hello im dylan. i make what money i can through doordashing but that barely covers even half of my bills and nowhere else will hire me rn (slow season in a tourist town). my car payment and car insurance are both scheduled to come out of my bank acct today and i barely have enough to cover the $135 in my checking account leaving me to have to use my credit card for my $150 car insurance. i also really need to buy groceries and get gas which i desperately need to keep working.

i currently am over $1000 in debt on my credit card and i really can’t afford to keep piling up the bills on it. the monthly fee ($99) for my HRT service just came out as well so i really need at least $400.

$155 (insurance) + $99 (hrt) + $60 (gas) + $100 (groceries) to at least get my credit card back down to only owing $1000. ideally i want to pay that all off but i know there’s no way i’m crowdfunding 1400. thank you guys this isnt terribly urgent but the sooner i can pay it off the better. ❤️

#OTD 8 years ago I arrived at Wrigley Field and found out the FLDN on the tickets I got two weeks before meant row N on the field.

Help me get my sibling settled!!!

tldr, last tuesday-ish (March 19th) my family's house caught fire! While everyone is okay, a lot of stuff was destroyed and/or stolen and the house itself is unlivable for the forseeable future. Whatever could be salvaged has been, and the house will be going under construction in the next few months, which is when we'll decide what to do.

While my family has found temporary housing for the time being, they don't have enough permanant space to fully house my sibling @mudcabbagekitty /@clockwork-phantasm. I want to fly them to where I live right now, just for a few months until a more stable solution gets sorted out!

Because of this, I'm temporarily opening commissions for the forseeable future!

Chibis, experimental, and sketchpages are unlimited for now, but please ask for one at a time. Fullbody piece slots are currently open! (0/3)

i fucking love prereading. getting documents about what's going to be discussed in a meeting and reading them and then going to the meeting and having context for all the things that are happening. if i could do this in all areas of life i would. send me a list of the words i'm going to need the definition of in order to understand what you will be talking about. give me a rundown of what topics might come up during this social encounter. provide detailed documentation of what to expect in a new setting. i will read the fuck out of that shit.

#me getting off meeting 2 for a project but this time i read their paper first because they sent it in advance: waaowoaoaowaw #you are not just saying words next to each other. these words have meaning #my posts #i went to get new glasses the other day but it was a failure because i forgot everything. forgot my prescription most notably #(idk where my brain is lately but it does not appear to be inside my skull)#but actually i ended up feeling fine about it. because it allowed me to scope out the place. figure out how it works #a little dry run. a little dress rehearsal. now i know that when i do it for real i'm going to go to the third floor #i'm going to go up to the ticket machine and press the button on the touchscreen and get a number #i'm going to go right inside and start looking at frames instead of sitting in the waiting area which is actually for a different departmen #i didn't know any of that and it was stressful but now i know and next time i am going to look and act so normal #also i was able to find out what my actual benefit is and it's really stupid. it's something i wouldn't have guessed in a million years #so it's good i had the opportunity to ask about it during a time when it didn't matter because i couldn't use it anyway #getting glasses is stressful enough because you have to stand around trying on frames like a tool #if there is any other aspect of the process that also makes me feel like an idiot it's just too much to bear. this time i got to spread it #out over two encounters. so hopefully next time the only embarrassing part will be the frames fashion show

i do not understand how there are all these people out there doing Activities every weekend. Like concerts and day trips and hiking and festivals. Who has the time and energy just to plan all this shit, often weeks or months in advance, let alone DO it all??? Not to mention the money.

#like #I mean I know i clearly have Depression and that impacts my energy levels #but just the thought of all the planning involved in some of these things exhausts me?#booking tickets months in advance #sometimes booking accommodation #arranging travel #idk if it's just an issue with my brain #but I really struggle with planning things so far in advance #and it feels like #especially since covid #you NEED to plan everything really far ahead #otherwise it's really expensive or the hotels/trains are all booked up
