Sneddon: When I first started working with Louis, you get an idea about those fans and it is Beatlemania; it’s insane, the level of dedication that those people have got, all five of those boys— four now, tragedy. It’s a real level of dedication to who they are. What’s funny then, is that beyond that, when you get to know somebody like Louis, particularly, who’s the one I know anyway, I don’t know about the other boys, but Louis. He’s been able to navigate that, the way that I respect— I admire so much, because I didn’t have half of what they had in terms of fame, and I couldn’t cope with it. Louis is just like… honestly, watching him, the way it just sort of bounces off him—

Sneddon: It’s brilliant to watch. I do wish I could have been a little more like that but he just like takes it in his stride. Like some of the stuff… There’s a song on his last record— We’re in the middle of doing his new one.

In last night’s meditation, I sensed a feeling for the second time ever. The two times are probably just a meditation apart. Right at the beginning of the meditation, long before I had entered the count breathing technique, I knew that the phenomenon of hearing sounds is getting turned on. And I was right in both meditations.

For the sake of my understanding, I am going to term it as ‘meditative intuition’. I have been meditating for about 25 years now. It has been an adventurous journey so far. Not knowing what the next depth will bring, I have kept up with the practice with a sense of faith and deliberated fearlessness. The phenomenon of listening to life energy’s presence inside my head has also come without me anticipating it.

Sensing the oncoming of the phenomenon within a meditation is adding predictability to my meditation! That’s being able to sense what the stream of life energy running up my spine is going to do next! Trusting a calmed mind to take my attention to new depths led my attention to inner peace. Following life energy in its avatar of inner peace led me to the blessing of interiorised hearing. To be able to sense life energy’s guidance is new.

4.2.2025: We had a gloriously sunny winter morning today. The majority of the day was spent editing the article. And by editing, I mean I didn't write a single sentence. The main part I need to rewrite is the first paragraph of the introduction, which is also the part I find the hardest. I just don't understand how to start articles. But that's okay, I've now highlighted all of the parts that will need to be reworded and I think I also managed to figure out what I want the first paragraph to be about. I now just need to put that into words.

Sneddon: There’s just certain people that I root for. Louis Tomlinson is one. And there’s the other end of the spectrum ‘cuz Louis, obviously having been in the most— I believe One Direction are the most successful band of all time, I think, beyond The Beatles. I guess in terms of— I’m not saying they are the best band of all time, but they are the most successful. And it’s like, there’s someone who’s been on the exact opposite end of the spectrum— but Louis is someone that you’ll be in the room with, and relate to, and want the best for, as much as someone who’s never had that level of success. It’s all just down to the people. It’s like if you’re working with somebody who you genuinely fucking believe in, success is irrelevant, it’s utterly irrelevant.
