Raphael is the Director, Head Doctor, Superintendent—whatever you call the man in charge. But it's all fucking weird and wrong, like I said, Sucker Punch. He looks perfectly normal in his pristine doctor’s coat, but his shadow? Horns. Tail.

And Tav/You are there for some reason.

Throw in Asmodeus as the High Roller for good measure.

The other patients? Just that, patients. But they’re all dressed in debtor’s rags like they’re from the House of Hope. Except for you. You're different. And you don’t know why.

Looming over everything is the Elder Brain or the Absolute—an unspeakable horror that you do not disturb. Ever. They don’t even have to threaten you; you just know. Break the wrong rule, and it’s lights out—straight to the lobotomy room, where your thoughts go to die. There's warnings scribbled on the walls.

One moment, you’re scrubbing pans in a plain asylum uniform. The next, you’re in a psychiatric session with Dr. Raphael, perched on a balcony overlooking Avernus. You're wearing a dress spun from gold, and suddenly he has a tail again, asking you to pass the file so he can sharpen the tip of his horn. Have you been taking your pills, little mouse?

Time slips away. Reality blurs. One minute you’re a patient, the next you’re fucking the devil and he's telling you how there's nine levels to the facility, just like nine layers of hell. And you're not even sure you want to fuck him, but maybe you do, but maybe you don't after all, but maybe he's holding something over your head?

For some reason you're being asked to sign a contract. The contract can make it all go away. Why is a doctor handing you a contract? What use a doctor has for a contract, and why does he suddenly have claws?

The nightmare just keeps folding in on itself.

Okay chat it’s time for 1 AM N Harmonia rambling cause I got this tag on one of my posts

It’s been forever since I watched the Gen 5 anime and last time I really sat down and watched the whole thing, I wasn’t as absolutely insane about N and Team Plasma as I am now. I kept on and off thinking about this tag going “did he have a bed???” Cause I honestly couldn’t remember, I knew his room was shown in a flashback but I didn’t remember the layout

Low and behold, I cracked tonight and decided to look at screenshots of the episode we see child N and-

HE DID. HE DID HAVE A BED IN ANIPOKE

Firstly, thank you Anipoke for giving this child a god damn bed we can rest easy knowing at least one timeline he won’t get scoliosis by the age of 23

Secondly. This just has me thinking like the tag said, did he have a bed at some point in game canon? Obviously we don’t have any evidence if he did have a bed or not at any point, this is all my autistic brain speculation, but there’s a lot of interpretations I can get

Did he used to have a bed (or at least a sleeping bag and pillow) at any point? Was it taken away? Did Ghetsis decide to punish him for whatever reason and remove the right to a comfortable sleep? Was it just temporary or did it get fully removed at some point? What time in his life did it get taken away? Did he even mind it getting taken away? He clearly wouldn’t have had a bed in the woods before he was adopted, maybe he just didn’t like sleeping in a bed? And he slept on the floor willingly enough for Ghetsis to decide he didn’t need a bed just wasting away in his room? Either interpretation is fucked for very different reasons united by the shared need to drop kick Ghetsis cause oh my GOD GIVE THIS KID A BED

LITERALLY!! like. that team was held together with scott tape and the sheer force of gem’s personality. i don’t think scott and impulse ever actually even talked the entire time. it only worked because for the first time scott was faced with someone who was bossier than he was. they were awesome i should rewatch secret life

they were actually so fucking funny. All three of them promising to remain loyal and stick together until the very end (bc together they can win this!!) only for gem to hunt scott for sport an episode later was literally so based… their dynamic will always be funnier in my head i think but god it was awesome

Hello DRDT tumblr community! @accirax and I made a post a while ago trying to figure out which songs were whose on the official DRDT character playlist (since privated, but I recreated it here). We thought it was fun, and since, we've been working on our own version of the DRDT character playlist!

Obviously, all songs chosen are our interpretations of the characters, and we're only working with information up until the end of Chapter 2 Part 1. That being said, we think we found some good ones, so hopefully you'll enjoy!

Ao3 has over 200 fics of them, I read almost all of them already (some twice) except the ones I can't physically stomach, I went to fanfic.net cuz I thought "Hey, that place existed before Ao3, should be more, right?"

WRONG!

Seems like Greyghost is a recent phenomenon or something cuz fanfic net had only 33 fanfics in total, most actually being recently and already reuploaded to Ao3 and I've already read them too

Unless I fucked something up in the filters cuz fanfic still kinda trips me out a little gkdksja

I’m not someone to complain about dubs cause I REALLY don’t care what people watch unless it’s a really inaccurate dub but there is something so infuriating about a dub that has a solid voice cast and direction but then you compare the sub and quality wise there on a similar level but then you see how they change lines, pause and go “what the fuck”
