Please i saw thousands of R@dioapple fics where Lucifer cheats on Lilith with Alastor and they are made look like the good guys while Lilith is written as the bad guy for being upset . Fics where they completely erase Lilith existence as Charlie's mother and make Alastor Charlie's biological father despite her being older than him

I saw thousands of fics from R@dioapple where Charlie is reduced to nothing more than a plot device so that Alastor and Lucifer are forced to get along(even there the only reason it works out is Charlie) . Or fics where they make her a literally child so that Alastor can get to be her "perfect step-father". Humans R@dioapple aus where most female characters like Charlie, Vaggie, Velvette and Emily are children too while everyone else is an adult.

Saw fics where they turn either Alastor or Lucifer in "Uwu babies" who need the other one to protect them from whoever the bad guy is. Feminized them so much that the only thing connecting them to their Canon counter part is the name.

R@dioapple shippers, which steal Radiobelle art or Fan children, keep invading Lucilith/Charlastor/Radiostatic art to write how much better their ship is or use the fact that RA got "merch" (pullover where they are fighting🙄)and use that to claim that is going to be canon to hate on people who don't ship it

This is going to be a more serious post than usual. I have recently found out some very unfortunate news. We lost another life to the toxic side of our community… Over a ship. This isn't the first time this happened, but at this point, I can't keep quiet. I need to talk about this. I won't get into too much detail, I'm mostly venting about why this is horrible beyond the, you know, harrassment driving someone to the point of offing themself. Be aware.

I heard we lost another. A Charlastor shipper to the toxic RadioApple and Chaggie fans. I remember when this happened to a RadioDust shipper. When will people learn that shipping Alastor is not immoral? A lot of asexuals ship him. It's stuff like this that makes the Hazbin Hotel fandom look bad. We cannot keep spreading hate like this. I get that sometimes, you can get really heated when you see something you dislike a lot, but there are better ways to express your dislike that won't cause someone's depression pill to double up until they're dead. I apologize if I'm being dramatic, but I am just really sick and tired of the hate. Fandom spaces need to be safe for people. No one is innocent about this, everyone can always try to do better. I have to do better. I've messed up before too. I never sent someone death threats, but I've gotten into heated arguments over stupid shit too. To me, anti-shippers are the most toxic type of "fan". The real world is getting worse and worse every day. Our childhood is ebing shatteres after those we idolized all seem to be creeps, kids are experiencing massive brainrot causing the next generation to grow up with absolutely no attention span, and ai is threatening to take over everyone's jobs. Are we really going to focus your hate on shipping? This is just not ok. This is the 3rd life lost in this fandom due to stupid drama. I fear that this fandom is going to slowly kill itself. And I'm going to say that stuff like this is why I don't like when characters are given canon sexualities. That might be stupid, but I like being able to have freedom shipping whatever I want. I hope all those who have taken their life rest in peace. They didn't deserve any of the horrid shit they went through.

I keep finding out about little ship dramas. According to a small shipping corner of Radiobelle, Radioapple shippers hate them and keep targeting them. There were accusations of Radioapple fans coming on Radiobelle posts to attack them and stealing Radiobelle art to edit it to Radioapple. This was interesting to me because prior to this what I had heard was that it was Radiobelle fans attacking radioapple fans because they wanted their ship to be canon. It must be noted that I have not seen anyone from either of these ships do these things but my experiences are not universal. I am likely protected from things like this because I am not usually in the ship tags. I only found out about this by accident because I clicked on a Radiobelle fan's account.

Now, I am a multi-shipper myself with Radiodust, Radioapple, and Radiostatic being my main ships. I also like most of the other ships with Alastor because Alastor is my favourite and I consider ships a way for me to get more things related to my favourite. Radiobelle fans make some truly beautiful artwork of my darling even if I prefer Chaggie. I also don't think any ship involving Alastor is going to be canon. They are all to have fun and explore the characters. I therefore understand that I am coming into this from the perspective of someone who isn't as deeply invested in the ships themselves.

However, I must ask the Radioapple and Radiobelle fans who are engaging in this unnecessary shipping war behaviour what exactly they think they are doing. Do you know that to anti-shippers and people who hate shipping Alastor, you are the same? There is no difference between Radioapple and Radiobelle fans to them. To them, you are all crazy people shipping characters who do not belong together and trying to force your horrible ships to become canon regardless of what anyone including the creator wants. Something that Radioapple fans and Radiobelle fans would both disagree to be true regarding their ships. Stop doing the work of people who hate both of you for them. Most Radioapple fans, even if they aren't Radiobelle fans, aren't actively against Radiobelle fans and vice versa. Don't let the voice of a few assholes, amplified by antis, convince you that the other side is your enemy. Let's enjoy our ships and let others do the same.

I get it, my non. I really do. The fact that the merch team is catering to the same demographic who threw the biggest bitch fit victim complex show because... *checks notes* the streamily print got changed from the mistaken "radioapple" print title to the "Alastor and Lucifer" print.

Y'know, never mind that there's documented instances of fans being literally bullied to death in this fandom because of their ships. Nope! Biggest tragedy in the world; the print's title got changed. Why you'd pay over $100 for something that flat and artistically... off is beyond me but whatever. I really do not get how some of them don't have the self awareness to see that when NONSHIPPERS are calling out their actions to think maybe something is wrong with their behavior.

As for the nasty comments, honey like I said; my problematic ship list is a mile wide. Charlastor is one of the more wholesome ships by comparison. I get it, they suck, they really suck. But the best way to deal with them is just to block them, report them for harassment where applicable obviously. But don't give them the satisfaction of living rent free in your head. Do the opposite; for people that never want to see charlastor content they've always got an awful lot to say about it don't they? And again, the rampant art theft by them. We live rent free in their heads and they attack us because they want the attention. And when people ignore them that bothers them far more than any well crafted rebuttal ever could.

Wanna know how I know for a fact this is true? Because so many antis got all pissy that a shitton of Japanese hellaverse fan artists were blocking their ass on the dumpster fire site (surprisingly now it's NOT tumblr we have officially entered the twilight zone) after those same antis made post after post calling them all the nasty shit they call us. The Japanese fan artists call them the "feelings yakuza" and said "fine, you hate our content so much you won't have to look at it".

I know, I know, it sounds like "taking the high road" when everything around us seems to be able to be as classless and hateful with no repercussions. But it's not. It's taking care of yourself, your mental health, and your well being. You know what I spend my time thinking about? Why do people always insist on misinterpreting scenes like that?

While I absolutely love the whole idea of maybe he does view her in a paternal sort of light, literally none of the Hell's Greatest Dad scene actually suggests anything more than a desire to get under Lucifer's skin?

Like, he's not saying any of that to Charlie for Charlie's benefit. He's doing that to poke at Lucifer's insecurity about not being there for her this whole time.

Okk fair enough. A few things though.

1) I was talking about LIKELINESS, not appeal of the ship. I get the point about being a clean slate and bringing something special out though. But I was not talking about why people ship it more, but why do people act like it's the only possible canon thing. Neither will likely be canon!! Yeah the history may be rocky and hard to mend but also Alastor actually took a photo with Vox! Without having the filter messing up the photo! There was a LOT of trust. Good memories don't just suddenly disappear when things get rocky and messy. Relationships between friends get mended all of the time!

Point 2) Lucifer isn't special. I am 99% sure there is a Hazbin Hotel official comic with Alastor mumbling under his breath and cursing Vox out. That part definitely isn't special with Lucifer. Please correct me if I'm wrong about this though I've been trying to find it. Vox is another person who can get him cursing. Though not everyone has seen that comic so I get it.

3) Radiosilence. I'm not talking about the popularity I'm talking about people acting like it's the ONLY way their relationship can be seen. It's not. People exaggerate Vox's 'patheticness' so hard it's insane. He has a grip on the masses! People look for his opinion and adore him! The angelic security scene says as much. He has a good grip on everything except when it comes to Al. I'd say focusing on just the Al part does such a disservice to Vox's character, that Radiosilence shippers tend to do so often.

Do people seriously think that Radioapple shippers are less toxic than Charlastors shippers?

I once saw a post how both ships has toxic shippers but people in the comments startet saying how "Charlastor shippers are much more toxic" and "they want unlike Radioapple shippers that their gets Canon". I was really surprised to see that many people agreed with the opinions.

I am going to say this as a huge Charlastor shipper so my opinion is probably biased but just no, Charlastor shippers aren't barely as toxic as RA shippers. Like i am not saying that there aren't toxic Radiobelle shippers especially in the pilot days there was many of them around but in comparison to RA shippers they are tame.

Everything people complain about things Toxic Charlastor shippers do so did RA shippers

Remember the fake edits people made how Vivziepop said that she is planning to make RA Canon in the second season

In RA fics Charlie doesn't get a better treatment, She is often used as a plot device where she is For example a child who barely is a character expect for cute, written too as a damsel in distress who can't do anything without getting helped by her "dads" or ships Alastor and Lucifer so she can have a family again. And don't get me started how Lilith is threaten in them or in any other fic where Lucifer is shipped with someone else

I know i complain about this often in my posts but there is also where Charlastor Fan kids get used as RA fan kids. I remember once that I saw a animation where Alastor protects his children and it was reposted under RA despite the Artist being a Charlastor shipper and dislikes RA open, I can't image how the they must have felt as their art get used for a ship they don't even like.

This post isn't saying that there are no Toxic Radiobelle shippers because in my opinion every ship has toxic shippers but people always make it seem that the Charlastor fandom is the most toxic one.

And just to make it clear this post isn't about RA shippers who are respectful and just enjoy the ship, you guys are great but about the kinds of shippers who sent death threats, steal art and harass other shippers

Honestly if they actually are going to make R*dioapple Canon in the show then i am still going to ship Charlastor.

But i still hope that they won't make it canon because instead of making an other M/M ship in the hellaverse i personally would prefer to invest the limited amount of episodes to focus on Charlie and other female characters.

Like I am not saying that the fandom and the show have the habit of sidelining female characters in favor of M/M ships but... OK i am saying exactly that. I love the show but it is one of the biggest flaw

The same with the fandom like i saw many fan work how the male cast (Lucifer, angel dust, husk, Alastor and Sir pentious) hang out and bond with each other but not that many with Charlie, Vaggie and Nifty having a girl day. Sometimes even Baxter a character who hasn't even appear yet was included by the boys day but maybe i am just not looking in the right places

I hope so much that it is the case but if it really becomes Canon i hope it at least stay on the sideline but even that would overshadow everything else which happens. Please let the show still be about Charlie and her trying to redeem sinners and not about her father's relationship with her hotelier

Why does the fandom acts like Charlastor/Radiobelle is the worst ship in existence?

(This post is going to be pro Charlastor and contains anti Radioapple if you have a problem with it please either stop reading or at least stay respectful)

This is something which annoys me for a long time because the hate this ship gets is so over exaggerated in my opinion.

I am not saying that you are not allowed to dislike or hate this ship because i am myself someone who dislikes a ship sometimes for the silliest reason. But every time i see "what is the worst Hazbin Hotel and why is it Charlastor" or anything similar to it, I just can't take it serious anymore

This is why I am making this post to argue against some points which people always make against Radiobelle

"Alastor and Charlie have a Father-Daughter bond"

I already made a post why I dislike this whole trope but i write it here again because some people think this is Canon despite Alastor just acting like her father to annoy Lucifer. Because we only see Alastor acting like this in Dad beats dad and never before or after this again and Vivziepop even said it.

"Shipping Charlie and Alastor is WLW erasure and Charlie is with Vaggie"

This seems to be one of the main reason people are against Radiobelle but i think that something like this shouldn't be a problem because 1. Charlie is canonically Bi and so there shouldn't be a problem shipping her with a man and 2. Just because something is shipped in Fanon doesn't mean that the Canon ship is no longer Canon. I have bad news to tell people but let's face it almost all Alastor ships are somehow toxic except maybe Radiorose. Alastor is not a good person and he would manipulate probably every person he mainly gets ship it like Lucifer or Vox, so I find it stupid to complain about this with only Charlastor

"The Age gap between the two are too huge, Alastor is too old for her"

This always make me roll my eyes because 1. Both are adults so who cares and 2. Charlie is canonically older than Alastor. For me this is always fandoms confusing naivity with being Childish.

"Alastor is canonically Ace"

Ace people can have romantic relationship too but if you don't feel comfortable with shipping him with others I won't say anything against it, I just dislike it when it gets comments it under fan art of any ship posts

This last part is just my opinion but I can't help thinking that this ship would be much more popular and wouldn't get that much hate if Charlie were a man or Alastor a woman. Image this whole scene

but with a male Charlie or any other male character. The fandom would have gone crazy and say how Alastor tried to seduce Charlie or tag it with "toxic yaoi". I already saw this whole scene redraw with Lucifer instead of Charlie and it was posted as Radioapple. I even think that if Alastor would be a woman she would be called a ace lesbian because Alastor in Canon dislikes men.

Like I said I saw a pair scene redraw with Lucifer instead of Charlie with scenes between Charlie and Alastor and they often got posted under Radioapple and the fans loved it, so I wonder that Maybe people actually see romantic undertones between Charlie and Alastor but they just dislike Radiobelle or maybe just M/F ships so they just take Lucifer and swap him with Charlie so that they can have a M/M version

This was mostly a post for me to vent because I see sometimes people saying Charlastor is as bad as V*angel and it drives me crazy. Radiobelle isn't everyone cups of tea and that is OK but sometimes I see someone write under Charlie/Alastor fanart "I am just going to image it is Radioapple" or that what I hate at most when somebody makes fanchildren of them and shippers of radioapple use them for their ship and it makes my blood boil because for me this so disrespectful to the artist who put time and work in them.
