Im not sure if this will be underwhelming now or not.

but let me set the scene real quick.

So me and my sibling Bri were talking as per usual a few nights ago. Then tragedy struck. She told me that she misread her word count on her fic as 11037. Now. To some that may seem like a normal number. But those who have been through the trenches know.

Danganronpa...

So for those who dont know. It used to be my biggest hyperfixation. Like. I was hyperfixated on it for 5 or 6 years in a row with no other huge interests. It was my number one. So as you may assume, I happen to have a lot of thoughts about this series.

11037 being said to me awakened the sleeper agent in me. And i just started yapping. I don't really like danganronpa all that much anymore, but i will let you know that doesn't mean i am not insane about it. Because it could've been good. The characters are mostly amazing. The second game is the best in the series. I have many thoughts on this franchise!

So after my hour long rant. That's when the shame hit me. I told my sibling "Im so fucking embarrassed. Even if I say I hate danganronpa, I dont think I could rant about anything- ANYTHING, whether it be positively or negatively, as much as I can about fucking Danganronpa"

And that's when they issued my divine punishment. A challenge, even.

They told me. That I should open up a word doc, and write as much as I can about Danganronpa. But there's a catch. While I'm writing I MUST watch Charlie Slimecicle's 3 to 4 hour long VOD of the game "Only Up"

She had sent me a clip earlier that day. It was a sensory nightmare.

Well you'll never guess what I started on in the middle of an already noisy arcade! Im only 30 minutes into the video and I've already written down my thoughts about the first two trials. I fear I may lose my grip on reality once I continue my harrowing quest.

HEY, SNOW!!!!! I'm alright, thank you so much!!! I lost a fiver yesterday, but I then got a compliment almost thirty seconds later so it was like the universe was trying to make up for it. It worked pretty well, so good on the universe. How are you? All the hugs for you as well! <3<3 See, the funny thing about "Damn." is that I started writing it drunk, and it's not even remotely hurt related! From what I can tell when reading it, it's a MDZS modern AU where Lan Wangji is drunk at a house party. Hang on, let me get a snippet so it can explain it better.

It would be dramatic to so much as imply that time had slowed down when he spotted MAME. However, deep down, Lan Zhan - Second Jade of the Cloud Recesses Academy - had always had a penchant for the dramatics if given the chance, so that was exactly how he described it to himself. Having been dragged to this insufferable ‘casual hangout’ (it was a house party, Lan Huan) was a miserable experience, made worse by the fact that his drink had gotten mixed up with someone else’s and now he was drinking alcohol. Of course he wouldn’t stop drinking, he felt that it would be the only way to get through this damned thing. Already, it was having an effect on him, leaving people steering firmly clear of him - Lan Huan told him that if looks could kill, everyone at this party would be dead (if only…)."

I must have decided that the Lans had better tolerance than in canon for the bit, and I truly don't know where I was going with inner monologue bitchy Lan Wangji. Maybe I'll continue it, who knows!
