"Come Home" — Deku:

I don't even know if this would be considered a fic?? Cuz honestly this was such a short little thing that I wrote in under like 15 minutes 😭 probably the shortest amount of time it's taken me to ever write literally anything. But it was after I watched S6 E136 and literally that night I had a dream where this whole scene was played out in my head. And it just felt so dramatic in the right ways and just raw emotion that I had to write it down. And it's STILL my most liked post on this entire blog😭 but honestly understandable bc sometimes I go back and read it and I'm just like "damn wait I wrote that????" lmfaoo

"Only for you, Toshi" — Shinsou:

Completely opposite from the last one, this is actually the longest thing I've ever written. (that's posted anyway, there's a few longer still in my drafts) I just feel like Shinsou doesn't get enough love but he definitely deserves it😭❤️ all my friends that read it said they really enjoyed it and I'm just really happy with how it came out after working on it for a couple weeks, and that not touching it for a few months and then coming back to it only to finish it in like 2 days lmao

This is a multi-part series I'm co-writing with my bsf @haru-x-ren on a joint account we made. (@bunny-x-haru if you'd like to follow) it's currently still a work in progress with only a few parts released, but it is a continuation of a 2 part fic I wrote when I first started called "You're the Only Thing That Makes Sense" — Bakugo So I do recommend reading this one first before Secrets for context and background info. I feel like you can really see my growth in writing from then to now, cuz that was like literally the second thing I ever posted lol. And Haru was literally my biggest fan bc he's the one that got me into writing fanfic<3 so after he read it, he had this absolutely BRILLIANT idea (spoiler) to take the scene I wrote where bakugo and deku were caught fighting after school hours (similar to that scene from season....2? When Bakugo learned about OFA) and turn it into a BakuDeku love triangle and I was honestly obsessed with the idea

Okay, with that out of the way...

Sorry this took so long, anon, I didn't actually have any headcanons ahead of time and needed some time to think about it, and then I got sick and had some major brain fog. Thanks for being patient!

Honestly, no doubt that he's a stoner. And it definitely fucks with his appetite and his diet. When he's high he just kind of eats whatever is in the fridge or the pantry...even if it's out of date or spoiled. That and whatever strange concoction he manages to put together.

Dude's actually kind of invincible, though. He usually doesn't get sick from what he eats or drinks.

That being said, on the rare off chance he does he's a total mess. He's secretly emetophobic and just the anticipation of himself or someone else needing to puke is enough to freak him out.

He actually will more than likely end up puking from how much he's worked himself up rather than what's actually causing him to feel sick. So if he's nauseous or dealing with a stomach ache, expect to find him curled up on the bathroom floor awaiting his fate.

They don't have a manager, so he's almost always heavily focused on things relating to the band, so he doesn't ever really notice when he's hungry. The other two sometimes have to literally pull him away from what he's doing because he hasn't eaten in two days. In fact, he cannot recall the last time his stomach made any sort of noise out of hunger. (Though this is probably because he always attributes it to something else.)

K/kura

Hangry Bitch Syndrome™ she gets FEIRCE when she's missed a meal, especially since she's the type to consistently eat at regular times.

Of course, that habit has led to her stomach being pretty loud when she's hungry, and it only adds to her irritability.

She's been extremely self reliant since she was young, so if she gets sick in general she's insistent that she can take care of herself. It's a minor inconvenience for her, no matter how nauseous she feels or how much pain she's in.

Textbook Big Eater. He will gladly eat your leftovers if you can't finish them.

Nobody outside of the band has ever seen him with an upset stomach, as far as they know. He doesn't make it obvious, just says something to his bandmates and goes to rest. Either he's not really bothered by it or he just doesn't want to cause a scene, but unlike Kura he'll greatly appreciate it if you help him out.

It might also be because he's sort of the big brother of the trio and feels that it's more important for him to take care of his bandmates than it is for them to take care of him.

He's also completely unbothered by any noises his stomach makes, mostly because it's very loud and he thinks it's funny how people react to it.

K/gi (Definitely one of my top favs, so I'm a bit meaner to him, hehe.)

He's not super shy, I don't think, but he does seem like the type to be uncomfortable around people when his stomach is being noisy.

He eats a lot of foods that are organic or homegrown and are mostly fruits and vegetables, so fast food and foods that are processed or filled with artificial ingredients tear up his stomach. He usually brings his own meals with him when the band is on tour or he's spending the night with them, but the band also makes an effort to stop by or grab something from somewhere with foods that he prefers to eat.

He also doesn't really eat, he sort of...grazes? Like he's one of those people that just eats small amounts throughout the day instead of sitting down to have meals. He's always just a little bit hungry, and sometimes on tour he has to go without food for a few hours.

As seen on my Tummy Hurty Scale he's not the best at handling stomach pain, but he can withstand it just enough to get important things done if need be. But he will quietly slip away to go lay down once he gets the chance.

I finally got my zine today from @daigyakutenzine ! I already looked over the first few pages of the book and everything looks really good so far :) I also really like the other things that come with it (the stickers and prints specifically are much higher quality than I expected, which is also a huge bonus). All in all I love all the things that I got and I'm excited to finally read the zine :D

Ok but can we talk about how out of all the major male characters that Ryunosuke interacts with throughout the story, van Zieks is the ONLY one that isn't hiding something from/lying to him at one point or another?? Sholmes lies about Kazuma being alive, Kazuma hides the fact that he's going to Britain as a hired assassin, Yujin hides details about the Professor killings from him in 2-2, Stronghart lies about... Well, everything really. Like there's so much I could say about him lol. Gregson hides the fact that he helped frame Genshin for the Professor killings, McGilded lies about having been the culprit in the omnibus case, Jigoku lies about having been the one to kill Gregson... Etc etc. I personally can't remember a single point where van Zieks was hiding things from Ryuu or just straight up lying about important things to his face. He's an ass to him at first, sure, but he's ultimately on the side of justice and finding out the truth, even if it means hurting his cases or having his worldview challenged (except maybe in the case of Klint, which I'll get into).

Now one might say, "Oh but didn't he hide the fact that he had a brother from Ryunosuke at first?". And to that I say... So what? From van Zieks' point of view, details about his personal life (and ESPECIALLY about Klint) are hard to talk about and, frankly, Ryuu really had no reason to need that info about him, other than just to be nosy. That's why he's so cagey about the topic in 2-3, and why he's (somewhat) more willing to talk about it with him in 2-4/5, because at that point Ryunosuke absolutely DOES need to know more about Klint (and the Professor killings in general). And as for Ryuu's point of view, he really has no reason to be asking about van Zieks' personal life at first, other than the fact that he's just curious about it.

Anyways. I really do believe that, despite how rocky these two's dynamic is at first, it's been built on honesty and straightforward-ness from the start, and I really appreciate how we have an Ace Attorney prosecutor who's more than willing to not hide the truth from his lawyer rival (even if he's making dunks on Ryunosuke half the time, lol)

I started writing this fic in a hotel room in Japan two years ago after asking for prompts on Tumblr. This began as a one-shot for the prompt: Make me. And...I kept writing it. Hahaha, I really should know myself better by now.

I know many are turned off automatically by the Daddy kink tag, and honestly take care of yourselves and have a blessed day, if that's a hard no for you. But I will say that this fic begins as a Daddy kink fic and then transforms into something else. It's mainly an exploration of consent and identity and vulnerability and communication and agency and trust building and and and and.... I'll let the tags speak for the rest of it. This happens through sex. Lots and lots of sex. Some of the sex is kinky, but it is always switchy, switchy sex. Neither character is exclusively a top, neither one is exclusively a bottom, in fact I aim to make you question what those things mean. The Moriarty plot was very tangential to my wanting to write this story, but provides much of the urgency, so take it as you will, squinting from far away, perhaps ;)

So I'm gonna answer this in two parts basically. The first part is artists that inspired me to start drawing what I like, especially fantrolls-- so a lot of my friends really!! Wanting to be in this community is what made me start actually doing art as something I was passionate about!!!!! The second part is actually twitter artists that inspired me to actually renovate my art style, try new things, and actually grow as an artist in ways that I really just never did here before.

Hot Chocolate. Because the winter is cold, chocolate is tasty, and alcoholism seems like zero fun.

7. Favorite Fanfiction (if you are comfortable to share)

Sure, why not. Though given some of the fanfics that have most stuck with me are for fandoms tied to media properties i don't feel like giving even the most minor attention, or just fandoms i'm not willing to admit being a part of. That said Current favourite is: Red Robin Hood by Candlebreak (Batman) Which is not done, but damn if it not well written (and well constructed, and with thematic death). Plot tl;dr, Under the Hood AU where Jason kidnaps Tim after their fight in the tower and the entire bat family mobilizes to try to get him back. It's kinda really fucking dark in places (arguably no one in this story is in a mentally healthy place even before Tim got kidnapped) but... damn it's good. Also some previous favs which i'm willing to admit possibly do not hold up it's been a while since i've read these: Better Angels of Our Nature by bzarcher (Widowtracily, Overwatch), which one hand, Blizzard sucks as a company and by all reports overwatch currently sucks as a game, on the other hand... cute lesbian polycule working through trauma together (I'd say it doesn't quite hold up through the ending, but it's still solid). and legit, the first fanfic I think I ever read (which I found on Deviantart): Jane and Amelia 1: A Cry for Help (along with the rest of that series) by Firefall Bangenthump. Which is a crossover between's Disney's Tarzan and Treasure Planet, that ships Captain Amelia and Jane Porter together... And while it's been, probably more than half of a decade since i've read these, I do remember it being pretty good (and also it kinda just logged itself in my brain and hasn't left since). I have no explanation, or justification, save for the fact i was barely a teenager. On reflection it's probably weird that i can't think of any truly stand out fanfics for what I'd consider my biggest media obessions, (Cybersix, Discworld, the Vorkosigan saga, Catwoman). but also I will admit to not having done a through search (plus it's like, With discworld the vorkosigan saga and catwoman there's a mountain of official content, and full read throughs of any of those could take weeks (but more likely months or maybe even a full year) and with Cybersix it's just, old and obscure and last received new content a decade before ao3 launched). All that said i'd be down for any recommendations forged Catwoman centric fics. Dean was afraid from the very beginning, but also, so attracted and fascinated with this powerful supernatural been. Castiel's aura full of security, power, beauty, purity, innocence and strength, it was beyond his human understanding. And the fact that this angel had saved him from Hell, giving him a mission, it was too much for him.

It took just a couple of seconds for Castiel to understand the most deepest fears and weakness inside Dean's soul. Dean was captivated, but at the same time, he was insecure about the message. But then this angel went with that thing he said...

This was and this is still the thing with Dean Winchester. And CAS saw it from the first time. A broken human. And Dean should be surprised bc no one ever could find out this.

In their second encounter, Dean felt the powerful energy from this angel. He experimented just a little of how BAMF could be Castiel... Fear/attraction/intimidation/fascination, as I explained before, in that scene in the kitchen, full of sexual tension.

Then... The heart to heart talk in the park. This angel wasn't so unreachable as he looked... He had doubts too...

Castiel said to him, he was special, important, he had a mission, that was a bunch of huge things to process, knowing nobody never had told him such nice things. And that will continue till now.

And how I can said Dean was fascinated with CAS so early in the season? The Rapture 4x20 is the proof.

The Rapture showed us how Heaven punished Castiel when they discovered he had helped Dean to stop Sam to kill Lilith, by telling him about Archangel protecting prophets. And he was trying to reveal Dean their plans, THEY WERE BEHIND THE APOCALYPSE CONSUMPTION, AND THEY WILL USE DEAN AS MICHAEL'S VESSEL. So Castiel, already with his doubts and free will on his door, he decided to help Dean. But it was too late... They took him to Heaven and let his vessel alone.

The scene in the pier, inside Dean's dream was short but very significant...

CASTIEL : "We need to talk."

DEAN : "I'm dreaming, aren't I?"

CASTIEL : "It's not safe here. Someplace more private."

DEAN: "More private? We're inside my head."

CASTIEL: "Exactly. Someone could be listening."

DEAN: "Cas, what's wrong?"

CASTIEL: "Meet me here."

Castiel knew they were being observed by Heaven, and he had very huge news for the Hunter.

But when they went to that place, Castiel wasn't there, but Jimmy Novak.

And here we had two differents attitudes coming from Dean. First of all, he empathize with the poor Jimmy, and wanted to help him to come with his family, but Sam had another plans...

But after meeting Anna on the car (thanks Agus FOR helping me with this thing 😘💕) things changed...

Anna was worried bc Heaven had took CAS, Dean thought that was something good, but Anna said... "No. That's a very bad thing. Painfully, awfully bad. He must have seriously pissed someone off."

And since then, knowing Castiel has something huge to tell him, trying to help him, Dean began to feel worried about the angel. Cas was being punished because of him.

And there we had the switch in Dean.

We had this scene too.

At first I thought Dean is feeling pitty for him again... Maybe is thinking the poor Jimmy has to let his family behind to protect them... But then we had this scene...

That's still Jimmy getting shot, why do they have to show us Dean's face?? Not Sammy, not demon!Amelia, but Dean's face and in such desperate expression. That wasn't Castiel, but it was his vessel. Dean was becoming familiar with this angel, even if the vessel hadn't any magnetism for him, Castiel had. Because it's Castiel's magnetic and mysterious aura, full of power and sexiness, and innocence, his intense gaze, the way he talks and moves, who made Dean feel so attracted to him. But even so... This was his vessel and it was very strange to see him getting shot, maybe if he dies Castiel wouldn't come back?

Then my head came back again to the hug scene between Jimmy and Amelia. And was the same energy. Dean knows he isn't Castiel, but it was weird for him watch his vessel hugging a woman...

Yes .. Dean can properly said... He was fascinated with Castiel, the angel, and not his vessel. It was obvious that Jimmy Novak was a very handsome man, but without Castiel, he was just that. Castiel presence gave him the perfect mix. Beautiful for the outside, and beautiful inside. With the entire description about his aura I already wrote... Perfect combination.

Castiel's fascination for Dean

Castiel felt attracted to Dean from the very beginning. He saw through Dean and found a broken man. A bright and beautiful soul, but broken, he didn't have faith, and he didn't love himself...

In episode 4x07 Castiel was looking at him with such an intensity and curiosity in his eyes. Watching the way Dean Winchester wanted to go against Heaven's orders and follow his own decisions was fascinating... Even if Heaven's orders were to follow Dean's decision, even so, the bright light of FREE WILL in this human was irresistible to him. If Anna represented his doubts and rebellion, Dean will be his teacher in Free Will.

Now, let's focus on 4x20, "The Rapture".

When Castiel came back from Heaven to help Jimmy Novak's family, he took his vessel back, and now BRAINWASHED BY HEAVEN, he avoided Dean's gaze, and he was about to leave without saying a word.

But Dean wanted to know what happened, and what was CAS about to tell him before all this mess.

Agus pointed me Castiel's attitude when Dean called him ...

He didn't want to have to speak with Dean... Bc Heaven had made him suffer and this time they brainwashed him, and strictly put in his head HE OBEY TO HEAVEN. AND NOT GET "CLOSE" TO THIS HUMAN, no more... That's why we had this, Castiel turned around to see Dean, he didn't want that. He didn't want to confront this human that had fascinated him so badly to the point of considering disobedience.

And he repeats then his lesson, learned with blood in Heaven...

DEAN: "Cas, hold up. What were you gonna tell me?"

CASTIEL: "I learned my lesson while I was away, Dean. I serve heaven, I don't serve man, and I certainly don't serve you."

Dean blinks full of confusion, he doesn't understand why Castiel is acting like that... And again that distinction between HUMANS/MAN and DEAN. Is because of Dean, again.

To conclude:

Castiel and Dean were fascinated with each other from the very beginning.

Dean was a mix of fascination, fear and attraction and Castiel a mix of forbidden feelings unexplored.

Heaven acted like a boundary between them, trying to separate his soldier from Dean.

The recurrent assistance from the angel to Dean obligate Heaven to be more rough with their punishment for Castiel. This time Castiel learned painfully his lesson... But not for so long... Because we all know he has this crack in his chasis...

1- I love Lavi as much as the next dgm fan, but I'm really not amused by the whole Yuu thing. There's a lot of stuff my family say/do to me that triggers me. And I've explicitely told them that I hated it, explained it was triggering to me and got so sick of it I even snapped/used violence with my siblings when they kept doing it for years anyway and they still do it and just think it's a quirk of mine/I'm being weird. Kanda is obv very not amused by the crap Lavi says and Lavi is just like

2- 'omg Yuu-chan is so scary' 'heh I'm just gonna do it again' and keep doing it regardless of how many times Kanda insisted not getting called like that and making it clear he hated that. Actually scratch the me liking Lavi part, keep doing this shit and I'm gonna throw Hisoka at you

heey so look, i know you mean well but.

That was litterally my post, I was calling out Lavi for doing exactly that. I was calling Lavi a dumbass for doing exactly that. 

I keep on calling out Lavi’s flaws because it surprisingly works a lot about the kind of characters he is. he’s a guy who had been socially isolated most of his life and had always used jokes as a way to put distances with others people. The guy has no understanding of triggers and he had never realized he cared about what people feel until very late in the series. Of course for the likes of someone as emotionally and socially stunned as he is he just sees it a cheap laugh and not something to take into account. He does it again because he has no understanding of why it is having Kanda react this way and he just finds the fun of it, and besides it helps also creating a dynamic in which Lavi cannot get close on an emotional level to Kanda, which had always been keys to Lavi’s character considering he pushes people away emotionally speaking, had never learnt how to deal with it, and that’s why specifically his bound with Allen is particular because that’s why he’s been putting this back in question, and it’s not even something he realizes until far latter in the story.

On the greater scale it shows also Lavi’s lack of connection to humanity aside from “ink on paper” because he cannot see what a trigger can be. That’s what makes signifiant how he develops his own triggers as the story goes by and the moments he has to rethink his entiere lifepoint. Him disregarding Kanda’s triggers are part of the characters flaws that are required to understnad how much of a disconnect he had with humanity and how much he didn’t even consider others as people. which is something that is told to him in the dreamworld. Because it’s something he didn’t even realize he was doing. 

It’s a flaw. This is seriously a flaw from Lavi from understandable place, but a major flaw of not reading someone’s boundaries. Which is coherent with his whole character’s arc and actually especially at this point where you’re not supposed to know yet how much he distached himself from humanity, it’s clues spread around of how badly he handles social situation, a buildup for the reveals of the fact he doesn’t want to care for people and doesn’t want to empathize with them and that it’s why his character arc forcing him to do that specifically with Allen is shaking his worldview.

I know and i understand that triggers are a sensible subjects. that was the angle i took with my post about that specifically where I was poking fun at Lavi’s flaw, not at Kanda’s reaction, because this is peak “Lavi’s lack of decency” striking. 

And I get that it’s extremely personal. I have my triggers too and i have had people poking fun at them and crossing those boundaries. This is of course all alright to dislike him specifically for that. If that’s the deal breaker, good god, yeah, sure. You have no obligation to like Lavi even while understanding why he behave like that and personal reactions and reasons for why this dislike exist is completely valid, specifically on such a sensible topic.

But please consider that you’re saying that to someone who adore Lavi as a character so much both my url and my header are themed with this boy and that I was forced to make specific tags about my ramblings about him in particular. 

I specifically call him out on his flaws because those are stuff i consider flesh out his character. None of my fav are unproblematic on any aspect, and I freaking love their flaws even when they are harmful to others characters because that tells a massive story. 

And I want to be able to discuss said flaw and make fun of my favs for doing those specific flaws because that’s part of the reasons i appreciate the character arc it takes them through. 

So while i understand your frustration and your dislike of his action i seriously, seriously don’t need to be pointed out specifically something I was making fun of with him. I’m feeling like i’m justifying his behavior with this reply which i didn’t want to do because just saying “he’s dumb but i love him” seemed enough for me to not have to enter into “but here why it fits his character”. 

And more specifically i seriously, seriously have no interest in specifically having a flaw, that i pointed out as a flaw, being pointed out to me as a “and this flaws make that i dislike him”. My entiere blog is themed around his character, that doesn’t specifically feel like the best thing to read.

I’ve roasted Lavi for less. Lavi had been an insensitive prick since his first appearance. His full first arc was to completely look down on Allen and his trauma because he didn’t understand it, and he had to have a wake up call to change it. His reaction to Kanda is an extension of this specific character flaw i keep bringing up because it’s essencial to the understanding of his lack of empathy that comes from having never ever thought about how to process bounding with people.

When i’ve posted the Yuu scene, it wasn’t to laugh at Kanda’s expense about his triggers. It was specifically to laugh about Lavi being moronic for ignoring them. 

I’ve written hundreds of posts about Kanda’s triggers and how serious they are and are spreads over the course of the series. I’ve written hundreds of post on how Lavi is BAD with people to the point of being harmful to them. 

idk perhaps i get a little too fired up but like. I like discussing my favorite character’s flaws, especially major ones, because those are necessary steps on the journey! 

I wish i just didn’t have to justify it when i was just calling him out about it, and especially i’m not specifically into getting message to tell me how much it makes him unlikeable. 

so like. I get your feelings but please there are better ways to bring it up. Your feelings are 100% valid. It’s just. Guh, you know it’s my fav character what exactly are you expecting would be my reaction to that.

I’m not mad btw but i admit it frustrates me a bit.
