Anyways, more GoldenThunder/RitualCandles HCS (finally coming from me)!!!

- These two are the MONARCHS of stubbornness. When crushing on each other, they just 'straight' up REFUSED to believe the fact they were in love with the other for like weeks, hell, even MONTHS. Even if another critter tries to tell one of them that they're in love with the other, they'd both refuse to even listen to a peep about love.

- Simon likes to put his arm around Poe's shoulder at any random point when he's around them; Poe doesn't seem to mind, or really care

- If you were to ask Simon if he was starting to crush on Poe cuz you saw him making goo goo eyes at them at some point, he would take his denial to his grave and the afterlife. While Simon would be pretty (and unfortunately) obvious when it comes to gawking at Poe from a distance (such as his tail starting to swish back and forth, having a goofy ahh smile on his face, and his hands cupping his face), if anyone we're to question him in that very moment, he'd either pay them to leave, pay them and tell them they didn't see anything, or probably just threaten them to not tell a single soul about it

- Poe's way of making "goo goo eyes" at Simon in "public" is somewhat similar to @/smilingcrittersthingig's hc (with SunCross), but it's just their regular RBF (resting bitch face) instead, and yet Baba's able to tell from a mile away that Poe is staring "lovey dovey" at Simon cuz she the fucking queen of being a grumpy af sheep + she'd know for long enough that if Poe is staring at Simon for long enough for her to stand around for like 15 minutes, she knows they like him

- If their way of trying to hide their relationship from the group goes poorly, like REALLY poorly, they'll basically just give up on trying to be secretive abt it,, And if any of the critters (sc OR nc) say to both of them that the two are starting to get annoying w/ their couple stuff (like playfully/affectionately teasing one another), there's a 50/50 chance where Simon and Poe will tell to critter to fuck off or they'll be even more obnoxious by having their playful teasing become slightly more cheesy and corny to the point where the critter leaves the room and then the two both laugh it off afterwards

- Their love language towards each other most of the time is just affectionate teasing. However, they both do have their separate love languages for each other; Simon's love language is through gifts cuz with all that cash, the moment Poe lays their eyes on smth they're interested in (probably smth gothic), Simon's already at the cash register with the item that caught Poe's eye + Poe's love language is with affection through words, but also with physical affection; if Simon does smth like REALLY sweet for them, they'd give him a small kiss on the cheek and a nice hug for the gesture (thank those 2 hcs abt their love languages from @skelexguts hehehehe :33)

- Simon sometimes purrs (ig it's like a rumble for dragons) when cuddling w/ Poe and he's NEVER aware of it, like ever; whenever Poe points it out, Simon basically feels like he got hit with wave a of 1st hand embarrassment and his face would change from a light red to DARK red in SECONDS. Poe rather thinks of it as cute (both the purrs + embarrassment), but ofc they'd never say it out loud (yeah, cuz they stubborn AF)

None of this is looking very good for Kavvoh. One of the great things about this game is that there's never any real guarantee of how things are going to go. All I really have to go on is that I'm going to have to fight something big at some point. So I'll wait until I figure out which option will have me fighting something big.

Also, if he's lying, I have taken out multiple rebel camps with zero help, so we'll have no trouble at all. todays episode: i might turn this into a more general digital diary about my social life, rather than focusing so much on crushes. ysee this is what happens when i have to spend a whole half-day without meadow lmao

anyway !! here’s updates :D

meadow went away for the weekend to visit a friend :(( so we couldn't hang out BUT before their train we still went to class together and made jokes about the place they’re visiting and they left their snacks in my bag so i got to see them briefly again to give them back right before they left n we hugged goodbye at the place we first hung out aaaa

that was last weekend, n since then a ton of wild lore has happened !! its been literally 4 days how is any of this real.

monday evening jiji and odie hung out in my dorm and watched some youtube videos from a channel that odie and i rly like that we're trying to introduce jiji to !! those two r always so kind to me im rly glad i have them as friends rn. otherwise the stuff w meadow would be way more taxing i think

tuesday evening i went over to meadow's place after class !! i played a game they introduced me to (they like backseat gaming for this one hehe) and he gave me tons of tips on how to get a good build n i ended up getting further than i ever have before on my last run of the evening !!

and on wednesday (yesterday) meadow and i went on a mini shopping trip after class, then went back to their dorm again for a mini movie marathon !! we got through the first 2 hunger games movies since i hadn't seen them before and meadow is hype to watch the new one that just came out. i rly enjoyed them !! not my favorites ever but i can totally see what the hype is about. and for bonus points, one of my 2 best friends from before uni ,, we'll call them fish (new character alert !!) watched them too super recently so i can talk to them abt it !! fish is the coolest and im gonna be around them more this winter since i'm goin back to their town for a while :D but fr meadow and i watched the first 2 movies in his bed under the covers :,D not quite cuddling bc im a COWARD but squished up next to each other sharing snacks :3 thats still a win in my book !!

aaaaaaaaaaand then came earlier today >< i had a class with goose which was fun but she dipped after that to go study and i walked home alone. when i got back meadow started messaging me that someone they met on their weekend away (a friend of a friend) was messaging them n theyre DOWN BAD. they were GUSHING TO ME AND ITWAS TORTURE i am in actual hell !!!!!!!! turns out hearing ur crush gush about their crush ,, kinda hurts your soul in a way that you feel !! the conversation ended but now im thinkin i should rly confess soon just to save myself the trouble ;; idk how long its healthy to stay in friendship limbo like this.

allrightey i have done the number crunching

today i drove a total of 7h 20m and 551km~~

(interestingly this is more km than the sofala/hill end trip (which was 547km), but shorter in time (well, i know why it is, i just wasn't expecting the km to be more tbh))

i have also calculated that the fuel consumption since the last fill-up is 12.9L/100km which uh, yeah, is inevitable

i still haven't hauled my arse to mudgee/gulgong but we're getting there

windamere dam is some epic shit and the castlereagh hwy is very nice once you get to the lakes (ditto for cudgegong rd)

as for glen alice rd my goddddddddd i am so disappointed, i've been wanting to do that road for like 10 years but it was unsealed 10 years ago and my dad didn't want me to wreck the 2wd lol; well now i have a suitable car aaaaaaaaaaand the road is fucking sealed. but there's a reaaally nice view from somewhere near rylstone on this road, i have plans to go back and take photos; in fact i'm guessing it's -32.843296, 150.021582 judging by the terrain map but well, i can't confirm (no streetview and i am not checking the dashcam footage rn)

rylstone also looks pretty interesting to visit when the shops are open. i must go back

Ok, so I'm not good with Allison Hargreaves in this current season. Getting violently drunk and starting a bar fight with a bunch of racist hicks? I'm "ok" with this. Its a fair means of showing that she's decidedly not ok mentally and her means of dealing with it is not healthy. Also, its only racists getting hurt here, so I'm all for that.

Her mental torture of Sloane to get information? We're getting into deep, DEEP grey morality here. She wants back to her family and is willing to do anything to get there.

Aaaaaaaaaaand then we get to the SA scene where Allison straight up tells Luther that he gets no say in the matter and that she fully intends to USE HIM. After Luther had spent YEARS carrying a torch for her, and BEGS her not to do it, Allison rumors him into sex against his will. Its very obvious that Allison only calls it off because Luther was more aggressive than she wanted. She didn't stop it because it was WRONG, no. She calls it quits because of preference.....and she doesn't apologize. Not saying that an "I'm sorry I tried to grape you" would mean much of anything, it would at LEAST imply that she understood how badly she fucked up and felt the slightest remorse.

This is titled "We need better writers" because God DAMN do we need to get away from using SA as a writing tool for showing how shitty or dark a person is/has become. She could have rumored Sloane right out of Luther's memory and shown that she's done caring about being the only person that's forced to lose people.

TLDR; Allison sucks and we need to stop using SA as a tool.

Side tangent: I'm not thrilled by the tumblr community's lack of anger on Allison's SA of Luther. There would be a (warranted) righteous uproar if a male character was doing this to a female character. That scene had my stomach roiling and I'm seeing barely any recognition out there.
