Alright, this is just my opinion, but does anyone else think the remixed boss themes sound kinda... bad? Or meh, in some cases?

Like, Cortez loses some melodies and Magnus sounds like it has too much oomph for his Von Grapple fights - which isn't all bad, but I miss the slight techno against the mech as the main medley. Macho Grubba sounded alright along with Rawk Hawk - honestly they sound better - but Smorg's theme just sounds remixed for the sake of being remixed.

The new original tracks are great, but the boss themes kinda don't hit as strong as they should, if you know what I mean? Even the battle themes they added in for every area has a feeling that they just... aren't too good?

They nailed Bonetail's theme though hot damn.

Again, just an opinion, I do like the new OST. It just doesn't hit as well as the old tracks did. Probably need to sit and listen to the tracks on repeat for a hot while...

there are many #wins in shadow's conception but the biggest one by far is the fact that the sa2 creative team could have entirely characterized shadow as this hardened bording on hypermasculine vegeta inspired dude which is all well and good, but then writer shiro maekawa was like 'ummm what if he used the boyish personal pronoun actually' and it immediately set him on the path to become one of the most cuntserving characters in video game history
