Okay, but a Bruce that puts all his self-worth in what he can do for other people being confused as to why anyone would care if he died. The loss of Batman would be a tragedy, sure, but who cares about Bruce Wayne? (Alfred, obviously, as he has to tell Bruce constantly until the boy believes it)
If you're Bruce and you believe your life is already forfeit to Gotham, your city, then I see where he's coming from. Meanwhile, Alfred is watching this all happen from the sidelines, horrified at the idea of getting Bruce back after so many years, only to see him fall in a random, dirty alley like his parents did.

i only got to work out for half an hour just now bc otherwise id be too late for class and it made me sad. ive become such a sweathead
#it was abs today anyway bc i overdid it on upper body yesterday so i dont really have a muscle group aside from that that's not sore today#i jogged on and off lightly for like 6 mins to warm up#then did a few sets of bicep curls/hammer curls just bc. well frankly i wanted to#and then i did a bunch of ab workouts and suddenly it was 7:30 when i felt like i was just getting started#sad. sad!#well not 7:30 it was like 7:20. class started at 7 lol#text

i havent been to the gym since i moved out & i wanna get active again but fr -_- i feel like everything is too much faff, too expensive or something that will bore me to tearssssss

IM GOING TOKILLMYSELFFFFF.#and the stupid music makes me want to put knives in my fucking ears#i'd gym again but i just couldnt keep waking up at 5am i wasnt getting sleep & half the time i wasnt even able to get a good work out in#like it would be 30mins max of actual exercise and then like#+ so much more time just getting there and it was wrecking everything else in my schedule#it sounds so dumb but even shit like having to drop my bagg off & pick it up every day meant i had to get later buses (& more)#and it would mean just losing hours in total at that point. for what. for a 30 min workout. when i wasnt making any progress with anyway bc#i was getting no sleep? 😭#i wanted ot try running outside again but ugh not to be a baby but people have been harassing me in the street so much more again and i jus#cant fucking do it broooo#and im too shy for most classes . the other stuff is crazy expensive . im going to start gnawing on something for real#i was thinking abt bouldering but it looks so crazy fucking expensive#its rlly a shame bc i did rlly start to get into running too. i could get a treadmill but idek where to put it rn and it feels crazy#to get one when i dont even have a couch... ehrm

#just finished my cardio i really want to keep on going even though my thighs are burning after yesterday's one 😹#i think i'll do 20 mins tomorrow too and then will up to 25 mins for few days and then to 30 after that and gradually higher#i don't want to give up so it's important to me to be able to finish it each time#anyways bless free youtube workout videos i actually feel the rush of endorphines even if this is a short workout :")#i'll just keep updating each day to keep myself consistent and see the progress of how i feel 😌

i wish someone would keep me accountable for working out. i always feel better when i work out regularly, but im always either a) so busy with diving/working, b) so tired from a), and/or c) too unmotivated to keep it on a regular routine and instead do it sporadically
#before anyone says anything#i already know that 1) i can do it myself 2) i don’t HAVE to work out to be happy 3) i can only prioritize so much under capitalism#4) i can do home workouts (but i can’t/don’t push myself there like i do at the gym where i can be more regimented)#but i want a little gym buddy to be like ‘hey do you have a free 30 min tmo? i want to hit arms’ or SOMETHING

i underestimated the power of actually enjoying the exercise you're doing actually has

Two weeks ago I had a lot a lot of anxiety, now I have come down from that high and feel with very low energy
#it first started a week before my period#and it was the mix of a lot of things#now my period is gone I feel tired#I know that I have to do any kind of excersice to get more feel good hormones#but the last time I was going to go out for a walk it rained#so now I will try it again#and to make it easier I will not change into workout clothes bc in my brain that means having to do an actual workout class or go to the gym#instead I will go out in my sweatpants and some comfy clothes and try to be outside for 30 mins to an hour#just put my headphones on and go for a walk#then hopefully that will make me want to go for a jog or something#I haven’t had that feeling in a while and I’m not a fan#mariana.txt
