1900 has lots of charm. It’s been updated and freshly painted, which makes it look like and cheery. It’s in Columbus, Ohio and lists for $925K.

Wide hallway with sitting room on one side, and dining room/kitchen on the other. Pocket doors are still intact.

Beautiful fireplace in the sitting room.

Clearly, a wall was taken down to open up these 2 rooms and the fireplace is still there to give it warmth.

The kitchen is lovely, though. Not overly done.

Very pretty powder room.

This sitting room also has a lovely fireplace.

Beautiful oak stairs.

What a nice sitting area on the landing.

Oh, this is nice- I love the color.

There are 5 bds. and this one is being used as a family room.

One of 3 bright vintage baths.

This bd. is pretty, too. 

It’s so nice when you see a home that’s been well taken care-of. 

Beautifully finished attic room.

And, look at the bath up here.

Great walk-in closet.

Basement storage.

And, look at this nice little back porch.

Nice back yard, too. 

The home is on a small block with a 3 car garage in the back.
