Im writing a fanfic and am now searching for some reason the Parisians don’t just go up and fucking leave Paris.

Like at least after the flooding where most people probably died there should have been a mass exodus.

I saw an idea on how the Miracoulis use glamor to make other people overlook the stuff going on. Which makes sense for there to be no interference from the outside. But that doesn’t stop people from leaving.

I thought about trapping them inside some sort of bubble, but that also doesn’t really work because of resource logistics (you know food and so on).

Maybe super villain attacks are just common and no matter where you go you’re getting attacked. So at least you don’t stay dead in Paris? (Like seriously what happens after a super villain attack in DC they never cover stuff like that, the actual consequences for the people who suffered in the attacks)

I'm jumping headfirst into unfamiliar territory to share my ongoing writing journey. I'm not very good at social media. I've tried and failed them all, so now I'm trying this one.

I guess I'll start with my work-in-progress The God City. I'm writing about...daemons...and falling in love during war? It started as a FFXV fanfiction and I'm turning it into an original piece, though the fanfiction itself sees very little foot traffic so I couldn't tell you if it's worth it. But I think it is. If I was an outside reader. Which I'm not. If I was an outside reader, I'd say yes, it's worth it. But I'm the writer and it feels weird to say that. I'm the writer so really, I'd say it's hot garbage. It's hot garbage. Don't read it.

Expect snippets and musings, so if you're into dark romantasy where the girl is the troubled baddie and not the guy, and the guy is the hopeless romantic and not the girl, feel free to stick around.
