ACL Surgery

ACL reconstruction surgery is a medical procedure to supplant a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) — a significant ligament in your knee. ACL wounds most regularly happen during sports that include unexpected stops and alters in course —, for example, basketball, soccer, football, downhill skiing and gymnastics. I saw The Breeders in concert last night, as part of an ACLFEST side show, at Stubb's BBQ. Dave Grohl showed up and joined them onstage for a song.

Afterwords, I realized that Fred Armisen was off to the side, hanging out with Dave and some others I hadn't been able to identify right away. Hell, I didn't realize Amy Poehler was there until I looked at my photos this morning. She's looking right in my direction. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😅

I still haven't identified this lady in the last photo, but I think she's also an actress. I wish I could see more of her face in the photo. I do know that Amy Poehler and Tina Fey were in town for a performance at Bass Concert Hall. I have no idea whether Tina showed up to Stubb's last night, too. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don't think this is Tina... but who is this?

ETA: And someone on Fb thinks the woman standing under my ❓ looks like Jennifer Aniston. 🤔

Anyway, what a great end to a Friday the 13th! And I want Kim's 👁️ 👁️ eye 👁️ 👁️ shirt 👁️ 👁️!

A Hunter on the Screen and a Hero in Real Life

But I couldn't put my finger on who she was. Then, someone's head moves out of my way and who is standing next to her? Jared Padalecki. Mhmm. I was watching Ruby and Sam take in some Lana for they're own enjoyment at ACL. So as the show ends, I start making my way to the gate to see if I can get ahold of him to say hi. Unfortunately, Eminem fans SUCK and the entire crowd was getting smushed against the gate. I noticed a little boy right against the gate and his sister behind him screaming. So I start trying to push back so the boy could get away from the gate, but they were too strong. Then Jared, who was taking pictures with other fans, runs over and asks if he's getting smushed, then reaches into the crowd and pulls him up and makes sure he's okay. He got him some water and I was still pushing against the crowd and apologizing to the sister, saying I was doing my best. Jared then touched me on the shoulder and said "Don't be sorry. It's you against like 14,000 people man." He asked for my phone and then this happened... #Supernatural #JaredPadalecki #ACLFest #ACL2014

Wow, what a difference in the performance of this song from their first show performing it. Seasons finally sounds good live, not relying on heavy backtrack, like in the beginning. I wonder when they’re gonna start playing Avalanche live?

Seems odd that they wrote the songs/music and recorded it but yet it’s so difficult to perform them live without a lot of practice.🤷🏼‍♀️
