I worked on my academic plan, made sure to register for all the good classes that will help my career ! It’s important to take a hour or two to really fix goals and objectives for your semester. 🫶🏻
Now, I am gonna do some shopping before concluding my expenses of this month ( I do not have to buy anything until the beginning of January), so now I can work on my budget.
Then, I will study. I have been thinking about restarting the 365 days challenge, so it can begin on the first of January lmaoo.
I feel like it works better from my brain somehow!

I finished work, did my groceries and did my laundry. So now, studying is the only thing left that I have to do! ( I’ll take a small break though).

The aftermath of depression
We don't talk enough about the aftermath of depression, and even less about the aftermath of severe depression.
Depression is not something you easily grow out of. It leaves a scar so deeply ingrained in every aspect of your life that it becomes your “normality.”
In my case, my past severe depression destroyed my ability to build new friendships; I only feel comfortable with the friends who were in my life before all of this.
It also destroyed my discipline. I’m not trying to brag, but before my depressive episode, I had the kind of discipline that helped me reach the top academically in my country.
Now, I only see glimpses of that past discipline, and I rely heavily on the strengths I had before the depression.
But you know what? I’ve had enough of this. I let my depression define who I was for almost four years. Sure, there was a recovery period, but I’ve had it with the aftermath.
I think it’s time to claim my life back.
I beat depression when I lost weight. I beat depression when I still excelled academically. I beat depression when I managed to stay creatively engaged in my work. I beat depression when I began caring more about myself and regained some confidence.
Isn’t it time I reclaim my discipline and my social life?
After all, I still have what it takes to be “ranked number one in my class” and to rebuild my social abilities.

From day 51 to day 57 of the 365 days challenge:
I see how much I am able to do when I put my mind to it, and I do greatly every single time I actually put in the work.
This year is about to end in a little bit more than 20 days.
I reached my weight goal.
I reached my financial goals for this year, and I’ll do even better next year.
I am learning confidence and dressing how I want. I am finally being myself.
I went abroad for an amazing grad program.
However… I have not achieved my study and craft goals.
I haven’t achieved this ultimate version of myself.
And it keeps up me at night.
And I won’t let this go any longer.

Got home from work. I already got my laundry ready, I wanted to do my groceries earlier but I forgot my credit card. As soon as the washing machine finishes, and I complete another task, I’ll go do my groceries !

Day 50 of the 365 days challenge :
I submitted all of my assignments! However, I already have two new assignments 🙄. But just like this time, I’ll plan in advance so I can be ahead of my schedule.
I also need to do a lot of exam prep this week and next week to be super ahead of my schedule.
( i have to use YPT more, I study but I don’t log in)
Also, 2hours and 37 min of screen time today. Might reach 3h by the time I go to sleep.

Day 48 and 49 of the 365 days challenge :
It was kinda a strange weekend. I didn’t study that much besides polishing up my assignments, but I realised some stuff that are going to change my life in a good way!
Besides that, my screentime is still going strong. This weekend, I am gonna achieve my two hours goal. I somehow can’t drop below 3 hours lmaooo.

I got home after my part time job, did my groceries so I won’t have to do them during the weekend and I can focus on studying. I’ll also do my laundry today or tomorrow morning very early.
Time to take a little break before I finish my report, and since I am ahead of my assignments. As planned, I can focus on reviewing for my exams.
