⠀ › ⠀they were freaked out when they saw you just recklessly eating off the flesh of each phantom and slicing all of them into pieces.

⠀ › ⠀at first you seemed like a maniac but the more they saw the more that ashlyn felt like you were doing it like you knew what you were getting into.

⠀ › ⠀as they were watching you assassinate each phantom and clear the area for them, aiden felt most fascinated and was about to jump in as soon as you killed them all until you started sucking on the phantoms flesh

⠀ › ⠀the group was looking at you with pure disgust (while aiden still had that smile on his face)

⠀ › ⠀logan stared at you, aiming his shotgun at you and as soon as the bullet almost hit, you flinched. then you were gone. gone?

“i’m offended.” you hissed, crossing your arms. your clothes were drenched in blood. as logan was about to shoot you again, you kicked his gun to the side and wiped the blood dripping on your chin with the back of your hand before licking it.

the others didn’t know if they should run but tyler confidently held his weapon at you “are you gonna be a problem?” he grit his teeth as he watched your smile fade “are you?” you asked, your hand curling into a fist.

I'm in need of your help... again! I'm searching for a Sterek fic with wolf!derek and fox!stiles and they're living on each side of a river I think because wolves and foxes don't mix idk. I do know there are rules to not cross the river/boarder/whatever but Stiles is a curious shit who still does it and met Derek there in full shift. So they're meeting everyday shifted and play and stuff like this but one day it's not Derek waiting for him, it's one of the twins, Aiden I think, who attacks him for crossing over and because of Peters order.

You’ve been feeling off today. Even just walking in the street, you keep having that gut sensation that someone is following you. Yet every time you look around the shop, the book store, or the street there’s never anyone there. You’re getting that same spine tingling feeling just sitting in your apartment.

You can’t even focus on your book. With a frustrated sigh, you snap it shut and set it down on the coffee table in front of you. Maybe it’s time for some sleep. You stand up from the couch, grab your phone, and walk to the bedroom. Once inside, you close the door behind you and flicker on the lamp on top your night stand where you place your phone down.

Glancing at your dresser as you walk over to it, you notice that your underwear drawer is left wide open. A shudder rolls down your body. Wasn’t that closed when you came home? You haven’t touched that drawer since this morning before your daily shower and you were sure you closed it.

Your heart hammers in your chest. In the corner of your eye, you notice that your closet is cracked open too. It’s dark inside. All of a sudden, you get very nervous. For sure you know you closed it all the way earlier.

Very slowly, you creep towards your closet with bated breath. Right when you’re about to grab the handle, a loud ping from your phone makes you yelp and turn around to your nightstand. You instantly forget about the closet when your screen lights up with a text.

You quickly walk over to it and open the device. A small smile forms on your lips when you notice it’s a text from Johnny. The man’s been working with you for a little more than two weeks now. He’s been helping out a lot with Aiden on vacation. Johnny has yet to meet your coworker and friend.

Johnny: What’s your favorite doughnut flavor?

It’s hard not to become friends with Johnny. He’s a sweet guy, very friendly and caring. Not to mention he wasn’t lying about being a fast learner. His adjustment to the job was amazing. He genuinely seems to like being a barista and he’s good at it. His social nature does wonders with the customers, especially with the older women who come in for their morning cup. Your thumbs type back a fast response.

You: You’ve got to stop spoiling me like this

He’s been bringing you little treats even though you literally work at a café that has pastries. Every morning Johnny has something for the two of you to share. Sadie’s taken a big liking to him too. They get along like grandmother and grandson. It’s adorable to be honest.

Johnny: I love spoiling you ;)

Johnny: tell me what you want lass

You laugh softly and text him back what flavors you prefer before thanking him. He's charming, that's for sure. But, you know his type. Flirty, mischievous, and pretty. You know he’s trouble, probably a player. So, you never take his flirting seriously.

You put your phone on the charger and then head to the bathroom to go do your nightly routine. After fifteen minutes, you exit and enter your bedroom once again. A gasp comes from your lips when you see the closet door is now fully shut. Okay, You know for a fact you didn’t close it.

“Oh fuck…” You mutter and decide to just rip open the closet door, only to find no one inside of there. Your heart pounds in your chest. After this, your paranoia spikes and you search around your entire apartment. No one. Nothing. No signs of anyone having broken in. No other things out of place. Are you going crazy? Maybe…you just need sleep.

After rubbing your eyes, you retreat back into your bedroom for the night and shut the door behind you. Needless to say, sleep does not come easy at all.

“Donnae take this the wrong way lass, but yeh look tired” Johnny frowns a bit when he sees you the next morning. You’re slumped over the counter as you wait for the morning rush to come. It’s always quiet when you first open. The rush hour begins at 7 AM and lasts through 10 AM. “Yer practically a representation for the livin dead”

“I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus, I honestly had trouble falling asleep last night” You take a bite out of one of the doughnuts he brought you. Apparently he made them himself. His mother taught him how to bake. This flavor is glazed, the white and translucent frosting tastes a bit different from other glazed doughnuts- a bit tangy with the after taste. Still, it’s good and you eat the whole thing.

As you consume the treat, Johnny stares at you intently. You swear you could see him shiver and his skin flush a bit. His pupils are dilated too. “And why’s tha?” He asks and leans against the counter with his massive forearms.

“Just one of those nights where I was tossing and turning…” You drift off, not sure of how to explain to Johnny that your underwear drawer was left open and in the morning after you shut it, you realized three pairs were missing. The whole closet incident freaked you the fuck out. How do you tell someone those things without seeming dramatic? Sure they were small occurrences, but they really scared you.

“Common bonnie, you can talk to me. What’s goin on?” He gives you that puppy dog eyed stare. God that face is enough to make anyone crumble. You’ve known Johnny for two weeks, working with him every day since he was hired. He stays after his shift is over to just…hang out with you. It’s safe to say that he’s made his way to being one of your friends by now. You bite your lip in thought before sighing.

“I’ve been feeling like I’m being watched” You say honestly and frown at Johnny tiredly. “The past few weeks this has been happening…little weird things are going missing in my house and…I just don’t feel safe” You let out a shaky breath. “The worst part is it isn’t anything like huge enough to get the police involved…maybe I’m just going crazy” Your trembling a bit while you speak, your nerves frazzled.

Johnny nods his head. There’s no look of judgment, nothing of the sort. He places a hand on your upper back and gives it a rub. “Damn bonnie, I believe yeh” He assures. “I’ll protect yah, walk you to and from wherever you need. Yev got me phone number. Don’t hesitate to call if yer feelin unsafe, ah don’t live far” He smiles at you in a way that’s warm and inviting. Feeling touched that he’d go out of his way just to make you feel comfortable makes your heart flutter a bit.

“Thanks Johnny, but I don’t want to be a burden-“ You’re instantly cut off.

“Yer not a burden. Hen, I want to help yeh. It’s what friends are for” He insists and wraps his arm around your shoulders, giving you a squeeze so that your body is pressed into his side. You smile up at him and nod your head.

“I appreciate it” You tell him with nothing but sincerity in your tone. Once he pulls away, you look over to the scheduling on the calendar that has your shifts written on there. Aiden comes back tomorrow. “You’ll get to meet Aiden soon” You say to Johnny while crossing your arms over your chest and leaning your hip against the counter.

“Oh? The other lad that works here?” He hums in acknowledgment and looks over the calendar too.

“Yup, you’ll like him. He’s a big sweetheart” You beam while mentioning Aiden. You’re excited for him to come back tomorrow. He’s one of your closer friends, probably your best friend. “We’ve known each other for around two years” You adjust your apron around your waist.

Johnny goes quiet for a moment. His stormy blue eyes are locked on the calendar, lips pressed firmly together. That scrutinizing stare disappears as soon as it comes and he smiles. “Sounds like a nice lad. You two are friends?” He questions.

“Mhm! We both started working at the café at the same time, it’s how we met” You say casually. Johnny parts his lips as if he’s going to ask something else, but then the door to the café dings and your attention focuses on the customer who just entered the building.

He goes off to get ready to prepare for making the order while you greet the lady at the register.

There’s something ugly and angry coiling inside of his gut. His eyes are stuck on the order he’s making, but his mind is far from the coffee he’s pouring into the cup. Your laughter usually only brings him some warm fuzzy feelings and reminds him of the sound of chime bells clinking in the wind on the farm back at his childhood home. But, when he’s not the one bringing out that gorgeous sound from your lips he wants to do ungodly things. Things he’s done plenty of times for his missions. Things he’s more than capable of doing.

He knew today would be the day that he’d be meeting Aiden. That the wee shite you call a friend would be coming back to work and taking up your attention.

Johnny wants to gnash his teeth and rip out his throat everytime that arsehole talks to you. You’ve barely talked to him all shift. Once he finishes the order he places it on the pick up counter and crosses his arms over his chest, eyes darting between you and that black haired twit.

He’s a bit taller than Johnny. Around 6’1 would be a good estimate, somewhere close to Kyle’s height. He’s lanky, pale skin, brown eyes and tattoos.

It takes all of Johnny's power not to sneer at the lad. Finally, for the first time during the shift today you glance over at Johnny in concern. It’s no secret he’s been in a brooding mood. There’s barely been a peep from him, which is very unlike him in the first place. That ice that’s formed over his heart during the shift cracks when you finally show him attention.

You pull away from Aiden when he goes to take someone’s order and go over to Johnny with that adorable little worried expression painted over your pretty features.

“Are you okay?” You ask with a soft voice. He watches as you nervously toy with the bracelet on your wrist. How cute. You’re anxious. His smile doesn’t reach his eyes.

“Aye, I’m fine bonnie” He reassures and runs his hand through his overgrown Mohawk. He’ll need a trim soon. Your mouth quirks downwards, showing that you don’t believe him.

“You’ve been quiet today…are you…mad at me?” You ask nervously. Johnny blinks down at you. Of course he isn’t mad at you. God he could never be angry at such a precious angel like yourself, all sweet and doting.

“Nah, it’s not you lassie. I’m sorry if Ah seem a bit off. Guess I’ve got a headache”

“Why don’t you sit down? Take a break- I’ll make you something” You fret over him and gently take him by the arm. Johnny is practically beaming while you guide him to sit in one of the chairs they keep behind the counter. It’s innocent, cute, his heart is swelling.

It makes him want to bend you over every single table in the café and make you feel so good that you’d be screaming his name. A fantasy that did in fact help him finish into that bowl of glazed frosting he jacked off into for those doughnuts he gave you during yesterday's shift. Was it nasty and deprived? Yes. But, a sick part of his mind is so possessive and content that you’ve already tasted his cum without even knowing.

“Aye, that would be appreciated-“

“Everything alright?” Aiden pops up from behind you. Johnny's mood instantly sours and he clenches his teeth. His jaw tenses and his eyes narrow.

“Everything’s fine” Johnny grits out before you can respond. Aiden’s gaze flickers to his and his expression matches Johnnys. You’re oblivious to the tension. Aiden however, seems to immediately detect Johnny's distaste for him. That’s fine. Johnny wants him to know he despises him.

“Maybe you should go home early if you’re not feeling good. We’ve got this shift covered, morning rush is over” Aiden shrugs his shoulders.

“Ah said I’m fine. If I took a bullet to the head I can take feelin under the weather” He huffs and crosses his arms over his chest, leaning back in the chair. Your eyes widen a bit when he says that. He told you he was medically discharged, but he never mentioned how.

The door to the café rings.

“Aiden, can you take care of that? I’m going to get him some ice and something to drink” You dismiss him in order to tend to Johnny. He gives Aiden a cocky smirk. The black haired male gives him an unamused glare before tending to the customer.

Once you grab a little bag of ice and get him some water to start off with, you take a seat next to him.

“Yer a sweetheart hen” Johnny sighs and to his shock, you press the ice to his head yourself. He bites back a groan. You’re killing him here. How can he not want to pounce on you when you’re taking care of him like a doting little girlfriend? He stares at you, knowing his pupils must be fully dilated. He’s sure if he were in a cartoon he’d have those cheesy stupid heart eyes.

“Did you really get shot in the head?” You ask as you gaze at the scar he has on his skin. He can tell the pieces are falling in place for you.

“Aye, bastard got me right there” He taps his scar for emphasis. Your eyes light up with curiosity yet something else. Pity? Sympathy? Concern? “Ah was a Sargent for a task force, demolishin expert” Oh he’s got you hooked. And with that Johnny goes on, telling tales of his teammates, missions they’ve been on. Of course he had to show off now and ends up exaggerating some things. What? He’s got a pretty lass to entertain.

That’s how the rest of the shift goes. The tables turn. Now it’s him having your undivided attention, not that other prick. In the peaceful warm glow of the café, he captured your interest. The

smell of coffee and sweets, the sounds of cars on the streets zooming by, the quietness of the café as he retells his stories to you is the most lovely thing he’s experienced in a while.

You laugh at the funny ones and nearly tear up at the sadder ones. Oh how he’s so madly obsessed with your reactions. He’s obsessed with you.

The only thing that ruins it is Aiden. He sits there, sulking and glaring as Johnny yaps. He decided that maybe he’ll have Laswell do a background check on him. He’s already had one done on you.

All Johnny knows is that he wants the twat gone. And when Johnny wants something, he will get it.

As time goes by, I thought she was already changed but after I see this post, I feel so dissapointed. All time I've been putting my faith to her expecting her to change turns out like that? Problem? Yes, Frank x Lawan has a BIG problem in it. In DL2 canon lore, Lawan met Frank when she was young and views him as her dad figure. Shiping her with Frank is sounds problematic and might be considered as p*dophilia. Their age gap are TOO BIG even they're both are adults plus, Frank is Lawan's father figure and Frank is old enough to be her dad.

Chapter One~

“Okay that’s all for today guys, try not to dream about me too much. I’ll come back on tomorrow night so you all better be there. Especially my beautiful ladies….”

“Don’t go? Oh you guys want me to stay on all night? I’m sorry but I need to wash up……unless someone wants to help me with that…” he says in a flirty tone.

He had no reason to sound that hot. It should be illegal. Every night at 6:30pm sharp Anya grabs her phone and sprints to her room to tune on it his stream. He plays these strange horror games and fighting games. She never been interested in video games, her little brother is a video game addict so she’s never cared about it. Until one day she came home from work to visit her parents house. They always begged to see her. Something about “don’t forget where you came from”. Gotta admit they were kinda clingy. After she greeted them she made her way to her brother Aiden’s room. He was sleeping, but his computer monitor was on. She walks in and followed the voice coming from the screen. And that’s when she hear him for the first time……

Kook is a very popular faceless streamer. He never showed his face, but Anya didn’t need to see him to know he was hot. The way his voice sounds in her ear makes her brain tingle. So that day she got Kook’s information and went home to do her own research on him.

Apparently he’s 25 years old and he’s in college just like her. He works out….boxing probably? He’s an extreme flirt and he loves to sing. She only knew this because he would say subtle things about himself that she mentally wrote down. The way he talks to his supporters makes it seem like he doesn’t have a girlfriend but…..who knows maybe he does.

But it wasn’t just about his looks or his voice that made Anya interested in him and his content. It was the he made her feel confident and secure. Anya was a very insecure person, I mean who wouldn’t be when you grew up with your old classmates calling you fat and ugly. Some people are just too cruel with their words. So of course she’s insecure and slightly depressed by the constant reminder of her body. Until Kook gave his viewers some advice on a situation similar to hers.

“Fuck anyone who makes you feel like shit. You’re human just like them who cares if you’re fat or skinny. Be you and be yourself and watch how miserable you’ll make them.”

She’ll never forget that. He’s right and ever since she heard him say that she’s seen life through a different perspective. No more excuses for letting people like that get to her. No more holding back her tongue. No more getting ran over. This was a new Anya. A version that was healing from past trauma and moving forward with her life.

She’s been a fan of Kook’s streams for only about seven months now but she feels like she knew him forever. I know that sounds absolutely insane right? But no seriously she does a lot of things he does on a weekly basis. It’s almost identical to her schedule….well except streaming. They have the same taste in music and love horror movies. He also mentioned that he goes to this gym not too far from where she lives, so does that mean he lives close? What if she seen him before walking home or what if she was next to him in line, but she wouldn’t know what he looks like only what he sounds like…..

She didn’t want to seem like she idolized him in a weird one-sized way. She’d leave the idolizing to Ariana Grande probably one of the most perfect people in the world. Anya’s friends didn’t even notice to subtle change in her behavior and appearance to. Yeah Kook even influenced her to dress differently. Before it was only yoga pants and random shirts with those stupid little words on them like “good vibes” or “keep calm and quiet” some bullshit like that, but now she since she found out that Kook likes the color black and he wears oversized clothing she just had to change up her wardrobe. It was definitely time to. She would wear an oversized black hoodie and a bucket hat…….yeah even in the summer time. Now she’s more comfortable and secure in her appearance.

She try’s to convince herself that her new interests aren’t weird. Following a streamer and basically knowing a lot of things about him made her realize that oh shit she has a crush on him. To be fair she’s been single for almost two years, and she just assumed that she’s a bit touch starved and leaves it at that.

It’s not until on a regular Thursday afternoon she notices the slight change in Kook’s behavior, and it left her feeling very anxious and fidgety. Normally Kook comes on stream with his witty charisma and bundle of energy. He throws in a few flirty remarks and starts the stream up.

“Yoo welcome back to the stream. Mmm look at the comments rolling in. Looks like you guys are needy today huh? Good thing I’m here to….satisfy those needs.”

That’s what Anya is used to, but today something is off. As soon as she got the notification she joined immediately and noticed the slight change in his voice.

“Hey guys welcome to the stream. Today we’re going to finish the last game we played yesterday….”

He sounded tired and annoyed like he didn’t want to stream today. He didn’t read a single comment it’s like he didn’t even look. As Anya chewed on her fingernails in worry she sees the comments talking about the change in his tone. He completely ignores it. In fact he hardly even spoke the whole time. The way he moved in the game looks like he’s dragging it. He’s a sore loser and he’s lost so many times now. One thing about Kook he doesn’t lose. She can hear the occasionally sigh that he lets out and she feels guilty. How can she help? What can she do?

Without thinking she goes through the comments and looks for his mods. He only had a few but he always would say that if we need anything we can ask his mod and they’ll help. She finds a certain mod by the name of JMochi. She’s never messaged a mod before so this all a bit nerve racking for her. She clicks on his name and decides to send a message.

“Hi sorry this is a bit strange but if you can please tell Kook that I hope everything is okay with him. He seems a bit down today and not his normal flirty, energetic self. Maybe I’m just speculating on my part and I’m sorry if I am but I really hope you pass on my message to him. Thank you again.”

Okay that kind of made her feel a bit better. Hopefully he-

JMochi: well hello there looks like someone noticed his behavior.

He replied back? She didn’t think he would and definitely not that fast either. She takes a deep breath and text back.

“Oh hi I didn’t expect a response. Yes I did notice his behavior and I’m a bit concerned. I’ve been a viewer for months now and I’ve never seen him behave his way.”

JMochi: yeah he’s normally not this much of a downer. I’m surprised someone else noticed enough to text me directly. I will definitely pass on your message. Is there anything else you want me to tell him?

She thinks for a moment. There’s so much she wants to say but right now she can surpass her eagerness and just be a supportive fan.

“Also that I’m a fan of his content and I love his streams. He’s amazing and I hope he knows how much of an impact he’s making in other peoples lives.”

JMochi: got it. I’ll let him know. Thanks Anya.

“Wait how do you know my name?”

JMochi: your username is Anya0901 very ironic that those numbers are Kook’s birthday.

Oh no he probably thinks she’s a complete stalker fan who has an obsession with him. This is bad really bad.

JMochi: don’t worry I won’t tell him about your

She lets out a breath she didn’t know she was holding. That could’ve been worse than she thought.

“Thank you….yes please don’t tell him. I rather be anonymous. But if he asks for a name you can just tell him “A”. That would be appreciated.

JMochi: no problem “A”. Can’t wait to hear more from you.

Anya was freaking out over the text messages between her and JMochi. She didn’t want to come off as a weird stalker fan, speaking of she should change her username immediately. After a few minutes of having a mental breakdown Kook ends his stream without even saying goodbye. She worried about him and hoped that JMochi delivered her message.

“Ugh fuck this.” Kook says as he comes home from a long day from work. Everyday was pretty shitty but today was the icing on the cake. Kook works at a local Best Buy. In case you didn’t know he’s obsessed with technology and gaming equipment. Despite his asshole of a boss you could possibly say he actually likes his job, but he wouldn’t admit that out loud. To be fair he really doesn’t need a job. Streaming makes him enough money to pay his bills with no problem. And the fact that he’s a faceless streamer makes his audience grow even more.

It didn’t always start off with gaming for Kook. Growing up he was very active and athletic. Basketball, baseball, football, you name it and Kook has probably done it. Playing video games was just a hobby for him. You know coming home from practice just to hop on the game. It was his routine for so long. Since he graduated he had more time to play. His college classes were in the morning, so after classes he’d get on the game. Until one day he decides to make a streaming account. After creating his account he sets up his monitor and presses “go live”. He didn’t feel as confident as he normally did that day so he didn’t turn his camera on, and that’s when the viewers came in.

Kook then realized that he could possibly make a living just by playing video games. His channel grew rapidly over the years and he couldn’t be more happy for himself. The money was definitely a plus. He was able to keep up with the rent for him and his roommate Jimin. They’ve been living together since graduation and for a while it was hard for both of them to keep up with rent, until Kook started streaming.

“You look like shit.” Jimin says as he watches Kook come in the house. Jimin also streams but he’s more of a YouTuber type of guy. You know the ones who do those stupid staged pranks and vlog’s everything except for Kook. Jimin valued his privacy and never put him on camera for his sake.

“Thanks” Kook says not hiding the sarcasm in his voice. “I’m hungry did you cook?”

“What am I? Your wife?” Jimin says sitting on the couch tapping away at his computer.

“Hell no, what kind of idiot would willingly marry you.?” Kook replies looking through the fridge finding anything to eat. They just bought groceries how does the food disappear so quickly?

“You’d be surprised. You should see my DM’s. Women are obsessed with me Kook. Don’t be jealous.”

Kook ignores him.

“Are you streaming? You look extra mad today.”

Kook lets out an annoyed huff. “Work was shitty. My mom called me and told me my brother fell off his bike again. He’s in the hospital but he’s doing good.” He grabs some sandwich meat from the fridge. “It doesn’t make sense. He always does something reckless and leaves me and our parents worried. Not to mention when I got the call I couldn’t go visit him because of all the days of work I missed last week so that ruined my whole mood.”

Jimin looks up from his computer, a hint of concern and sympathy in his eyes. “I’m sorry Kook at least your brother is doing well. It could’ve been worse.”

“I just need to get my mind off of it. I would call Yuna but apparently she’s busy. So yeah streaming it is.” Yuna was Kook’s fuck buddy. They’ve been on and off for over a year now and it’s pretty toxic. When either of them would have the slightest inconvenience, they’ll called each other, fuck for about an hour, then go home. Kook likes to call it his “stress reliever” other than smoking. One thing about Kook he doesn’t do relationships, hell he couldn’t even remember the last time he’s been in one. He’s strictly a fuck-and-go type of guy, and so is Yuna. They made it clear in the beginning that they didn’t

want anything serious and no feelings involved. So he’s used to her being available whenever he needs her, but the fact that she’s “busy” pissed him off even more. He wanted to take his frustration out on her. Fuck her so hard that she couldn’t walk the next morning. Shove her face into the mattress, choke her, spank her, hell sometimes he’d tie her up and pin her to the bed just so he could leave marks and bites on her. But now he’s left with no one at the moment and that makes him even more upset.

“Yuna is hoe you know that right? Shouldn’t you…..I don’t know find someone who doesnt fuck the entire city?” Jimin says.

Why did that make Kook even more pissed. “So what? I don’t care about her.” And he actually meant that. As bad as it sounds he really didn’t care about her. Why should he? She’s didn’t care about him.

“You want me to moderate your stream today? Or you want me to call Taehyung to do it?” Jimin was Kook’s first moderator ever. He’s a great mod, he always makes sure Kook’s streams are doing well and he removes the few hate comments he gets. Also Jimin is the only person who has access to his DM’s. Kook has thousands of messages of horny teenage girls and men. They never seen his face and yet they insist that they should fuck him. He would be lying if he said he didn’t like the attention but over some time it gets weird and uncomfortable. So he trusts Jimin to go through his DM’s to make sure he doesn’t miss out on any brand deals or anything involving his work ethic.

“You do it.” He said bluntly as he walks away, disappearing into his room. He hopes that if he gets to kill some zombies or something that would help with his frustration at the moment. Unfortunately it didn’t. Some viewers noticed the change in his attitude and keep insisting on him to talk about it. What is this therapy? No it’s just a regular stream. His viewers should be more focused on his gameplay more than anything and yet he hasn’t won not one round. All the comments weren’t making him feel better at all and without thinking he ends the stream earlier than he usually does. He sighs and runs his fingers through his hair trying to calm himself down. Today was really a shitty day and the only thing that could take away this frustration temporary is alcohol and smoking.

He takes off his head set and heads for his door, only to be face to face with Jimin. He was smiling. Which made Kook really uncomfortable at the moment.

“What?” Kook says impatiently, mind focused on nothing but alcohol and that damn vape. And Jimin here is delaying the process.

“Looks like you have a secret admirer.” He says in a singing tone. Secret admirer? Of course he does he gets messages like that every day. But right now he didn’t want to hear another story about how a 40 year old virgin is offering to pay him thousands of dollars just to fuck them. He denied that offer by the way.

“Don’t care now move.” Jimin stops him in his tracks. His face calm and collected. Why was he always so persistent. It was a good and bad thing.

“Look at this message.” He pulls out his phone and practically shoves the phone in his face. Kook was this close to shoving Jimin’s face into the nearest wall if he kept this up. But he would that’s the thing. He’d keep going until Kook finally gave in.

Kook took the phone and read the message on the screen. As he read it his frustration was quickly replaced with a pang of gratitude. He can’t remember the last time someone actually cared about his feelings enough to personally message Jimin. And why the hell did it make his heart warm up. Something about the way her words felt so….caring? Kind? Kook didn’t know why the hell a message from this stranger made him feel better than he did moments ago. He tried to hide the slight smirk on his face when he sees the way she praises him.

“Is that a smile I see?” JImin teases. Kook’s smirk immediately dropped. The last thing he needs is for jimin to start gloating like a child.

“Who is this? Oh let me guess she’s either 40 or 14 years old.” Kook says returning the phone and heading towards the kitchen. He completely forgot why he needed to come in here in the first place.

“Nope she’s 24 years old. I might’ve looked her up before telling you about her. Gotta say she’s hot.”

“Cool.” Kook says nonchalantly looking through the fridge for something he can’t quite remember. Those text messages making his mood change slightly. Something inside of him wants to thank her for the kind words, but when has Kook ever done that? Jimin is in charge of the messages he receives and he isn’t the type to just thank someone so casually. Call it cockiness but he’s use to it. Use to getting what he wants and not really dealing with the consequences after. It’s just who he is….who he’s always been.

“Cool, huh?” Jimin mocks. He can read Kook like a book and can tell his mood change after he seen the message. “Okay then I’ll tell “A” you said ‘cool’ after she took the time out of her day to make sure you were alright. Unlike some other people. “Jimin pulls out his phone to type out a message”

“Wait…” Kook says with a sigh. As much as he doesn’t want to admit it Jimin was right. It feels weird to just ignore the kind words from her. “I’ll thank her on tomorrow’s stream okay?”

Jimin grins as if he already knew he’d do that. “I’m proud of you Jungkook. You’re a changed man.”

Kook hasn’t heard someone say his full name in years. Jimin only does that when he’s trying to be childish and immature. And god he hates it more than anything and Jimin knows that. It’s like he gets off to Kook’s anger. He’s fucking weird but he’s also his best friend and he doesn’t trust anyone else other than him and Taehyung.

“Whatever don’t make it seem like I’m just an asshole. I care about my fans who care about me okay?” Kook reaches in the fridge to grab a can of beer and walks back into his room. Once his alone with his thoughts he thinks back to the message from earlier. How can someone care about him when they didn’t even know him. Let alone seen him either. He doesn’t understand yet he’s happy he could at least get out of his shitty mood from earlier today.

He gets on his computer and goes over his assignments for the week. Although he despises school and has a deep hatred for it he does want to graduate and who knows he’d probably get his degree and work for this big tech firm. Maybe he could even convince his brain dead brother to actually take his life seriously. He didn’t want to become one of those strict older brothers who acts like a third parent but Kook’s brother is really reckless and it worries him more than anything. He grabs his phone and decides to call him just to make sure he’s okay and safe.

“Jungkook what’s up?” Junghyun say and he can hear the grin in his voice. “Don’t worry I’m fine I’m better than fine. The doctors here are so hot. I should come more often.”

Idiot. He’s a completely idiot. He’s making it seem as if he’s immoral. What the hell are seventeen year olds doing nowadays anyway? When he was his age he was playing sports and partying, but Junghyun is treating life as if it ends tomorrow.

“You’re an idiot. Do you know how worried our parents are? You’re lucky I’m not there to beat your ass for being so reckless.”

“Awww love you too bro.” Junghyun says with a smile on his face. Kook has his own way to express his love and concern and this was it.

Next morning Anya walks into her classroom and prepares for her morning lecture. Why the hell did she decide to do tech? She can barely change a light bulb. It’s time to start looking for a new major.

He likes almost every genre. And she trusted his taste in music. She clicks on his playlist and starts taking her notes trying her hardest not to turn around at her eye candy of a man Jeon.

Kook arrives to class at his normal time and takes his seat in the back. The rest of the guys comes along and start their own conversation. Kook doesn’t talk much during school. He didn’t want to seem like a celebrity but last time he had a conversation with his friends a lot of people recognized him from his stream. He just didn’t want anyone to know. Jungkook and Kook were two completely different people and he wanted it to stay that way. He actually takes his school work seriously because he actually cares about his future. So during the hour and a half of his lecture, he takes notes and his friends whispers about whatever they were talking about and he concentrates on the work ahead. But his mind goes back to that message of “A”. It brought a sense of comfort to him out of nowhere and he didn’t know how to ignore it. So he didn’t….

Let me say a few things outright, because I want zero drama.

This reclist is for the benefit of Laiden fans, and is not meant as a criticism of any other ship or fic.

The fics chosen for this reclist are only ones I have read. It is by no means comprehensive, and definitely favors older fics, since that was when I was deepest in the fandom.

I just wanna live in a world where Tom is canonically autistic and his entire arc in All Stars would have been to learn that yes, you can unmask and some people will still like you for who you are. Maybe he did work on himself after season 1, maybe he got a diagnosis as an adult after feeling weird and out of place his entire life. It would have been fun to see him unmask, both literally and metaphorically. I don't know if I would have made him a cop tho, but that's on me. I think he would do much more good as a park ranger or something. He always loved nature, but befriending Gabby is what made him realize his true potential. Tree huggers besties for the win

I think it would have been lovely to see an autistic adult connecting with others despise his inner struggles and showing his strenghts (making plans, great memory, a natural leader, literal body strenght) as much as flaws (scared to show his real emotions, overstimulation, clumsiness and not fully understanding social clues).

Of course Tom wouldn't have ghosted Jake for two years, but maybe he's been acting distant on text/video-calls for some time now. Oh boy if I hc him as scared af of Jake discovering his real self. He's so convinced that Jake fell in love with his "normal" version and now whatever he actually is now- is not worthy of his love. Or maybe he thinks that Jake would treat him differently if he discovered his diagnosis. I could see Tom trying to mask too much around him, to the point that even Jake can tell he's hiding something from him. Maybe I would have kept the silly Jake/Tom/Aiden drama for two episodes, because Jake would have still jumped to the worst conclusion first. But James isn't booted first for this reason, dear god. Jake would grow suspicious of Aiden after some time, because Tom doesn't bound with Aiden THAT fast to the point of being an enemy in Jake's eyes in a single day. Let some episodes pass, let this drama being a background issue in the big schemes of things, until Jake sees Aiden and Tom holding hands and cuddling or something from afar. It does look very suspicious when your maybe-boyfriend-maybe-not acts weird around you and gets intimate with someone else. Now that's when Jake acts like he did in the original series, let's say around the musical episode. Tom and Aiden do NOT kiss on stage, anyway. But he gets reminded of what he saw in the woods earlier and that memory haunts him. But you know what? Jake decides to do better than his past self and tries to confront Aiden, first. He can't stand traitors, but since Tom keeps avoiding him, what else is there to do? Aiden, of course, acts like a mature person and doesn't out Tom to Jake directly. But he does says that what Jake saw earlier was Tom feeling so overwealmed that he couldn't even breath properly and he needed someone to calm him down. He tells Jake that Tom is scared of being treated like a big baby and doesn't want to show that to anyone else- besides himself. Why is that? Aiden says that he "gets it". He could be neurodivergent himself, or maybe James is or maybe he's got a close relative or friend who is. He just gets it, but Jake doesn't get what "it" is.

AIDEN: "Why don't you ask him for yourself?"

JAKE: "TSK! As if, he keeps avoiding me and acts like a weirdo whenever I want to talk"

AIDEN: "Then don't. Be there for him without talking. You'd be surprised how much that helps him"

Aand that's how this silly drama ends and Tom and Jake finally sort things out and you get to see their relationship blossom again. If Aiden-Tom-Jake make it to the merge, they'd be a cool alliance until something happens and one of them gets eventually voted out.

Ben holding/protecting Tyler under the (table? desk?) is everything to me. Ben Clark is a golden retriever in all the best ways. I am dealing with the after effects of the Ben Fever we all got a few weeks ago.

Same goes for Taylor protecting Ashlyn! It’s so cute and Taylor has been coming in CLUTCH lately. I’m so excited for this development with her after Tyler’s injury. I just hope she’s able to target her (rightful) anger at the right people and not at the rest of the group. (Also ASHLYN CRYING BABY NO)

Okay, the parents are DEFINITELY being affected by the rift and Phantom Dimension. Mike was dizzy when the kids all came back!! And I love how responsible both of Ashlyn’s parents (as well as everyone else so far) are being—Immediately jumping in to help when it sounds like someone is in trouble. I just hope this serves as a wake-up call for Aiden’s mom and dad.

We’ve seen Ashlyn scared before but… holy cow I don’t think she’s been pictured as this terrified before. And rightfully so! I want to give her a hug and a chocolate milk. Also, I adore how Logan immediately noticed and rushed to help. He’s really grown in his emotional maturity over the series and I’m loving the payoff.

…The parallels between the earlier panel of Tyler “waking up” vs Aiden now is…. oh my. And the altered text was DEEPLY disturbing. But I had to try not to laugh at imagining what he sounds like right now. Probably like he’s a 40 year old man who’s smoked a six-pack ev’ry night since way back when.

LILY BABY NooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and Aiden IMMEDIATELY being concerned about Ashlyn is everything. In all honestly the ship concerned me at the beginning but I am ALL ABOARD and ready to set sail now. They both have grown so much and while it would have been iffy at the start it’s becoming a really sweet and wholesome relationship, regardless of whether it stays platonic or divulges into romance.

The flashbacks were INSANE. But also, let’s take a moment seeing these to appreciate HOW MUCH THE ART HAS IMPROVED!!! Supersupersuper proud of Red and her entire team. This was like a short montage of the growth and I love that so much. Also…. could this potentially count as an “oh” moment for Ashlyn?? And the immediate jump afterwards to Aiden’s maybe-dead-maybe-not body was such incredibly timed and perfected formatted whiplash!!!!!

Ashlyn initiating the contact was huge for her. We know she isn’t a fan of touchy-feely stuff or close contact so this is big. I thing there was a “some people are worth being uncomfortable for” comic with the BTW and TBH creature that sums up my thoughts on this? But yeah, I loved this. She’s growing more comfortable AND this was entirely respectful of her boundaries while also allowing her to push past her comfort zone? Amazing.

Bashful: Ash is really confident, but sometimes she can be shy when Taylor or Aiden freely shows their affection for her. Taylor can be much more shy than Ash, like when someone praises her mechanic skills or just praises her normally

Cuddles: Taylor really likes to lie and put her head on Ash's shoulder or near her neck. Ashlyn's body is cold and provides an incredible contrast to Taylor's warm, so it works really good for them

Dancing: Ashlyn tries to teach Taylor some ballet, but Taylor just it's visibly worse at maintaining her balance on her fingers tio, so it always ends with laughs and falls. Btw, Taylor likes pop dance and reggaeton and that’s Ashlyn can work with

Ending: They probably will break up because of miscommunication, Ash can't express herself in the right way and Taylor it's just too anxious and will start to imagine the worst. They probably can return have a relationship but more mature after that

Fiancé: Ash will go so freaking anxious when she proposes that she doesn't notice Taylor signals and they probably will propose at the same time. Ash want to disappear in that moment, but she will accepted after Taylor and Aiden stop laughing 

Gentle: One of them is so gentle and the other one is so awkward that make it comic, Taylor is gentle even with people she don't know, but for god, Ash just don't have social skills and is so rude without noticed that and Taylor need stop a fight for explain that to the person Ash is talking

Hugs: Taylor is a hug person, she is always hugging someone, most of the time the person is his brother or Aiden. Ash is a “no touching” person, so… don't touch, but when she hugs you, hug back! Don't waste your chance!

I love you: obviously, Taylor says that first out loud and says it always before sleep and when they need to go home separately. Ash first time are when she think Taylor is sleeping, but she was more wake than never and just hugs one extremely shy Ashlyn

Jealousy: Ash can't identify what jealousy is at the first time, but when she did, she caught herself being very jealous and kinda possessive, but she's taking care about it. Taylor's don't much jealous, just if someone freely compliment Ash in a weird way

Kiss: In the beginning, Ash evites kisses because she doesn't know how to do it, so Taylor just calms her and waits until she wants to try. After that, they turn it in a gentle and calm kiss (A little cringe for Ash because she turns in a tomato)

Love language: Taylor is like and almost entirely touch person, but she starts to have a little more quality time after starting dating with Ash. Ashlyn is a quality time person, she’s starts to like a little touch now and really appreciate Taylor cuddles

Marriage: Well, what to say? Taylor turns in a energy ball and Ashlyn in a anxious trembling thing

Normalcy: Both likes to play video games and DDR so when they need a break from all the freaky things, both just go at Ash or Aiden house and play games and lie down for a cuddle session

Open: Ash just can be totally open with Taylor when she almost loses her in the phantom dimension, and now she can feel comfortable to cry and talk about her feelings freely. Taylor is a open book, she don't keep secrets from Ash and offer support for her always

Past relationships: Just Taylor has other people in her life, never a boyfriend or a girlfriend, but people who teach her how to have a relationship. Now, Ash… she just never has a normal interaction with any other person, so..? She is a total noob in relationships

Quiver: Taylor feels her knees weak when she sees Ashlyn dancing and making plans, she just admires Ash always and ever. Ashlyn feels her body shaking when she sees Taylor fighting in the phantom dimension, like they time she take Logan’s gun and shoot the centipede or just seeing her doing her mechanics things

Realize: Taylor realizes that she has feelings for Ash when she smiles for the first time after almost dying because of Aiden being stupid when they go take the jeep. Ash realize her feelings for Taylor when sees she being so calm and gentle when Aiden told for them what happened to Ben

Sick: I think Ash doesn't get sick easily so it's more common that Taylor falls sick because of a fever, I really think Taylor doesn't work well with hot days or summer so she has bad cases of hyperthermia and fever

Talk: I think Taylor talk for both, she’s like a parrot and never stop talking about mechanic and this type of things, the only exception is when Ash starts talking about ballet and the dance history for ENTIRE HOURS

 

Ugly: Nothing absolutely nothing, Taylor frequently compare Ash with a goddess because how beautiful she is for her and Ash can't say a only one thing she think is ugly in Taylor

Vanished: Ha! Taylor will totally freak out and start looking in every local she can think of and make all her friends help with it. Ashlyn will stop and try to remember where in the hell Taylor are or is possible to be, but inside she is freaking out too

Whole: Both can work barely well without the other, but Taylor will miss faster and send a lovely message and Ash will answer faster as possible, but we can't forgot that Taylor is emotional depended from his brother, so she really try don't desenvolve this with Ash

Xtra: Both like dogs, so Taylor took Ash to look a pet shop sometimes after a bad night

Y me?: Taylor just asks that in a form to play with Ash, she just likes to hear it, we can't judge her, but sometimes Ash asks this seriously and Taylor is more than happy to confirm and list all that make she love Ashlyn

“Actually… ‘Professor Zhou’ is fine.” Evie quivered slightly at his demeanor. “So… you’d be happy to teach me?” “Of course. That’s my job, isn’t it?” “So… what do I do first?” “First… let me examine your fingers.”  He got up off the piano bench and headed towards her, taking her hand and running his fingers over her palm and fingertips. Evie’s heart fluttered at his firm yet gentle touch, relishing in the familiar tenderness. And knowing what it was slowly leading to… made her blood start to rush lower. But as she spoke to Aiden, she put on a quizzical expression, raising an eyebrow at him. “Wh-what are you examining my fingers for?” “I’m assessing your piano experience. It definitely does not seem like you have much of it. Or any instrument experience, for that matter.” “You’re correct. I don’t know any instruments.” “Well, you came here to learn piano, right? So that’s what we’re going to focus on. However…” Evie felt her heart thumping faster.  “Hm?” “Before we have you attempting to play the piano, I think it’s important we test your finger strength first.” Evie tensed, forcibly suppressing a very shallow gasp.  “How come?” “Playing the piano requires a great amount of finger strength and dexterity. A lot of instruments do, but especially the piano. If I can assess how good your fine motor skills are, I can figure out how to best train you on the piano.”  She grinned. “Sounds good. So, what’s my first exercise?” “We’ll start easy, but each of these little exercises will increase in difficulty,” Aiden stepped back. “First, remove my sweater.” Evie almost grinned, but just barely suppressed it. Instead, she widened her eyes.  “You want me to…?” “Yes. Pull it off. It should be easy, shouldn’t it?” Evie took in his unwavering expression, feeling a small tingle in her lower regions. She inhaled deeply, then nodded.

HEROES OF OLYMPUS SPOILERS??

I’ve debated about this for a while, talking to people in a discord server about it and shit like that. But in my opinion I feel like there are various routes you could take with this.

For example, say ashlyn or aiden are one of the MAIN characters. So a child of the big three. But I think they both do not fit Poseidon.

I feel like Ashlyn would be a child of Zeus, and Aiden would be a child of Hades. I don’t think I really need to explain why I think this, but wtv..

To sum it up, Zeus with Ashlyn because she took on the role as leader. And some more shit but wtv,

NOW TO ACTUAL HOUSES AND NOT BIG THREE!!!!

Ashlyn would be a child of Athena. I think everyone pretty much agrees with this. Her being the strategist while also being good at fighting. She make’s the groups plans and is the leader of the group. People rely on her, and her ideas.

(if this was an au I made, Ashlyn would be badass with a sword. idc what anyone says)

But I also feel like, Ashlyn gives off pretty roman vibes.

So I also feel like she’d be a daughter of Bellona. She’s very set on her plans. She’s mature (for her age, ofc she still has regular 14/15 year old feelings) and responsible. She’s responsible for her actions, good at fighting, mostly a rule follower, and a lot more.

So i’m very torn between Greek/Athena Ashlyn OR Roman/Bellona Ashlyn.

Aiden would be a child of Hermes.

Due to moving around a lot during his childhood links to Hermes being the God of travelers. As well as his speed and durability, a thing most travelers need. Also Aiden being mischievous also works with Hermes.

Ben would be a child of Apollo hands down.

The healing? Hello? He’s the groups designated healer. He healed Ashlyn, heals Aiden all the time, healed Tyler in the school, and also healed Logan. Or at least he tended to them wtv, SAME THING.

Also his love for music? Apollo being the god of music? it’s perfect guys i swear.

Logan would be a child of Demeter. Obviously because of his grandparents being florists, so maybe one of them is also a child of Demeter? Idk, anyways, he also has some ancestry to Urania, one of the nine muses, who is the patron to astronomy.

Now, the twins are tricky. They both have very distinct personalities and are completely different in the way they act. Tyler being standoffish, while Taylor being extremely friendly. And lots of other traits.

I feel like these two can fit under twos gods. So maybe either one of these.

I think they’re either Hephaestus kids, OR Aphrodite.

Hephaestus kids because Taylor is known for being in the robotics/mechanics club and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty. Although she’s friendly to people and is an extrovert, I think she’d fit well be a Hephaestus kid. (similar to Leo maybe? except people like her… (sorry leo))

Now Tyler. I feel like he was the handyman of the house, which can be seen in that one panel of him fixing something. So I think he’d fit under that. And even if he didn’t tinker, I feel like he’d be the “mom” of the cabin and help other Hephaestus kids, like giving them tools and shit.

And then the twins being Aphrodite. I have no clue why but they kinda give off Aphrodite. They’re both popular and well liked, (even if Tyler doesn’t seem to like being popular…) they’re not pretty/handsome, and although Tyler has trouble regulating his emotions, I feel like he’d give pretty good emotional advice.

▪︎ He tried to grow facial hair once because he thought that it would make him look cooler. It didn't. He can't really grow facial hair, and he's kind of jealous that Gill is able to grow a full beard and everything.

▪︎ He's for sure Jesse's foil !! I think Jesse's fav member of the order is supposed to be either Gabriel or Soren (?) But I'm not really sure ... Anyways, Aiden's favorite is probably Magnus, since his shirt is meant to look like Magnus' !! I think it kind of reflects Aiden's more destructive nature, how he's less emotionally mature and intelligent than Jesse, and seems insistent to sticking to more adolescent values. While Jesse grows and is finding themselves as a person, Aiden ends up doing it too, just ... much slower. And at a later point. Aiden is basically the antithesis of what Jesse is, and he knows it and hates it because Jesse is what he wants to be !! But Aiden does learn to grow as an individual !!

▪︎ Aiden took about two years to realize Maya and Gill were dating ... he was so embarrassed about it that he ignored them for about a week. Ever since then, he's been the number one third wheel.

▪︎ Maya hacked his twitter and made the pfp a blurry picture she took of him with douyin makeup and a cat filter. It was like that for a few days and let's just say he was a little mad.

▪︎ Aiden probably carries a sword around and says he's never practiced, then tries to do a cool sword trick for people to impress them. Him not practicing is a lie. He practices a lot because he wants to look cool.

▪︎ Him and Lukas actually used to prank people and each other a lot !! They had a competition/Prank Wars, but when Aiden lost he got kind of pissy about it so they stopped.

▪︎ Aiden is in a weird limbo between being homophobic, an Ally, and gay.

▪︎ Lukas and Aiden used to write really cringe superhero rps and stuff as kids, and Aiden's character was always the strongest, most cool guy and a new member of the order, lol.

initial thoughts on DCAS episode 13

it's so interesting to me how much Alec seems to care about his family in retrospect when we've seen illustrated time and time again that he didn't seem to care about them (or at least his son) in the moment pretty much at all. i guess it's a "you don't know what you have until it's gone" type of thing?

hey, we finally got names!

well, that happened. once again, congrats to the AleRiya shippers. i probably still prefer them as friends for now, but i'm not opposed to them becoming a ship in the future. i doubt they will, since the writers seem to really like Connor and Riya and probably want that to be endgame, but i digress. it's really important to Alec's character, i think, that he was one of the only completely new characters created for s1, and was quite possibly crafted with an All Stars season in mind. thus, as much as Alec was created for Fiore in s1 (to help her have numbers and allies and stuff), he may have also been created for Riya in DCAS. i wouldn't be surprised if a lot of Alec's traits were crafted with this friendship and possibly even this plot beat in mind.

yay, fun superhero challenge! love a good themed episode. i do think the fact that like... five people could have had immunity in this one was kind of weird, but, eh. as it turns out, Grett and Gabby could have won immunity as well as Aiden and Jake and it would have changed literally nothing about the outcome of this vote. it was really just about Yul (and kind of Connor, i guess).

i do wonder if Yul's elimination will essentially spell the end of the "heroes versus villains" portion of the game, and the gameplay will shift to being more individually focused. we do kinda have four groups of two at the moment-- Gabby and Grett, Alec and Riya, Aiden and Jake, and... Connor and Ally, I guess? that could make for some interesting votes.

after a somewhat longer hiatus than usual, now we're going to be doing one episode per week! how exciting! in that case, i'll see you again on (presumably) Wednesday for the power rankings, and if you don't read those, once again on Saturday for Episode 14. bye for now!
