Raghav did not answer. He was too busy staring; the black corset vest outlined every inch of Ranveer's body, and Raghav could not take his eyes off his wide shoulders, roaming over the broad chest and thick muscles under the silk of his black shirt. The dark green boning and silver accents to the corset only served to accentuate the perfect lines of Ranveer's body.

"Raghav."

Raghav jerked his head up, feeling a slight warmth suffuse his cheeks, and met the other boy's intense stare. Ranveer raised an eyebrow, and he swallowed.

"Ye-yeah?"

Ranveer huffed, corner of his lip curling up into an amused smirk. Raghav's stomach squirmed at the sight; Ranveer looked unfairly good when he smirked.

"I asked," Ranveer said, "what do you think? Accha dikhta hai ya nahi?"

What did Raghav think? What did Raghav think?

Raghav thought he would very much like Ranveer to bend him over right then and there, please and thank you.

He ran his tongue over his lips, and tried to remember the words to tell the taller boy that yes, he did look good. Unfairly good. It took him a few attempts, but he finally got his jaw working.

Instead of getting words out, like a normal person, he fucking squeaked.

Squeaked. Like a mouse.

Immediately, he clapped a hand over his mouth, cheeks erupting into a violent red blush and eyes widening in horror.

Fuck, he hadn't meant to do that!

had a fucking hilarious dream that tumblr replaced the "block" function with the far funnier "glock" function, which did the exact same thing except whenever anyone blocked you a random bullet hole, like a png of a bullet hole, would appear on your blog. discourse blogs were unreadable bc you'd go to the page and the sheer amount of bullet hole pngs stacked over the blogs obscured everything. I woke myself up laughing

makes me a little sad when star trek ignores IDIC. like. vulcans are logical. that is true. But 'logical', for vulcans, does not amount to 'without compassion,' and it definitely doesn't amount to 'racial superiority.' Belief in 'infinite diversity in infinite combinations' should NOT result in the weird racist/speciest stuff we're getting in some of the newer treks. It does make sense that some vulcans are discriminatory. They're still flawed. But that should not be common or expected, like it seems to be in SNW. If it is, then it's a race of hypocrites, which. doesn't seem very true to Star Trek's message.

I think TOS Spock does a pretty good job of embodying this. Not always, it was the 60s, after all, but mostly. He was often trying to find non-violent routes, and get by without killing - even if they were in danger or had already been attacked. (See: the mugato, and the horta (until Kirk was the one in danger, lmao. t'hy'la > IDIC), the Gorn ship). Kirk, in his eulogy, calls him the most human soul he's ever known, and I've always read that as Kirk calling out Spock's overwhelming compassion.

It's just so much more interesting when Vulcans get to be radically compassionate. I want them to believe that everything and everyone has value. I want them to respect all ways of being. I want them to find ways for even very non-humanoid aliens to exist unfettered in society. I want them to see hybrids and think that it's amazing. Also, like, disability rep. I want Vulcans to have The Most Accessible Planet and available resources because they want everyone to feel accepted and valued. It makes for better characters and more interesting stories.

A DPxDC soulmate au idea

So DCverse is a soulmate world (pick any soulmate way btw, words, touch, drawings on the skin, can't see color(s) until they see or touch them, etc etc)

DPverse doesn't.

Meaning Danny wasn't born with a soulmark BUT he gets one after becoming a halfa because he is now connected to the Infinite Realms.

SO its during another one of Vlad's schemes, he's popping into different worlds and stealing things or something like that (basically like that one ep where Danny chases Vlad through the timeline after he stole Frostbite's map)

During the chase they pop out into the DCverse in one of the hero cities (pick any, not picky on which) and their fight is getting a bit out of hand (Vlad's fault, he's using the stuff he's been stealing, and Danny is doing his best to getting innocent people from getting hurt)

ANYWAYS during the fight, one of the cities hero's come to try to help/find out whats going on when Danny is hit by Vlad and gets tossed at them. The moment they either touch or Danny/Soulmate says something to the other, Danny feels the odd mark on him burn up and is MEGA confused on whats going on but decides to do what he does best.

Ignore it for now. He'd figure it out later he still needs to stop Vlad.

He apologizes to the other hero and gets back into his fight, missing the look of complete smitten awe/shock said hero had on their face.
