In a context where Batman is known and seen through his public League appearances, the misogynistic, homophobic, "alpha male" guys start using his image to illustrate their discourse of going to the gym, and seeking submissive women. They admire and misinterpret his traits as endorsements of their toxic masculinity. Online, they share images of Batman with stuff like "Be the Alpha, Be the Batman". They even use the word Batmen as a synonym to Alpha Male. "Real Batmen don't show weakness".

When Bruce becomes aware of this, he hates it. He despises them for all their messed up views, knowing they completely misunderstand his principles. Batman's true strength lies in his commitment to justice, empathy, and respect for all individuals, values that are fundamentally opposed to the toxic masculinity they promote. Bruce is determined to distance his image from their rhetoric, seeing them as nothing more than sexist and homophobic idiots.

So he decides to be a tiny tiny bit more Brucie when they appear in public. Not in form, but in substance :

When he's asked a question, he tries to go "I have no clue, I'd have to ask Black Canary.", or "I'm not sure, I'd have to see what Wonder Woman thinks about that", or "This time, we really couldn't have done anything, anything at all, without Supergirl."

Also, Batman becomes more visibly affectionate with Superman. During public appearances, if he senses a camera on them, he makes sure to be seen clinging to Superman. He would rather face dating rumors every day than be associated with those idiotic discourses.

(It's also a good premise for a superbat fake-dating fic !!)

A game of clue with the batfam isn’t a game. It’s life or death, and the Kent’s were none the wiser.

BRUCE: Clark, I want to tell you if we lose this game of clue I’m done with you.

BRUCE: I’m not shitting around big boy. This is life or death and I’m not losing to my children AGAIN.

TIM: NO SHOT! Me and B are the only decent detectives and if we lose somone must’ve been cheating.

The Kent’s collectively swallow in fear, they’re going to die here.

The game thickens as each place is uncovered, at one point Damian resorted to dangling kon over the cealing with kryptonite in hand,

DAMIAN:DRAKE SHOW ME YOUR CARD I WONT HESITATE.

TIM: FUCK YOU.

And as the game wraps up, we realize that nothing has come from Alfred or duke the whole game. When I rounds back to their turn duke speaks,

DUKE: I’d like to make a Geuss.

The entire family turns, slowly.

Mind you, this is dukes first experience with Wayne clue. He is just as scared as the Kent’s. If not more.

DUKE: Mrs.Scarlet, in the lounge, with the candlebar.

Duke opens the Manila envelope, if he’s right-well he’s dead. If he wrong, he’s going to be dogged on for all eternity.

There it is. Mrs.scarlet, in the lounge, with the handlebar. Duke was right! He cheers and hugs Alfred thankful he won’t be dogged on

Realization hits him.

ALFRED:master Duke. You should run.

That day Duke was almost sent to the hospital, Clark was subsequently almost broken up with in a late night scolding by Bruce, kon WAS dumped for a week and Jon lost a friend

Moral is; DONT PLAY WAYNE FAMILY CLUE.

Day 40- KARA KARA BAZAAR

The Sand Shroud’s full of walking corpses, half the gerudo population said “f that” and is heading for the hills, and the other half is sharpening their spears and bunkering in gerudo town. The situation is a tad more fraught than our two heroes originally considered. (To be fair, they crash landed near the Bazaar’s lighthouse like two duelling eagles in a death spiral. Standards are low.)
