I wish I could feel comfortable when I wear my school uniform. everybody says, "You look fine" or "you're not fat"

you say that, but you don't know how I feel about my body. I pull my t shirt away and suck my stomach in when I'm walking around town or school because I either feel bloated or I get stared at by people, so that makes me feel self-conscious.

I hate feeling uncomfortable and self concious about my body, you know? I just want to feel comfortable.
