Resident of AZ (and going into highschool) and as far as I know about the high school I’m going to I don’t think they’re going to make me or anyone pay for anything like that. I took both Algebra and Geometry Qualification Tests and both were free (I don’t even know if you have to pay for them anyways 💀).

Overall, answer is mostly no but that’s crazy you gotta pay to do classes and tests.. That’s f⭐️ed up..

Ok this is really random, but im curious:

So i live in the states, and to take my AP biology test i had to pay a whole 100 bucks. And for a college chemistry test im taking next year, i have to pay 20 bucks to just take the algebra acuplacer so i can get into the class, which i have to (buy a bus pass in order to) bus up to the local college OR pay for a parking pass if i was to drive there.

So i know its a thing in the states, but is it a thing outside of them? Im curious if this Is a universal experience or just another f-ed up part of the US education system.

During these Olympics, I learned that Australia has one-sided beef with the United States especially over swimming. I find this beef weird cause lol Aussies are just American different font & idk most Americans love Aussies 😭.

Anyways, I imagine Kyle/ Australia (I’m using my friend Mel’s interpretation) & Alfred did bring that competitive spirit to the Olympics these games. Also just to note, these two are 1000% friends, and whenever they’re together they get into stupid levels of trouble together.

My Alfred grew up in Massachusetts (he once represented Plymouth colony) so he def knows how to swim. He’s a New England boy at heart even if he now lives in DC.
