I don’t even remember what I ate this past week. The last three days are all a blur when it comes to food, my intake, and exercise.
I’m going to be honest, I wanted to pretend this weekend didn’t happen because I ate like crap, binged, and not done what I’m supposed to.
I actually had an emergency phone session with my therapist during my plan time and we came up with a game plan because I emailed her asking for a session sooner than in the 2 weeks we have scheduled.
I’ve been feeling so defeated and unorganized because I am going to one extreme or the next. I’m either tracking and restricting so little I end up binging or I’m not tracking or caring and still binging.
She wants me to try to track again BUT instead of restricting, she wants me to find my TDEE with light exercise 3x a week and then the deficit for 1lb a week. I’ve never done 1lb a week. I’ve always done 2 or more. I also say I never exercise. So, I’m not getting an accurate reading. Because I do light exercises almost everyday.
And then she wants me to only commit for one week, even if I “mess up.” I’m so bad with my all or nothing personality. She also said to tell my dietician Friday what I’ve come up with and see what she said.
Basically, the goal is to make me feel in enough control that I stop binging because my binging has been even worse since I said I wasn’t going to track anymore…. And wouldn’t you know it. One of my triggers for binging is feeling out of control. Crazy how that happens.

2024 goals & resolutions 🎀
with 2024 right around the corner I figured it would be a good idea to list out some of my 2024 goals in the different areas of my life. I will have financial goals, health goals, fitness goals, academic goals, and relationship goals.
💕 Financial Goals
build my savings account to a minimum of 1000$ by the end of the year
save enough (~800$) to move into an apartment with my boyfriend
pay off my two credit cards, then use them sparingly
begin investing my money
use a monthly budget spreadsheet (loosely)
💕 Health Goals
Follow a semi anti inflammatory diet using the 80/20 principle
get closer to my goal weight range (healthy weight for my height)
only eat out on occasions, otherwise cook at home only
incorporate more whole foods into my diet
stay hydrated on a consistent level
💕 Fitness Goals
walk 7k-10k steps daily
keep a consistent weight lifting/cardio routine
begin attending pilates/workout classes
don't skip any of my yoga classes at my university
work on improving health and reaching my dream physique
💕 Academic Goals
raise my GPA closer to a 4.0
pass spring/fall classes with all B's/A's
keep a consistent study routine
turn in all assignments conplete and on time
increase class attendance as I am paying for my education and should utilize class time

yk how earth has a sound around the planet right? and so does the other planets and whatever well for my planet it’ll have like a soft beat around it! (maybe a soft fairy-ish sound idk how to explain it)
my planet is the 4th planet from the sun
magic exists heavily in that world but its controlled magic
time does not exist in regards to my post here where i said everyone is immortal
SOME animals can talk (cats, dogs, foxes, sea lions, penguins, bears, elephants and wolves and bunnies)
ocean animals are friendly to humans (that is unless you disturb them or try to kill them)
the species that exist in this world are called “Liminoids” (get it..? “limi” as in like “limitless?” no? just me?☹️)
yes cars and planes exist but they run solely on like magic energy so it doesn’t ruin the planet
zoo’s will not exist in this world every animal lives in healthy environment thats immune to damage
even though i said time doesn’t exist this planet will traditionally celebrate something similar to new years but instead of like “yayy 365 days has passed!!” no we’ll be celebrating the life this planet has given us and we’ll all do something good to the planet as thankfulness. the fireworks will be used from magic!
the planet is free from any type of universal damage
everyone in this world is born with an element but that element won’t activate until the age of 16 (immortality again, people can still age by numbers but their body will not change. they will still look like a person in their 20s people can select their age here whenever they turn 18)
foods here will not make people overweight or obese (you can gain muscle)
instead of regular hair colors people in this world are born with various colors or 1 color
(im still thinking about it) maybe i’ll add like a special machine to where the people in this planet would maybe like to travel to earth! (they would be given procedures to keep their identity safe)
every country is ran by a healthy, stable SMART and fair monarch. (people still have freedom and equality its just to maintain world order)
cheating isn’t allowed in this planet, if found out; a persons partner is given 2 options. 1 remove this persons immorality and sentence them to death or 2 forever punishment
theres a big dome where certain countries come to entertain other countries with cool events
alsooo if you guys wanna shift to test it out then you can! you’re only given 7 hours though. you’ll be granted a little watch that has a timer. and you can only visit this place 4 times! please be respectful there though. its still in progress! here are some pictures to what the planet looks like from being on it! Artist Goals 2025

I make these lists of artist goals every year. Unfortunately, if I'm being honest with myself, I rarely achieve the goals I set. Maybe I'm asking too much of myself. Maybe life stuff is sidetracking me more than I intend or expect. Maybe I just don't know how to set goals.
When I look at the lists I've whipped up for past years, I see incredibly productive years. It's like all the best case scenarios - what I wanted those years to be. But if I can be completely transparent for a moment, I've been having a rough time behind the scenes a lot lately. Family stuff. Money stuff. Health stuff. Political stuff. I have no lack of ambition and interest to work on the things I love, but I can't deny I struggle to keep up more than I'd like.
I've tried to keep all this in mind this year. It still sounds like a lot, but I want very much to believe this is reasonable. I guess we'll know for sure in about 365 days. But to tell the truth, as long as I get to draw Chiaki and Rain and their friends (and maybe some rat doodles along the way), I'll be happy. I just want to keep drawing all my kids and telling their stories and sharing them with you, so it's what I'm going to keep trying to do.
I promise to do my best, so wish me luck! ^_^
And I hope the best for you all in your own endeavors in the coming year. Stay safe, stay happy, stay healthy.

This tumblr account started because I wanted to hold myself more accountable, to do better. I just wanted to improve my life.
And my life has drastically changed in the past few months. ( this tumblr account is quite recent).
I graduated. I got into an amazing graduate program abroad. I learnt how to manage my finances and I am learning every day how to make my money work for me. These new skills are absolutely priceless. I am reading more and more about every little skill I need to build an amazing life for myself. I’ve lost weight and learnt how to manage a healthy diet. I cut off a lot of social media ( tiktok for example), and it helped me regain focus on what truly matters, while gaining back my attention span!
But it is not nearly enough. It’s a satisfying growth so far, but I want to accomplish so much more in the upcoming year, in the upcoming 365 days.
This is why, just like the 30 days without TikTok challenge that I’ve previously accomplished, I want to set a new goal for myself.
The 365 days challenge. This challenge is about to change my life. I have many things I want to do, many things I want to accomplish, many dreams to make come true.
I’ll update daily, and also make a big monthly update.
I have to work hard every day. I have to work like there is no tomorrow.
I have a lot of projects I have been working on, and truly, I do not want to let these projects die because of my laziness, my procrastination. I believe we all have something to bring to this world, and I don’t want this something to be written off as “ something with potential but that never became true”, but as History. At least, History for myself.
I am gonna treat this like a book/novel, with endless possibilities and infinite endings.
Honestly, what is your life, if not a novel that you get to write every day?
I am anxious, but excited.

Butch Hartman's style of mean spirited humor will never cease to amaze me, especially when often the targets of these are usually dumb children who are given powers beyond their comprehension and are just- expected to not immediately take advantage of that? Timmy Turner: No doubt a little shit from time to time, but hes also a 10 year old who has to suffer through neglectful/emotionally distant parents and a homicidal babysitter. He gets the ability to make all the wishes he wants (within the binds of rules), fuck up, learn his lesson, and is able to turn everything back to the status quo while retaining that knowledge. He is as selfish as a 10 year old middle class boy can be, but he still has his moments of kindness and genuine heart. Danny Fenton: Older by about 4 years and unlike Timmy, is far more reserved and chill. He still has "selfish teenage boy" syndrome, but I also feel like he isn't as impulsive as Timmy is? He still has his moments, but he isn't as "mean" or unreasonable as the show would want you to believe sometimes.
I could think of maybe one or two times Danny was fully out of line with no justification (like using his powers to sneak into the girls locker room, which is also a very Teenage Boy thing to do- but still). A lot of his fuck ups came from good intentions gone wrong or simply him not knowing how to process his emotions in a healthy way. And even when he doesnt do something horrendous enough to deserve his parents to be blown up by Burger King dipping sauce, the universe is cruel to him anyway? Like god forbid he doesn't like 1 day out of the 365 day year?
And unlike Timmy he doesn't always have the privilege to turn the clock back, unless he literally bullies Clockwork to get himself involved.

Been a stressful last week.
I didn’t do great with tracking or making good eating choices.
Between mom’s move and my sick cat 😿 I have been stressed out.
Going to try and stick to it this week.
This morning I kept hitting snooze so I didn’t grab a breakfast to take to work besides a banana . I stopped at McDonald’s and ordered only sausage and eggs (tracked it on WW). I figured it was better than having a biscuit and hash brown with it.

Day 1: 11.14.2024
Wow. I'm SO proud of myself. This is the first day in MONTHS I haven't felt the urge to binge eat. If someone were to look at what I ate today, they'd probably say "that's not healthy!" Well, for me, it is!

I stopped at Wendy's for breakfast. My normal order includes a large potato wedges, 2 sandwiches, and a coffee. Today, I ordered the sausage and cheese muffin without the butter sauce and a small potato wedge. I ended up not eating 1.5 of the muffin.

Instead of reaching for my candy drawer (aka my student's treasure chest LOL), I had 2 tangerines and an alani. WIN!

Lunch was this amazing salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, green olives, and feta cheese. Lately I've been just getting whatever is in the cafeteria.

Snack time was 2 turkey pepperoni sticks. I stayed away from the candy drawer again! Yahoo!

Usually, when I get home from work I drive by the mailbox and check the mail. Today, I parked at the house and walked to the mailbox! It wasn't a huge walk but it was more than I normally do.

Now, I realize I had fast food TWICE today. Both times Wendy's. My fiance was craving it tonight. This right here, is my BIGGEST accomplishment today. How this usually goes involves saying "okay, I'm going to get the smallest caloric dense item. No, I will get whatever I want and NEVER eat fast food again." And then order a large of everything, including ice cream. Tonight, I chose a chicken sandwich and a medium fry with a diet coke WITHOUT THE GUILT. I'm no fitness trainer, but I am extremely pleased with my eating today.
I'm still fighting some negative thoughts and the urge to add everything up to calculate how many calories I ate today. I'm also super anxious because I haven't weighed today. But I don't need to know these things! It is okay to JUST eat.
For day 1 of not tracking anything, trying not to feel guilty, and trying to have a positive relationship with food, it was a solid day.

I know you've been a fan of Jimin for a while and as someone who only became a fan in 2023 I wanted to ask you a question about this:

Even in the short time I've been a fan of Jimin I learned not to always trust what armys say about him. So I'm not sure what information is true and what is exaggerated or even completely made up. I've seen this dieting subject be brought up before when it comes to Jimin and it seems that the general concensus in the fandom is that Jimin struggled with that more than the other member, but is that actually true or is it just another case of armys's double standards when it comes to Jimin? Like, I've seen people mention him doing extremes diets, something about him not eating for 10 days, about him passing out multiple times, starving himself, being concerningly thin back in 2016 or 2017 (I don't remember what year exactly they were talking about and looking at him during time I didn't really notice it myself), and a bunch of other stuff. Is any of that true? What I'm guessing is that probably only some of it is true and possibly exaggerated, but I can't be sure. So that's why I'm asking you, cause I figured you'd at least know more than me. Cause some people seem convinced he had an ED, and I don't know how I feel about people diagnosing him with something serious like that.
Yes, it's 10000% an exaggeration.
Jimin never showed or gave anyone reason to believe that he struggled with an eating disorder. Everrrr. I want to give people the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe Jimin's talked about it the most through the years so everyone has the wrong idea, but I can't even say that. I can't even say that Jimin's talked about skipping meals more than the other memebers, because it's just not true.
The only thing that's happened is army being stupid, honestly. That's really it. Their tunnel vision and their inability to put two facts of someone together and make that someone a complex, real person. They look at Jimin (and all the other members) as if he's a fiction trope. And they keep talking about a nonexistent eating disorder because it fits the trope they've made up of him; frail, skinny, gay, cute, too nice for his own good, defenseless.
Yoongi has legs like toothpicks and he doesn't get eating disorder allegations. Why? Because it doesn't fit the musky-perfumed, whisky lover, smoker, granddad idea of army. I'm pretty sure last year he also said on live something about eating one meal a day.
You can see Jungkook literally binge eating in every BTS content ever filmed. After binge eating he starts talking about how he needs to lose weight and shouldn't eat anymore. Every. Single. Time. Eating disorder allegations? No, because he's got pecs and like two defined abs. Eating disorders go both ways. Binge eating as a habit is ALSO an eating disorder. And for the record, I doubt Jungkook binge eats like that 365 days a year for all meals, but if he did, it would be an eating disorder and army still wouldn't say anything as look as he "looked" healthy.

It really is just army's tunnel vision.
They've chosen this career and they've always known what it would entail. Dieting and fasting before schedules is something normal to them. It might not be normal for you, me, or some dumb armys but it is to them the same it's normal for bodybuilders and people like Michael Phelps to eat 12k calories a day -which also isn't normal for like anyone in the planet-.
If dieting is an eating disorder, then I think we should go ahead and say all idols have an eating disorder including the other six members of BTS.

Leap Day Spell
The Earth takes 365 days and roughly six hours to orbit the Sun. Leap Day, occurring on February 29th, is a corrective measure to include those extra hours.
Do you work very hard but are not appreciated at your job? Do you give generously in a relationship but are not reciprocated? Have you been eating healthy without noticing any effect on your body?
As above, so below. Leap Day is the time for correcting mismatching things in life.
STEP 1: The Protest
At any time during the 24 hours of a Leap Day, write down on a piece of paper, in just one sentence, what you wish to correct in your life.
If you have more than one grievance, choose that which pains you the most. The one that, if set right, will give you the greatest relief.
Using natural paper uncoated with polymers, as well as pencil instead of processed ink, will help you connect to nearby supernatural earth-dwellers.
STEP 2: The Appeal
On the back of the paper, write with your non-dominant hand these eleven names:
Abbac, Abdac, Istac, Audac, Castrac, Cuac, Cusor, Tristator, Derisor, Detestator, Incantator
They are demons who work for the old gods. They punish the mischievous and the cruel with scorn and ridicule.
The struggle you feel while using your opposite hand is what will make them take notice of you.
STEP 3: The Judgement
Put your paper and a single banana peel in a small unpainted metal pail. Fill it up with water. Place it where the light from the Sun or the Moon can reach it.
A banana peel, though considered trash, is rife with vitamins and minerals. Your protest will be weighed by the demons against it: What has more worth, your complaint or a piece of garbage?
STEP 4: The Waiting
After exactly eleven hours have passed, use the liquid in the pail to water a plant. Respectfully dispose of the paper and the banana peel together.
If the old gods’ minions have found your protest worthy, that aspect of your life will begin correcting itself in the next few days.
If nothing has happened in eleven days, it means they have decided that whatever unfairness you are suffering is well-deserved. That it is payment for how you too have treated others unfairly before.

Pink Champagne's Personal Development Plan

this is my version of 75 Hard, modified for a realistic approach to long-term personal development and self-improvement. though i was inspired by the structure of 75 Hard, this isn't a short-term challenge. i've organized this plan as a lifestyle blueprint that can be continued for longer than 75 days.
unlike a crash diet or a challenge intended to be started and stopped over and over again, this set of guidelines can be easily implemented into one's life, and here’s why:
i will not lie and say i don't care about physical appearance, but the focus of this strategy is to feel better and improve overall health. my plan explicitly outlines which foods to gravitate towards and which to cut back on. there are no bad foods; this is just what works for me.
crash diets and workout challenges might produce the superficial results you want, but implementing a health strategy that focuses on the big picture is more beneficial in the long run. i’m easing into it, allowing cheat days, and not setting a 75-day timeline. give yourself grace and celebrate your wins.
i love the basic concept and structure of 75 Hard, however, progress pictures are generally most helpful for those who are trying to improve their physical appearance. since this is a long-term plan prioritizing health over appearance, i replaced this section with one on consistency in general, focusing on routines and habits. i also added a self care section because that’s extremely important to me. i will continue updating this post.
with healthy habits comes a healthy body and mind. take care of yourself and you will reap the benefits, mentally and physically.

exceptions: feta, parmesan, greek yogurt, kefir, mayo, bacon, honey, matcha, celcius

begin taking marine collagen and chlorophyll for skin and hygiene
increase fruits and veggies: romaine lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers are my focus right now.
increase protein intake: chickpeas, peanut butter, eggs, black beans.
honorable mentions: oats, blueberries, avocado, sweet potato, carrots, broccoli, spinach, kale, white meat, kombucha

100 oz a day. i'm purchasing a brita faucet filter and a new water bottle to encourage this goal.

mondays, wednesdays, fridays:
30 donkey kicks, each side
30 fire hydrants, each side

tuesdays & thursdays:
30 second plank
30 second side plank, each side
30 crunches

sometimes i do my ab workout on saturday or sunday as well to get a third one in.
i plan on working cardio and physical therapy exercises into this routine eventually.
i’m thinking of purchasing a home pilates reformer!
