context and explanation: EA's quarterly earnings conference call for Q4 and FY 2024 starts in just under 15 minutes at 2pm PT. before the calls start, some of the associated files/documents pertaining to the call get put up on EA's website. The "Core Business and FY25 Title Slate" image is from the Earnings Slides. the quote under the table reads "We have two unannounced titles in FY25: one partner title expected in Q4, and one owned IP title, which is not included in the above table. We expect to provide more details on timing at a later date." DA:D is an owned IP title of EA. The Twitter user asks Jeff Grubb (a games media person who revealed the title of DA:D) if the referenced "one owned IP title" is DA:D. Jeff confirms that this does indeed refer to Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, meaning that this slide confirms that DA:D is planned to release in FY25 (Financial Year 25). for info, I think FY25 runs from 1st April 2024 until 31st March 2025.

Journalist Mohammed Ahmed documents the deliberate and complete destruction of the sole dialysis center in north Gaza. It was located inside Al-Shifa complex, and was utterly gutted by the occupation.

I find this interview to be rather telling, as apparently it wasn't thought far ahead of Tails' reasoning for being in the first movie's mid-credits scene. Knuckles was easier because he obviously wasn't there yet and had Sonic 3 & Knuckles to take inspiration from in terms of his story, and with Shadow there most likely wasn't as much of a problem as there was with Tails, as his mid-credits scene was just Walters and a random agent talking about Shadow as he was beginning to wake up while also having the advantage of already having Sonic Adventure 2 in mind for his arc, but now this leads us back to Amy and Metal, because do even have the full story laid out for those two yet, especially after everything that went down in this movie?

Hmm… this is interesting indeed. I could’ve sworn that post credit scene characters were chosen if they specifically had a story to tell, which is why the team was so quick to add in Tails, Knuckles, and Shadow that way that they have. I don’t remember them saying before that they’ve struggled to tell Tails’ story in the films. Generally, the notes that I’ve seen for these films is “now that event A is done, how does this affect others for event B?”

If anything, there already is an idea and summary of what Amy Rose and Metal are supposed to serve. This should follow after the Eclipse Canon explodes, the moon breaking in half. Robotnik dying, and Shadow living. Those should be the “triggers” in what brings these two characters into a fourth story.

Well just have to wait and see what happens😊
