OMG I literally just woke up to this, thank you SOOO much!!! I also started working back on my subliminals, I ended up scraping everything that I had from before because I didn't like it (clearly someone is a perfectionist) BUT I ended up working on it earlier this morning from 2 - 4 am.......... Talking about shifting!!

~What is shifting?~ Shifting is when you shift your subconscious to another reality!! When you shift you are only moving your subconscious and NOT your physic body! You shift every day and you don't even know it!! their are affiant realities and every time you black you open a new one where you blinked a second later or earlier, every thing you do opens another reality!! ~How do I shift?~ You don't need a script, A method, Or even a subliminal! all you need is yourself, you need to believe you can shift and that shifting is real and LOCK.IT.DOWN in your head. A script is to help you truly know what you want and to help you focus and know where you are going, you put basic info like what your name will be in this reality and how old you will be and who will be there and basically everything you desire in that reality. Methods are to help you calm your body down help you visualize and get into a calm state and shifting affirmations are to help gas light or make yourself believe you are already in your Dr (desired reality). "Shifting Symptoms" are just your body falling asleep your body does this every time you are about to go to sleep we just never notice due to us being so tired so don't freak out because it does not mean you are shifting or you have shifted. ~Is this going to summon a demon?~ Shifting is not against or apart of any religion and does not have anything to do with demons or god or any of that stuff and is not a sin. ~where can I shift?~

you can shift any where's you truly want like Twd, Hogwarts, AOT, One piece or even just another version of your CR (Current reality) but better! You can change how you look, sound, and act! ~Is shifting lucid dreaming?~ Shifting is real and everything around you is real like another life, Lucid dreaming a dream you can control. ~can I only shift when asleep?~ No you can shift wile wide awake but most people prefer shifting while in the hypnagogic state (Being half awake and half asleep) or while asleep but you can shift anytime of day or night . ~What does shifting feel like?~ Shifting feels like NOTHING it's like a snap and you are there, people say it feels like you are falling or floating but those are just symptoms and their body falling a sleep, shifting is like if you were starring your tv screen that is fully black and then you blink and now the screen is yellow, you don't feel anything! ~Can I get stuck in my Dr?~ It's not possible to get stuck in your Dr and people make safe words to get back but they are not needed Safe words are just to help you focus your intention to go back to your OR (original reality) but if you really want to go back you can for example some people shift to their DR and start thinking about their OR and shift back on accident . ~I'm having trouble believing shifting~ That is so normal because it seems wayyyy to good to be true so try shifting to a Dr exactly like your OR but change one thing like maybe your wall color or add something like a Lava lamp, change on thing just to prove shifting to yourself and this also helps with getting over the fear of shifting <3 ~Can I die in my Dr?~ Yes but if you die in your DR you'll just come back to your OR it's like dying in a game and clicking the rest button but you can script you (and your love ones) Can't die!! ~~~ Nothing is stopping you from shifting but yourself nothing can shift you but yourself not the method or affirmations or the subliminal your playing! ITS ALL ABOUT YOU! ~~~~ If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask no matter how dumb you think they are!
