It's never a bad idea to keep a few light denims around either but go with what fits your skin tone best. To keep things trendy, try experimenting with ripped jeans or wide-leg styles, but make sure to always have a classic pair for everyday wear. If you're going for a more classy/clean look, I would skip out in the spontaneous ripped jeans.

summer is right around the corner and im very into fashion so i wanted to talk about some pieces that im going to be looking for and collecting for the summer, color palettes, and everything in between.

i absolutely LOVE summer and fashion so i thought that this would be the perfect post to make. lots of summer content is coming up so i hope u all like it.

WEDGE SANDALS

these are absolutely adorable for the summer and i just think that they're so so cute. the vision with this is not to wear these at the beach, more so to wear it when ur running mini errands or to escalate ur summer look.

i think that these are definitely an acquired taste but if u get it then u get it yk? some wedge sandals that im wanting to buy are from juicy couture (for softer textures) and other more vintage brands for harder ones.

OPEN TOE HEELS OR WEDGES

personally i've seen lots of debate on open-toe heels and whether they're cute or not, and i've heard lots of different opinions about them but i LOVE them cuz i think that they're so so cute.

for summer specifically i love the ones that have straps (not on the leg part but more on the actual foot) but i just think its perfect for the summer and esp if u wanna show off ur pedicure.

COLOR PALETTES ;

CAMISOLES

camisoles r not only adorable for the spring but also for the summer. the key to these though is length and color. steer clear of colors that are on the darker side and go for colors that pop.

additionally, dont wear clothes that cover too much (unless u want to ofc) look for cute cuts and designs, ALSO shirts or clothing with cute slogans on them are a must for my style in general but also summer wardrobe essentials.

LONG FLOWY SKIRTS

long flowy skirts r absolutely gorgeous in any season i think but esp seasons like summer/spring. something thats rly been catching my eye for spring fashion in particular are skirt LAYERING and alternating between textures and lengths but that truly does depend on how well u can make something work yk?

but for the summer look for flowy skirts with a texture that isnt very thick or heavy bcuz summer gets hot. or if long skirts aren't ur thing then go for shorter lengths.

SLEEVLESS TOPS

sleeveless tops literally SCREAM summer, whether u like tank tops or tube tops, both r perfect for the summer.

SHORTS/SKORTS

shorts for the summer are absolutely perfect and so are skorts. i would've added mini skirts in this category but i've already covered them in the long and flowy skirts section.

SPECIFIC PIECES IM LOOKING FOR ;

Some people have never been oblivious to someone else having feelings for them and it shows.

People keep saying that Colin’s feelings came from nowhere and that it’s rushed. People, including me, are pointing at season 1 and 2 showing all the little signs that showed that he’s had feelings for a long time. But what’s so important to me here is the reason for this obliviousness and subsequently his hard fall into love.

It’s not Pen’s wardrobe or even that first kiss (although a cataclysm) that made him take conscious of those feelings. It’s the absence. It’s the reality check she gave him. Because it might be ugly to admit but sometimes you are so comfortable in the way things are that even though you feel a little more than you really should, it’s easier to ignore than to really ponder about what is going on. And sometimes it takes almost loosing someone to realise just how much you’ve come to rely on this person and how you took having this person as something that was granted to you. And then that person at some point says “hey, hold up! This is not ok. I’m done being treated this way”. And the absence of that person leaves a huge void in your life and you’re forced to scramble and pick up the pieces while an essential part of your support system has just crumbled. And you’re forced to do some reflection. Sometimes it’s just too close for you to realise just how important that person is and you only see them, truly see them once they’re not so close anymore. And when that happens you FREAK OUT, like Colin lovesick level of freak out.

So no it’s not the wardrobe that changes and suddenly Colin sees her. And we know from an interview that Colin would still enjoy those yellow dresses. It’s not that first kiss that fall on him like a ton of bricks that suddenly makes him see her. Even though it does spur things on and hats off to Pen for asking what she wants. It’s the paralysing fear of nearly loosing her that forces him to start ponder and no longer take her for granted.

Okay, so post-P1 trailer, the thing I’m MOST excited about for is Colin and Penelope’s ACTUAL friendship!

Because while Colin has always viewed Penelope as a genuine a friend, she has always had the added lense of “I’m in love with you,” and that changed the way she interacted with him.

But now, to Penelope, Colin has essentially closed the door on him ever seeing her in a romantic light, both with his end of S2 words AND their “friends” handshake in S3. “Okay,” she probably thinks, “that dream is dead but friends. I can do friends.”

But what this opportunity does is this give us Penelope functioning in this friendship as an ACTUAL friend, and not just “yes sure friends but I can’t get the heart out of eyes enough for it to be truly genuine because I’m wearing a mask so you like me” - That didn’t make her a bad person; it made her a girl with a strong crush worried about his view of her; it’s normal! But it also obviously led to her putting on airs around him, while also having him on a pedestal and not seeing him as a fully realized person.

But these “lessons” allow for them to be around one another without expectation. That scene of them giggling in the ballroom like dorks, as if no one else was around them??

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!!!

Colin will begin to see Penelope as a true friend because she’ll LET him; she’ll drop her guard enough to be real instead of trying to impress him all the time. THAT is (hopefully) when Colin starts to realize his feelings: because Penelope will finally be her authentic self… while feeling more confident because of her new wardrobe. He’ll be attracted to her new confidence, and her ACTUAL personality she’s letting him finally see, not just her physical glow-up (the candle symbolism!!!!).

COLIN will now have heart eyes for her, and maybe the one to have her on a slight pedestal… only for the LW reveal to happen and shake his world… letting us see his hurt, his anger, his worry…

Once they work through all that is when these two see each other for who the other REALLY is, flaws and all, fighting to grow individually, as a friendship, as a COUPLE… and choose each other every time.

THAT. IS. MY. JAM.

I still have my concerns about the season. I do NOT want Colin only realizing his feelings once some other guy pays her mind. I NEED him to already be struggling with and analyzing his feelings before Debling get involved. If I had to guess, it will be more than Colin is like “okay, I’m pretty sure I have feelings for Penelope, but how do i know for SURE when I’ve thought that before?” (thanks S1…) … but then Debling comes along looking for a wife, and Colin is suddenly between rock and a hard place because now he has a sort time limit to sort through really complicated feelings.

Violet says “ what more could SHE want?” mostly likely about Penelope and Debling, because Debling is wealthy, titled, and has strong interests and beliefs he is committed to (based on his promo info, anyway). This has already been an insecurity of Colin’s since S1. He’s a third son (with wealth, yes), but he has been searching for “his purpose” for ages now; it’s all over S2 how lost he is and how that frustrates him. His family tends to tolerate him at best and kind of ridicule him at worst, and so he flits by being easy-going and “charming” when he just wants to know who is and be accepted for it. So Violet says all this and Colin says “but you said friendship is the best foundation” and she tells him to follow his heart.

But that’s the problem: Colin struggles to KNOW HIS OWN HEART, and not just romantically! So I just want to know how much of his feelings for Pen has he grappled with at that point? How much exploration outside of his Pen stuff has he done regarding his own person? Because he IS a person outside his relationships, but HE doesn’t feel that way.

EDIT: Also, ALSO Yes, Colin is hyping pen up, but I want her to hype HIM up once she sees that he’s not as confident as he acts. She’s seen glimpses of that in S2, but S3 can let her be like “actually, you are AMAZING…” and without romantic intentions, just her telling her friends he has so much to offer the world.

I’m also scared Penelope will make some awful choices (Nicola hinted at this in interviews) and like, i get it we need conflict, but my poor heart can only take so much…

At the end of the day, it’s all speculation. It’s so hard to say with how trailers are cut, and I know they can’t include it all, and most people are here for the romance so that is what they would lean into… so I’m really trying to avoid doom-theorizing, or even getting attached to things I WANT to happen. We won’t know until it’s out, so I’m just trying to contain both feelings of nervousness AND excitement.

Ok so Buck is getting a meta before I write my 7x03 meta and it’s all because of this still we just got!

We haven’t seen Buck in blue jeans (he’s worn jeans they’ve just always been super black) since season 2x01 - you know when Eddie rocked up at the station and put his shirt on - yeah you’re all thinking what I’m thinking aren’t you!!! The parallels of that jealous Buck and upcoming jealous Buck keep on paralleling. Putting him back in this style of jeans now is so very deliberate and interesting - if you ask me it’s playing not only into jealous Buck, but also into Buck and his hamster wheel - it’s playing on the whole buck 1.0 upgrade to 2.0 etc - there’s something about the fact that Buck essentially stops wearing jeans when he bonds with Eddie - something in the idea that that was the moment he was being both more true to himself, but also hiding a part of himself as well - it’s almost as if the intention is to parallel and revisit some of earlier Buck and explore him opening up the part he hid. Now with the context of Buck in s2 being in a (intense for him) relationship that’s shifted and ended without him knowing/ accepting it and a new guy coming on the scene sparking jealousy before creating a strong bond, and the parallel/juxtaposition of what we’re about to see - new guy sparking jealousy and presenting a threat to his status quo whilst he shares an intense bond with Eddie is a pretty interesting concept - the idea that they may be playing into the beginning of Buck recognising that his relationship with Eddie is changing and different in the same way he slowly figured out Abby had left him - only this time it’s changing in the opposite direction - stronger more unbreakable and allows him to be his true self - well that would be an amazing piece of storytelling in my opinion.

Now obviously alayna and the wardrobe team wouldn’t have known way back in the beginning of s2 that the story was going to head in this direction, but a great designer can make choices that they made in previous seasons work for them in future ones. So to me it feels like this sudden switch back to jeans is deliberate and about tying into the past to move and change things in the present/future. Alayna knows the full arc Buck is on and the fact she’s chosen now to do this when she could’ve done it at any point or not done it at all tells me all I need to know!

We’ve seen Buck in a spotty shirt like this one exactly twice before - 2x14 when he’s at a diner with Maddie talking about Buck finding his own apartment and Maddie going back to hers and going on her second first date with Chim.

Side bar - This is the episode we ‘hear’ of Tommy in the present tense - funnily enough to save Eddie - which in light of Eddie Tommy bestism were about to get is making me chuckle (it’s clever writing and retcon) in technical terms it’s the only reference we have of him as still working for LAFD - all his other appearances are in begins episodes so ‘historical’ rather than in the present!

And then we see a different spotty shirt when he goes to see Chase Mackey in 3x04

There’s also the other dark short sleeved button ups we see him in - not spotty, but striped - the one in 4x14 when Taylor comes back,

The most awkward I love you in the history of television in 5x09 has Buck in dark navy blue with vertical stripes (I don’t have the ref picture handy as I’m on my phone but I’ll come back and add it later 😎🤓)

Then we have 6x10 and the buckley-Han family get together where everyone finds out buck has donated his sperm to Connor and Kameron

All of these scenes are pretty key moments in Bucks arcs and what I find interesting (with the exception of the first one - 2x14 which kind of fits but also doesn’t) is that they are all moments that lead to developmental regression by Buck - under the guise of growth - moments when he thinks he’s moving forward but is in fact either side stepping or going backwards. Suing Bobby and the fire department is obviously the loudest of these moments, but they all fall into this category.

2x14 is perhaps the most interesting and relevant (what with the pattern being almost the same) in reality it’s a scene about Maddie moving forward and getting on with her life - that happens to also include buck getting his own apartment rather than camping out in her dining room. Thing is Maddie talks about going to therapy and putting in the work to feel and find normal in the aftermath of a major traumatic event. In some ways the chase Mackey spotted shirt kind of also falls into this same category - the aftermath of a major (or two) traumatic event for Buck and him trying to get back to his normal (he’s just going about it all wrong)

And here in season 7 we have Buck back in a dark short sleeved spotty shirt in the aftermath of a major traumatic event (Bobby and Athenas Cruise disaster - he couldve lost his dad) trying to get back to normal (something we’ve seen him trying to do for the back half of s6 obviously) and I can’t help but wonder - with Oliver talking about Buck getting off the hamster wheel he’s been stuck on - whatever happens whilst Buck is in this shirt is going to be a major catalyst for him. its going to set him off on his arc for this season and we'll to put in the work his sister did post killing Doug and actually move forward and learn about himself in the process. What that looks like I don’t know but the scene this is from is going to be key to his escape from repeating his past mistakes and actually growing towards his happiness.

The costume department haven’t let me down yet so I’m feeling pretty excited for that scene!

Okay but...

Jaskier always wore blue-green doublets (various shades of teal, olive...) in Season 1, except for one episode...

That episode. The one where Geralt told him that if life could give him one blessing, it would be to take him off his hands!

On that episode he was wearing a bright red doublet over a blue-green shirt.

And, ever since, he's been wearing his red/burgundy coat, and has totally abandonned those blue-green color tones.

Besides red, he's been sticking to whites and browns and more earthly tones (his vests are also a mix of red and gold).

Red is the color of Radovid's Kingdom (note: the chaotic part of me almost wishes Redania's color was blue, just to mess with people's expectations!), often combined with white, gold, brown and black.

The wardrobe of nobles and people at court is dominated by those colors.

In terms of 100% accidental foreshadowing, I just think it's interesting that Jaskier was already on his way to adopting the colors of Radovid's own world when Geralt essentially "cast him off" from his.

(And that the very first time Geralt and Jaskier met, Jaskier's doublet had slits with just a tiny bit of red and gold seeping through.)

I'm starting to think that it might have been a good thing that Jaskier was only wearing a pair of pants and a shirt that first time he and Radovid met.

As revealing as that outfit was, Jaskier standing there in all of his bardic glorly with his long red leather coat, flashing hints of gold at Radovid, just might have clearly signaled to him that he'd just found himself a suitable mate!

Don't know if that was the intent or not, but Jaskier's outfit on the show also offers a nice nod to him actually being Redanian nobility (viscount), but with a much less formal vibe...

He basically looks like a Redanian noble that escaped into the wild and went feral!

Yup! Jaskier is now dressed like a feral Redanian viscount that keeps "wailing" (Joey's words, not mine!) outside to attract mates, stealing scraps of food from everyone he comes across, sneaking into people's homes to go sniff around your perfectly domesticated Redanian prince...

Next thing you know, your domesticated Redanian prince is stealing food from your plate, hissing and giving you attitude, then he suddenly runs away from his prince-sitters to disappear into a forest in the hopes of finding the feral Redanian viscount.

He finally manages to locate him when he hears the distant and familiar sound of him "wailing" a feral Cintran princess to sleep, makes noise to attract him outside, starts "wailing" back, and winds up mating with him in the back of a woodshed!

And the moment your domesticated Redanian prince is eventually found and brought back home - all dirty and stinky, no less - the first thing he stubbornly wants to do is run off into the wild again to go chase after that pesky feral Redanian viscount to go help him reunite with the rest of his feral pack, and hopefully be allowed to join it so they can mate more often!

The Fashion of Fear

Happy @sjmvillainweek Day 6!

I was pretty excited when we all decided fashion was a must for this week. I am looking forward to this prompt a lot. Without the Maasverse being made into a TV show or movies, it allows us as the readers to create our own imagery and ideas behind the fashion, the places, etc. I want everyone to keep that in mind today as they go through everyone's headcanons, artwork, fics, and mood boards. How I saw a character may not be how you did and that is the magic of reading. Take it as an opportunity to discuss things! Message a creator and ask about their ideas!

Also, keep in mind that it's very common for women to get to live out fantasy and have these amazing gowns and outfits from fandom culture custom made. It isn't as common for men, which is a shame and it needs to be more normalized, so we are going for vibes on some of these. Bare with me

Beron Vanserra -

I firmly believe Lucien and Eris get their fashion sense from Beron. The male thrives on control and power. Fashion throughout history has been a sign of power

Beron perfers rich warm jewel tone colors. Deep olives, wine reds, plum purples. These tones used to be considered "weathy" in our real-life history. The dyes to make them were very expensive, so having clothing in those deep colors was a sign of status. Purples especially, look up "Tyrian Purple" for more history 💕

Beron also adds elements of nature into his wardrobe. Elements of leaves, vining, and other filigree are pretty common signs of his clothing for the maid who handles his clothing.

Controversial, but let me explain, I think Beron would be the most likely to have a crown of antlers of the High Lords. I know this is commonly associated with Tamlin, but Autumn is a season representing by harvest and hunt. A sign of a prized buck and stag will be it's rack (the antlers) and there are trophy hunters who will wait to find the perfect set and hunt for that purpose instead of food *side note Liz has issues with all forms of trophy hunting so, let's not dive into this one* It makes the most sense that Beron, High Lord of the Court that would be most associated with hunting, would have a crown and possibly throne of antlers.

I think shades of red are the most common in Beron's wardrobe. A tribute to his wife and one of the only signs of his twisted form of love for her.

Keir-

I also know male corsets are associated with Rhysand frequently, but I like to think they're actually fairly common. This goes back to the history of the item in our world. I just warped it for ACOTAR Liz Lore. Corsets also used to be seen as a sign of nobility due to how they constricted movement. It was a symbol of wealth that showed the wearer was essentially so wealthy they didn't *have* to move

Keir is in the Night Court. He has no choice but to daddy. I feel this mood board definitely speaks for itself, but I like to indulge.

I think Night court fashion, even in Hewn City, would be sleek with signs of sex appeal. Open buttons on shirts, tight fitted trousers, surprise lace detailing. Skin is a sign of high fashion. Just in some places, not all of the members of the Court get to partake.

Keir loves ornate details. Something to draw attention to himself. He prefers hand stitched everything. His wardrobe cost a pretty gold mark because of that.

I think he'd lean towards golds due to Rhysand leaning towards silvers, but black and silver will always symbol the Night Court, so that color pairing is in most of his clothing

I love the idea that Rhysand and keir secretly influence each other's fashion. A constant one upping battle to see who is ahead of the newest trends and curves first. They're both absolutely blind to the fact that this symbolic power struggle has made them the curve. They are both the moment. Absolute icons to the seamstresses and fashion world.

Amarantha-

I firmly believe Amarantha is a snake of many colors. I think her fashion sense would show that.

Amarantha as an emissary to Pyrthian would have adapted, purchasing fashion from all 7 courts to ensure she did not stand out too much.

That act of appreciation turns into an act of cruelty as she spends 50 years tainting each courts fashion. Everytime she's targeting a certain High Lord, she's wearing symbols of his court and it sticks.

I believe, regardless of the Court she mocking, Night Court's sex appeal plays into the design. Amarantha knows she is beautiful. She was never used to hearing no from a male. It makes sense that she'd use fashion to brag about what she knows are her finest assets.

Maeve-

The queen arrived.

I see Maeve in moody colors like dark jewel tones, blacks, and blues so deep that light seems to fall into them.

Maeve priorities comfort in footwear in my head. She pulls out heels for special occasions, but she is a flats girlie. Preferably flats with arch support.

Maeve, like Amarantha, loves to look and feel luxurious and expensive. Hand sewn beadwork and crystals are a must for her.

Maeve loves unique designs that pull elements from nature or architecture. Twisting vines, antler, filigreed lace work. These are things very common in Maeve's closet

Maeve is also known to mix up fabrics. Buttery cottons, high-end organza and gossamer, rare wools. The more expensive, the better.

She also isn't afraid of different silhouette styles. Ballgown, mermaid, aline. Maeve knows her body, and she knows her body will work for everything.

Pollux-

Everyone say, "Liz is sort of down bad for Pollux, and we forgive her." That damn line about him and his heavy cock... 🙄

Pollux leans to casual and comfort, preferring the gym over lavish outtings.

He is definitely the male your mother cried and begged you to stay away from, though.

Tight suits, buttons undone, shoes that properly match the belt. When Pollux goes all out, he goes all out in the newest fashions.

His streetwear is a mix of his suits and athletic wear. But he treats the public to the sight of him in a sweater with a leather jacket and tight jeans frequently.

Pollux is very clean cut fashion. Clean lines, not too much. Not distracting from his good looks and big wings. Very mindful of others who want to admire him, very classy, not too fashion forward and loud. Very demure.

His clothes are custom tailored. That's it. That's the headcanon. They all fit him as if he were poured into them.

Also, yes, Liz acknowledges this board is very eye candy.

The Viper Queen-

She inspired fast fashion. This is the icon we all follow on tiktok, drooling as she styles her exclusive wardrobe with pieces we think we have then can't pull off.

Very high fashion. The Viper Queen walks into stores and requests the latest lines. She pays for them in full.

During casual times, one would never suspect this is a full boss bitch. Her streetwear is very playful, still pulling in elements of high-grade materials, but she manages to blend into society when she wants to.

During her fights, you'll find her easily. Gowns that command attention, sparkling crystals, smooth silks, peeps of soft skin under netting.

She is the queen in her domain and everyone knows it.

Ankle bootie heels. With red bottoms. Don't know why. Don't ask questions. I can't explain it. It is just a feeling I can not shake.

How to romanticise Spring:

Some ideas and things you can do to romanticise the Spring season 🫧˚˖𓍢ִ໋🌷͙֒✧˚.🧚🏻‍♀️.

Spring Wardrobe - Spring is the perfect time to start integrating new pieces into your wardrobe. Long flowing dresses, maxi skirts, pretty blouses, milkmaid dresses/shirts, rompers, dungarees, mini skirts, cami’s and so much more. Make sure to add a pair of new Spring pumps (Mary janes are perfect) and some pretty floral hair bandanna’s and flower crowns in there too. Pastel pinks, yellows, blues, greens and white fit perfect for this time of year, along with patterns and materials like floral print and lace 🩰

Change your eating habits. Put away the comfort food from winter and indulge in the delicious delicacy’s of Spring. Fresh fruit and vegetables can make endless recipes for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, sweet things like Oatmeal, Honey, gelato and any particularly sweet fruits are perfect for this time of year 🍒🥗🍵

Consume Spring media 💐 The media you consume affects your mood, consuming uplifting Spring content will not only make you feel happier in yourself, but will also make you look forward to and romanticise the season more. I have a list of Movies, TV shows & books you can consume in Spring that I will be uploading shortly ☀️

Read Spring books. There are SO many out there, classics are perfect for this time of year but any whimsical, forest-core, fantasy story’s like “The Hobbit” or “The legend of King Arthur” are perfect too 📖

Listen to classical music, movie soundtracks and pretty instrumentals whenever you are doing any of the following activities (I find it helps romanticising a lot! 🎶🌷)

Have a picnic outside - Bring a wicker picnic basket, beautiful picnic blanket, fancy plates and cutlery and have a picnic fit for a countryside princess outside, either at the park or in a field. Wear a big sun hat to keep shaded from the sun and be sure to bring the essentials (Princess picnic food can include miniature sandwiches, scones, cookies, cakes & cupcakes, fruits like strawberries, cherries and apples, any snacks you can think of, lemonade and sweet iced tea) 🌷

Host a Tea Party (either indoors or outside) Set a table with all your finest dinnerware pieces, wear a floaty dress and white gloves, and use your most precious Teapot to pour fruity and sweet flavoured teas into any delicate teacups you can find. You can even make this Bridgerton inspired and have a high-tea esque party. With cookies and strawberry shortcake, cupcakes and miniature sandwiches. Make sure to set the table with a pretty tablecloth, fresh flowers and napkins/fine cutlery for yourself or your guests. Play some classical music and enjoy 🫖

Go berry/fruit picking. This time of year is perfect for Strawberry, Cherry’s & fruit picking in general. Wear a big straw hat, a long dress and don’t forget to bring your basket with you to collect the fruit in 🍓

Visit a flower field 🌸 💐 this time of year, flowers are in full bloom. Wear the most beautiful dress and a flower crown, so you are ready to twirl in the flower fields to your hearts content 🌷

Bake new Spring recipes. There are SO many Spring/Easter baking ideas on Pinterest. Have a look at any and compile a list of Bakes you want to try this Spring season 🍰

Cook new Spring recipes, you can even incorporate any new foods you have tried into the recipes and be sure to write them down in your recipe book 🥧

Make flower crowns! You can use fresh flowers or fake flowers, some wire or plain headbands. Get creative with them, use flowers, gems, lace, ribbon (this is a lovely activity to do with friends outside) 🌸

Press flowers (Such a Spring fairy activity!) any wild flowers you find (preferably dying or damaged) take them home and press them in a heavy book

Go on Forest Fairy walks. Explore your local forests, parks, meadows in the most vibrant green and pink dresses, wear flower crowns and just be one with nature, listen to fairytale music and take in the wildlife and nature around you 🧚‍♀️

Decorate your bedroom/space for Spring. This can be as simple as changing the bedding or by going all out and re-decorating your room completely. Fresh flowers, fake plants, cottage-core illustrations of animals look lovely too 🌷

Celebrate Easter like a Spring princess (really get into it this year) enjoy a beautiful Spring breakfast, paint eggs, eat chocolate, do some Easter bakes in the kitchen, make Easter Sunday a special day for you 🐣

Journal/Sketch/Paint - Painting outside is one of my favourite things to do, and you could even set up your easel/painting supplies in a garden or local field and paint the scenery 💐 Journalling all about your pretty Spring days can be uplifting and I find that sketching illustrations of Flowers, woodland animals and just Nature in general makes me feel so at ease any time I do so 🦢

Visit historical places like castles, botanical gardens and garden centres. These places are always abloom in Spring. Most of these places offer café’s and afternoon tea’s too! 🌸

Visit a cute Café for afternoon tea 🫖 (Make sure to wear a pretty outfit!)

Go frolicking in meadows. Roll down hills and twirl in flower fields 🌼

Feed birds and take time out to Spend time with nature and wildlife 🐰

I think the consistency in his wardrobe has to to something with the fact that the majority of fans considered Stiles practically perfect since day one. As a result the production was either too afraid to change anything major about him or simply decided to not bother (if it ain't broke , don't fix it mentality)

This is where I actually start seeing a romantic connection between the two. Like, of course it has been hinted before but this conversation is just not only platonic. Of course they miss working with each other but to this level? The jealousy here because of Mulder's new partner? That's practically cheating to me /j

When Scully bites her lip just after Mulder tells her about the possibility of altering reality by telepathically making people hallucinate and feel the consequences of those same hallucinations? There are two possibilities here: 1. she's thinking how can this guy be so stupid. 2. she's thinking how she can make this her daily routine again.

I’m bored so here’s a ranking of the Austin and Ally seasons IMO

4) Season 1

It was cute. They were all such babies.

It was goofy and the songs were bops. No drama, just fun.

What was the wardrobe department smoking tho , because why did they have Ally (a 14/15 year old girl) looking like a grandma? Austin, you’re not getting away with your wardrobe choices either buddy.

3) Season 4 (there i said it)

In terms of comfort episodes, this season has it all for me. No drama (until towards the end of the season) just vibes.

The comedy for sure matured and the characters were developed and grown up.

Also AUSLLYYYYY. They were 100% married for the entirety of the last season, no one could tell me otherwise. They were just living their best life being happy. They all acted like normal high school teens in this season which I liked. (I liked when they got to be normal teens instead of pop stars all the time)

Austin and Ally were in FULL mom and dad mode with season with Trish and Dez being the fun aunt and uncle.

Also younger me (and low key present me) wanted Ally’s wardrobe. SUCH an improvement from season 1.

Genuinely such a funny season with a lot of funny episodes.

BUT I low key missed Sonic Boom and there were a lot of filler episodes (IMO). Also idk if its just me but I felt like they were acting more grown up than they actually were.

Also where were all the performances? Where were the Auslly at the piano scenes? WHAT WAS UP WITH AUSTIN’S HAIR?

With all that being said I still really loved this season.

2) Season 2

The writers really did that!

The comedy, the goofiness, the angst, the drama, the romance! THE WARDROBE CHANGE!

THE FUCKING PERFORMANCES! (That ‘Better Than This performance’ + that ‘Tunes and Trials’ episode lives in my head rent free)

BABY AUSLLY! THE BEGINNING OF THEIR LOVE STORY! ALLY LOSING HER STAGE FRIGHT! WHAT WAS IN THAT MF NOTE?!

That finale still has me in pieces

The comedy was still kinda childish but it was a Disney show! Come on now.

THIS was the season that hooked me onto the show. MWAH chef’s kiss.

AND COMING IN AT #1, WE HAVE SEASON 3!

I don’t know what the writers were on this season but MY GOD!

This was peak Disney Channel greatness for me. Younger me was SHOOK!

The comedy was matured and the episodes were entertaining af.

The angst and THE DRAMA!! THE JEALOUSY!!!

Cannot think of a bad episode this season. (Well…)

THAT FINALEEEEEE! THE BIG I LOVE YOU SCENE!

Started off with Austin and Ally missing each other while he was on tour, a few shenanigans in between, a few relationships filled with jealousy AND THEN ended with an Auslly love confession and Austin giving up his career for her! Who’s doing it like that?!

Also what was in the water that year, cause how did everyone look so damn good?! Ally’s hair will forever be goals, it was GIVING.

There was a balance of comedy, romance and drama AND performances and that’s what made this show what it was essentially.

(Just cause I wanna kick Adam's ass. Look, you work him to be compelling, but he's one note from what I've seen. THE FANBASE DID HIM BETTER AND JUSTICE SO KNOW IM NOT RAGGING ON FANON ADAM I DISLIKE CANON HH ADAM)

Strengths: Is the first human in the Hazbin Hotel universe and the main antagonist of season 1, Superhuman strength (Can be considered to be the strongest of the Executioners and possibly one of the strongest Angels, Can kill nearly all Sinner Demons with ease, Held his own against Charlie Morningstar, Oneshot Alastor with his Guitar Axe), Superhuman durability (Can be considered to be the most durable of the Executioners, Withstood attacks from Alastor and Charlie, Survived a brutal beating from Lucifer Morningstar that left him within an inch of his life), Hypersonic speeds/FTL reactions (Despite being overweight Adam is still extremely fast, Could keep up with and outspeed Alastor and Charlie, Could only just keep up with Lucifer’s movements), Is highly skilled with his Guitar Axe, Being only just a week younger than the Earth itself Adam has over 4 billion years of experience.

Weaknesses: Is extremely arrogant to the point of having a God complex, as an Angel Adam ironically suffers a weakness to Angelic Weaponry.

Weapons:enchanted Iron sword demon wardrobe. Völundr (shape-shifting sheild that changes depending on mood.)

Strengths:As one of the 13 Einherjars chosen by Brunhilde that started training and became one of Göll's champions, along with a witch in Agat's tournament she is one of mortalkind's strongest and skilled fighters. Superhuman strength(was chosen to fight fucking Thor in ragnarok who apperntly can shake the world with his hammer and maybe even break the earth. In her canon series could easily overpower Wu zeitein and endured and held back Thor's strike.) Superhuman durability (could take a hit from Thor and held back his lighting powers. Kept fighting through a broken arm and shattered legs. Walked off a arrow through the shoulder and shin even though she had to be dragged away.) Hypersonic/Ftl speed (can dodge and deflect lighting could outspeed witches who uses rockets to propel themselves before her Völundr or magic and even intercepted Thor's teleport and his hammer throw when it flew through the air. Thor is surprisingly fast despite his size.) Is a skilled sword fighter and being a witch she's immune to all demonic and non magic weaponry and her shields can destroy any non holy weapon. Her magic is essentially weaponized empathy (she can make fire thinking about what she believes rage is. And her Valkyrie partner Göll's own mood can change how the sheild works.)

Weaknesses:Joan still has human weaknesses. Being a witch she's weak to holy weapons. Between joan not understanding her own emotions and Göll's own fears the sheild is prone to changing randomly. Her battlefield tactics are lacking. (Most of her fights are just simply 'charge forwards' or as extra history sums it up. Get'm!) Her magic thanks to goll can copy other saints based on legands but they do require on concentration.

marked by darker colors and warmer clothes, autumn and winter are my fav season in the fashion world (and out of it <3) the clothes from those seasons just give an extra vibe, y'know? so here's my guide to feel like a character out of a movie in this autumn…

Skirts - those are never out of our wardrobe, right? even on autumn skirts are a good bet, along a pantyhose they're very warm and cute!

Third piece - being them cardigans, leather jackets, trenches coats… besides keeping u cozy, it gives an elegant and special touch to your look!

Long sleeves shirts - obvious or not, they're essential for any look! having multiple colors of them gives ya a bunch of looks! for autumn black, brown and gray make a success but also dark red, white and even a light pink can be considered;

Ugg - getting into the theme of shoes… we have the one most wore on the last autumn (or i'd say autumns?): the ugg. Loved by ones, hated by others it seems they came to stay! known for being comfy and cozy they can be a good bet if you give them a chance!

Boots - as the shirts, obvious but not less special… if you're not into the uggs, boots are a classic for the autumn season! with heels or not, they're also perfect for the cold days and a must-have for ur wardrobe! for this 2024 autumn season, the over-the-knee boots is on trend!

Mary jane - a thing that also came to stay is the famous mary jane, classic and cute giving a young look for ur outfits can be matched with skirts, pants...

vintage leopard - going more to the print side, it's real… the animal print (better saying, leopard!) is back! made success in the 90s and early 2000s, also loved by some and hated by others… can be a polemic theme in the fashion world! but we cant deny it is back not only on clothes but also on shoes and nails, pinterest is full of nails ideas for this autumn with leopard print! knowing how to wear it, it can be a good shot!

Oxblood - still on the print and colors side, the oxblood (how the magazines are calling the dark red, dark burgundy) are still on the runways! the color of the moment can go on clothes, bags, shoes, nails… very versatile adds a pop of color to ur look

Plaid - to close our print theme, plaid is back (well if it was ever gone). A classic but also very seen as "a christmas thing" lol. Really present on the recent runways, seen on skirts and shirts, i'd say if you're not a very fan of it… you should give a try.

on the accessories part, we have a mix of animal print with 30s and 90s doing a come back. As an example the leather shoulder bag is stronger than ever! Well unfortunelly (for me at least) the womanhood seems to be back, with more elegant elements that gives a mature look. According to Vogue, elegant box bags are back for it!
