Please i saw thousands of R@dioapple fics where Lucifer cheats on Lilith with Alastor and they are made look like the good guys while Lilith is written as the bad guy for being upset . Fics where they completely erase Lilith existence as Charlie's mother and make Alastor Charlie's biological father despite her being older than him

I saw thousands of fics from R@dioapple where Charlie is reduced to nothing more than a plot device so that Alastor and Lucifer are forced to get along(even there the only reason it works out is Charlie) . Or fics where they make her a literally child so that Alastor can get to be her "perfect step-father". Humans R@dioapple aus where most female characters like Charlie, Vaggie, Velvette and Emily are children too while everyone else is an adult.

Saw fics where they turn either Alastor or Lucifer in "Uwu babies" who need the other one to protect them from whoever the bad guy is. Feminized them so much that the only thing connecting them to their Canon counter part is the name.

R@dioapple shippers, which steal Radiobelle art or Fan children, keep invading Lucilith/Charlastor/Radiostatic art to write how much better their ship is or use the fact that RA got "merch" (pullover where they are fighting🙄)and use that to claim that is going to be canon to hate on people who don't ship it

So don't tell me that Charlastor shippers are the worst, most toxic and misogynistic shippers in the fandom, when they exist! Like there are many nice and great people who ship R@dioapple but for me most of this fandom I see consists of toxic fujoshis

I don't know if it's me the problem but I generally fail to see any romantic or sexual attraction between two characters who are predominantly being shipped by the fandom.

Also;

1- There is nothing more ridiculous than every normal interaction (even a character breathing near an another character) is always considered as ship material. It is also separately ridiculous to make a ship out of normal humane interactions,thinking that two characters should became a couple kiss or have sex just because of normal interactions/scenes.

2- When i look on Tumblr for specific characters,it's a little annoying that the ship posts are more dominant than the posts about the character individually.

3- I hate how some ships have tendency to take away a character's individuality or autonomy. For example i feel like MegOp is always and always solely about Megatron in every way and Optimus is always sidelined/gets pushed to the backround or weirdly villainized (i find it ironic that some people in Transformers fandom can ship MegOp and can outright villainize Optimus) (i mean if Megatron if his own person with his own feelings so is Optimus) (he gets Batman treatment recently (particularly Earthspark) imo). (I'd rather Optimus strangle the shit out of Megs and Op also deserves soooo much better than Megs' (in every ilterations) and Animated!Sentinel's bitch ass btw,oops sorry not sorry). (Deku also got the treatment Optimus get at the hands of fandom as well). Same goes for Megaoplita and Sentioplita.

4- Can we let characters (APPLIES TO all m/w, w/w,m/m) have non-romantic relationships? (Like have friendships or familial relationships? Or hostility? Or both toxic and healthy/friendly rivalry? (While being non romantic ))

5- And also ıt's okay if you have ships but at least when you encounter someone who doesn't accept it please don't shove it down to someone's throat and treat your ship like ıt's canon. (*Mha final chapter flashback intensifies*)

I keep finding out about little ship dramas. According to a small shipping corner of Radiobelle, Radioapple shippers hate them and keep targeting them. There were accusations of Radioapple fans coming on Radiobelle posts to attack them and stealing Radiobelle art to edit it to Radioapple. This was interesting to me because prior to this what I had heard was that it was Radiobelle fans attacking radioapple fans because they wanted their ship to be canon. It must be noted that I have not seen anyone from either of these ships do these things but my experiences are not universal. I am likely protected from things like this because I am not usually in the ship tags. I only found out about this by accident because I clicked on a Radiobelle fan's account.

Now, I am a multi-shipper myself with Radiodust, Radioapple, and Radiostatic being my main ships. I also like most of the other ships with Alastor because Alastor is my favourite and I consider ships a way for me to get more things related to my favourite. Radiobelle fans make some truly beautiful artwork of my darling even if I prefer Chaggie. I also don't think any ship involving Alastor is going to be canon. They are all to have fun and explore the characters. I therefore understand that I am coming into this from the perspective of someone who isn't as deeply invested in the ships themselves.

However, I must ask the Radioapple and Radiobelle fans who are engaging in this unnecessary shipping war behaviour what exactly they think they are doing. Do you know that to anti-shippers and people who hate shipping Alastor, you are the same? There is no difference between Radioapple and Radiobelle fans to them. To them, you are all crazy people shipping characters who do not belong together and trying to force your horrible ships to become canon regardless of what anyone including the creator wants. Something that Radioapple fans and Radiobelle fans would both disagree to be true regarding their ships. Stop doing the work of people who hate both of you for them. Most Radioapple fans, even if they aren't Radiobelle fans, aren't actively against Radiobelle fans and vice versa. Don't let the voice of a few assholes, amplified by antis, convince you that the other side is your enemy. Let's enjoy our ships and let others do the same.

god I feel bad for that charlastor artist on Twitter. To have your work that you put a lot of love and effort on, only to be horribly stolen, traced and tagged with the very ship your antis keep harassing you with. Why are a lot of radioapple shippers like this?? They literally have hundreds of amazing artworks and fics across the internet but they go out of their way to be an utter asshole to people minding their own business.

This lead me to hating the ship. If I ever see a glimpse of Lucifer x Alastor, I'm scrolling and ignoring IMMEDIATELY. No hate to the other decent shippers of them, I just can't stand to see a crackship that has caused so much pain for so many of us Charlastor fans.

I mean, that's basically it nonnie. I don't have visceral negative reactions to ships I don't care for. I'm apathetic by and large. I block the tags and move on with my life. But, there's just the behavior of some shippers... it's been terrible. To the point where I cannot honestly see anything having to do with them without wanting to go on a rant. The main difference? I do that shit in a discord and DONT TAG THE SHIP IM HATING ON. But the behavior of most ra's makes me brace for impact just about everywhere. That ugly ass hoodie being released led to like a two hour vent session with friends. Their propensity to make everything about their ship? Makes me want to scream. The way they play the victim when they're the source of most of the bullying? I want to tear my hair out. And here's the thing; they eat their own the moment they fall out of line. Thankfully Bluesky has people who aren't garbage humans so any ship bullying gets shut down real fucking quick regardless of shipping preferences (the nice ra shippers are on there I will say that) but I saw it happen in real time. An artist known for drawing ra (and has since come out as a multishipper) was commissioned to draw charlastor, did a fabulous piece, and was harassed with two comments so vile they took the piece down. You know who was in the replies calling out the assholes? Ra's AND charlastors, and not a single one of them was fighting with the other.

So, I'll give credit where it's due. There ARE some nice people who have that ship and I respect them. It just depends on where you're finding them. But that toxic and vocal minority? Yeah, may they always step on legos in bare feet. And I will say this; hazbin antis are perhaps some of the most boring antis I've ever experienced in my life. They have normie who discovered fandom because of the pandemic and are appropriating weirdo culture written all over them.

Do you have any idea how many tiktoks I saw where people were cringing because the hazbin soundtrack was in their wrapped as one of their top albums? That's normie behavior. I do not feel cringe, I do not feel shame. I like what I like even if it disappoints me in the end (looking at you miraculous, please Jeremy zag release another movie and piss off the creator when the fandom likes it better). I don't regret liking anything I've ever liked. These people? Nah. And even their insults are like the basic white girl of fandom toxicity. Telling me to kys in one of five ways? I'm a pedo? A homophobe? I shouldn't exist? Boring. I had a Beetlejuice anti once threaten to turn my kneecaps into dice. You know what? I don't like you as a person but I at least respect the creativity. I definitely never heard that before.

And when you don't have any creativity, you tend to steal from the ones who do. Now the ra's are stealing lucillith art and doing it badly to boot. Normally I'm not one to critique art technique. Art is hard and people are always learning, but for the love of god if you're gonna steal someone's art don't add insult to injury by making the drawing ugly as fuck and somehow anatomically fucked. Yes I'm thinking of a specific example, no I won't share it mainly because tumblr says no sex based fun allowed. But I suppose that's what happens when you treat your ship and fandom experience as "content" rather than something you enjoy for fun. And hey, maybe it's my imposter syndrome talking but I still feel a little weird when people say they're fans of my work and seem to think of me as like... a big name fan or whatever. I'm just me, I create because I love my blorbos and if that attracts fans then it's a bonus, but not necessary.

This is going to be a more serious post than usual. I have recently found out some very unfortunate news. We lost another life to the toxic side of our community… Over a ship. This isn't the first time this happened, but at this point, I can't keep quiet. I need to talk about this. I won't get into too much detail, I'm mostly venting about why this is horrible beyond the, you know, harrassment driving someone to the point of offing themself. Be aware.

I heard we lost another. A Charlastor shipper to the toxic RadioApple and Chaggie fans. I remember when this happened to a RadioDust shipper. When will people learn that shipping Alastor is not immoral? A lot of asexuals ship him. It's stuff like this that makes the Hazbin Hotel fandom look bad. We cannot keep spreading hate like this. I get that sometimes, you can get really heated when you see something you dislike a lot, but there are better ways to express your dislike that won't cause someone's depression pill to double up until they're dead. I apologize if I'm being dramatic, but I am just really sick and tired of the hate. Fandom spaces need to be safe for people. No one is innocent about this, everyone can always try to do better. I have to do better. I've messed up before too. I never sent someone death threats, but I've gotten into heated arguments over stupid shit too. To me, anti-shippers are the most toxic type of "fan". The real world is getting worse and worse every day. Our childhood is ebing shatteres after those we idolized all seem to be creeps, kids are experiencing massive brainrot causing the next generation to grow up with absolutely no attention span, and ai is threatening to take over everyone's jobs. My name is Charlie/Chuck Charles, and I hate Hazbin Hotel the same way you’d hate a toxic lover - I hate it for what it is but I love it for what it could be. “But Daddy, I love him!” Ass-behavior. That's right, I'm re-imagining Hazbin Hotel, specifically a Hazbin Hotel that did not have its deplorable Family Guy roots.

I do not agree with VIvienne Midrano as a person. I will not go into depth with this, but I just want that on the record. I am an artist with a (wasted) fine arts degree who through the throughs of ASD and ADHD have been trapped in a chokehold by the concepts explored in Hazbin Hotel. I, as many others, believe that Hazbin Hotel is a bastion of potential, albeit wasted. I seek to explore this potential in the ways I can, while also exploring different concepts introduced in the canon.

I have been scrutinizing over the designs of Hazbin Hotel since it first aired on Amazon Prime, and I have barely scratched the surface of what these characters could be. I seek to take their character concepts and explore them fully in a way that Vivziepop simply did not.

Some of her designs *cough* Alastor *cough* are so caught up in the nostalgia of their inception that they do not communicate anything meaningful about the characters at all, which is a big problem as the primary focus of character design is to visually communicate key aspects of a character without verbally saying anything. With one of the key aspects of the cast being different eras in which they died, this is a huge wasted potential in the show that is shunted aside for whatever it is that constitutes Vivienne's idea of aesthetics. Not to say that the show is ugly or bad to look at, but that it simply could be better.

While Hazbin Hotel is my muse, Helluva Boss is enjoyable as is, to me. I am more interested in discussing Hazbin Hotel than Helluva Boss, because the possibilities within Hazbin Hotel are more interesting to me. Helluva Boss enjoyers are free to interact. Why do people always insist on misinterpreting scenes like that?

While I absolutely love the whole idea of maybe he does view her in a paternal sort of light, literally none of the Hell's Greatest Dad scene actually suggests anything more than a desire to get under Lucifer's skin?

Like, he's not saying any of that to Charlie for Charlie's benefit. He's doing that to poke at Lucifer's insecurity about not being there for her this whole time.

It's really why I kinda dig RadioApple just a smidge more than RadioBelle, I love Alastor's tendency to be a lil shithead.

I know you said that OP, it's just a trend I've noticed in anti shippers to pull that kind of deliberate misinterpretion thing. (Not to drag out old Beetlejuice drama but like... Dream can attest).

I feel kinda bad for the charlastor shippers. Like, as a radiodust shipper, we got it bad after the series, but at least what we got was no content. Charlastor? Phew. I have no doubt that world's greatest dad cut your numbers down bad. And the people I've seen against the ship because of that song? Even when Alastor saying she's like a daughter to him was clearly a manipulation tactic and a way to get on Lucifer's nerves? Sure, the ship isn't my cup of tea, but the amount of people calling the ship gross is a little annoying. Again, Alastor clearly doesn't actually think of Charlie as a daughter. Someone he can use to get power? Yeah. But the only one that is even close to being a daughter to him is Nifty.

A long time ago I came to the conclusion that ppl will hate charlastor no matter the scenerio. Bc if you hate something you just do. " i just dont like it bc its popular" excuse 🤷‍♀️

Ive always saw alot of ppl ship both ships even in 2020. But that isnt enough for militant canon stans. They want us to suck canon toes and cry to viv to forgive us, bc of what some assholes did in the past. There okay with shipping radioapple/moxxieblitzo/moxxiedust heck any other combination outside of canon. But when charlastor shippers do the same it's an issue. As i stated this before vaggie being potrayed as just a supportive closebest friend in an AU it's bad. Making a traid (charlie/al charlie/vaggie) is also an issue. I personally dont mind toxic charlastor bc i am adult that likes mature adult content but then the antis will complain its toxic and they hate it. But If an artist draw them dancing or just being cute around each other it's bad also bc its too "fluffy". me stating this will never change nothing. The biphobic sterotype is disgusting bc i seen straight couples, gay couples and Suprise!!! lesbians couples cheat on each other. Ive seen messy girl/gay circles where they all fuck each other. She ignores ppl getting harrassed and chuck the ship as being homofobic. Many shippers felt alienated upset bc they were being taunted provoke by the entitled chaggie stans. And it seemed like she just only cares for that part of her fan base.

I read a post where someone was complaining about radiodust shippers hating on huskerdust. It involved radiodust fans using arguments that huskerdust shouldn't be a thing because of because Angel Dust sexually harassed Husk and being upset that huskerdust was canon instead of radiodust. As a multi-shipper whose first Alastor ship was radiodust, my first reaction was to dismiss this as false. Firstly, because that argument against huskerdust is nonsense in and of itself but would be especially hypocritical coming from a radiodust fan. Secondly, it was my belief that most people, if not everyone, understood that if you shipped Alastor you did it with the knowledge that it was never going to be canon. I am ambivalent towards the ship myself but I haven't seen any radiodust fan arguing against the ship. However, I always try to keep in mind that my experiences are not universal so I went and checked the tags for radiodust and anti-huskerdust.

I am happy to report that most anti-Huskerdust stuff is by antis whose opinions don't matter. There are also more terrible takes regarding the relationship than just the one that the poster mentioned like someone talking about age gaps ignoring how many years they have lived in hell in addition to when they died. However, I will admit I did find a radiodust fan who was hating on the ship and another shipper who complained about radioapple fans attacking their radiorose fanfic. The conclusion that I reached was that there are annoying fans who make it their entire thing to hate on the things that other fans enjoy, but they are not the majority. Most fans are likely just making and sharing things that they enjoy. If you encounter one of those fans in the wild trying to insult you or make fun of a ship you like, feel free to block them and continue enjoying fandom stuff. For example, when I first joined the Hellverse fandom I couldn't enjoy Helluva Boss content without being subjected to some of the worst bad faith takes. I blocked the helluva boss critical tag and immediately stopped having such problems. Let's all continue to enjoy the fandom without making things uncomfortable for others.

well if you think that youre one of the few people in this fandom with a brain cuz the comment was a fucking warzone. antis were saying they would kys/drop the show if it got canon, alastors asexuality and not-really-canon aromanticism were used as excuses to hate on people, all around terrible. it got so bad that the post had to be re-uploaded with "radioapple" being swapped for "alastor and lucifer" and vivzie making a tweet about how she didnt directly make the post and isnt claiming it will become canon

I get it, my non. I really do. The fact that the merch team is catering to the same demographic who threw the biggest bitch fit victim complex show because... *checks notes* the streamily print got changed from the mistaken "radioapple" print title to the "Alastor and Lucifer" print.

Y'know, never mind that there's documented instances of fans being literally bullied to death in this fandom because of their ships. Nope! Biggest tragedy in the world; the print's title got changed. Why you'd pay over $100 for something that flat and artistically... off is beyond me but whatever. I really do not get how some of them don't have the self awareness to see that when NONSHIPPERS are calling out their actions to think maybe something is wrong with their behavior.

As for the nasty comments, honey like I said; my problematic ship list is a mile wide. Charlastor is one of the more wholesome ships by comparison. I get it, they suck, they really suck. But the best way to deal with them is just to block them, report them for harassment where applicable obviously. But don't give them the satisfaction of living rent free in your head. Do the opposite; for people that never want to see charlastor content they've always got an awful lot to say about it don't they? And again, the rampant art theft by them. We live rent free in their heads and they attack us because they want the attention. And when people ignore them that bothers them far more than any well crafted rebuttal ever could.

Wanna know how I know for a fact this is true? Because so many antis got all pissy that a shitton of Japanese hellaverse fan artists were blocking their ass on the dumpster fire site (surprisingly now it's NOT tumblr we have officially entered the twilight zone) after those same antis made post after post calling them all the nasty shit they call us. The Japanese fan artists call them the "feelings yakuza" and said "fine, you hate our content so much you won't have to look at it".

I know, I know, it sounds like "taking the high road" when everything around us seems to be able to be as classless and hateful with no repercussions. But it's not. It's taking care of yourself, your mental health, and your well being. You know what I spend my time thinking about? Not ra that's for sure, I spend it thinking of the millions of ways my otps fall in love (or bang to be more bluntly accurate haha)

This is going to be a more serious post than usual. I have recently found out some very unfortunate news. We lost another life to the toxic side of our community… Over a ship. This isn't the first time this happened, but at this point, I can't keep quiet. I need to talk about this. I won't get into too much detail, I'm mostly venting about why this is horrible beyond the, you know, harrassment driving someone to the point of offing themself. Be aware.

I heard we lost another. A Charlastor shipper to the toxic RadioApple and Chaggie fans. I remember when this happened to a RadioDust shipper. When will people learn that shipping Alastor is not immoral? A lot of asexuals ship him. It's stuff like this that makes the Hazbin Hotel fandom look bad. We cannot keep spreading hate like this. I get that sometimes, you can get really heated when you see something you dislike a lot, but there are better ways to express your dislike that won't cause someone's depression pill to double up until they're dead. I apologize if I'm being dramatic, but I am just really sick and tired of the hate. Fandom spaces need to be safe for people. No one is innocent about this, everyone can always try to do better. I have to do better. I've messed up before too. I never sent someone death threats, but I've gotten into heated arguments over stupid shit too. To me, anti-shippers are the most toxic type of "fan". The real world is getting worse and worse every day. Our childhood is ebing shatteres after those we idolized all seem to be creeps, kids are experiencing massive brainrot causing the next generation to grow up with absolutely no attention span, and ai is threatening to take over everyone's jobs. Are we really going to focus your hate on shipping? This is just not ok. This is the 3rd life lost in this fandom due to stupid drama. I fear that this fandom is going to slowly kill itself. I would like to say that I have deep respect for this person. I don't know their name, but I saw their speech on reddit. I won't post it here but I just wanna say that I am really happy that they didn't go out silently. They gave their word. And I'm going to say that stuff like this is why I don't like when characters are given canon sexualities. That might be stupid, but I like being able to have freedom shipping whatever I want. I hope all those who have taken their life rest in peace. They didn't deserve any of the horrid shit they went through.
