Experiências estranhas com o meu nome, hoje. Não sou particular fã dele por natureza, se calhar é por isso.

1) dou o meu nome ao segurança de serviço qd entro, pk é fim-de-semana. E este homem que eu vi pela primeira vez ontem às 7:30 e a quem só disse 'bom dia' vira-se "E a Daniela vai para onde?" ou seja, que sala/corredor. E eu por dentro (hmm, não uses o meu nome assim, eu nem te conheço 🤨) 😂

2) Mesmo agora, a sair, vejo um colega a entrar pelo nosso corredor e digo atrás dele "Alô". E ele, antes de se virar e me ver, responde "Oi, Dani." Estou intrigada sobre como é que ele me identificou lol. Mas desci as escadas a pensar sobre como quase toda a gente aqui me chama Dani por causa da Denise (DÂ-ni, sotaque brasileiro, as opposed to Dá-NI, que a minha família sempre me chamou e alguns amigos tbm). E como às vezes gente me chama Dani pk ouve sempre a Denise a dizer isso, e eu fico (🤨? Mas que confianças são estas?) 😂

3) Deixo as escadas, encontro o segundo segurança do dia. Antes de eu virar a esquina e o cumprimentar, é logo "Daniela? 👈👀" E eu que, lá está, nunca vi este homem na vida pk nunca cá pus os pés no fds e já estou a pensar no assunto do meu nome, fico tipo "Sim???? 😳" e ela explica-me que, quando começou o turno, o colega lhe disse que 'a Daniela está lá em cima na malária'. E eu só, mas que raio 😭😂 isso não lhe diz nada se não conhecer a minha cara e nome de antemão 😂

Pronto, foi só bizarro. Mas se calhar eu tenho é falta de sono pela semana que tive e falta de assunto por ter passado o dia sozinha a passar pequenos volumes de líquido de um lado para o outro.

Honestly, the funniest characters in Saiki K are those guys who started following Saiko around, carrying him and pretty much acting like his servants and the rest of the classroom assumed they had been paid off by him, but no, they straight up went "nah, we kinda just like being lackeys, it actually pisses us off he tries to pay us every time, we're friends, we don't need him to pay us for that >:("

one thing I really really appreciate abt riz gukgak as a character is that he is un-self-aware to the max. he inhabits his body so completely. the arc that would usually be run as "I'm different and unable to connect with my friends in this way that everyone seems to be able to do and so something's wrong with me and I don't like myself" when it comes to riz is actually like no! I have literally no problems or praises for myself personally. I don't stand outside of my own self and judge it. it's phrased as "other people will eventually find someone more important to them than you" rather than centering it on his self-perception. he doesn't know why he doesn't have the best social life on earth even though he's not afraid at all to talk to other people. every time he sees himself in someone else's actions or behaviour he gets startled by it. his latest epilogue is realizing seemingly for the first time that he's not just an agent of causes but an actual character. he's my hero and I want to be him when I grow up

Nico knew exactly what Percy went through in HoH, how Tartarus pushes you to be your absolute worst just to survive, and just how badly it would affect him. After all, Percy is one stubborn kid that would absolutely beat himself up over what he did to that goddess, having no compassion towards himself. And you cannot possibly convince me that if things had gone just a little bit differently, Nico wouldn't have had the opportunity and compassion of stopping the nonesense, and Percy would have actually listened, for once.

Forgot to say: The Shadow is actually a Jungian concept, and I though that out of everyone in PJO, Nico would easily be the one most in touch with that side of himself!

Ryuji having the worst bi crisis of his fucking life bc his mom just had to fucking ask “oh, whats this young ladys name?” when he showed her a picture of Akira petting Morgana. Like okay yeah Akira is like objectively pretty, hes like the Classic Delicate Pretty Boy just like Yusuke which is like whatever; straight dudes have eyes, and they know what women like to see. But now hes like. Seeing things he likes in girls IN Akira now and he cant make it Stop like its genuinely keeping him up at night 😭

Pretty boy used to be A Face that would come up in his mind when he thought of the term. There was no specifics in mind, just like. Pretty Boy. Pretty boy! You say that and theres like a Face Template that shows up in ur minds eye and hed just attribute that to any dude who was like Vaguely Pretty. But now its Akira 😭 and he finds himself cataloging things that Akira does that he KNOWS he finds cute when girls do it. The hairtuck behind the ears. The headtilt when he mishears a question. The Actually Pretty Doe Eyes. The breathy, nearly inaudible chuckle he does in place of a Real laugh (thats made better by the fact that its so hard to get him to laugh in the first place). He likes cute snacks. He blushes easily. Ryuji is sitting here like ‘theres no fucking way man. Like theres just no way. That shit makes NO sense (a lie)’ lying in bed in the middle of the night looking like this vvvv w his phone in his hands (looking at pictures of akira)

It drives him insane bc like he did Not see any of these things as like inherently girly or whatever. Like thats just akira thats just his bro! And he does OTHER weird shit that cancels all that shit out. Hes like a messy engineer/tinkerer, he rolls out of bed and whatever situation his hair is is everyones problem. He wears that AWFUL gym uniform and doesnt tweak it AT ALL?? He likes baseball?? hes got a whole binder of trading cards that he will show off if u show any moment of weakness. Like hes just Some Dude but also manages to be Some Girl at the same time and Ryuji is like thats not fair. Life sucked ass but at least it made sense before Akira stumbled into it 😭

It's received with a delighted laugh and another kiss, and another, and another, and Leonardo thinks that this might be more happiness than his two hands are able to hold – but by the Pizza Supreme in the Sky, he is going to try.
