When Zoe was pregnant with Rohan, I used MCCC to see the baby's gender. She was actually expecting twins. I changed it to one baby because...I didn't want to put this new couple through that lmao sometimes I regret this but I knew gameplay would've been a pain

When Zoe and Michael moved to Chestnut Ridge, she got pregnant a day later. It was going to be a boy. I removed that baby with MCCC because Kiara was just born and again, that was too much. 🫤

This post is all to say I think there will be a third Patel-Impellizzeri baby in the future, probably when Zoe graduates college and begins teaching. By that point Rohan should in the kid stage of his life.
