Walking home from a lovely date night you ended up having a not so lovely encounter with the purple dragons. Of course your going to do your part to protect your partner.

April:

April was the best girlfriend you could've asked for. That's why you decided to treat her to the best dinner out you could afford.

Deciding to end the perfect date with a romantic walk home, you did NOT expect to meet up with the purple dragons.

Obviously not wanting to end the night in a gang fight you would both attempt to walk the other direction.

Key word 'attempt'

Because of course they would see you

And of course they would stop you

and OF COURSE they would recognize April as an ally of the turtles

BECAUSE OF COURSE

so now you and April are cornered by the purple dragons in a different alleyway that might as well be the same one with how nasty it was.

and you know what, could April handle herself? Yes, yes she could.

But you'd swallow gasoline before you'd let the purple dragons get all up in her face

So now you are standing between April and the purple dragons with crowbars, bats, and pocket knives pointed at your face.

you decided to stall, maybe they would get bored of you, or maybe the turtles would show up in time to get the off your backs.

That was wishful thinking though and any of those thoughts evaporated the second one of them struck April.

Oh HECK NAH

"Normally I'm the medic, but-"

So you did what any rational and clear minded person would do.

You pulled out a taser and went to town on the thick headed freaks.

Safe to say April was surprised. Not that she was complaining, your the reason you both got home safe after all.

You were just usually more of a pacifist.

You'll feel bad for letting her get hurt but honestly, she's too surprised by your 180 flip in personality to care.

After the initial shock wears off she'll assure you that everything's fine and that she's had worse injuries.

She'll still let you take care of there until you feel better though.❤️

Casey:

Normally you'd be in the armored car during fights with the med kit.

That way you could patch up any serious injuries the others would get.

Not to mention your not much of a fighter.

However, the armored car wasn't really an option anymore seeing as during a fight with the Shredder it was promptly flipped on its back.

Not being able to really leave the fight you assured Casey from the side lines that you were okay.

He acknowledged you and you went to hide while you watched the fight unfold.

That was until Foot soldiers found you and took you right to the Shredders side.

The turtles, Casey, and Splinter were all *panik*😰

One thing the soldiers didn't do however, was block you off from your access to your gun.

Sometimes it payed to look like someone who wouldn't conceal carry.

as the others tried to negotiate with Shredder for your life you slowly and carefully grabbed and clicked your gun.

Then you shot one of the soldiers in the foot. (Foot got shot in the foot, hehe. I'm funny)

The second the one let go you shot the other in the arm and that gave the others enough of an opening to get Shredder away from you and continue the fight.

All but Casey.

Bro was FLABBERGASTED

YOU HAD A GUN!?

Honestly, he thinks its hot.

Is a lot less worried about you being on you own in New York.

Don't get me wrong, he still gets worried. He's just glad you have a means of protection on you.

This was a really fun piece, I'd never draw this many characters and details in just one illustration before

I haven't made a rant post in a good while but let me make one that has been bothering me for a while now.

AHEM

Can ya'll like, not downplay or undermine the turtles's traumas? I don't know, I've seen some people act like just because one turtle suffered more then that means the other one didn't. Or they are also just overlooking their trauma's and ignoring them and trying to hype the other one up. This goes for the other TMNT characters as well.

It feels like the TMNT community is trying to make a contest of sorts on who suffered worst which kind of just leads to downplaying or acting like other characters's trauma doesn't matter. That's how it has been coming off to me lately. Basically people undermining and or overlooking one's trauma and or issues.

Here's an example: People have been saying Rise Leo doesn't have inferiority complex or thinks he is useless or doesn't have self esteem issues because we've seen him be more confident and happy. I don't know but this comes off as my mama telling me I shouldn't be depressed because I have everything and I'm happy and there are people who have it worst. I'm sorry but speaking as someone who is quite hyperactive (mostly from how I run and jump around often) and is shown to be happy, I still suffer from negative thoughts like depression, anxiety and low self esteem. This is kind of something I saw some people say. Because those characters are shown to be really happy and extroverted and other positive emotions, it isn't possible for them to feel depressed or sad right? That's how it has been coming off to me lately.

Also people have different ways of coping then other people do. And you are all forgetting people will often put a facade of some sorts to try and cover up their problems (which we've seen characters like Rise Leo, Mikey in almost all iterations, Rise Donnie and other characters cover it up with some form of facade that is either comedic, strict, bad boy like or anything really).

I guess in short, I don't like how people are kind of just downplaying, overlooking, ignoring, undermining some of the characters's trauma by stuff like saying they are happy they can't be depressed and or one suffered more then the other. Yes, some people in real life for example to have a lot of worse things going on in their lives then someone else but, we should still aknowledge other peoples's problems and or trauma whether they'd be severe or not, their problems still matter and we should help them the best that we can.

I might have made some grammar mistakes or some parts might seem confusing, so if I need to clarify things or possibly explain more then just tell me.

You know what’s been bothering me? The lack of Raph and April interactions especially in 03. We saw her interact a lot with Donny with Leo and even Mikey. Do the writers seriously think they have nothing they can do with April and Raph? Because I am sure there’s a lot of opportunities. Does anyone know why this is? Just a thought.

She doesn't really know what to think at first.

She's never really been around a lot of people with piercings aside from the basic one on the ears.

So safe to say she doesn't really have an opinion when she first meets you.

The more she gets to know you though, the more she likes you.

And the more she likes you the more she begins to associate piercings with things she likes.

So safe to say after a while she beings to really like them!

You ever remove one of your piercings she'll be very confused.

She won't say anything but in her head she'll be like "what is happening".

She wouldn't really get any piercings of her own to match, she doesn't think they'd look good on her.

That being said she will openly admire your piercings and let you know which ones she likes the best one you.

She will get worried though it you get/have a tongue piercing though.

Really doesn't want you getting gingivitis or any other mouth infection you.

Overall she's so cute with you, she just loves you so much and loves how sparkly they make you look.

Casey:

Lowkey associates piercing with the purple dragons, not as bad as tattoos though.

(Pray you don't have both cuz his dumb butt will NOT trust you for so long)

After he gets over his initial bias though and realizes your a pretty chill dude he'll think they look sick.

He might even get a few to match you even!

Do be sure to teach him how to take care of them though cuz bro will definitely get an infection if you don't.

The guy is so reckless.

He'd probably get hired for som electrical job and either get shocked in the face due to his piercing or somehow get it ripped out.

Honestly it might be best if you didn't let him get piercings.

When you guys cuddle he'd kiss each of your piercings.

If you ask him why he'd just say because he love you.

In reality tho, bro has no idea why.

Just impulse, it just seems like fun🤷

All TMNT Shredder’s Revenge Color References - Mona Lisa

Other Color Reference posts are linked at the bottom of this post.

I made some posts back when the first Shredder’s Revenge dlc came out detailing the references of all the additional colors (to the best of my ability). As there’s 2 new characters out, that’s plenty of new colors to detail and I’d feel wrong not checking them out again. Feel free to give me any additional info/corrections you might know and I hope you enjoy checking this out.

The focus of this post is of course Mona Lisa. I would say to also check out the Mondo Gecko post especially, but I unfortunately don’t have that finished yet. I have since put out a Mondo Gecko post linked at the bottom of you’re curious.

And on a side note, I think she’s really fun to play. I don’t really know how accurate the stars for stats are but she feels like the best combination in the game without feeling like a boss character (which Karai and Usagi did). I did grind out Survival as her already but I’ll probably do story mode as her soon.

# 4 - Venus de Milo - Stumped me for a little while as all I could think of is how this just looks like Leo’s colors. Then realized when comparing that her blues here are lighter than Leo and it immediately reminded me of Venus, the 5th turtle from the infamous TMNT Next Mutation

# 5 - Y'Gythgba (2012 Show version of Mona Lisa)

# 6 - Lita (IDW Comics) - I don’t think I’m even close to the section where Mona Lisa nor Lita appear in the IDW comics yet but from what I skimmed online, it seems like Lita is quite connected to Mona Lisa in said comics which seems to be why they chose this outfit. It definitely looks quite close visually as well which makes me confident it’s correct.

# 7 - Quarry/Sydney (2003 Show)? - Pretty unlikely it’s her as Sydney is much closer to color 5 (although I’m pretty confident that’s referencing Y'Gythgba already). The only other character I can come up with currently is Zak although I feel that would make even less sense to reference and while the hair and some of her body matches his general outfit, it also feels off.

Edit: Slash (2012) - 2 Commenters (o4o4 and kisshufan4ever) mentioned this and I’m surprised I hadn’t seen it sooner (I do recall skimming over Slash designs) but on second look, they do seem quite close.

# 8 - Red Fox? (ROTTMNT) - It seems like an odd reference to me but visually speaking, it does seem decently similar.

# 9 - K'Vathrak/Newtralizer (2012 Show) The chest doesn’t have the fading effect like the actual Newtrailizer but otherwise it seems close enough.

# 10 - Mirage - She doesn’t originate from the original black-and-white Mirage comics but she probably got this skin to be in-line with everyone else.

# 11 - NES - Basically same situation as Mirage, she’s never looked like this before but she got it to be in-line with everyone else.

# 12 - Gameboy - Same as NES

hey has anyone else seen both tmnt 2003 and generator rex? no? okay

crossover au where rex, six, holiday, and maybe bobo get pulled into the tmnt 2003 universe, but they all end up in different places when they go in

bishop and stockman find rex and try to control his nanites like how they try to control nano in “membership drive”, but it obviously does not go well and then they find out that rex is not just a very human-looking robot but actually is a little boy. and now hes malfunctioning bc their control chip is reacting bad with his nanites

bishop then gets a call that someone just materialized in the middle of epf hq so he goes to investigate and holiday is there and hes like WOW! HOT a What Baabhabhiat. theres also another version of this idea where bishop and stockman dont care that rex is intelligent and they still want to try to get a control chip on that boy but they need to deactivate the first one bc its malfunctioning anyways

meanwhile six would probably first be found by april or casey while bobo is first found by the turtles i think. the only reason bobo is there is so that six doesnt Fucking Leave the moment anyone interacts with him. he needs the icebreaker

(it wouldnt be at this point in genrex bc six still has his memories, but i also think karai and chaplin interacting with black knight and caesar would be extremely funny)
