up all month long as both Mercury and Mars retrograde in fire signs. Venus can be pretty far out there in the fixed air sign of Aquarius and, at times, even unattainable.
Venus makes two major appearances this month. First, Venus will conjunct Pluto at 00° Aquarius on 12/07. Pluto is our outermost planet and seems responsible for the erosion of all things through the lens of time itself. Of course, in Roman mythology, Pluto was the god of the Underworld. On a long enough timeline, all things end: nations, marriages, lives, and this world.
Pluto has never before been in the sign of Aquarius when astrologers knew of the planet’s influence, so we can only surmise what this new journey will bring to humanity. But we will taste it through a Venusian lens this month.
Then, on 12/12, Venus opposed retrograde Mars in Leo. This is pretty big break-up weather, but that shouldn’t be anything to worry about if you are in a safe and secure relationship. Leo and Aquarius aren’t that different from one another (Sun sign opposites are and should be ready as a pair), but where they differ is very stark. Where Leo is a traditionalist, Aquarius is pointed straight toward the wildest of infinite possibilities. Leo wants the world, and Aquarius wants the universe. They can become aligned but often choose not to out of ego and the inability to step off their respective daises.
Fixed signs aren’t inclined to move; that much is for sure, and this will go doubly for all Martian and Leo types during this time. If anyone is going to give an inch, it will have to be Aquarius.
Although I specified break-up weather, I want to clarify that relationships do not always involve love, sex, or romance. We are in a relationship individually with each of our family members, with our best friends and our worst enemies, and with our bosses and coworkers. American culture puts a huge emphasis on love and sex, but relationships exist of all kinds. We talk about wars between nations but rarely about wars within families or workplaces. The interplay between Venus (receiving) and Mars (giving) shows us how our relationships are flowing – even international ones between nations. Together, they give us an idea of how easy it will be to get along.
Oppositions are fidgety and difficult to read, even for the most seasoned astrologer. Sun Sign opposites can differ in specific ways but are also quite similar and desperately need each other. The conflicts that will arise during this time CAN be resolved, but it calls for somebody to step down and let the other by. Neither planet looks well poised to do so, which is generally unfortunate. We still get free choice, though; that’s the beauty of how the above is reflected below: the planets dictate that there will be conflict, but WE still get to choose what we do when it happens.
What is worth fighting for? Is it worth standing up to the one you love the most? Is it worth standing up to your family? Is it worth standing up to the world?
Many of us have to grapple with this right now, and I think many people will say resoundingly, “Yes.” I’m not here to give you the correct answers because my trials and choices will differ infinitely from yours.
What I am here to say is that there is a reason (in the skies and our lives) why people are going to choose Fight this holiday season, and we should think about both how we are making those choices for ourselves AND how we should respond when someone decides they want to fight with us. The big flex all month will be to pick your fights, but we all know that will be easier said than done.
I’m choosing to discuss conflict in the Venus section for a reason. Diplomacy plays as important a part in conflicts as Action, though culturally, we often downplay this. Venus in Aquarius can be talked into looking back at the rest of us earth landers, but only if you speak to her higher nature and propose something new and innovative. Venus in Aquarius doesn’t have time for momentary peace; it wants the whole package or nothing at all. The craziest idea might be the one that is the solution all month long.
Jupiter and Saturn
Our two intermediate planets, Jupiter and Saturn, play a major role in dictating the pace of our lives. Jupiter, the planet of Luck and Expansion, quickens everything it touches, while Saturn, the planet of Time and Consequence, slows or halts. We need both of these forces in our lives. They are moving in and out of squares for the next year.
The first square happens on 12/24 with Jupiter in Gemini and Saturn in Pisces. Neither planet is at its strongest here, but Saturn probably wins out due to Jupiter being in its exile. Expect things to be slow. But that’s also indicated by our Mars retrograde, so let’s say it’s extra slow. This first square includes Mercury in Sagittarius square to Saturn and opposed to Jupiter. This is a harsh mutable t-square, which will have everyone scrambling but few finding solid ground.
You may notice this repeating cycle of three squares (one in December and two next year). If it sounds awfully like a retrograde cycle, that’s because it is. This is happening because Jupiter (being the faster-moving sign) has caught back up to Saturn (by degree) and is now going to retrograde forward and back again thrice across Saturn’s path. Jupiter and Saturn will both change signs in 2025 in synch with one another – this will put a lot of stress on the line between Gemini-Cancer (for Jupiter) and Pisces-Aries (for Saturn). We will be in this push/pull cycle for a while; this is just the first pass.
Looking Forward
Hello January! Hello 2025!
The big deals in January will be our Mars retrograde and the changing of the guard as our lunar nodes slide onto the Pisces-Virgo axis. The big deal for the year is that Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune all change signs in four months. As we move into each new sign in 2025 with our Sun, Mercury, and Venus, we are forced to confront all of our outer planets in unison. We are on the event horizon now.

If you believe at all in astrology or psychic abilities, please do not ignore this. Pluto is moving into Aquarius on the 19th of this month, aka the planet associated with innovation, equality, and REVOLUTION, after the shitshow that was the American presidential election. This is the first time in over 200 years this has happened, (the American Revolution started 248 years ago, which is also the last time Pluto was in Aquarius!!!) Aquarius is the sign driving us to consider collective ideals, humanitarian improvement, utopia vs dystopia in our society, I mean, helloooo!!! Pluto's strongest potential is in EMPOWERMENT. I just felt very drawn to look into this and share with ya'll. I know not everyone believes in astrology or witchcraft, but the spiritually tuned in knew when trump was elected, I myself had a dream that he was elected and woke up the next day and he had. Of course this is majorly scary, but many psychics have been feeling and receiving peaceful signs that it will be okay or that now is the time to be bold. This is kind of the biggest astrological deal of our era. For those who practice please do what you can to protect yourselves, spread news of this and manifest all good and positive things for our collective future. Pluto will remain in Aquarius until 2043, almost 20 years, so get ready for some big changes. Love ya'll, stay safe and don't give up <3

What can we expect from 2024 dear!?? 😌
2024 has a lot going on; there are so many astrological transits happening that have a huge impact on all of us.
January 1, 2024: Mercury went direct after being in retrograde for several weeks. This means communication gets better, legal documents can be signed without issues, and anything related to speech is cleared up.
January 20 - September 1, 2024: Pluto enters Aquarius. This is going to be a wild ride. The last time Pluto was in Aquarius was around the late 1700's, and during that time, the world underwent MASSIVE change. Both the American and French Revolutions occurred, coups happened with governments, royalty was dethroned, battles and wars were fought, the first wave of feminism began, etc. There's so much more than this. You should see the list. I'll include it here--start around 1777 and go through 1798. Pluto represents death, rebirth, and transformation, while Aquarius represents humanity and technology. When you pair these two, you're looking at major transformation socially, politically, economically, and technologically. There's a brief retrograde into Capricorn for one last time during our lifetime, and then Pluto will return to Aquarius for another 20 years. It's interesting to note that the rise and fall of empires throughout history is around 250 years. The cycle for Pluto is 245 years. Coincidence? I think not.
February 16, 2024: A stellium in Aquarius. A stellium occurs when three or more planets are in the same house/sign in an astrological chart. This Aquarius stellium will feature Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Pluto. The last time this occurred was in February, 1962, and was commonly referred to as the "Age of Aquarius." This time period brought about major changes in the fields of technology, science, and aerospace. I'm afraid that during this time, though, there will be a strong focus on AI and its advancement. Pay attention to headlines regarding an upgrade in technology.
March 25, 2024: Lunar eclipse in Libra. Major historical events typically coincide with lunar eclipses, and since this one will be in Libra, I foresee society wishing for balance, harmony, peace, and justice. I believe this will be a time that humanity will call for us to take a deeper look at how we can end strife and get along with each other. Be ready for major calls for wars and upheaval to end (even though it's happening now, this will be on a much larger scale with this eclipse).
April 8, 2024: Solar eclipse in Aries. On the flip side of the lunar eclipse, we have the solar eclipse in Aries. This will be a time where we start anew and are ready to charge down a new path. Mars' energy represents war, destruction, violence, revenge, but also strength. This particular eclipse is warning us about war and destruction on a collective level because it'll be conjunct the North Node (the direction we're all going). I believe we're headed into a total collapse and rebirth when we add in the Pluto in Aquarius energy, but it's something that needs to happen for us to evolve as a civilization.
May 25, 2024: Jupiter in Gemini, which is actually in detriment. This means the energy is weaker in this sign for the planet. Expect changes in telecommunications (voice, data, and video) and social media, since Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication.
June 2, 2024: Neptune is anaretic. Anaretic means that a planet has entered the 29th degree, which holds a sense of finality because this planet has transited all 30 degrees (starting at 0). It's ready to move on and cut ties. What does this mean for Neptune? Well, the planet of illusions will lift its veil and a lot of what we've held onto in our beliefs will die out. Some people will still try to hold on (sunk-cost fallacy) because they're stubborn, but the majority of people will release, mourn, and deal with the fallout that's going to be super messy. Imagine the feeling of being betrayed by someone you love. That's what Neptune lifting it's veil is going to feel like for most. Again, collectively, we NEED this energy for healing and spiritual growth.
July 21, 2024: Full Moon in Capricorn. Most of the time, nothing major happens on full moons, but this one is interesting because it falls on an anaretic degree, just like Neptune. Capricorn represents structure, discipline, rigidity, and order (its ruler is Saturn), so we're going to see some upheaval in regards to these issues. The old way of doing things will no longer serve the same purpose. This is the equivalent of saying, "Out with the old, in with the new."
August 5, 2024 – August 28, 2024: Mercury Retrograde in Virgo and Leo. With Mercury rx in Virgo, this might be a time where you lose or misplace documents, feel irritated, have constant miscommunication, or face scrutiny from the general public. Remember to write down important deadlines and keep everything organized so you don't lose anything. With Mercury rx in Leo, I'm fully expecting some celebrity scandals during this time. Otherwise, it'll be a time of thinking about trying something new or wanting to get out and do something fun.
September 17, 2024: Lunar Eclipse in Pisces. This will happen in the 25th degree (an Aries degree), so anyone with heavy Pisces placements will have creative breakthroughs during this time. We'll see a rise in great music, art, poetry and literature, as well as film and visual arts. This time period might feel very dreamy and whimsical on the art scene.
October 2, 2024: Solar Eclipse in Libra. We had the lunar eclipse in Libra in March, so now, the solar eclipse will bring justice and balance. Anyone with Libra placements in early degrees will feel the need to purge what's not working. Even though most Librans are peaceful, this will be a time of upheaval. Expect people to help the oppressed even more (seeking justice) in a world that needs to be more fair and balanced (Libra energy).
November 19, 2024: Pluto goes direct in Aquarius for twenty years, until March 8, 2043. Buckle up! It's going to be a bumpy-but-necessary ride.
November 25, 2024 – December 15, 2024: Mercury Retrograde in Sagittarius. We all know what happens during Mercury rx, but what happens when it's in Sagittarius? Sagittarius represents higher education and learning, all things foreign and travel-related, religion, and spirituality. Expect religious or spiritual leaders, as well as educational leaders at universities, to have private documents leaked, misinformation stemming from foreign countries and media, as well as travel issues (delays, being rerouted, lots of crowds, etc.). This will not be a good time to travel.
December 6, 2024 – February 24, 2025: Mars Retrograde in Cancer and Leo. This is going to be...interesting. Mars hates being in Cancer; it's in detriment. Why? Cancer represents empathy and compassion, while Mars represents a more masculine energy that strives towards war, violence, and destruction. Cancer wants to provide a resolution to all of the conflict occurring, while Mars isn't having it. Expect masculine energies, especially men, to be more irritated and aggressive during this time. This duo can bring about discussion regarding balancing masculine and feminine energy, which we all have. Because Cancer is represented by the Moon, or the "mother" in astrology, expect some discussions about fertility and reproduction, birth rates (especially the low birth rates of some countries), marriage (or lack thereof), and any social dynamics with males and females. These discussions will carry over into 2025.
2024 is going to be a year that'll go down in history, that's for sure. One silver lining in all of this is that Venus does NOT retrograde this year, so we might see or hear about fewer breakups, and we might see or hear about more people entering into relationships and staying together.

Sept. 11, 2024. Moon in Capricorn
general transit reading. wc. 1.1k~
keywords. the tower/the world/judgment (tarot cards), destruction, volcanos, moving, change, patience, fate, trust in the universe’s direction
the moon entered capricorn on september 11th, 2024 @ 10:38 PM EST.
posted late! whoops! moon returns to an uncomfortable sign, this time being in detriment. this causes blockages in emotional flow, as saturn’s nature of being cold and dry contrasts the wet and cold nature of the moon. think deserts (saturn) & oceans (moon).
the moon dislikes being in this sign of disconnection because the moon is very attached. its face is fixed the to the earth and it holds onto the tides. but moon in capricorn is emotional detachment or so based in perceived reality, it’s anti-moon in nature.
this is a time where u might find shame or doubt in ur intuition. where u might be out of tune with ur own emotional cues. where u may neglect ur emotional needs and desire. there can be less of a desire to connect or be intimate. and this also means u shield or guard urself from being intimate with urself. this can also be a time of pessimism, nihilism, loss of hope, and exhaustion.
the moon (mind) in capricorn forming a trine with mercury (the brain) in virgo also shows a mindset fixated on what can be easily observed and verified. the theme is security, practicality, and objectivity. but very few things in life are just an absolute. especially not in the world of the moon who changes shapes every night, shifting between darkness and light.
i suppose though, there’s a reason why moon’s sister sign is trine the sign of exalt. saturn rules over shadows, and the moon is constantly in shadow. this shouldn’t be unfamiliar.
so when the moon is engulfed in shadow, that doesn’t mean it’s not there. transit moon dispositor being the saturn in pisces Rx says when ur left to ur physical senses, u limit what u accept as possible. heighten the sense experience to what isn’t physical.
Anaretic Pluto in Capricorn conjunct Moon in Capricorn
on september 14th, around 3:33 pm EST, the moon will form a tight conjunction with capricorn pluto Rx for a brief moment before leaving capricorn and entering aquarius. it’ll be at 29°49”. now… i rarely read for modern planets because i don’t find much personal use in them, but i felt the following was important to say, especially as we near eclipse season.
first of all, in modern, pluto is a malefic. and so is saturn (both modern & traditional), which is the dispositor of both the moon and pluto in this transit. so as is, this denotes challenge. this isn’t to scare u of course. but the universe operates indifferent to what we feel is good or bad for us. the transits do not care whether u want them to happen or not, they will simply happen. the thing is u have liberty in how they play out.
with that being said, pluto brings destruction & it represents the underworld. it also represents secrets and things that are deeply altering. pluto’s presence in a saturnian sign at the 29° degree makes me feel like this is something long term. not the transit, but this indicates a transition period that is major for the native due to pluto’s themes of rebirth/death and the 29° degree representing endings/transitions.
the 29° is called the degree of fate, mastery, and crisis. it is considered a crucial degree. and it is also called anaretic, which derives from greek (anaretikos) meaning “destruction/bringer of necessity.” are y’all noticing a pattern? u feel the impending change on the horizon, but all of the energy surrounding that impending change caused urgency. the hastiness is caused by wanting a chapter of ur life to simply be closed, which i understand. but u also gotta understand u can’t rush fate & things will unfurl naturally as they do. this is why collective confusion often happens around this time period. people moving too fast!
in a way, i associate the energy with the world, the tower, and the judgment cards of the tarot major arcana. if u been seeing those cards lately, then ur guides are definitely aligned with the transits because there’s going to be an energetic shift as pluto exits capricorn the last time for the next 250 years. we won’t live to see that transit, so naturally, pluto gotta go out with a bang. think of pluto’s last brief regress into capricorn as ur chance to review the material, because there will be a final once pluto stations direct worth 60% of ur semester grade.
so how does this relate to the moon? the anaretic 29° degree with the moon shows heightened emotional sensitivity, dramatic shifts in the family, and changes in security. something ancestrally, karmically, & domestically is changing for u. and don’t be afraid! we go through the anaretic degree every few days with the moon since it transits so quickly. but still, a 29° degree transit is a time to abstain from impulsive decision making (especially matters concerning the involved planet, ie, i wouldn’t sign a lease during moon’s 29° b/c the home is affected). the delineation is informed through its conditions.
a 29° capricorn moon transit without a pluto conjunction will behave very differently compared to one with a pluto transit. with anaretic, pluto is the destroyer. and due to it being a long-transiting planet, it is felt heavily over entire groupings of people or simply felt for a longer period of time. this doesn’t mean the destruction will bring necessarily unfavorable results for the native, but i suppose it depends on what u learn from the Rx and how u move forward in application. i don’t think it’ll be necessarily enjoyable, but it will be necessary point blank. with the moon contacting this placement, expect even more “destruction” in the home. i’m not going to speak conclusively on what that can mean without the added context of a natal chart, but generally, that potent energy will be brought to things governing the moon. emotions, secrets being brought to light, changes in the home dynamic or the home at all. or the hierarchy within the home, and what provides security to it.
do i make sense? i sure hope i do. & i hope this brief reading on a couple significant moon aspects being made this moon in capricorn will be useful for u. good luck y’all! the next time the moon will form a conjunction with the capricorn pluto Rx will be october 11, 2024. that will be a review on what u had learned. then the final moon-pluto conjunction in capricorn stationed direct will be november 7, 2024 to test ur application. so try to keep notice of significant themes occurring with the cap moon transits until then.
with love, HoodReader

[☉□♃] watch your mouth.
The Sun is squaring Jupiter until February 5, so if you have any social media following, no matter how small, be careful with your words.
Being too harsh, insensitive or not thinking your words through will get you in hot water and affect you harshly.

November 2024 Important Dates
AKA my notes on The Astrology Podcast's November Forecast hosted by Chris Brennan and Austin Coppock. It's been a minute and I'm glad to be back!
November 1st - New Moon in Scorpio
This lunation at 9 degrees of Scorpio highlights the two big oppositions that will dominate the month: Venus (17♐)-Jupiter(20♊) and Mars (29♋)-Pluto (29♑). These aspects culminate just 2 days later on the 3rd. Placements in mutable signs will see great help while late cardinal signs are getting challenges, and these two configurations aren't very connected--our hosts predict about half the population will be exuberant and the other half distressed. Jupiter and Venus bring enthusiasm, hope, rewards, victory and triumphs over long struggles, especially in the vibrant signs of Gemini and Sagittarius (although it may be a little too much chatter and information or putting too much faith in limited data with Jupiter retrograde).
November 2nd - Mercury enters Sagittarius This is the sign where he'll retrograde (discussed at the end of the post).
November 3rd - Venus opposite retrograde Jupiter, Mars enters Leo Venus-Jupiter discussed above under the lunation. Meanwhile, Mars (29♋) opposes Pluto (29♑) right before he enters Leo...a story that has been connected on the world scale to ruthless warfare and excessive deployments of military force. It's the first of 3 Mars-Pluto oppositions we'll get in the upcoming months, but the only one in Cancer-Capricorn. Mars presides over conflicts generally, and Pluto brings in the shadow element--think sneaky power plays, spying, and information warfare. On a personal level, Austin cautions us not to confuse feelings of powerlessness and paranoia with the real thing and be aware that this configuration will make us blow things out of proportion. One piece of advice for working through such a transit is to name or shed light on the metaphorical demon--don't let your worries stay nebulous, oppressive and all-encompassing. Seeing things for what they really are will bring it back to scale.
There will then be a huge tone change as Mars ingresses into Leo (for example, Mars in Gemini and Cancer brought big shift in US politics). Until the 19th, Pluto and Mars are no longer opposing each other by sign. The volume is turned down for a couple weeks...but it'll be back. Mercury will also join Mars in retrograde later this month (enters the shadow period, or the degrees it will revisit, on the 7th), so we're definitely going to be revisiting things. For example, we can expect delays and complications around the US election. Overall the Mars retrograde story doesn't wrap up until April (plus some personal zodiacal releasing stuff for Trump), which means some part of this story isn't gonna be over until the spring. Probably this means events we don't think are important now will come back to haunt us months later.
We're going to have 2 months of Mars in Leo regardless of anything else going on. Mars in Cancer is very emotional and internal and in personal lives can show up as being concerned for the safety of one's home or family, while on a larger level has indicated turf wars and disputes over origins or homeland. Mars in Leo will externalize and move very quickly; think showmanship and exuberance. Mercury is also moving from a water sign (Scorpio) to fire (Sagittarius), moving us from defense to offense and thinking forward. Additionally, as a fixed sign Leo usually has more certainty and staying power, but because of the retrograde it may take awhile to see what will last and what won't.
November 11th - Venus enters Capricorn She'll apply to a sextile with Saturn that culminates on November 21st. Though sextiles are weak aspects, Saturn is receiving Venus, making this a notable positive aspect of the month. Venus-Saturn helps us set and enjoy good boundaries.
November 15th - Saturn stations direct, Full Moon in Taurus
This lunation occurs at the same time that Saturn stations in Pisces, intensifying its significations. (For example, the Titan submarine disaster occurred during the first Saturn station in this sign). Positive manifestations of Saturn in Pisces involve setting necessary boundaries and restrictions: the Mars-Saturn conjunction in this sign included the first US laws about restricting forever chemicals in the water. Bet on problematic water stories in the news around the 15th.
The other major signature of this lunation is that the Moon (24♉) conjoins Uranus (25♉) immediately after, so there's a curveball or unexpected twist set to happen mid-month. Uranus and the Moon are also both on the fixed star Algol (as they were together in July), a star with dark and gory associations. Usually an exalted Moon in Taurus would be stabilizing, but something is disruptive this time around. In personal charts unexpected disruptions and plot twists can turn out to be exciting or work for our benefits--great news, you don't have to go to school because a pipe burst and it's closed for 3 months!
November 16th - Sun opposite Uranus
November 19th - Pluto enters Aquarius This is a major shift in world astrology. Pluto's been going back and forth between Capricorn and Aquarius for the past few years, but now he's in Aquarius for good (he won't return to Capricorn for ~237 years). Chris says cyberpunk dystopia scenarios are playing out, such as billionaires controlling mass media and other hi-tech means of control. The flipside of major corporate control is people using the technology available to them to improve their own lives. Unlike the noir unhappy endings of cyberpunk media, though, we know that there will be a new phase after this: Pluto in Pisces 15-20 years down the road. Thus the adaptations we make today can lead us into the future. Pay close attention to what happens around this ingress to see what the next decade or two will be like. Pluto's ingress to Capricorn in 2008 coincided with the banking crisis/recession and creation of bitcoin--things like AI, robotics, and possibly space flight will start coming into serious play.
November 21st - Sun enters Sagittarius
November 25th - Mercury stations Retrograde Placements from 6-22 degrees of Sagittarius (and other mutable signs) will start something this month that will be revisited, revised, or repeated on December 15th, the day Mercury stations direct. The story won't completely wrap up until Mercury exits his post-retrograde shadow period (that is, goes past 25♐, where he stationed,) on January 2nd. With Jupiter and Mercury in each other's signs there is mutual reception, bringing us victorious and enthusiastic messages...maybe too much so. Be wary of announcing good news too soon. With Neptune squaring them both from Pisces, there's an element of deception or confusion imparted to the beginning of this retrograde. Especially with Mercury in detriment in Sagittarius, there's a risk of telling tall tales or confusing myths for facts. Also coming up during this retrograde: Mercury has his cazimi (exact conjunction to the Sun) on December 7th at the same time that Mars stations retrograde, 12/6-12/7 is an important turning point. Overall, November ends on a cliffhanger that will resolve partway into December.
November 26th - Electional chart (if you must...!)
Between the Mars-Pluto opposition at the beginning of the month and Mercury retrograde at the end, so it's a difficult month to do things. But if you have to while Mercury is stationing, Chris recommends the 26th around 9AM. Having Capricorn rising in your location means the Ascendant ruler Saturn is in the 3rd house in a day chart with a sextile from Venus (17♑) as well as a square from Jupiter (17♊). The Moon is in Libra in the 10th house, applying to a square to Venus with reception (Moon is in Venus's sign) and applying to a trine with Jupiter. Thus, even though Mercury is stationing, the Moon is in good condition and you can get a halfway decent rising sign. It's also about as far away as we can get from the Mars-Pluto opposition. The downside is that with Mercury static you'll probably have to do revisions or run into delays with what you're starting, so keep in mind that you'll have to redo things. (It's still better than having to work with the Moon squaring Mars a few days later.)

2024 Election Analysis
Saturn and Mercury are in retrograde and Saturn is currently squaring the planet Mars, which moved into Leo just a day before the election. This energy is both aggressive and destructive, and it brings forth a sense of karmic influence.
Transiting Kamala’s 10th house, Saturn symbolizes karma, while the 10th house is associated with public image and career. Meanwhile, Neptune, also transiting her 10th house, represents illusions and deception. I would think that these astrological influences created barriers for her public image and career trajectory. While there are many other factors in both Kamala and Trump’s charts that explain his victory, it appears that, at an energetic level, this outcome was supposed to unfold.
Energy is always shifting, and nothing is set in stone within this matrix. There can still be various external influences at play. However, it’s been quite interesting analyzing the patterns.
