i had a lot of fun! this was the year that made me actually forget that i was an introvert.
the past 12 months was an experience making me feel like a main character in a book a long with having the 'character development phase' that comes with it.
i am grateful for everything, 2022! you made my year both exciting and memorable!
2023 hope you'll be nice to me like 2022 was.

easy tips to be your best version before 2023
this is my little gift to you! if you needed a guide or ideas on how to get started here it is! it is very simple and it will help you to create routines and get improvements in your life 🤍
things to do before the end of the year
incorporate small healthy habits into your routine
replace bad foods with healthier ones
go to sleep an hour earlier than you usually do and wake up an hour earlier
start the day with gratitude, meditate and be thankful for what you have
exercise 3 times a week
focus on what you like about yourself and what is within your power to change right now
create a skincare routine (day and night)
put on a face mask once a week
start taking care of your hair
take time for yourself before going to sleep, relax, forgetting the worries of the day
listen to podcasts that motivate you to be the best version of you
install an application on your phone to help you organize your day
keep track of your days and always get organized before the next day
be more aware of who you are and your surroundings
change your internal dialogue for a more positive one
stay focused on your goals
tidy up your room
drink plenty of water a day, and carry a bottle of water with you at all times
get rid of things that no longer benefit you or are bad for you
organize your cell phone
spend less time on social media and when you do, watch motivational content (e.g. my blog)
feel pretty
start acting the way you want to be
treat others the way you want to be treated (e.g. kindness and respect).
set new goals for 2023 and continue with all of this in your life.

Obviously unrelated with the comic I’ve been developing but I couldn’t ignore such an important Anipoké happening that it was yesterday. I’m still recovering from the intense and spectacular final episode of Ash VS Leon battle, it brought me tears on my eyes! I’m super emotional about Ash’s victory that was completely deserved and an evidence of the huge growth of the character in over 1200 episodes and dozens of movies. Ash is now a World Champion, the strongest Trainer of the planet, what a time to be alive!!

it is never too late to start, you have been putting it off for a long time, you have a lot of information but you don't know how to apply it to your life.
ask yourself
how would the best version of yourself act?
what would the best version of yourself look like?
what are the habits that your best version would have?
what are the goals of your best version?
what would you like to change to get closer to your best version?
2. take action
after knowing what you can do to improve, put it into practice now. some ideas.
start with new habits
be more organized and disciplined
be aware of your value
have a more positive mindset open to change
change your perspective on things
let go of what doesn't serve or benefit you
more self-love
surround yourself only with things that are good for you (also people)
change your internal dialogue to a more positive one.
start acting the way you would like to be, without fear.
3. feel, act and live like your best self
changing old patterns is not easy, but start doing it by replacing those old habits with ones that add to your life.don't live in the past anymore, start living your present, start acting and being the person you have always dreamed of being that doesn't mean you have to completely change your personality, it means you are improving your lifestyle and the way you perceive yourself and the world, you are changing your perspective to a much more positive one, you don't deserve to keep on living feeling bad about yourself and wishing you were someone else. you have the power to change.

reconnect with the things that you love, inspire and make you feel you.
create your personal signature, with your favorite scent (perfume and cream), makeup, clothing and accessories, likes and hobbies, your favorite places, everything that inspires you to be your best version.
but in the end, the first step begins when you start to become aware of your value and that you deserve everything you want.
