Apollo sketch! this is super old..but i found it while cleaning out some of my sketchbooks lol

This is how he usually chooses to show himself when i’m doing meditations with him, however i didn’t color it cause i don’t have markers or pencils or anything to color traditionally, however, im planning on doing digital art of some of my deities and how they chose to present themselves in meditation :D

Intruders on his territory...it's been irritating him for weeks. Scales were disheveled and marred in places he'd had nipped and scratched at angrily and the walls of Area Zero were far more beaten in as territory marks. No Pokemon challenged the Apex beast to begin with but now whole clearings went silent when the heavy thuds of his footfalls sounded through the depths.

No matter Apex's flagrant displays of mood and deep wells made into walls to mark territory the new scents of invaders made his nostrils flare and heave. Persistant, or clever, or just well hidden this invader was. It was no new squall of humans with their stupidity wandering the upper levels. It wasn't the familiar packs of this era's fauna either around his den. Not even the Garchomps dare dip lower then the Crater's lip unless they want the Winged King to launch from the mists and drag them below.

No no...it bothered him that this mix of spoors was so familiar it made him angry.

There was hints of that repugnant black blood the silver plated prey bled but had no familiar whiffs he knew already here. Other trails had him pick up hints of his homelands; musky and heavy with petrichor. And again...no familiar indicators of the savage prey he already knew. These were new and tracked from the deepest reaches beneath. It came with the deep quakes not to long ago from within the crater's heart More stupid ape meddling, but he figured they'd either finally die from the light burning rock or shuffle their way out never to come back. Remember what happened last time; he's not getting involved again.

But new arrivals from the burning rock breaches...new rivals to deal with.

Apex snarled something fierce, tail thrashing making the ground shake and plumage fan out. If they weren't in his den no matter where and how he checked then they might be slipping in and out of its crevice's whenever they damned please. No more. He'll have to hunt them down; make sure they know where they lie beneath him. He did NOT get tangled into these ape's nature damning hubris to have his territory breached.

Sharp eyes look to the blue midday horizons beyond the den. Sundown he'll leave the perimeter. Less of the two legged warm bloods to deal with on his hunt.

That is .. unless they get in the way. All because he was more cautious does not mean he'll allow them first.
