I'm up to date on my chem notes and I finished my math notes too 📝! I picked up my productivity again after a low by taking a hot shower and listening to Fabrizio Paterlini 🎶 Afterwards I focused on getting my mood back up and made up my 2024 vision board!! These will now be my goals for the year ^^

It's the last day of Serirei week 2024, the theme is festival/beach, and Serizawa turns up to the local haunted festival despite not being on the schedule today.

I wanna say a huge thank you to @thenoodledart and @brockoliguy who put this week together, I've had so much fun writing these silly shortfics and seeing what everyone else has been doing too!!

Health and Wellness 🪻🫐| 01/06/2024

Started my fitness journey today with an at home workout.

For my main work out, I did a short Pilates video.

For my warmup and cool down I did some at home yoga.

For breakfast I had a yogurt with dark chocolate chips in it and a hot cup of chai tea. For a snack I had an orange and diet cranberry juice and a few left-over Christmas cookies. For lunch I am having lentil soup with a rice cake with peanut butter and bananas. And for dinner I am having pasta with a salad. 😊

I also cleaned my house. I will finish a scholarship application today, read a few chapters from my book, and work on my upcoming conference presentation.

Day 1/100 of The 100 Days of Productivity Challenge

Today I:

watched the Miami F1 GP from 1 to 3am

had a proper breakfast

took my first Viscous Fluid Flow class (could actually be a nice one, had a lab visit to a flight demonstration wind tunnel. Very fascinating as a F1 fan, especially because the equipment was made in Wokingham, which as a F1 fan, is important because that's where the McLaren Technology Center is hehe time for me to nerd out)

took my first Materials Science and Engineering class (felt like a yucky subject because too much chemistry feels)

read a little bit of The Great Gatsby

read up the 15 different materials and their properties for the class assignment in Materials Science and Engineering

walked 6k steps

sleep: 7 hours

will now watch an episode of The Good Doctor and read more Gatsby

I added an upcoming events page to my kpop notion tracker templates (saw someone add MV and dance practices as a database. It looked so cool. Might do it too)

I also finished editing the skincare page for the life planner template

I caught up with Bible study (missed a few days)
