Are there any leftover weapons left in the Blacksite from the guards? If so... What do the residents do with them?

To answer the first half... Yes. There are weapons down there.... Guns, knives, etc. left laying about in certain areas of the Blacksite.

As for the second This depends on the person. Some choose to use the weapons in trade, some keep them and fix them up (RU Sebastian found a sniper rifle... That's the benefits of going into the darker less populated/ Blackout areas of the Blacksite (Blackout areas are the darker, emptier much more dangerous areas of the Blacksite.) You find elite weapons in there... But he's saving that for a time he REALLY needs it.) The Winged Victory have weapons they found, they purely use them as last resorts for enforcement though.

Then there's some people who prefer melee weapons... (RU Sebastain is good with both (seriously, it's scary how many weapon names he knows by heart AND how to use them. He doesn't mind having a firearm, but he prefers to use melee weapons given his strength. Damien likes firearms, moreso handguns because they're small.)

The people who mainly have weapons usually explore the Blacksite regularly and encounter hostile monsters.

Some people don't have weapons due to being in the safer areas of the Blacksite (Faction Camps/ Very populated areas)

Little Nugget has learned how to walk in a less janky way, he now walks like a person! Learned from just watching Sam.

My eyes blink open, feeling my face again since it was frozen. The doctors say something that I assume I'm too groggy to understand. When they administer the cure it's a lot less fanfare than I anticipated.

The doctors discuss among themselves in a language that I don't understand. Before I can try to piece together what's happening I hear the phrase "old English" and my heart sinks. Someone new walks into the room with his face in his hand. He starts what I can only assume is chastising the doctors. The newcomer looks at me before speaking.
