SKZ Pack Chapter 10
Trigger Warnings: Swearing, talks of heats and ruts.
Chan sat at the table feeling worried. He was nervous about letting Y/N into Jeongin's room, but he trusted them both. He worried that Jeongin would be too rough with her and she wouldn't like it. "Hey! You made Y/N promise to call one of us if it got too much for her." Changbin assured as he nudged his alpha. "I know. I guess I'm worried about it being too much for her. Sex is almost new for her again, after what they did to her. I don't want her to get upset." Chan growled, his chopsticks being thrown onto the table. They were all worried about being too much for her during intercourse. Even Changbin worried that he might be too much for her in the future. "I think if we ease her into it and learn what she likes and doesn't like it might help her to feel safe with us when she does want to mate with us." Felix piped up. As much as Felix had thoughts about burying himself into her, he didn't want to upset her in any way. "Lix is right. If Y/N feels intimidated or afraid you might traumatize her." Hyunjin stressed. "Agreed," Chan stated as he watched Minho open some windows. The smell of Jeongin and Y/N's arousal started to consume the house. As much as the wolves loved to smell Y/N's arousal, smelling their pack members arousal was not exactly very arousing for them.
Jisung got up to grab some candles, hoping it would add some kind of scent distraction for them while they ate the rest of the food Y/N deliciously cooked. "Hyunjin. Question?" Seungmin asked as he looked at the brown-haired wolf. "What?" Hyunjin answered back, waiting for a remark from the younger beta. "You've had sex with Y/N? What are her boundaries? What does she like?" Seungmin asked. It was an honest question, but Hyunjin didn't see it like that. He saw it as invasive. A private question that should not be asked or even considered a thought. Chan, however thought it was a good idea to declare something so they knew when not to take it too far. The thing was Hyunjin had only ever been with her three times and they were very vanilla. This was mainly down to the fact Hyunjin was inexperienced and very much not interested in sex back then, but he knew what the others did to her, especially Wooyoung. He was always jealous of Hyunjin and tried to do everything to keep her away. It was mainly because of Hyunjin's power. Still, Hyunjin only knew a few things about her sexual interests. One was that she had a very good pain tolerance, but that was also down to her resilience. Then there was biting or cumming all over her, but that was subjective to each wolf. Every wolf had a different reaction with her because it depended on their connection with her.
Chan and the other wolves thought that was a valid response, but it was still good to know when they needed to draw the line. Some of them didn't like the idea of biting all over her. Mainly Jisung, Changbin and Felix who remembered what she looked like when she first came here. Seungmin on the other hand had a weird claiming kink and it wasn't surprising to the wolves he was desperate to get her in his room. Chan on the other hand stressed again he didn't want anyone cumming inside of her yet until she had a few heats and her body was stable. This was because Chan didn't want to disrupt her body by being on werewolf contraception. "Talking of heats and ruts. Who's next?" Jisung asked. "Um, Minho are you in the next few weeks?" Chan asked. His memory wasn't very good but he knew he had their cycles written down. "Yeah," Minho said awkwardly. He was rather private when it came to his ruts. "So then after Minho, Seungmin and Changbin should be next year because you two are freakishly in sync," Chan stated as he shook his head causing the two betas to laugh. Seungmin and Changbin were weirdly in sync and no one knew why. They rutted either the same day or a day apart so they had to rut in separate places. "I'm due soon," Felix muttered quietly. "Oh yeah, after you got sick months ago. You could be anytime." Chan stated as he remembered that time Felix accidentally got sick after catching a werewolf virus from his friend. It nearly caused them all to be sick. Seungmin looked at Felix and snickered as he thought back to the time they overstimulated the poor female wolf and they couldn't keep up. "What?" Felix asked. "What do you think our little wolf will be like on her first heat," Seungmin asked, causing Felix to shake his head. The other wolves laughed as they thought about how challenging she was going to be. "Considering how you two couldn't keep up tells me you're not going to be helpful." Hyunjin teased. "If she doesn't pick on them." Chan laughter. "When it happens we will cross that bridge, but do not embarrass her alright." Chan's warning didn't go unnoticed and the wolves nodded their head in submission. They would not make her feel an ounce of discomfort or embarrassment. They knew omegas could be sensitive and considering her sensitivity it may be heightened.
The wolves chatted as normal and started playing a board game while playing music to drown out the noises upstairs. It wasn't that they didn't want to hear their mate being pleasure, they wanted to be respectful. Even though some concerned eyes would look up to the ceiling when they heard a certain scream or growl, but they couldn't do anything. Y/N had promised she would call Chan or another wolf if she wanted out. "Do you think she's alright?" Jisung asked nervously. "She would have called Chan by now," Hyunjin stated. "Have you guys been upstairs?" Changbin asked as he came down the stairs, breaking the concerned discussion. "What why?" Chan asked, getting up from his seat, ready to go to his omega. "There's mistletoe all over our doors. I think there's Christmas shit in our rooms too." Changbin stated causing Chan to frown. "Felix!?" Chan scolded causing the blonde wolf to raise his hands in defence. "It smells like Minho was with her." Changbin mischievously said causing the wolves to look at him. Minho stood there with an innocent look on his face as Chan crossed his arms in annoyance. "Seriously," Chan stated. "You didn't see her face. I couldn't say no." Minho defended as he thought back to her beautiful silver eyes begging him. "What is she? Puss in boots?" Changbin laughed, causing Jisung to spit out his drink. It was true, the minute she pouted her grey eyes would draw you in. "Anyway, that's not another problem we have. I think Jisung has come inside her because I heard him and I quote word for word, 'I'm going to fucking breed you! Take my cum'. He's disgusting." Changbin stated causing Chan to growl.
Chan had not expected Jisung to be so stupid but he couldn't exactly throw him off of her and punish him. Chan had to make a decision. Does he punish Jeongin now or later? At the same time, he needed to make sure Y/N wouldn't get pregnant which was still unlikely but the possibility was there. In the end, Chan called Jaehee for an emergency pill, which resulted in an earful from Jaehee for their idiocy, even though it was Jeongin's fault, Chan got the brunt of it. He still got in trouble as soon as Jaehee was in the house. "How could you let him be so stupid? Her body hasn't balanced yet." Jaehee shouted as she threw the box at Changbin's head. "It's not my fault," Changbin whined. "Oh grow up. You're twenty-five and a training medic.!" Jaehee scolded. "I'm not the one fucking her!" Changbin defended. "Seriously. Are you all that desperate for her!? Huh? Even you Chan couldn't wait with a bloody poisoned wound." Chan pinched his nose at the older woman's attitude. Chan understood why Changbin was scared of her when she was angry. Her voice was gritty when she was angry and it sent shock waves up their spine. Jaehee held a dominating aura even though she wasn't an alpha. It was quite impressive. "I will go and deliver this now," Changbin said as he scurried off to deliver the pill to Jeongin's room, but ended up getting an awful growl from a predatorial Jeongin. "I wouldn't go in there. Poor baby is chained up." Changbin sighed causing the wolves to look up. "What is wrong with you all." Jaehee shook her head in disgust as she looked at the heathenous wolves. They were not going to change. If anything they were going to get worse.

I usually write fics here but I just wanna rant rn.
Sometimes I got to old posts and stuff, either to get new ideas or just see what the fuck is going on with the other side of the fandom.
The people coming to James defense or crazy, like on one hand they are like 'oh he was only human, he grew as a person otherwise how would lily love him?'
We literally have cannon confirmation that the fucking prat didn't stop hexing people, he just learned to hide it better. Sirius and Remus confirmed this when they called Severus a 'special case'. I don't give a shit about them saying he attacked first, you better believe I am attacking first if I come across a guy who has stripped me naked in public when I didn't do shit to him. (Or the other guy who tried to get me killed by bloody werewolf) Like wtf are you even talking about at that point???
Also, Harry comes across a detention report of them hexing another student in their 7th year. So uhm...yeah.
Then they are like 'oh Severus hates him so his memories are biased'
Did you morons even read the books?? Pensive memories are unbiased, any manipulation is extremely apparent as we saw in Slughorns case. So NO they aren't biased that extremely uncomfortable read of SWM? it's fucking canon in its truest sense.
Also, how in the ever living hippogryph does a guy who strips people naked for fun change so much that he becomes head boy??
It's pretty simple, he doesn't. He learns to hide it better and given the fact that this person has always been given the benefit of the doubt, it is very easy for them to their nature.
Dude had a map that showed him everyone's real time location and an invisibility cloak, he could damn well harass anyone in isolated corners of the castle if he wished. Which is exactly what he did.
Also, these people love to claim how 'lily only approved of him cause he changed.'
To that I say, Who the fuck is Lily?? Mother Teresa??
How is she the ultimate decider of what is good and bad and at the same time, completely right in dating someone who stripped another student makes after a year (or 2) of the event??
Don't get me wrong, she doesn't owe Severus anything, really, but seriously this is just ridiculous. Like if I was a woman, I would be genuinely terrified of someone like that, especially when they got away with no real consequences what so ever.
James was a prick with a very good PR team for friends and teachers. That's really it, it is often said that good looking people can get away with a lot of things and James is just a prime example of that.
---_---_---_---_---_---_---_---_
Also...BRAVE?? Dude had 2 cheat items and the advantage of a Pureblood upbringing and was still too PUSSY to face Severus alone. Yeah..what a real Gryphindor that one. Scrams bravery to you doesn't it? He did this all the way till 17, so yeah he definitely was super important in the order right??
---_---_---_---_---_---_---_---_---_
Dumbledore invested quite a bit in the Marauders with his blatant favoritism and letting a werewolf in the school risking his own position as a headmaster.
And...they all turned to be bloody useless. With only James being useful because of his participation in the birth of Harry Potter.
Sirius in his madness derailed a murder investigation for a fucking decade.
Remus, I genuinely can't remember anything substantial Remus did, except for letting someone he believed was a murderer into Hogwarts and never telling Dumbledore that they were Animagus to begin with.
---_---_--_---_
Seriously, the most useful person in the war had to literally beg on his knees for the man to use him. Even fate was like, for fucks sake, just give this guy a chance already.

everyone but her pt.44
Summary: You and Wednesday have an argument. Probably the first one in as long as you can remember.
Word Count: 6.2k Warnings: swearing, unwanted advances, delusions Pairing: Wednesday Addams x Reader (Masterlist)
You were still spitting werewolf hair out of your mouth an hour after getting back home.
It had been a mad dash to get Eugene and Enid to the hospital. You had been able to carry Enid, but both Ash and Wednesday had to share Eugene’s weight. The doctors were quick to take them back and assess the damage, and the three of you were left waiting out front.
Thankfully, Enid healed fast and Eugene wasn’t as bad as he looked.
“You know,” you said as you fell onto the couch, “I think we’re one accident away from being banned from the friend group.”
All the air was pushed from your lungs as Wednesday fell on top of you.
“I believe you may be correct.”
“At least they’re okay,” you said.
Wednesday simply hummed in agreement. The weight of her body resting on yours was comforting. Her elbow was digging into a still-forming bruise on your ribs, but it didn’t hurt. Not really. Not when her ring rested securely around your finger. Not when your ring gleamed in the artificial light of the apartment, illuminating every inch of her entire being.
Engaged. Oh geez, you would probably need to tell your family at some point. Abuelita and Momma knew of your plan, at least most of it, but this wasn’t exactly expected. Surely they wouldn’t get onto you, right? It wasn’t like you had planned on Wednesday whipping it out so soon, she still hadn’t graduated yet. Everyone knew marriage before graduation was a recipe for disaster.
Well, maybe it would be fine. After all, Wednesday Addams was anything but normal.
Something tickled the back of your throat.
“I hate werewolf hair,” you said as you tried to cough it up.
“You shouldn’t have bit him,” Wednesday said matter-of-factly. “You were aware of the outcome.”
“Yeah, yeah,” you mumbled.
Silence fell over the apartment, and the wear and tear of the evening finally started to settle. While not the worst fight you had been in, there was nothing gentle about a werewolf. Simply holding on to his neck was enough to throw you around, leaving your body sore and stiff.
Wednesday, in a strange way, was like your personal ice pack. It was lovely.
Something rattled against the wooden table near the kitchen. It cut through the silence like a knife. Both you and Wednesday jumped. In a move that was uncharacteristic of your girlfriend - fiancee, you thought giddily - she looked at you until you nodded in silent permission before getting up from your lap.
You stared at her ass shamelessly as she walked over to the table and grabbed her phone.
“Everyone okay?” You asked after she set the phone back on the table.
“Eugene is awake, and Enid is back home,” she said.
You pushed yourself up from the couch. “Good.”
Your knee creaked as you shuffled over to the table. The logical part of your brain knew they would be okay; Eugene was tough, and Enid was… well, she was Enid. And she was tough as nails. But there was still a part that worried they wouldn’t be okay. That you and Wednesday had shown up too late, and you would have to sit by idly while they died.
They should have, the voice in your head said. They should have died in the woods.
Then there was that part that you just wanted to shut up.
“No more woods for any of us, right?” You asked as you wrapped your arms around Wednesday’s waist. From that position, she smelled of the damp forest.
“For anyone,” she answered quickly. “Enid can transition into a house dog.”
You laughed to yourself at the thought. Enid? Your Enid? She could never. After she had turned for the first time, she had been an insatiable little beast. If she couldn’t get outside - which had only happened twice - she would cry and whine and practically knock the door down until she could leave the confines of the apartment. It was endearing.
And a little expensive.
Mention of the woods made you pause.
“How did you know Enid and Eugene were in the woods?” You asked. She hummed inquisitively. “You ran out of the apartment like you knew exactly where they were.”
“I did,” she said. “I saw it in my vision.”
“What?” You asked, unwrapping your arms and stepping back. It was like a jolt of electricity had gone through your body.
“Twice, actually,” she said as if you hadn’t just pulled away from her calming… coldness? Was that the right word?
“What are you talking about?” You asked.
Still, she didn’t turn around. “Once at your mother’s faux charity gala, then again after exchanging rings-”
“-stop, time out,” you said. A little louder than necessary, you would admit. “What do you mean, visions?”
Finally, Wednesday turned around. She had a look on her face that eerily resembled the not-deer you occasionally saw in the woods. Not afraid per se, but fearful. Striking an unsettling cord in your own chest while doubtless hers felt the same.
“We were both students at the school specifically for Outcasts,” she said simply.
“I know that,” you grumbled. “But you never told me anything about visions.”
Her head tilted to the left. “Why do you believe I was at Nevermore?”
You could have laughed. Truly, you could have. Why did you believe she was there? It was obvious why she was there, everyone had seen her! All it took was one look before everyone figured out why she was there. Hell, if she had said she created Nevermore, you would have believed her!
“Because you’re a fucking freak!” You said. “Respectfully,” in a softer tone. “And you tried to kill some people.”
“You were mistaken.”
Well no shit, you thought. How could she not have told you? Sure, maybe you had never asked, but you didn’t think you had to. Had everyone else known she had visions? Were you the only one who had no earthly clue what your own fiancee was at the Freak School for Serious Freaks for? She… she didn’t think you didn’t care, right?
She lied to you, the voice hummed. Effortlessly.
No, she hadn’t lied. It was an omission of facts, that was all. Which… oddly enough, didn’t make you feel any better. She really hadn’t even hinted at anything? Just let you think she was constantly having some sort of freaky seizure, or fainting, or who knew what other horrible thing you could think of. And she just… didn’t tell you?
She dragged you into danger, the voice taunted. Find out why.
“What did you see about the woods?” You asked. “About Eugene and Enid.”
“I saw them injured on the ground while…” she paused. That wasn’t right. “Someone stood over them.”
Why would she pause?
“Who did you see?”
She didn’t answer. Wednesday didn’t answer, and that wasn’t right. You two didn’t keep things from each other, that just wasn’t how you operated. You don’t tell her about me, the voice said, but you pushed it aside. You had partially told her about the voice before; this wasn’t the same.
“Wednesday,” you said again, “who did you see?”
Her singular deep inhale should have been answer enough.
“You.”
“Jesus Christ, Wednesday,” you said with a harsh exhale.
Your fingers ran through your hair, getting caught in tangles and picking out twigs and leaves. How could that have happened? How could she have seen you standing over them? You of all people? You would rather die than hurt Enid or Eugene, on purpose or on accident.
“These visions aren’t fact, they can change,” Wednesday said matter-of-factly. How could she be so calm? This was serious.
“Who else have you seen me hurt?” You asked; your voice was getting higher. “If you think I could hurt Enid and Eugene, then who else?”
Her typical glare softened. You didn’t want it to soften. You wanted her to tell you that you were being ridiculous. Why couldn’t she do that? She needed to tell you that things were fine, she wasn’t serious, and her visions were just a… a silly goofy time or some bullshit like that.
But she didn’t. She didn’t say anything, just looked at you like you were a kicked puppy. Your mouth was salivating; drooling, if you wanted to be brutally honest about it. Blood rushed through your body, sounding like waves against the shore. Except it wasn’t as pretty.
Say something.
“Who, Wednesday?” You pleaded. Begged.
Pathetic.
“Mack.”
You know the rush of adrenaline you get after doing something risky or exciting? When you felt elated, invincible, like nothing could touch you. If anything, you felt like you were on top of the world.
Yeah, you didn’t feel that.
You felt the crash. The drop in your stomach that made you feel ill. Trembling hands hung by your side. Wednesday was still looking at you, waiting for a response. Or waiting to see if you would lose your shit.
“Fuck you, Addams.” There wasn’t much else you could say. There wasn’t much else to say.
Wednesday’s eyes went wide before quickly returning to a scowl.
“I said they weren’t fact,” she argued.
“No, no, hang on,” you said, shaking your head. You took a step away. “Let’s forget, for five fucking seconds, that my own fiancee didn’t tell me about her visions.”
She blinked once, but otherwise tried to appear unphased.
“Now you think I would hurt- no, kill Mack?” Another step back; the back of your skull tingled. “I would never put his wife and kid through that!”
“I know.”
She said it too quickly. Did she really know? It wasn’t the first time she had potentially accused you of some sort of violence. When your therapist was murdered, she was hesitant about your innocence even though she said otherwise.
She doesn’t believe you.
Yeah, that much was obvious. For all the steps you had taken away from her, she had yet to step closer. Against popular belief, you did have a logical part of your brain. It knew why Wednesday didn’t come closer and chase you.
But the logical side was drowned out by the overwhelming paranoia that was sitting on your chest. It creeped through your arteries, prying open every valve and filling every inch of your heart until you couldn’t breathe and your fingers went cold.
She doesn’t trust you.
You knew that.
She thinks you’re dangerous.
You knew that too.
The walls felt like they were closing in around you. A prison, just for you. You were accutely aware of each and every feather on your wings. Each breath you took rattled in your ears like some kind of ghost.
Out of the corner of your eye, someone was just standing there. Watching you. Waiting for you to lose it and make a mistake. Like usual. Like always.
You couldn’t breathe.
“I can’t do this.” Your voice was so quiet you weren’t even sure if you had psoken at all.
Wednesday didn’t say a word.
The figure creeped closer. Not with steps, no, he never actually moved. He just appeared closer. Your chest felt tighter. A paralysing sense of doom fell upon you. It didn’t land like a blanket, covering you completely. More like it settled on you like snow; small, almost unnoticeable until it was too late and you were trapped under it’s weight.
The figure appeared closer again.
Run.
“I have to go,” you said.
When you turned your head, the figure disappeared back into the shadows.
You had to leave. Something was wrong and you could feel it. It was in the apartment, hiding in some forgotten corner, waiting for you to walk by so it could drag you back to the depths of limbo.
“Where are you going?” Wednesday asked when you stepped into the hallway.
You didn’t know how you had gotten there.
A new feeling crawled into your throat and left a lump.
“Why don’t you ask your visions?” You shot back. Wednesday visibly flinched. “I’m sure they’ll tell you.”
You didn’t wait for an answer before shutting the door and leaving the building.
—---
“What can I get for you, sweetheart?”
You blinked once, and all the sounds of your surroundings assaulted your ears.
The bartender was waiting for an answer.
You stammered out a response, fully unaware of what was requested. The bartender nodded and smiled politely. You blinked once. When your eyes opened again, you were seated on one of the stools at the bar. It was rather nice. The wood was polished so well you could see your sad, pathetic reflection on top of the reddish wood.
“Here you go,” the bartender said softly as he slid the lowball glass in front of you.
By all accounts, it was a lovely-looking drink. A dark amber liquid filled the glass around a singular sphere of ice; a ripoff. The smallest sliver of spiraled orange peel rested precariously on the rim. On closer inspection, you even saw two cherries at the bottom of the glass. Alright, that made up for the lack of liquor.
The glass was cold as you lifted it to your lips and took a sip.
And shuddered.
You hated old fashions.
As the drink disappeared sip by sip, your thoughts ran rampant. After all those years dating, and all that time being friends - or acquaintances, if you asked Wednesday - how could she have never told you about her vision? Not even a hint!
Not even from your so-called friends.
And that was another thing. Had everyone else known? Even just some of them? You didn’t know which was worse. That everyone knew and didn’t fill you in on that important fact, or no one did. Actually, scratch that, you hoped no one knew. At least it meant you weren’t the odd one out.
They all lied to you.
It made you angry; irrationally so. Wednesday, the woman you loved and planned on marrying, hadn’t told you the crucial fact of what her Outcast ability was. She had hidden it from you for years. Had let you stay in the dark.
Just like Nicky.
Maybe… you had some trust issues with psychics.
From the mirror behind the bar, Nicky stared at you with a malice you hadn’t seen in him. It was wrong. He should never have that look about him. Not your Nicky.
But he smiled like him.
“Buy you another round?”
You practically had to rip your eyes away from Nicky’s to face-
“-Mr. Stokes?” You asked incredulously.
“Please, that makes me feel old,” he said with a dismissive wave of his hand. “Call me Eric.”
You weren’t sure you wanted to. This was the man who had represented your parents for… well, for as long as you could remember. He had been the one that attempted to give you a shit plea deal. Sure, he had always been nice outside of that. Even when you were younger he had expressed a soft spot for you, which was kind.
But you weren’t sure you wanted to call him by his first name.
“Sure.” You still didn’t call him Eric.
“So can I?” He asked. “Buy you a drink?”
You looked back down at your empty glass. It had not been good. If anything, it had been rather disgusting; you preferred something sweeter. But you could feel a nice little buzz forming in the back of your skull, and for a moment you weren’t quite as upset with Wednesday as you had been. Granted, the more you thought about it, the more upset you got.
Out of the corner of your eye, you studied Stokes. He was looking professional, yet far too casual for your liking. Surely it was inappropriate for you to be talking to him without Moreno, right? You weren’t under arrest but… you learned quickly not to talk to anyone without your lawyer present. What if he questioned you? Or tried to trick you into trouble again? No, Wednesday would have wanted you to keep your mouth shut.
Wednesday lied to you.
On second thought.
“Sure,” you said with a tight-lipped smile.
With the grace of an alcoholic, Stokes ordered something for the both of you. You didn’t bother listening; at the end of the day, it didn’t matter. The plan for the rest of the night had changed slightly, but the gist was the same. Have a drink, get so hammered you can’t fly straight, and go home to beg forgiveness from your hot goth fiancee.
Life was pretty simple.
The dense muscles at the joints of your back tensed, causing your wings to twitch. Your breath caught as you hastily pulled them tight against your back. The last thing you needed was to cause an incident in a nice bar in… well, you weren’t entirely sure where you were, but it was too nice for you, that was for sure.
“You know,” Stokes said in a sleazy tone. “Your parents might not like them, but I find them rather stunning.”
His fingers carded through the feathers closest to him. The simple touch sent a jolt of white-hot shame through your every nerve. He shouldn’t be touching them. They weren’t for him. Almost instantly, you felt dirty. Like you were tainted now that someone who wasn’t an Outcast had touched you.
You hummed a simple “thanks” and shifted, practically hiding your wings from his view. He didn’t need to see them. It wasn’t any of his business. The only ones who could do so were your friends and your family. And even then, touching them was a privilege reserved for the few. It was not a right.
He sighed and sat back on his stool. “Haven’t seen you since your arraignment,” he said. “You look good.” Gag. “How has therapy been?”
A mangled body was leaning against a tree, similar to how you had been when Yoko had found you. The only difference was, while your wings had been outstretched, his arms were stretched in the same way. His clothes were tattered and hanging off a decomposing frame.
“Well, my therapist was murdered and I haven’t found a new one yet,” you shrugged, “so.”
At his shocked silence, you both looked forward facing the bar, and took a large mouthful of your drinks. It didn’t sting like the old-fashioned, which was nice. No, it coated your tongue and the back of your throat in an almost syrupy texture. Too thick for your liking, but again, you weren’t paying, so who were you to complain?
“My, uh, condolences,” he said once he placed his empty glass back on the bar.
He doesn’t care.
No shit. It didn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
You took another long drink and inhaled deeply. The overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke infiltrated your senses. Whoever was smoking needed to make themselves known and soon. You always did your best not to smoke because, as everyone always pointed out, it was unsightly. Disgusting, is what Ash had called it. And honestly, you agreed.
But not when you were drunk, and not when you were alone, and certainly not when you were drunk and alone.
Being drunk - you weren’t there quite yet, but you were no quitter - made you realise something extremely important. You missed Wednesday. And you were still mad at her, but you missed her more than you cared about holding a grudge. If she hadn’t told you, surely there had been a reason. Wednesday never did anything without prior planning, so you had no doubt she knew what she was doing. Or even more unlikely, she had genuinely just forgotten you didn’t know. You wouldn’t blame her; your ignorance surprised even you sometimes.
You wanted to go home and see her. Maybe give her an idea or two of how she could make it up to you, and you could spend the entire weekend making amends. And in the throes of passion, you could propose properly and she would lay there and say “I love you, cara mia.” It would be romantic and all kinds of out of character and you didn’t care.
Nicky was in the bar mirror once again as you looked up. He was standing directly behind you with something less malicious in his eyes. Something about him still wasn’t right. It was in the slight tilt of his head. The sneer on his lips. The menacing stance as he stood right behind you and placed his scarred hand on your shoulder.
The mix of scalding heat and freezing cold on your shoulder would have been enough to shock anyone into a heart attack. It spread from his hand, chasing each other further down your arm until the burn scars tingled from the sensation. It was unpleasant. You didn’t want it to stop.
It was an impulse; instinct even, to turn around. He was more similar to a Not Nicky, but you wanted to see him. To look into his eyes again, even just one more time. But when you turned your head and looked, he was gone. Gone because he had never really been there. Gone because you could never really get him back.
You killed him.
“See someone?” Stokes asked, pulling you from your thoughts.
Slowly, you turned back to stare into your drink. “Guess not.”
Out of the corner of your eye, you saw him nod slowly. He wanted to say something else, you knew he did. He was a lawyer, for fuck’s sake, he would never be done talking. As far as you were concerned, it was part of the job, and he fulfilled his duties well.
His knee pushed against yours.
You wanted to see Wednesday.
“I should start heading home,” you said, pulling your leg away from his.
“Why?” He asked with a curious lilt.
“Wednesday is waiting up for me,” you said simply.
“No, she’s not.”
“She is, and I forgot my phone so I’d better get going.”
“Do you even know where you are?”
You froze halfway off the stool. No, you didn’t. Nothing about the bar had been able to tell you where exactly you were in the world. It was easy enough to mark off that you were still in the United States; everyone spoke in a very clear dialect. But aside from that, you had no clue. All you knew was the bar was far too nice for you, and you were starting to feel that bundle of anxiety forming in the bottom of your stomach.
“Since you’re here,” you started, “I’m assuming DC.”
“Don’t be a smartass,” Stokes said quickly. “It doesn’t become you.” He looked you up and down. “Did you two have a fight?”
“She went out with friends,” you lied effortlessly. Or so you hoped. “I hadn’t meant to be gone this long.”
You tried to stand up again. Just as quickly, his warm, clammy hand grabbed your forearm. It was almost instinct to swing on him. You wanted to do it; his smug face was becoming increasingly irritating. The faint conversations and the barely audible piano in the corner eased into your brain. It was calming; a nice reminder that you were in public.
“Please don’t touch me,” you said aloud. I’ll slit your throat, is what you kept to yourself.
“We both know you don’t need to rush home,” he said.
“Excuse me?”
He smiled. It was repugnant. “Your little girlfriend isn’t waiting up for you.”
She was. You knew she was; it was Wednesday. Not once had she ever gone to sleep while you were out, not even a simple nap. She would wait up until you walked through the door. Would she go to sleep immediately after that? Yes, sometimes, but she would never do so without knowing you were safe.
He’s lying.
“I don’t think we should be talking anymore,” you said.
“What, without your lawyer?” He asked with a low chuckle. “You’re not under arrest.”
He was too close. You were able to keep the bar stool in between you, but that didn’t really matter when he kept leaning over it. His thumb was rubbing circles on your inner forearm and you felt sick. It was scratchy and so very unlike Wednesday’s. Hers would have been comforting. This wasn’t.
“Thank you for the drink,” you said softly, refusing to meet his eyes.
Gently, you pulled your arm back towards your body. He let his fingers trail down your arm, tickling the skin until you were released from his clutches. The hair on the back of your neck stood up, but you still refused to look at him. Sometimes, playing meek worked; you hoped it would work again.
You only took two steps away before he spoke.
“How are those murder investigations going?”
Your stomach dropped.
“Yeah, that’s what I thought,” he continued. “Your sheriff called me a few weeks ago.” Don’t turn around. “He asked if I thought you were capable of murder.” Don’t. “Or your little girlfriend.”
No. Wednesday would have never killed someone. She killed that hunter. Okay, she would have never killed someone that didn’t deserve it. Maybe she was creepy, sure, and seemed a little unstable in the moral department, but she was no murderer. Who the hell did he think he was? Who the hell did the sheriff think he was?
When you turned, you were greeted with another ominous grin. You were of half a mind to show him just how capable of murder you really were. He wouldn’t be so smug if he knew half the shit you had done just to survive, let alone for fun. And if he so much as breathed in the direction Wednesday was, you would correct his behaviour promptly and efficiently.
Let him talk, Wednesday’s own voice echoed in your head. Let him talk himself into a corner.
“Obviously I haven’t told him anything yet,” he continued, taking a step closer. “I’d hate to see such a pretty thing locked up.” His hand reached out and grabbed your own, interlocking your fingers. A coil twisted in your stomach.
“What do you want?” You choked out.
You wanted to deck him.
“Some colleagues are coming over to my place,” he said with a shrug, “and I’m due for a promotion.”
“At,” you looked at his watch, “2 in the morning?”
“It’s a nightcap,” he said coolly. A lie. “Be a dear and be my arm candy for the night, would you?”
The very thought of being his “arm candy” was repulsive. Forget the fact that you were dutifully bound to Wednesday in every way imaginable. This man had known you from the moment you were born. He had watched you grow up and had attempted to assist your parents in throwing you in jail. And he wanted you to help him? It was preposterous, you would never agree to it.
“First thing in the morning, I’ll call your sheriff back and say you and your girlfriend wouldn’t hurt a fly.”
Well shit.
Over Stokes’ shoulder, you met Nicky’s eyes in the mirror. This was the moment you needed him to speak again and tell you not to go. That you and Wednesday would be just fine on your own and, quite frankly, the sheriff probably hadn’t even called him. There was no investigation into the both of you, and the police were barely looking into the actual murders let alone the fake ones.
He didn’t say a word. Just a sinister smile that shoved a chill into your spine, leaving your entire body cold. But it quickly passed and you were left with a warmth, spreading from your chest to every fingertip and toe. The message was clear. You nodded once, slowly enough for Stokes to not even notice.
“Let’s go.”
—---
As much as you despised the situation, you couldn’t deny; Stokes’ apartment was ridiculous. It was massive, and not in a tasteful way. You wouldn’t say you were a professional when it came to big spaces, but you knew tasteful. Tasteful was space to exist, but not too much where you felt alone even when other people were around. Tasteful was making the space your own, with knick-knacks or photos or… hell you didn’t know, boy band posters or something.
This wasn’t tasteful. It was obscene; large just to be large. An attempt at proving how impressive you were or how much money you made in a year. There was no pride in such an extravagant show of greed. If you were really looking for big words, you could describe the whole thing as gluttonous.
Wednesday would be so proud of your words.
All the men you were supposed to impress were tools. Absolute, total tools. From the moment you walked into the room with them, they eyed you like a piece of meat. It was humiliating. They even touched your wings after you explicitly told them not to. Fuck normies.
They drank. All of them. Most of the time they didn’t even talk about work, which led you to believe this was not a work function. (Which you secretly knew anyway because, let’s be real, who holds a work function at 2 in the morning?). The only thing they wanted to talk about was you. Not even to you, just about you.
“You could have at least hired someone to wear something nicer,” one of the men said.
Your feathers were, quite literally, ruffled.
“Oh please, she’s no escort,” Stokes said with a dismissive wave and a ridiculously fake laugh. “We go way back.”
The least annoying of the men looked at you. “Is that true, darling?”
Oh, you could gag.
You put on a brave face anyway. “It is,” you said with a polite smile. “Practically since I was in diapers.”
The look Stokes gave you was venomous. It didn’t hold a flame to Wednesday’s stare, but it was a decent attempt for a sleazy man. His grip on your waist tightened, and you barely resisted the urge to stomp on his foot. Sure, it would have been childish, but you honestly didn’t care. This felt like some weird hostage situation anyway, might as well get your way about something.
You could have gagged from how incredibly misogynistic they were. It was almost effortless how they talked down about… well, everyone actually. No wonder Wednesday always had a grudge against rich people even though he was one. The difference between the Addamses and these lawyers was like night and day, ironically. You didn’t think the Addamses could be more selfless, and yet the men around you were still talking of how they could fuck everyone up to stay ahead of the game.
Each of them took their shot at getting your attention. Whether it was brushing against your hand, or letting their fingers graze the sensitive feathers of your wings. Another had even tried - pathetically so - to kiss your neck. It was disgusting, and even worse, it had you rushing back to Stokes’ side. Which he, of course, got the greatest pleasure from.
As the minutes ticked by, your anxiety increased. You wanted to get home and see Wednesday; you wanted to see your family. Things were too chaotic, and all you wanted was for everything to slow down and go back to normal. Nicky was already in the corner of the room, so you were halfway there already! All you needed was Wednesday and things could be normal. Things could be nice.
While you were thinking about how much you missed your fiancee (which wasn’t unusual as it was almost exclusively the only thing you thought about), the pigs- oops, you meant men, finally finished their talks. A godsend, truly, to be able to not have to listen to them talk anymore. They had said so many words that meant absolutely nothing. It was practically enough to ease any resentment you held towards Wednesday’s lying by omission.
Any joy you felt at the men leaving was rapidly replaced with nothing less than genuine fear. They had been the buffer. Now that they were gone, you were stuck with Stokes. Alone. In his apartment. And he was looking at you with the drunken gaze of a predator in a college bar.
“Thank you for that,” he said, his words slurring ever so slightly. “I think you helped my case.”
“Then you better hold up your end,” you said. His head fell to the side as he furrowed his brows. “You’ll tell our sheriff that Wednesday and I weren’t involved in anything.”
His face relaxed. “About that,” he said, stepping closer. You took a step back. “I think there’s one more thing I need from you before I’m willing to make that call.”
Each step he took, you matched. All night you had been forced to put up with his ridiculousness. His wandering hands and eyes. His friends. Now it was time for him to hold up his end of the bargain. He was going to let you and Wednesday off the hook so you could both go be happy again.
When your back finally hit the wall, and Stokes effectively cornered you, you saw Nicky over his shoulder. Standing there; silent as always.
You had admitted to Wednesday that you had been seeing him again. The Not Nicky that had attempted to trap you in the burning house. Coaxing you to stay with thoughts of home and family and peace. But you hadn’t told her he never left. He stayed there, watching you, speaking to you. Becoming such an integral part of your day that if you didn’t see him, your anxiety spiked and your stomach dropped.
But he did not tell you what to do.
“Just one more thing,” Stokes said. His breath reeked of cheap liquor.
“Let me go home,” you said softly. Far softer than he deserved, but you weren’t looking to get your ass beat so late into the night.
His hand cupped your cheek, and you fought back the urge to knee him in the dick. The only person who could touch you like that was Wednesday. She was the only one who held not only the privilege but the right to touch you. Her hands were soft and shockingly cold; they held such a unique form of love.
Stokes had rough hands that left you feeling dirty.
“It’s too late for you to go back now,” he said, breath fanning across your face. “It wouldn’t be gentlemanly if I didn’t have you stay.”
“I’ll be okay,” you said.
Beside you on the table rested a letter opener. A stunning opener with what appeared to be a pure silver handle and a sparkling blade. In the right hands, it was simple yet effective; lethal. He wouldn’t even notice if you reached over to grab it. The amount of alcohol in his system would make it painless, you were sure.
Nicky smiled.
You left it where it was.
“Agreeing to work with your prick of a father was the best thing I’ve ever done,” he said. He was so close, you hoped he couldn’t hear your heartbeat and believe it was excitement. “I always knew you’d be fucking gorgeous.”
Admittedly, you had always assumed your fight or flight response would be fight. After all, you were a rather… aggressive individual. But when Stokes kissed you, you froze. Every cell in your body was in such a panic that you couldn’t do anything. For a moment, everything felt like fog. Like you were looking at yours and Stokes’ bodies from where Nicky was standing. You looked petrified; he looked sloppy drunk.
When you re-noticed his lips on yours, you were yanked back into your own body. Your hands quickly pressed against his chest, pushing him away. There was a string of saliva hanging between your mouths. His eyes were opened wide and staring straight into your soul.
“I’m going home,” you said softly.
You pushed a little more, and he staggered back. Why he wasn’t saying anything, you didn’t know, but his staring was getting creepy. Slowly, you stepped around him, keeping your own eyes on him to make sure he didn’t do any funny business. He didn’t turn to follow you, or even look at you. Just stayed standing where he was, swaying lightly on his feet.
Nicky was gone.
With Stokes staying in his place, you made your prompt exit from the apartment. If he wasn’t going to say anything more, you weren’t going to question it. You just wanted to go home. Home. Your initial thought should have been of yours and Wednesday’s apartment.
That’s not what you imagined.
By the time you stepped out of the apartment onto the dimly lit streets, you were fully convinced of your next stop. It would be a quick flight. The sun still had yet to show itself, but a few people were out and about. Across the street, you saw a group of kids. They were looking at you with wide eyes and were slowly backing away. Perhaps they knew not to go near Stokes; you wouldn’t blame them.
Behind them, Nicky smiled and waved.
“Go home,” he said in a strained voice.
You walked down the street and started making your way towards home.

Sink Your Teeth In
pairing(s): vampire!natasha romanoff x werewolf!reader
summary: Vampires and werewolves were known enemies, but Natasha is more than willing to change that. Even if it's just for one night.

Event Masterlist
Werewolves and vampires were always at odds with each other. Not a thousand years could go by without vampires attacking werewolves or werewolves attacking vampires. It was all the same bloodline ending bullshit. 'Your father killed mine and now I must kill you!' over and over again. Some of those fathers weren't even worth killing anyone over. It was truly a shame that no one could see how compatible the two factions were. Vampires were strict, organized people that valued loyalty above all else. Werewolves were nothing short of loyal and obedient, you just had to train them. Natasha was so close to finding the perfect werewolf for her to prove that.
Natasha had tried many times to tame a werewolf, but she'd run into a number of problems. They could be taught, but not many of them were willing to learn— especially not from a vampire. As disappointing as it was, it wasn't exactly a shock. A millennium long feuds were rarely ever one sided. Her previous attempts were also foiled by pride, shame, and simply being too boring to have any real fun.
So, Natasha spent another Friday night on the prowl.
Club Sonar was a rather interesting place. A tall building in the middle of nowhere buzzing with all forms of life. Monsters from all over the globe came together under the moon just to party. It was a messy place. The music was loud, bodies grinded against each other without a care, and secrets of all kinds were shared over the strongest alcohol. Though cultures mixed, money did not.
Each floor of the bar was more expensive than the last. The alcohol got smoother, the music got slower, and the floors actually got cleaned. Upper floors were for people who supported the cause but had no interest in getting dirty. Natasha had more than enough money to sit at the top floor, but that wasn't any fun. She'd never find what she was looking for if she stayed up there.
Werewolves were just as wealthy as vampires, but they were rowdy. They liked to play rough and get dirty. Big fancy houses just didn't appeal to them as much. Fancy clubs appealed to them even less. Natasha wasn't looking to tame someone — not to say her hand couldn't be forced — she was looking for someone soft and easy to mold.
You weren't the easiest to find. Despite your size, the people on the dancefloor had no trouble pushing you around. You kept your head down no matter where you went. Natasha could tell you weren't there on your own, which made it harder to take you home. Not too hard though.
"This really isn't your scene," she said when she took the bar stool next to you. It was hard to keep her eyes in the right place. Your shyness was adorable, but there was no denying what she was really feeling.
You looked around to make sure she was actually talking to you. Though you weren't opposed to the conversation, it was hard to believe such a pretty woman had approached you. "Um, no. My friends wanted to come here. I mean it's cool just…couldn't we have a library or something? There's no point in intermingling if you're too drunk to remember what you're kissing."
Natasha laughed and scooted closer to you. "I guess you're right, but there's no shame in being curious. Right?" She looked at the glass in front of you. "Oh, that just won't do." Before you could interject, she tapped the countertop twice and brought over the bartender. It was a quick exchange, you didn't even see Natasha pull out any cash. Despite your confusion, you didn't put up a fight. You were exactly what Natasha was looking for.
Guilt filled your eyes when you looked down at the fresh cocktail in front of you. Was it more rude to let it go to waste or ask the bartender for a refund? "Oh, you really didn't have to do that." Your hands hesitantly wrapped around the glass before taking a sip of the alcohol. The burn hit you immediately, but you tried to play it off. You tensed up to hold in the coughing fit building up in your chest. "It's…great, thanks," you forced out through a tight chest.
Natasha gave you a firm pat on the back to force you to cough. She took away the glass and slid this towards you. "I would expect a werewolf to have a stronger alcohol tolerance," she said teasingly. Her hand stayed on your back even after your coughing had subsided.
You shook your head. "A lot of us have sensitive pallets. I can taste whatever crappy oak barrel they made this in." There was an unexpected comfort in the way she touched you. "I should have asked this earlier, but what's your name?" You sat up straight as her hand moved down your back. You never really paid attention to your posture, but you had the strange urge to be better around her.
"My name's Natasha, but you can call me Nat if you want. What's yours?"
"My name is Y/N. I don't really have a nickname, but whatever you come up with is fine."
The conversation continued without trouble. Natasha seemed so enamored with how strong your pallet was. At the expense of Natasha's wallet and your sobriety, you had tasted just about every drink the bar had to offer. Eventually, you settled on just drinking strawberry daiquiris while you two talked.
Natasha pulled your seat closer to her and she leaned down to whisper in your ear. "So how many more of those little smoothies do I have to buy to take you home with me?" Her hand slid up your thigh and gave it a firm squeeze. She could feel your dick twitching already. "I promise I'll only bite where it feels good."
You practically jumped out of your skin when Natasha kissed your neck. It was quick, but you could feel the pointed tips of her fangs brush against your skin. "Um..Can I finish this one first?" Before Natasha could say anything else you pulled out your phone and texted your friends. 'Leaving with a hot lady, ttyl!' was all you sent before cutting off your phone and downing the last of your drink.
Natasha adored your enthusiasm. "I promise I'll get you home safe in the morning." She kissed your neck one last time before dragging you outside to her car. It was a good thing she brought her chauffeur along because there was no way she'd be able to keep her hands off you the entire ride home.
You stumbled behind Natasha as best you could. Vampires were usually weaker than werewolves, but you were a little too tipsy to show your strength. You let Wanda push you into the backseat of her car. One sniff of the air and you could tell someone else was in the car. "You have a chauffeur?" Natasha covered your mouth and pushed you further into the backseat.
"Home," was all she told the driver before closing the partition and focusing her attention on you. "Yes, but I promise the back of the car is soundproof." It certainly wasn't, but she needed to hear how whiny you could get. Natasha practically pounced on you after she closed the door. The kiss was hot and passionate. Your fangs bumped against hers every time your lips collided. "Can you taste what I drank earlier?" She asked with a giggle.
A whine escaped your lips when Natasha pulled away. "Um…a lot of vodka and cooper..?" Your answer earned you another kiss. Natasha's lips felt like heaven against yours. She overwhelmed all your senses in the most delicious way possible. You didn't even notice how hard you'd gotten. "You smell…really good." You mumbled in the handful of seconds between kisses.
She chuckled but didn't respond. You were too cute. "I'm going to make you feel so good tonight." Natasha's kisses moved down the side of your jaw until she reached the base of your neck. Her hands wasted no time undoing your belt and tossing it on the car's floor. One of her fingers circled around the tip of the tent in your pants while she watched you squirm. "You're so sensitive."
You opened your mouth to speak only to be interrupted by a string of cursing and desperate whimpering. "Sorry, I'm just new to all of this," you confessed. It was a little hard to imagine your first time going to a bar would take such a turn.
"Don't tell me someone as cute as you is still a virgin." Your silence was enough. It was as arousing as it was disappointing. Natasha didn't want to go slow by any means, but the thought of getting to corrupt that innocent little mind of yours was exhilarating. "I promise I'll be extra gentle with your little friend."
The car parked before Natasha could pull down your boxers. Natasha's lust-driven craze left you in quite an awkward position while waiting for her to unlock the door. Holding your pants up only made your bulge stand out more and there was an obscene amount of lipstick covering your neck. You hoped Natasha wasn't secretly vampire famous or else you'd be in real trouble.
Natasha pulled you into her home and wasted no time undressing you. Your shoes, shorts, sweater, and T-shirt littered the soft carpet. Natasha had you completely naked by the time she pushed you onto the bed. "You're making a mess already," she whispered seductively as she crawled onto the bed. Her eyes focused on the way your member throbbed and leaked precum.
Your eyes followed Natasha's as she began stroking your member. It was tortuously slow, but it felt good. A near-pornographic moan fell from your lips as your head tilted back. "Your hands are so soft," you whimpered pathetically. All your willpower went into staying still. You didn't know what to do with yourself. "C-can I touch you too?" You blindly reached out and grabbed the first thing you could feel. Mindlessly, you groped the soft flesh in hopes that it would make Natasha feel good too. Your face burned bright red as she moved your hand to where her breast actually was. “Sorry…I wasn’t looking,” you mumbled.
Natasha kissed up the underside of your cock before licking all the way down to the base. “A good pup would pay attention to someone making them feel this good.” She waited until you looked down at her. Once she was sure you wouldn’t look away, she swallowed you down to the base. Her cheeks hallowed out as she began sucking you off.
Your hips twitched and your eyelids fluttered, but you tried your best to keep your eyes open. As your orgasm got closer, you found it harder to control yourself. An animalistic growl ripped through your throat as you tried to control yourself. Your fangs forced themselves out of your mouth and your claws had nearly ripped Natasha’s sheets. “W-wait, slow down,” were the only words you could get out before it happened.
Hot white cum painted the inside of Natasha’s throat as she swallowed down everything you gave her. Natasha didn’t give you a break and continued until you pushed her away. “Is that all you have left?” She blew on your bulbous tip before giving it a kiss.
“N-no, I just…I need a second. That’s all.”

Timeless Love
Pairing : Dean Winchester X Reader
Word count : 3.7k
Warnings : angst, s12 ep 6 (spoilers), canon violence, mentions of demons, slight mention of john winchester, mentions of amara (slight spoiler), taylor swift reference (?), fluff. Not proofread.
Part 2 to Fleeting Love.
A/n: I don’t remember what exactly happened in that episode i just winged it.
I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO COPY MY WORK, TRANSLATE IT OR POST IT TO ANY OTHER PLATFORM. REBLOGS ARE APPRECIATED.
Leaving was the hardest thing Dean had to do other than breaking Y/n's heart. He cried himself to sleep every night after seeing her looking like a shell of herself at school. He missed her smile and he missed being the reason of her smile. How could he let himself fall for someone, when he knew he could never have that kind of life. Loving her was the best and the worst decision of his life. Best because he got to know what love actually feels like and worst because he knows he'd never find anything like that ever again. He wouldn't allow himself to love anyone else in this lifetime. She was his first and last love.
Dean had left town, and Y/n was still picking up the pieces of a shattered heart. Days turned into weeks, but the ache never dulled. Every time she walked by the places they'd shared—her favorite diner, the lakeside road where they'd stargazed—the memories rushed in like a flood. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't outrun the ghost of him.
As much as she wanted to hate him, part of her would always him. He was her first love, her first kiss and her first time. Deep down she knew it had everything to do with his father but his betrayal was still fresh in her mind. She knew her Dean wouldn't do that her but she wished he'd stood against his father. She wished he would've fought for their love. If only she knew the reason he couldn't do it.
Fifteen years had come and gone, and Y/n had built a life—one filled with new memories, a different kind of happiness. But despite the time and distance, her heart remained anchored to a love she never truly let go of. It wasn't that she was stuck in the past; she had moved on in every way that mattered. Yet, in the quiet moments, when the world fell still, it was Dean's face she saw, his voice she heard, as if time had never touched the feelings she carried for him.
Y/n let out a sigh as she waited for her flight to be announced. She was going to Canada for a wake of the man who saved her life. She vividly remembered six years ago, she was coming back from work and a huge dog like creature attacked her. She wouldn't have believed had she not seen it with her own eyes. It was a werewolf.
She dug into the supernatural, surprised by the sheer amount of lore tied to what was already known. Myths, legends, and creatures she once thought were just stories had entire histories woven into the fabric of the world she knew.
Asa Fox was the one that killed the thing and rescued her. Now he was no more. She owed it him to atleast pay her final respects to him.
Hours later she landed in Canada and made her way towards Asa's mother's house. It was late at night when she arrived. She stepped inside and noticed a small crowd gathered in the living room, while others lingered in the kitchen and a few more were out in the backyard. They were all lost in conversation, sharing memories and stories of the brave hunter they had come together to mourn. The air was heavy with both grief and respect as they honored the life he'd lived.
She'd found Asa's mother and paid her condolences to her, recounting how her son had saved her life and how she looked up to him. The older woman nodded and Y/n took it as her cue to leave her alone. She walked the hallway and bumped into someone, she quickly apologised and looked up to them and all the air seemed to leave her lungs.
"You.." she choked on her words and the other person looked at her in mild confusion and threw her an anticipatory glance. "Mary Winchester." Y/n finally spoke. The older woman tried to rack her brain if she knew the woman infront of her but her mind remained blank.
Y/n had seen photos of Dean's mother in his room also in his wallet and she adored how much he loved his mother. Her mind went haywire thinking back to when he told her his mother died in a house fire. Did he lie? Why would he though? Thousands of thoughts ran into her mind as she thought back to her relationship with the Winchester. Even after fifteen years he's still vivid in her head. Did everything he tell her was a lie? Was Dean even his real name.
Y/n could feel herself hyperventilate and she immediately wanted to put space between the supposedly dead woman and herself. She went to the kitchen to grab herself some water. There were only two people in the kitchen, a woman with a pixie cut and a man taller than anyone she had ever seen. She grabbed a water bottle chugging it down and calming her heartbeat. She took a deep breath before speaking,
"Uhm sorry to intrude but, is a Mary Winchester out there?" She questioned the couple gesturing towards the hallway she came from. The man looked at her with a unreadable look in his eyes.
"Yeah." The woman responded.
Y/n sighed, — atleast I'm not going crazy. She thought to herself. But if that's Dean's mom, what on earth is she doing here?
"You're Y/n." The man said. It wasn't a question. He knew her. She craned her neck to look up at his face and she furrowed her brows.
"I'm sorry have we met before?" She questioned taking a step forward. A sad smile appeared on his face. The woman beside him looked at him expectantly waiting for his reply.
"You seriously don't remember me?" He chuckled and she shook her head.
"I'm sorry, but I'd remember if I had met someone as big as you." She replied leaning on the counter behind her.
"I wasn't this big when we met Y/n/n." Sam spoke and the nickname made her eyes flash with recognition but it was quickly overtaken by the hurt that came with those memories.
"Sammy." It just slipped out. She didn't mean to call him by that name, but when he called her y/n/n, it came out subconsciously. Her heart started beating loudly at the thought of his brother being here. She had never thought she'd ever meet Dean Winchester ever again and she was not ready.
Sam knew whatever happened between her and his brother hurt her more than anything and he wouldn't blame her if she up and left without a word, but he'd missed her. And he missed the man his brother was when he was with Y/n. After her, he was just a shell of a man, running on his father's commands like a soldier. Someone who seemed to let go off every emotion and just waiting for his father's next order.
Sam introduced Y/n to the woman beside him as sherrif Jody Mills and she was good friend.
"How're you Y/n?" Sam asked and she looked at him remembering the small kid she used help with homework.
"Been good. How about you?" Sam scoffed at her question. If only she knew how he's been. And how his brother's been. Coming back from the dead, hell, purgatory. She'd probably throw a chair at him for making up all this bullshit.
"Good yeah." Sam nodded. Y/n could hear footsteps approaching and prayed it wasn't who she thought it was. God knew she didn't want to see him. Maybe she hadn't been a good person, and this was her punishment, because Dean Winchester walked into the kitchen, her breath caught in her lungs.
"Sammy where the he-" Dean words got caught in his mouth as his gaze landed on her.
Y/n looked at the man she had loved and hoped that after all these years, she'd have fallen out of love with him. But one look and her heart started thudding against her ribcage. He had aged, but somehow, he was even more handsome. He was muscular now, his arms toned beneath his layers, and she could see it all. She could feel her eyes water and she didn't want to create a scene at someone's wake, she pushed past Sam and left the space with a word.
Dean stood frozen, he couldn't believe he'd run into her here of all places. The sight of her brought back a flood of memories and feelings he thought he had buried long ago. Despite the years and the changes, she was just as beautiful as he remembered. But then he wondered why was she here? Is she a relative? Does she know about the supernatural? Or worse is she a hunter?
He didn't know the answer to his questions but he knew one thing, that them meeting again after fifteen years was fate. And he'd be damned if he let go off her ever again. He'd do anything in his power to win her back because God knows he's been miserable since the minute he broke up with her. Without wasting another second Dean went behind her. He could see her going to the backyard and taking in deep breaths.
"Y/n." He said approaching her.
"Go away Dean.”
“Just hear me out once.” He pleaded.
“I don't want to hear any more of your lies." Her voice cracked as she spoke and Dean knew she was on the verge of crying.
"Lies? What lies?" He asked holding her arm and turning her to look at him. She shrugged her arm out of his grip and pulled away harshly.
"Maybe you have a bad memory Dean, fifteen years isn't that long of a time to forget about it." She snapped glaring at him. "Need I remind you of your lies? My mom died when I was four! She's inside I've seen her with my own eyes." She yelled. "I love you Y/n! And the very next day after breaking up with me I see you making out with some cheerleader. You don't do that to someone you love." She cried pushing at his chest. "You're a goddamn liar so leave me the fuck alone like you did that night at the park."
Each and every word pierced through him like a needle. It was worse than spending forty years in Hell. He knew he'd hurt her and deserved everything she threw his way, but hearing her think that he didn't love her—it just broke his heart. He never lied about his love for her.
"Y/n, baby please let me explain. I swear I'll tell you everything." He said holding her hand and she pushed him again.
"Don't touch me. And I don't need your explanations." She wiped her tears. "I'm not here for you I'm here for Asa." Dean felt a pang of jealousy at the late hunter's name and he wondered if they'd had something before he died. Is that why she's here. He completely forgot it's been fifteen years and there might be a possibility that she'd moved on.
"How do you even know him?" He couldn't but ask. His jealousy getting the better of him.
"That is none of your concern." She retorted sharply.
"Sweetheart please hear me out." Dean begged and she moved to go back inside but the doors were locked.
"What the hell?" She tried turning the doorknob but it didn't budge. The two of them were locked out. Dean tried pushing the door but to no avail.
"Hello Dean." Dean turned to see Billie standing there and she was smirking almost evilly.
"Billie what are you doing here?" He asked the reaper. And she told him she's here to do what she does. She's here to take everyone who's inside. Dean asked her what's happening inside and she tells him a demon's got them locked inside and something about vengeance. He had to save Sam, his mom and Jody. Dean tells her to open the door for him and let him go inside, she makes him a deal to never interfere in the natural order of things and he agrees as long as she lets him inside.
"Dean what the hell is going on?" Y/n was now scared. Although she was well aware of supernatural theoretically but she was in no way prepared to fight. And demons? She didn't know those were real too.
"I'll explain later." Dean replied as calmly as possible. "Billie, I need you to keep her safe, please." Dean requested and the reaper raised her brow.
"Dean, I can either keep her safe or let you inside. I'm getting one thing out of this deal, and you're getting only one too." His jaw clenched at her words and he was internally cursing her for being a bitch.
"Fine. Get us in." He begrudgingly told the reaper and she created an opening in the door. Dean turned to Y/n and cupped her face in his large hands. "We're going in, but you gotta trust me, sweetheart. Stay by my side and I'll protect you." Y/n thought he was completely out his wits asking her to go inside a place where there's a demon.
"Time's of essence Dean." Billie commented and he glared at her. He held Y/n's hand and before she knew the two of them were inside. He let out a sigh of relief when he saw Sam, Jody and his mom alive, and even the others. Sam filled him in how the demon had cut off the water supply and locked all the doors. Y/n was terrified of being locked in a house with a demon but Dean held her close to him. His hand gripping hers tightly.
They all gathered in the living room to make a devils trap to trap whoever the demon was possesing and to keep themselves safe, being inside it.
"Dean who was that outside?" Y/n questioned her voice a quiet whisper.
"That was Billie she's a reaper." Dean replied moving her into the devils trap. She looked at him wide eyed.
"A reaper? The one that takes souls?" She questioned and he nodded. "You're acquainted with a reaper? What the fuck?" Before either of them could say any further Jody accused Mary of being possessed since her was last one to come into the room.
Sam and Dean tensed at her accusation of their mom being possessed but then Mary stepped into the devil's trap and moved out proving she's not it. Then Jody started cackling evilly, saying that was clever of Mary. With a flick of her hand she wooshed the trap, then she started attacking everyone one by one taunting them. She threw the twins across the wall and then slammed Mary in the door. She moved her hand towards Y/n but Dean pushed her behind him and the demon made him fly in the wall. Y/n was left unguarded and demon closed in on her. Sam neared them but possessed Jody threw him in the cabinet.
Y/n screamed as the demon neared her she inched backwards, her body trembling with fear. Dean watched as Jody wrapped her hand around Y/n's neck, he got up on his feet and pushed Jody away from her, not too harshly to not hurt his friend's body. He wrapped his body over her, shielding her body with his' and Sam started chanting the incantation to exorcise the demon out of Jody. The twins joined them and then Mary finished it off sending the demon back to hell.
The lights flickered back on and everyone was relieved at last. Y/n clutched Dean's shirt in her hands and hid her face in his chest. "You're fine..it's gone." He rubbed her back soothingly. "Hey sweetheart, look at me." Dean made her pull away slightly and placed his fingers underneath her chin making her look at him. "You okay?" She shook her head, no.
An hour later, Y/n was wrapped up in Dean's jacket, his mind drifting off to the first time he'd lend her his jacket and how it was their new beginning. He wondered if it was a sign of their another new beginning together. She sat on the hood of the Impala and the boys stood in front of her.
"What. The. Hell. Was. That?" She looked at Sam and Dean, while Mary and Jody watched their interaction for afar. "I mean I know werewolves and Vampires but demons? Reapers?" Dean grabbed her hand and brushed his thumb over the back of her hand.
"How'd you know about Werewolves and Vampires?" Dean asked softly and she told him how she was attacked by a werewolf and Asa saved her. And she researched a bit about the supernatural and Dean nodded in understanding. He shot Sam a glance and younger understood and left them alone.
"Sweetheart, I'll explain everything and I'll tell you why I left. You see I'm a hunter, my parents were too. I've grown up in this life. My mom did die when I was four. A demon killed her. My dad wanted us to find that demon and kill him. When I met you, I forgot all about it. I wanted to be a normal boy, I did love you with everything I had." She looked up at his eyes and they were sincere, different from when he broke her heart. It wasn't like he was holding back, or hiding something. "My dad, he didn't want you to get involved or me to lose focus. He told me that I should break your heart so you can move on with you life." Dean explained.
"I did move on with my life Dean." He shut his eyes not wanting to see the look on her face when she tells him she found someone else. "But I couldn't love anyone else. You made me question my worth, because, fuck it I was in love. And fuck you Dean for I couldn't have us."
"I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to make you question your worth, hell I wanted to show you how much you mean to me, I just wanted to keep you safe, away from this life. You aren't even back in my life for less two hours and look at this mess. I don't even want to think of what harm I would've caused you if you'd been with me all those years." He looked apologetic. "As for my mom, God's sister brought her back."
"Who THE FUCK?" She looked dumbfounded.
"It's long story." Dean chuckled. "All I'm saying is I've loved you this whole time and I only broke up with you because I didn't want you be in danger and because my dad said it was for the best." He rubbed the back of his head, half ashamed.
"Where's your dad?" She asked after few minutes of silence.
"He died, a few years ago." Dean replied gloomily.
"I'm sorry." Even if the man was the reason for her heartbreak she didn't feel good about him being dead. After all he was Dean's father. Dean nodded. "What now?"
"We could try again, that is if you want to. I'm tired of not being with you. I feel meeting you again after all these years, it's fate." Dean said softly. "And I still love you so fucking much." He rested his forehead against her.
"I still love you too, Dean." She whispered. The tension between them hangs in the air, heavy and charged. Without another word, Dean cups Y/N's face, his thumb gently brushing their cheek. There's a moment of hesitation, a breath, and then he leans in, capturing their lips in a passionate kiss.
The kiss is deep, intense, filled with all the unspoken emotions they've both been holding back. Dean pulls Y/N closer, as if trying to convey everything he couldn't say in words. For that moment, it's just the two of them, lost in the heat of the kiss. When they finally pull back, both breathless, Dean's forehead rests against Y/N's, his eyes still closed.
"Being away from you was worse than going to hell."
"As if you'd know what hell’s like." She replied rolling her eyes. Dean pulled away, his eyes filled with mischief.
"Oh I do, I went to hell, i was there for forty years."
"You're lying." She gave him a look and he shook his head.
"I'm not. I went to hell and then Castiel the angel pulled me out. Who by the way is now my best friend."
"SAMMY? HE'S LYING ISN'T HE??" She yelled to the younger Winchester and Dean barked out a laugh at her reaction. Sam didn't know what she was on about so he laughed too.
"You've got a lot of catching up to do, sweetheart." Dean said while helping her down off the hood. He threw an arm over her shoulder and dragged her towards his mom. "Mom this is Y/n. My highschool sweetheart." He said pecking her temple.
“Nice to meet you Mrs. Winchester.” Y/n said extending her hand for her to shake but Mary pulled her into a hug.
“Call me Mary. And welcome to the family.” She smiled. Dean grinned, watching the exchange with a sense of pride. Mary’s embrace made Y/n feel instantly at ease. Mary pulled back slightly, her eyes twinkling with warmth. “I’ve heard so much about you, it’s wonderful to finally put a face to the name.”
“You have?” She questioned looking at Dean who looked away shyly.
“Yeah, I’m sorry I wasn’t around the first time.” Mary joked and Y/n let out an awkward laugh.
Dean stood by, his arm still around Y/n, feeling a deep sense of contentment as his worlds finally came together. He knew they still had a lot to talk about but he also knew that they were meant to be. It’s destiny. Now that he’s got her, he’s never letting her go matter what life throws at him. He’s finally home.

Hello! I love your stories. Could I request a Drabble about Wrecker being a body guard for a Princess trope? She likes him but he doesn’t think she does. And if it fits “Can you lock the door please?” From your prompt list. Thanks!
Hello friend! I'm so so so sorry that it's taken so long for me to get this out to you! I've been sitting on this for probably about a year now. So sorry! Also... it turned into a full-blown 12 page fic instead of a drabble. Hope you enjoy!!!! 😂❤️🫂
--------------------------------------------------
The Princess and the Wrecking Ball
Wrecker x Princess!Reader
Warnings: Loss due to wartime, small mention of blood. Mostly just some cute hurt/comfort 🥰
--------------------------------------------------
"Really Hunter?" complained Wrecker, "A princess?"
Hunter frowned and nodded. "Yes. Just for a few days." He looked around at the others for confirmation and they simply nodded.
"Why do you seem to be the only one that has a problem with this?" Hunter gestured to his brother with thinly veiled frustration. He'd never seen Wrecker this adverse to a mission before. Even when it required rappelling from treacherous heights.
"Because last time he met a princess he fell head over heels for her and she hated his guts." Crosshair spoke evenly as he sat on his bunk, cleaning his rifle.
Hunter frowned, looking back at Wrecker. "Is that what this is about?"
Wrecker looked down, shrugging nervously. He rubbed the back of his head. "I just don't like Princesses, okay? They think they're all that and then they look at you with those pretty eyes and you think you've got a chance, and you think they really like you and then they realize that you're a clone and call you a stupid, ugly mistake."
The group was silent.
Hunter cleared his throat, "Well, you don't have to get along with her. We're just supposed to transport her safely back to her uncle on Coruscant."
Wrecker crossed his arms, frowning, "Why do we gotta do it?"
"She's in danger, Wrecker." Echo explained, "and it's a favor for Senator Amidala."
"Why can't she do it?"
"She's a senator. She can't exactly sneak into Separatist territory."
"Besides," Hunter added, "The princess' uncle has offered us a lot of money to get her safely to him."
Crosshair looked up. "You mean, we're actually getting paid this time?"
"But - " protested Wrecker.
Hunter looked at him sharply. "We're going to get that princess and you're going to treat it just like another mission. That's an order. Got it?"
Wrecker groaned, "Yeah Sarge, I got it."
"Good. I don't want to hear another word about it from you."
"Do I at least get to blow something up?"
"We'll see."
Wrecker grumbled under his breath. Hunter narrowed his eyes at him but didn't say anything else.
"Well..." Tech spoke up, "Now that that's settled, I'm making a list of everything we need to requisition."
Tech held the datapad out to Echo. He looked over the list.
"I can't think of anything else."
"What about the princess?" Wrecker asked suddenly.
Crosshair sighed, "Here we go again..."
"Hey! I'm just tryin' to be helpful!"
Hunter closed his eyes, "What about her, Wrecker."
"Well uh.... Won't she need things too?"
Tech looked up, "I have included rations for an extra passenger on the way back. That will not be an issue."
Wrecker shifted awkwardly. "Yeah but... What about... women things?"
Crosshair choked on his caf.
Tech blinked, “What women things?”
Wrecker shrugged, “I saw some ad on Coruscant for it once. I don’t remember what it’s called. Think it happens like on a full moon or something, every couple rotations?"
Tech lowered the datapad in his hand to stare at his brother. “She is a woman, Wrecker... not a werewolf."
Hunter closed his eyes again and sighed, rubbing at his temples. Some days he wondered how exactly it was that they'd made it as commandos this long.
"I'm gonna go ahead and veto that one. I think it would be a little weird for a group of elite soldiers to have uh... women things.... on the ship."
Wrecker grumbled, "I was just trying to be helpful."
Crosshair nudged his shin with the butt of his rifle. "Lighten up, Wreck. We are literally getting paid to play taxi for a pretty princess. We could do this in our sleep." He chuckled, "Actually I'm pretty sure I have done something like this in my sleep."
Tech rolled his eyes. "Don't be an ass, Crosshair."
"At least I can get a woman's attention if I wanted to," he goaded.
Tech scoffed, "For your information, I have had several females ask for my com frequency."
"That's enough!" Hunter placed his hand firmly on the table. "Seriously guys? You're acting like a bunch of shiny regs. This is a mission. We're going to act like professionals."
"Have we ever really been professional?" quipped Tech.
Hunter sighed, "Let me rephrase that. We're going to do this just like we've done any other extraction. We get in, grab the target, get out. Got it?"
A chorus of "yes, sir"s announced the end of the discussion.
---
The smooth finish of the once beautiful wood floor felt cold on your cheek as you hid beneath the bed.
"Run! Run and don't look back!" Your mother's terrified voice echoed in your ears, and then the click of the lock as she pushed you into the back hall. Then the shrill scream she'd let out as the droids dragged her away. You'd only run when you heard the blaster fire.
One shot. Thud.
Your father and brother crying out in anguish.
Two shots. Thud. Thud.
Silence. Then voices - modulated and mechanical. Cold and calculating.
"Find the girl."
"Roger Roger."
You felt the dust creep up around your fingers, digging under your nails as you felt along the floor. It floated into your nose and down your throat, tickling and irritating. You suppressed a heavy sneeze that popped your ears, making you aware of every tiny noise. The metallic, icy fear that gripped your chest twisted every noise into something mechanical and violent.
It has to be here somewhere.
There.
Your fingers found purchase on a small, metal surface. The biometric lock whirred to life as you pressed your fingers to the surface.
A hatch hissed open revealing a small room in the wall beside the bed. You crawled out from under the bed, dusting off your pants. It felt naked, being out in the open like this. Dangerous. Vulnerable.
Deftly, you climbed into the hidden room and the hatch hissed closed behind you, locking you in. A dim light illuminated a small room. An emergency com device sat on a stool in the corner and a blaster hung on the wall. A ladder along the back wall led upwards. You had been here enough times with your father that you knew it led to the rooftop. But this time, it wasn't a drill and this time, you were alone.
You dialed the frequency.
A trooper sporting a red and white helmet appeared on the screen. Though you couldn't see his face, he seemed bored.
"This is a secure channel. You shouldn't have this number."
"I..." your voice left your lungs as barely a whisper.
"What's that?" He sounded annoyed now. A knot formed in the back of your throat.
"Speak clearly, please."
"I need to speak to my uncle." The words came out forced and choked.
"Look ma'am, this is a secure channel for GAR personnel only."
Someone said something in the background and the trooper turned, "...nothing, Sir. Just some civvie with the wrong number." He paused, listening to whoever was in the room with him. "...yeah she's trying to call her uncle or something. I'll handle it."
The screen shifted and suddenly instead of the trooper your uncle's face appeared.
"I... I need help." It took everything you had left in you not to burst into tears as you told him what happened. How the droid army came. How your father refused them. How they killed his family first and then him. How you ran and hid.
"Okay," Came his soft reply. "Okay. Keep the door locked and stay where you are. I'll send someone to come for you."
----
The message had come in only a matter of hours and now you waited, lying flat on the roof, for the ship to come carry you away.
Smoke rose in columns. You could smell the fires and tried not to think about the screaming. The people - your people - were dying and there you were, hiding away. Waiting for a rescue that the common citizen would have no hope of. Their choice was to surrender or die. They would die here.
Suddenly shouts rang out just below. "Hey! You! Stop!" The cold, whiny voice of a foot soldier. There was a scrambling of hurried footsteps as whoever they were chasing ran and tripped. You peered over the edge of the building.
"Hey! Where'd you go?" The battledroid sounded confused. Whoever it was chasing hid well.
You watched the figure slowly crawl, inching his way along the entrance to a garbage chute. There were only two ways for him to crawl. A dead end or the garbage chute. The droid seemed to suddenly notice this as well.
"Ha. Ha. You have nowhere to hide now."
He looked young - only a child. Maybe 12 or 13. He looked terrified.
Gritting your teeth, you made a decision you hoped you wouldn't regret.
"Hey!" You shouted. Both the boy and the droid looked up. "You leave him alone!"
"Look, it's the princess!"
"Wait, she's not supposed to be here!"
Kriff. There are more of them.
"I'll take care of her."
Both turned their blasters towards you. The boy was gone but now you'd given up your position.
Kriff. Now I'm dead.
You squeezed your eyes shut, ready for the inevitable blast that would carry you back into the arms of your family.
---
The blast came louder than you'd expected - more painful too. Your head throbbed fiercely and ears rang loud enough to muffle the sounds of yelling and blaster fire. The ragged edges of the wall lay rough and cold as your fingers found purchase on its stones, gripping tightly to shakily pull yourself to your feet. Something wet and warm trickled down your forehead, stinging your eye. You hissed as your fingers found the small cut above your eyebrow, fingers coming away red and slick.
Someone was shouting.
"Princess! Princess!"
This can't be happening. This can't be real.
"Princess!"
That voice again, loud and deep - shredding through the thudding of your pulse and the ringing shock in your head.
A pair of strong arms wrapped themselves around you, yanking you from the ground where you stood.
Panic sprang from every pore in your body as you struggled against that impossible grip.
"Hey! Calm down! You're safe! I got ya!"
He was running. The world seemed to flow by as if you were watching it through someone else's eyes.
Smoke drifted through the sky. Fires burned hot and buildings lay broken and crumbled. The only thing that felt real were the strong arms of the man carrying you from the carnage. Away from everything you'd ever known.
---
Your eyes never left the burning horizon of your home until the vast blur of hyperspace wrenched it away. It was only then you found yourself taking a breath, gasping as if you'd forgotten how to breathe.
"Are you okay?" A figure knelt beside you, slowly drawing your gaze to him. Long, dark hair hung over a dirty red bandana. "My name's Hunter. That's Crosshair, Tech, and Echo." He pointed out each of his brothers, "and that's Wrecker. He's the one who brought you back here."
You looked up at him. The large man looked as if he wanted to say something but stopped.
Hunter got up to join his brothers, leaving you to sit alone on the bunk.
You winced, bringing a hand up to your forehead as the cut stung with the stale air of the ship. Wrecker's look of feigned indifference suddenly morphed to one of concern as he peered through the short passageway of the ship.
"Hey she's bleeding!"
Wrecker immediately grabbed the medscanner, turning towards you - then paused.
He glanced away, the urgent need to make sure you were okay, suddenly transformed into an anxious uncertainty. He rubbed the back of his head in a nervous gesture.
"Here you do it!" he grunted before violently shoving the device at Tech who fumbled it a nanosecond before deftly catching it with sturdy fingers.
Tech frowned, "You are perfectly capable of taking the scan yourself." He sighed as Wrecker averted his eyes. "...but I will take over from here if that is what you want."
"Thanks Tech... I - I just don't wanna make 'er uncomfortable, ya know... in case she's scared of me on account of how I'm... Ehh, you know..."
Tech raised an eyebrow. "I do not think that is a problem, but I'm sure she would appreciate your consideration."
---
Wrecker sat glumly on the floor, leaning against Gonky, watching as Tech headed back up to the cockpit. His eyes slowly lingered back to you as you sat on the edge of the bunk.
"See, she's staring!" whispered Wrecker, leaning over to Crosshair, "I don't think she likes me."
Crosshair shook his head. "She's just in shock. Her family was practically killed in front of her. She's scared."
You could hear them whisper, glancing over at the way you sat stiffly on the bunk he'd sat you on.
Wrecker, he said his name was. An apt name for his profession. Yet, contrary to the tales that Tech had regaled to you, Wrecker seemed to simmer to a calm around you - like any sudden movement might scare you away. The concern was nice, but unnecessary.
He'd seemed so passionate when he'd jumped to save you from that blast.
"Hold on!" he'd boomed. "I've got you!" And you believed him.
Wrecker - the calm within the storm, until he became the storm itself. That was a nice thought.
Lifting your feet onto the bunk, you curled into the thin mattress. You wouldn't sleep. You couldn't. If you closed your eyes, those sounds would haunt you again.
"Run!"
Screaming.
"No!"
Blaster fire.
Thud.
Thud.
Thud.
No sleep would come tonight if you could help it - but the heavy fluttering of your exhausted eyelids soon proved to be more than you could fight.
---
"She woke up screaming."
The words, supposed to be a whisper, echoed dimly from the cockpit into the bunk where you lay - not quite asleep, but not awake either.
"We all heard it, Wreck." Came the somber reply from their leader.
"Yeah." A moment of silence. "Think one of us should talk to her?"
"Maybe."
"Tech, you do it! You're good at knowing stuff."
"I am unsure if I would be a suitable candidate for a conversation on such a delicate matter. I can offer solutions to improve her sleep but I do not think that is the issue here. Perhaps Echo should be the one to talk to her?"
"I don't know..."
Another moment of uneasy silence.
"Aw, come on guys" Wrecker's loud voice complained.
"Shhhhhh!" Chorused his brothers.
"Oh. Sorry!" His whisper wasn't much quieter.
"Wrecker's right," Hunter spoke. "Someone should talk to her."
"Wrecker, you should do it." Offered Echo.
"Me!? Why? I'm no good at stuff like that!"
"Hmm.... Echo may be right. She does seem to have an emotional connection to you, Wrecker. More so than to us."
"Wha.... whaddya mean?"
"He means she likes you, Wrecker." His brother smacked him on the shoulder.
"Hey! She does not!"
Crosshair smirked, "Oh she definitely does."
Wrecker fervently shook his head, "Does not!"
"Does to! In fact, I heard her last night in the fresher." Crosshair's grin widened, "She was all 'oh Wrecker, ohhh'" he mimicked the sound of your voice in jest.
Wrecker froze. "She did not! Yer just making that up!" He glanced at Hunter. If anyone had heard anything it would've been him. Hunter glared at Crosshair, who sighed and rolled his eyes.
"Okay, fine. I made that up. But..." he poked his brother in the gut with a boney finger. "I still think she likes you."
Wrecker frowned, rubbing a hand on the back of his bald head. He still looked unsure.
"Just get in there!" Crosshair kicked the back of his knee, causing him to stumble forward a few feet towards your bunk.
---
Wrecker sat awkwardly for a moment. He licked his lips. You blinked up at him, sleep still clouding your eyes in a confused daze.
He took a breath. He could do this.
It took you a few moments to fully wake, and another few to realize that Wrecker was sitting on his bunk, staring at you. A rush of heat stirred butterflies through your stomach - a feeling that had become all too familiar since being aboard this ship.
Wrecker looked nervous.
You blinked at him, tilting your head. He was still staring. "Uhh... Can I help you with something, Wrecker?"
"You dream bad." He blurted out.
Huh? A look of confusion crossed your face as a look of horror overtook his own.
"No! I mean.... I mean..." He shouted.
You jumped, startled.
He cleared his throat, looking mortified. "I mean... Ya... You..." he stuttered miserably. "Ya had a bad dream and I was just wonderin' if you were okay." He looked down, "That's all." He gulped. Great, he blew it. "I'll uh... I'll leave ya alone now."
He turned towards the cockpit, face red with embarrassment.
"Wait..." Your voice called out from behind him. "Wrecker wait...."
He paused.
"I... I think it was really sweet of you to come see if I was okay."
He heard you shift on the bunk, sitting up to swing your legs over the side.
"I... I'm sorry if I woke you up."
You sounded sad and Wrecker felt his heart crack. He turned back around, sitting down on his bunk again, facing you.
"Nah, I was already up." He chuckled, that explosive grin reappeared across his face. "Besides, it's pretty impossible to wake me up. Just ask Tech. One time him 'n Crosshair made a bet to see what they could do to make me wake up."
You giggled, the icy fear that gripped your chest began to warm. "What ended up waking you up?" You asked, genuinely curious. "Who won the bet?"
Wrecker grinned. "Crosshair did. He put a tooka treat in my ear and left the ship open. It was when we landed on Lotho Minor. There's lots of tookas around there."
You giggled, imagining a sleeping Wrecker surrounded by an army of tiny mewing tookas.
He was silent again and you felt those angry claw sneak their way around you again, freezing through your veins. Wrecker must have noticed, his smile faded.
"Didja wanna talk about it? Or..." he trailed off.
You shivered and leaned into him. Without thinking, he put his arm around you, pulling you closer - keeping you warm.
"I... It's just a lot to process." You said softly. "I just keep remembering. I keep hearing them die."
Wrecker didn't say anything. He took a deep breath. "I'm sorry. You shouldn't have to see somethin' like that. Yer a princess. Yer supposed to go ta parties and drink those fancy juice things and eat those tiny sandwiches."
You sighed, "It's not all just parties and fancy stuff all the time, you know."
Wrecker sat up, looking at you. "It's not!?"
"No," you chuckled. "Sometimes it's sitting in on a really boring meeting. Sometimes it's learning how to fire a blaster in case you have to defend yourself."
"Whoa..."
You smiled sadly, "Lots of people don't like me when they hear I'm a princess. I think they think, that I think I'm better than them or something."
"That's a lot of thinkin'" Wrecker replied, not meeting your eyes. You chuckled.
It was silent again.
Wrecker cleared his throat, “I uhh… I think I know what you mean.”
You looked at him quizzically.
“A lotta people - “ Wrecker started, then paused. “Well, most people actually. They think I’m stupid just because I’m big and kinda slow with words and stuff.”
You frowned. “But aren’t you the demolition expert? You blow stuff up, right?”
Wrecker grinned at that, momentarily forgetting the awkward seriousness of the conversation before. “You bet I do!”
His smile was contagious and you found it inflicting its endearing passion across your own face. “Well then you can’t be dumb, silly!” you teased. “Don’t you have to be super smart to learn to build and disable all those explosives?”
Wrecker paused, “I dunno…”
You cut him off. “And not to mention the chemistry and physics and numbers it takes to do what you do so well!”
Wrecker shifted brushing his hand against your leg. You froze, suddenly realizing exactly how close you were to him - how his arm draped warmly around your back. The unexpected contact seemed to leave you breathless.
What was this?
Your skin seemed to burn where he'd touched you. You looked up at him.
This mountain of a man had saved you without even ever having met you before. He'd charged right into blaster fire, scooping you up as though you weighed nothing and he did it all with a smile on his face. You let out a shaky breath, shivering as he shifted and brushed against you once more.
Immediately, Wrecker jumped to his feet, realizing his mistake.
"I... I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to scare ya or... or touch ya... I..." He stuttered, "I... I'm such a..."
You looked up at him wide-eyed. "Wait! Wrecker stop!"
He paused, looking down miserably.
Now it was your turn to blush, "I... I didn't mind it." You said quietly, looking down at your feet.
He still looked unsure.
"I like being around you, Wrecker. You make me feel safe."
He looked down to where you patted the spot on the bunk beside you.
"You sure?" He asked tentatively.
You nodded, "I'm sure."
"You wanna know something funny?" He asked, voice uncharacteristically quiet as he sat again.
"What?" You smiled, leaning towards him.
"I thought you weren't going to like me... Just like you thought we weren't gonna like you."
"Of course I like you, Wrecker! And I'm really glad you were the one to find me."

any cosmo girl would have known
“Oh she did it for sure.”
“Steve!”
“Ten bucks, Bobert, don't give me that look last time we agreed double or nothing.”
“No,” Nancy insists. “This isn't Murder, She Wrote or Scooby-Doo or Columbo-”
“You saw who did it in Columbo at the beginning,” Eddie reminds.
“I know it's an awful show.”
Robin and Steve remain in sync enough to each get a hand on his shoulder to keep him from getting on the coffee table to defend the only good cop show in existence.
“I'm only pointing out,” she rewinds the VHS taking it back the two or three minutes they'd talked over before stopping it completely, “that this is a movie, not a drama with a repeated format that Steve can pattern recognition into predicting.”
“You haven't seen it already, right?” Robin asks. “The one rule of Monthly Middle-Aged Movie Night is you have to pick a movie none of us have seen.”
“No, I haven't seen it already. If you'll all remember when I asked you each to go see it with me I got,” he points to each of them in turn. “‘Wouldn't you rather see Tomb Raider?’ from double VHS, prestige cinephile and ‘That's too much pink for me, baby, you know I have that intolerance, maybe Rob or Nance will go?’ from my emo-isn’t-a-phase husband. And ‘I'm a little busy with this new story, Steve,’ from Nancy, the only one of you with a real excuse.”
“Some feminist you are, Birdie.”
“I don't want to hear it from you. I watched two of the blandest men alive pursue Renee Zellweger while the screen writers tried to convince us she was homely because you ‘forgot’ you had band practice.”
“You said you liked it!”
“It grew on me, but sometimes you just want to see a woman in a tank top. And I won't be shamed by the same man who cried during Beauty and the Beast.”
“I went with my sweet baby Lucy Joan, you miserable hag,” Eddie says, “and they turned that hot werewolf into a boring looking man.”
“You weren't into that? Look at who-”
“Why am I getting made fun of? Can we finish the movie?”
“No, I'm not going to let this be another Sixth Sense situation,” Nancy says, holding the remote hostage, she knows no one will try to take it from her.
“Ugh don't even bring that up,” Eddie groans, “Dustin still mentions it in at least one letter a year.”
Nancy nods, prim and proper, “Exactly, so tell us right now why you think she did it, then we'll play it again.”
“Chutney, the daughter,” Steve corrects, “have you even been paying attention? Her hair's permed.”
“And press play,” Eddie shouts.
“No,” Robin smacks his hands as he makes his ballsy play to reach around her for the remote. “Show your work, Dingus, even I didn't follow that one.”
“I don't always like the movies everyone else picks but I at least watch them. Her hair is permed, she said she was in the shower. She would have had to have been washing her hair if she didn't hear the gunshot and she has a perm.”
“You can wash your hair with a perm,” Nancy points out.
“You would know.” Eddie snarks, fingering the ends of his own hair.
“You can't wash a fresh perm, you'll fuck up the ammonium thioglycolate. Then you're out forty bucks and you've got limp hair. She killed her dad and lied about being in the shower.”
“Press play,” Eddie decrees again, leaning in close to Steve's side to purr, “it's pretty sexy when you go all hair care detective.”
His hand starts to slip below the blanket. “This is how we ended up with Lucy in the first place,” Steve reminds him, just under the sounds of the courtroom drama picking back up. It doesn’t stop Eddie’s hand from wandering until the movie’s climax starts getting closer, and Eddie’s attention is captured just like Robin’s and Nancy’s.
“Unbelievable,” Robin says, when Elle cites the perm salt.
“Never again,” Nancy swears, when Chutney screams her confession.
“Lucy’s been asking for a brother or sister,” Eddie flirts, as Elle reveals that any good Cosmo girl could have solved it.
No more movies with mysteries or twist endings for a while, they all agree, Robin can’t afford to keep betting against Steve.

Selene with a darling who she knocked up during a one night stand without realizing who darling is, darling spends the next years being a single mom, and now years later Selene runs into their daughter. c:
♡ You Had A One Night Stand With Selene ♡
Selene had had her fair share of one night stands, she'd even had a few girlfriends, never one that she wanted to keep around long term as she had wanted with you, too bad when she woke up you weren't there anymore forcing her to have to try to move on and get you out of her mind but she couldn't. No matter how hard she tried or how many people she slept with after you she just couldn't get over you and so a trip to the city, the place you had said you were from, was in order. Sure it had been a few years but she was sure you'd still remember her how could you forget how mindblowingly she had fucked you after all, there was no way you'd just be able to forget the night you shared, even though you weren't her soulmate, she just needed to do it with you one more time to put you out of her mind, one more time and hopefully she'd be over it. When she got there however she'd been shocked to see a child who looked exactly like her, something that was impossible unless you had actually been her soulmate and she just couldn't tell due to the curse, too bad when she got there you thought of her as a sleazebag and wanted nothing to do with her.
"Dove, it isn't right to keep me from our daughter." She had forced her way into your apartment again while your daughter was at school, she really wanted to be a part of your life and meet her child but she also didn't want to terrify them so she was forced to beg you to introduce her so she could have a good first impression, you were far too stubborn though, it was getting on her nerves. "She needs an actual werewolf in her life to show her how to do stuff."
"Go away Selene, we're doing just fine without you. She hasn't even shown signs of being one, maybe your genes are just too weak." She was at least happy to get a response that wasn't 'screw you' or 'go fuck yourself' or some variation of that but the response only agitated her more, anyone could see you weren't perfectly fine without her, sure your apartment was decent but why the fuck would you live here when you could live in her actually nice home with plenty of space for your child or any ones you'd have together in the future. "You weren't there for the first years so it's not like you have some claim anyways, Selene."
"Fine, if the first years are what matters then I'll fuck another one into you and just be there for that one, maybe then you'll accept me into your life." You froze looking at her and wondering if she was actually serious. There was no way she would actually force herself on you while your daughter was at school right? "Dove, I'm being completely serious here, I'm going to put another one in you, you don't have a choice and when our first daughter returns from school today you WILL introduce her to me."

Something that randomly came to mind...
Enjoy!
(NSFW below the cut; espadas included: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 & Neliel)
Struggled a bit with 8, so forgive me. 😭
Types of Doms they are:
Starrk
This man has got exactly two modes when it comes to sex. Lazy or feral.
He's willing to do a lot with you, but if you catch him in his lazy mode you'll likely be doing most of the work.
Ride him, suck him, hell he'll even give you oral if you both find the right positions for him to laze a out.
Just remember: It's not that he isn't enjoying himself; that rock hard dick proves otherwise...
You knew what you were getting into.
Now then, switching gears: when he's feral, he'll barely let you move.
He's making you cum a minimum of one time before he's even going to penetrate you in any way.
He gets very possessive in this state.
Congratulations! You've essentially got a werewolf boyfriend who's usually lazy and can't transform like that...
But! When he needs to claim you for whatever reason? Welp!
Communication is key with this man! He doesn't mind if you have multiple partners, but he can get a bit jealous if you don't tell him!
Hell, you'll find out on more than one occasion, when someone flirts with you...
He'll bring you home and claim you all night long.
He might not even make it home.
Just... Keep him in the loop if you're crushing or plan to date another. it'll probably save some furniture.
Halibel
As she can't quite use her mouth outside of being in her release form, she's had time to master plenty of other ways to get you off.
She prefers to use her hands and fingers on you, but is not opposed to toys in anyway.
That's primarily for when she's doing any for of penetration on you, though.
She has learned to use any and every part of her body to be able to tease you and leave you squirming and begging for her.
Don't call her master. It reminds her of her fraccións.
May accept being called mommy under the right circumstances, though.
Has absolutely no issues with being called daddy.
Just sit on her lap and ask daddy politely if you can ride her thigh~
Not one to get jealous easily, but is definitely protective.
This is particularly true if you are someone who can be seen as weak to others.
Not very loud, but loves hearing how loud she can make you.
Ulquiorra
He struggles a lot with more human like needs and emotions
So he tends to be a heavy service top...
But it comes with so many questions.
"Why does your face warm when I kiss you?"
"Why do you avert your gaze when I-"
You get the idea.
Eventually once repeated behaviors rise up, he starts catching on.
When you make this sound, it means you really like it.
When you squirm, you're not actually trying to get away.
Just simple stuff, but you'll have had to explain it to him a bit before he starts connecting the dots.
Once he's more comfortable with you and starts recognizing these reactions...
You're in for it.
He's definitely someone who gets off on your pleasure.
As long as you're satisfied, so is he.
Nnoitra
He surprisingly doesn't mind being the one to do all the work.
It let's him be in control of, well, everything.
There's something about seeing how much you get off on everything he does to you that drives the predator in him wild.
He enjoys having control, and, having you submit to let him do whatever he wants is too delicious to pass up.
Plus, he can't help but enjoy the way you always act like such cute little prey when he's teasing you.
Those big doe eyes, the small squeaky and whiny noises you make...
The way he can make you come undone with almost any part of his body...
It's very >:))
Not entirely against sharing, but like with Starrk, if it's not discussed he can get a bit jealous
His jealousy, however, is usually more rage fueled than hormonal so watch out for that.
He's not too into being called anything "special"
May accept "daddy" now and again
Despite how kinky sex with him might be-- it is fueled by emotions (at least on his end)
You've sparked his interest in one way or another enough to warrant wanting to carnally claim you...
There's at least some attachments and calling him "master" immediately throws that out the window to him.
Grimmjow
He definitely still has some characteristics from his more beastial hollow form
His need to claim you is always in battle with his desire to see you submit to him
Kneel before the king and offer him a blowjob, he's grinning wider than Nnoitra
Seeing you beg him to pleasure you is just 😘
Part of the problem with him is that it's a bit difficult for him to give oral... Given that he has to be very conscious of every move he makes because of his hollow mask
But he is a god with his hands.
He's another one who likes to watch you ride his thighs.
Absolutely gets off on being called king, but will absolutely bust a nut if you refer to him as your husband (romantic partner ofc)
This is at it's worst before any kind of marriage, but it's still effective after.
Doesn't see the appeal in being called daddy until he *is* a daddy 👀 something about being one makes it kinkier to him for you to call him daddy
Szayel
A bit different from the others on the list in that he wants to be worshipped like a god.
He wants you to use your entire body to do so, but this is just the first act-- no form of penetration just yet. (Minus maybe deep throating him~)
Now, once that's all done he's got PLENTY of ways to pleasure you...
He's definitely into orgasm denial and overstimulation.
He likes testing your body~
If you're willing, definitely would do some experimenting...
He wouldn't do anything too drastic, though.
If not, he'll find a way to make some of his palatable for you~
You really should thank him for thinking of you.
So/so with names. The higher status the name gives him, the more he'll like it.
Neliel
Dommy mommy 🥰
She absolutely loves to spoil you during kinky times together
Another one who gets off more on your pleasure than her own
If you're not a pillow prince(ss) type of sub, she will boss you around a bit~
But she's so sweet when she does that it just has you melting at her every word
"What was that, baby? Tell mommy what you want~"
She might tease you with that one by having you with a gag in your mouth or other things 🤭
Absolutely does get off on taking care of you
Dotes on you, takes great lengths into making sure you're comfortable during aftercare!
Doesn't matter how you compare size wise to her, she's holding you on her and letting you rest your head on her chest
Makes an amazing pillow ngl

Any Stefek fic that is based off the movie Dirty Dancing? A friend of mine said she read a few but I can not find any! Thank you!!!

(1/1 I 1,193 I Teen)
Love and dancing come together at Argent's Resort.
I Can't Live Without Your Love by Val_Brown
(1/1 I 4,898 I Not Rated)
Derek stared out the car window as the green trees of the Oregon Coast highway rolled past. Every summer since he could remember they would head to a resort just outside of Bandon, Oregon. This was the last summer before he began college. The last summer before he had to start his future. He was going to make the most of it.
I Carried a Watermelon for Werewolf Equal Rights by alphasnark
(1/6 I 5,359 I Teen)
A Dirty Dancing AU.
feel the magic between you and I by stilinskisparkles
(1/1 I 11,432 I Mature)
“See?” Derek holds his arms out, “Everything’s working out great for you, and I still have no dance partner,” he turns to Erica, “Face it, no one is as good as you.”
“We still have one more,” she sing songs.
Derek peers over to the list, flinches when he sees Stiles’ name, “No.”
“You haven’t even seen me dance, and you’re already dismissing me?” Stiles sails into the room, tossing his bag in the corner as he does so and doing a dramatic spin to face them. “I got moves.”
Hot, sweet and wild by kishmet
(2/? I 14,665 I Mature)
When his father had announced the trip to the Argents' resort, Stiles had envisioned long days spent lounging on the beach with his laptop. He'd never imagined rigorous training sessions with the world's hottest, strictest dance coach.
Nobody puts Stiles in a corner by Stephaninnie
(7/7 I 39,565 I Mature)
Dirty Dancing AU where Stiles is Baby and Derek is Johnny and some things have changed but most things have stayed the same.
Certain Kind of Fool by saraubs
(1/1 I 36,530 I Mature)
Derek, who has been dragged against his will to the same resort his family visits every summer, is determined to spend the next two and a half months sequestered in his room. His only friend, his sister Laura, is preoccupied with her newly-bonded mate, and doesn't seem to care about anything but making him happy.
When Derek meets Stiles Stilinski, a sharp-tongued waiter, he thinks that this summer might not be a complete waste of time. There are only two problems: First, Stiles is human. Second, he doesn't believe in mates.
Dirty Dealing by lookslikenico, winglesswarrior
(13/? I 47,100 I Teen)
Stiles had a plan for his final summer before college. He was going to intern at the Sheriff's station, get ahead on the plans for the rest of his life. Unfortunately, his dad had some hazy idea of him having 'one last summer' as a lazy teenager. Now, he's stuck cooling his heels and feeling very out of place at some stuck up country club, where he feel he has more in common with the staff than the other members. Of course, that could be because the staff include his new 'how have we never met before' best friend Scott and the 'it should be physically impossible for someone to be that perfect' new crush, Derek. Who apparently hates him - but not enough that he won't swallow his pride and put up with Stiles' presence when he's needed to help get Erica out of trouble...
I May Be Naive But I'm Not Stupid by FelOllie
(18/? I 73,472 I Explicit)
Stiles Stilinski is the young, naïve high school graduate who's headed off to Columbia University (with every intention of going on to Columbia Law) because that's what his parents expect of him. Even though, really, all he wants to do is take after his father and become a cop.
Derek Hale is the sexy, mysterious, just-this-side-of-standoffish-and-rude dance instructor. He and his partner, Lydia Martin, work the summers at the playing-at-posh mountain resort teaching the over-privileged adults and their spoiled kids how to do the merengue.
The summer proves to be exactly what Stiles needs to finally learn how to take control of his life.
But, what happens when it's over?

Alright why not
Sirius Black x reader..
Reader's first animagus transformation (she is a wolf), Sirius didn't know she was learning how to become one, she doesn't know he is one either. Mild chaos ensues because there's a wolf in Gryffindor tower (that's not moony lol) Reader is fond of mischief and waits until right before they decision to send for a professor for help to attempt to transform back.
Gen reader or Fem reader preferred.
Canis Major
Request: Reader's first animagus transformation (she is a wolf), Sirius didn't know she was learning how to become one, she doesn't know he is one either. Mild chaos ensues because there's a wolf in Gryffindor tower (that's not moony lol) Reader is fond of mischief and waits until right before they decision to send for a professor for help to attempt to transform back.
Hi! I altered your request just a little bit, I hope that’s alright. If you want me to fix anything or write you something else, just let me know. I hope you enjoy it!
(Warnings: swearing, let me know if i missed anything)
—
“I am so bloody sick of their pranks,” Lily groaned, marching into the dorms. You put down your book, sitting up.
You gave her a sympathetic smile, patting the spot on your bed next to you for her to come sit. “What did they do this time?”
“I just finished transfiguring a few of the second year’s faces and hair back to normal. They were nearly in tears when I found them downstairs. Apparently, Remus found a way to charm jellybeans into a form of polyjuice. Their hair was as white as Dumbledore’s. How they managed to get one of his hairs, I’ll never know.”
“They played that prank on Sirius last week,” you laughed, remembering the tantrum he threw when he couldn’t fix it himself. “It took me ages to figure out how to reverse it. I have to commend Remus on his brewing ability.”
Lily groaned, clearly not sharing your idea of humor on the matter. “I’m a prefect, you know. I can’t always turn a blind eye.”
“Who’s idea was it to use the jellybeans? I thought Remus just used it to get back at Sirius for nicking his chocolate stash.”
“I managed to crack James,” she said, rolling her eyes. “Apparently, it was meant for the Slytherins. There was some kind of mixup, and the second years got a hold of them before they could stop it.”
“Morons,” you mused, shaking your head.
“We need to get them back. They’ve gotten a little out of hand lately, and I don’t fancy being the subject of their next joke.”
You grinned, rubbing your hands together. “What do you have in mind? I’ve got plenty of ideas personally, but I’m open to yours.”
“Think about pranking your boyfriend often?” She asked grinning, her brow raised.
“You think I’m safe just because I’m dating him?” You asked, chuckling. “Even I am not immune to his little games. It pays to be one step ahead.”
Lily sighed, taking your hand in hers. “We’ll have to just come up with something good, then. It’s the full moon in two days, you know.”
“What does that have to do with anything?” You asked, turning your body to face her. “Remus will be preoccupied all day, I assume the boys will be as well. You know how he gets the day before, they’ll probably stick to the dorms so he doesn’t have to exert himself much.”
“Exactly.”
You furrowed your brows in confusion. “What’s your plan?”
You knew that Remus was a werewolf, as did Lily.
It didn’t take long for either of you to figure it out, and Remus reluctantly told you the truth when you confronted him about it and promised you would never tell. You had even offered to swear an Unbreakable Vow, but he declined. You resigned to letting the boys fill you in on what happened when Remus would return to their dorms, knowing they’d be the ones he turned to if he needed someone.
Lily knew that you were an Animagus, too.
She was the one you came to when you began training for it. Each month when Remus would return from the hospital wing, you’d cringe at the sight of his fresh scars. You wondered if there was a way you could help him, beyond brewing Essence of Dittany and visiting him the morning after. There had to be a way you could help him each transformation, something you could do in the moment, and not after. The thought led you to your training, which you eventually had to confide in Lily about so that she could help you.
Surprisingly, she was very helpful about it. She did scold you, and berate you about how dangerous and not to mention illegal it was. But she wanted to help Remus, too, so she agreed to help you.
What you didn’t know was that the boys beat you to the idea. They had already begun accompanying Remus on full moons, a fact that Lily discovered for herself. She was just that clever, putting together the pieces before anyone else.
The nicknames they openly called themselves may have had something to do with that.
The boys becoming Animagi probably eased her reaction when she discovered you were also training to become one. She had by then done some research on the topic herself, helping you with the final stages.
Together, you finished the trials, and you finally took the form of a wolf. Ironic, considering what had inspired you to begin training in the first place. You had yet to follow Remus to the Shrieking Shack on a full moon, figuring going alone probably wasn’t the best idea. You hadn’t quite figured out how to tell him or your friends about it, figuring they would think the idea was insane.
It was a wonder they had somehow managed to hide the fact from you that they had already done it themselves. You’d figure it out later, and have the opportunity to scold your friends and your boyfriend for not including you.
But for now, Lily was the only one who knew the whole truth.
And she would use it to her advantage. What better way to get back at her friends would there be, than to scare the shit out of them in their own dorm?
“I have a plan,” she smirked, giving you an uneasy feeling. “Not on the full moon, of course. I’m not reckless in the way they have been recently. But if they have a wolf, I think it’s time we use ours.”
Your eyes widened at her words, and you shook your head. “Are you mad? You want me to show the boys that I can turn into a wolf at will? Don’t you think they’ll wonder where I learned how to do that?”
“Oh, come on. There’s no harm in it. They won’t tell anyone, I promise. I wouldn’t suggest it if I thought they would react badly. Trust me on this.”
“Are you sure?” You sighed, your voice less than confident. “I’m not so sure Sirius will fancy the idea of his girlfriend turning into a giant beast.”
Lily grinned, disagreeing. “I have a feeling he’ll be very open to the idea. You practically have him on a leash. Where you go, he follows. It’ll be fine.”
You missed how she tried not to laugh at her own joke, and you stood, finally agreeing.
“Alright! How do we do this? Alone, right? I’d prefer scaring the shit out of them without other people seeing.”
“Tomorrow night, just after dinner starts. We go eat, and hurry back here before them. We’ll say you aren’t feeling well or something, and tell Sirius you’ll wait for him in his room. Their dorm will be empty, I’ll make sure of it, and they’ll be the only ones coming back so early. You sneak in and wait for them, I’ll come down and make a big fuss. They’ll rush up, and you scare them. Easy enough, right?”
You looked at her warily, both impressed and terrified by her plan. “You’re fucking scary, you know that? I’d hate to see what you and those idiots could come up with if you put your mind to it. It’s a good thing you don’t ever join them.”
“Never have, and I never will,” she mused, grinning at you. “But I’ll join you. It’s about time they got a taste of their own medicine.”
—
The next evening, as planned, you excused yourself from dinner. You made sure Remus’s plate was loaded up so that he ate enough to keep his strength up, and then you stood, pressing a kiss to the top of Sirius’s head.
“I think I’m gonna go lie down a bit,” you said, smoothing your hand over his hair.
Sirius turned around, looking concerned. “Are you alright, love?”
You smiled, reassuring him. “I’m fine. Just a little tired. Mind if I lay down in your dorm for a bit? Some of the girls are in mine and they’re always quite loud after dinner.”
He nodded, running a comforting hand up and down your arm. “Of course, darling. Do you want me to come up with you?”
Your eyes softened as you looked down at him, almost regretting the prank you were about to pull. But as your eyes met Lily’s, she reminded you of the plan, and you shook off the feeling.
“No, it’s fine, stay and eat,” you said, squeezing his shoulder. “Lily, would you mind coming with me, though? I wanted to ask about the Potions lesson today, I think I missed some of the notes.”
Lily nodded, standing up. “I’m finished anyways. Come along, darling.”
She linked her arm with yours, leading you away from the table and out of the Great Hall. As soon as you were out of sight, you snickered together, rushing for the dorms.
“Get up there quickly,” she said, ushering you through the portrait entrance. “Sirius seems rather worried about you, the lovesick git. He chooses now to be a good boyfriend?”
“He‘s always a good boyfriend,” you laughed, heading up the stairs to the boys dorm.
“Yes,” she agreed, playfully rolling her eyes. “It’s sickening at times. Now hurry up, before he decides to come back and do something sweet and ruin it all.”
You nodded, quickly pushing open the door to the boys dorm, closing the door behind Lily. You looked around the room once you both were in, and Lily’s eyes widened in shock.
“Merlin, they’re messy,” Lily gasped, bending down to pick up stray items of clothing and pieces of parchment.
You snickered as she tried to clean. “I’d be careful what you touch, love. You don't know where all this shit has been.”
She grimaced, quickly dropping everything in her hands. She took her wand out of her pocket, casting a cleaning spell. You watched as everything on the floor hovered in the air, before categorizing itself either onto a bed, bag, or in the bin.
“I casted a listening charm in the common room, we’ll be able to hear when they come in.”
“I’d probably be able to hear it, anyways. Wolf hearing and all,” you thought out loud.
Lily nodded, turning to you. “Alright, let’s see it. Do your thing.”
“Where do you want me?”
Lily thought a moment, before shrugging. “It doesn’t matter, I don’t think. A wolf in any part of their room will freak them out…although maybe you should sit on James’s bed. Something tells me he’d scream the loudest.”
You laughed, nodding. “See you in a bit, then.”
Without another word, you shifted into your wolf form, now on four legs. You stood tall, bowing to stretch as you got used to being in this form.
Lily nearly gasped when you finished, looking at you with wide eyes. “I nearly forgot how big you are like that. Of course you’re black, too. You match your boyfriend. Why am I surprised?”
You huffed, jumping up on Sirius’s bed. You sat on the edge of it, laying down. Lily came over to stand next to you, running a hand along the fur on your spine.
“You really are scary, you know. I think James is going to cry.”
You wished you could laugh, turning to nuzzle your head into her hand. Suddenly, Lily perked up, heading to the door.
“They’re coming! Get down, stand right here behind the door. I’ll corral them all in here, and shut the door so they can’t get out. Do try to not get hexed, I’ll do my best to make sure that doesn’t happen. Be right back!”
She opened the door, feigning terror. She let out a scream, bounding down the stairs.
“James!” You could hear her call. “Sirius, Remus! Someone help!”
“What is it?” A unison of voices said, and then there were footsteps bounding up the stairs.
You took the sound as your cue to hide, stepping behind the door so you couldn’t be seen at first. The door was pushed open, and one by one, the boys filed in. They all stopped in their tracks, looking at each other confused. Lily closed the door behind them, standing against it so they couldn’t leave.
“Lily, there’s nothing in he—“
Remus was cut off by a low growl, and the boys turned to see you stalk closer to them from the side of the room. James let out a yelp, clambering to climb up onto his bed.
“What the fuck?” James screamed, nearly shaking on the bed. “It’s humongous.”
“Is that…that’s a…it’s a…,” Sirius stuttered, before Remus grabbed his shoulder, pulling him behind him.
“A wolf.”
“A werewolf or a wolf wolf?” James asked, and Sirius scoffed from behind Remus.
“Don’t be daft, James. Werewolves can’t just turn at will, not like this. And it’s not a full moon yet.”
“That’s not what I look like is it?” Remus asked, looking down at you cautiously.
“Where’s Y/N?” Sirius asked, frantically looking around. “Wasn’t she up here with you?”
You had yet to move, looking between your friends. From the door, Lily was trying to hide her snickers. You huffed out a breath, taking a slow step forward. All three boys let out a squeal, stepping back.
Lily rolled her eyes, taking a step towards you. “Not very brave, for a bunch of Gryffindors.”
“Lily, no!” James yelled, jumping down from the bed. You let out a growl at him, making him hesitate. He tried to step forward again, but Sirius held an arm out across his chest, holding him back.
“Sirius!” James argued, but Sirius wouldn’t relent.
“Just wait!” Sirius said, looking at you with curious eyes. “Evans…keep going.”
Lily nodded, slowly approaching you with an extended hand. You feigned interest, sniffing her hand. After a minute, you nuzzled her hand with your snout. She let out a giggle, running her hand through your hair, reaching up to scratch behind your ears.
“Is Lily petting a fucking wolf?” Remus asked, looking back at his friends. “Am I going mad?”
“If you’re mad, then I’m batshit crazy for this,” Sirius said, slowly approaching you. “Please don’t bite me, please don’t bite me…”
His voice trailed off as he crouched down in front of you, letting you sniff his hand. He avoided your gaze, his hand slightly shaking with fear. You decided you had stalled long enough, flexing your paws. Suddenly, you leaped, landing on Sirius and knocking him to the ground. You pinned him to the floor under you, hovering your face just above his.
“Fuck!” Remus said, reaching for his wand.
James had already drawn his, moving to stun you, when Lily stood in between you and them to block you.
“Don’t!” She said, drawing her own wand. “Don’t hurt it.”
“Are you mad? It’s on top of Sirius right now, move,” Remus said, trying to reach around her. “Lily, this isn’t funny.”
“If we aren’t going to do something about it ourselves, then we need help. I’m going to get a professor,” James said, headed for the door.
“No need, boys,” Sirius called up from the floor. “I think I’ve got it handled.”
Lily moved out of the way to reveal Sirius on the floor, with you resting flat against his chest. The boys looked at him stunned, and Sirius was reluctant to move under you.
“We may need a professor to help get you out,” Sirius said, smoothing a hand down your fur. “But I think it’s safe to say you aren’t going to kill me.”
Lily whistled, and you climbed off Sirius’s chest, moving to stand beside her. She gave you a look, and you took that as a sign, slowly shifting back into your regular form. You stretched once fully stood, smoothing down your clothes.
Sirius gaped up at you from the floor. “Y/N?”
“What the fuck is going on?” James asked, pushing his way out from behind Remus. “How did you do that?”
“She’s an Animagus,” Remus realized, nearly grinning. “And a wolf. Ironic, isn’t it? Should I feel flattered, Y/N? Do you love me?”
He drew out the ‘o’ in love, making you laugh. Sirius looked between the two of you with wide eyes, flustered. You cooed at him, reaching for his hand. He begrudgingly let you take it.
“I hate to disappoint you, Remus, but I’m not in love with you. I am loyal to you, though. A bit protective. I suppose that had something to do with it. I didn’t choose my form, you know. It just happened. It’s like a patronus.”
Lily let out a small gasp, smirking in realization as she looked at Sirius. “Sirius…the wolf is akin to the dog, is it not? I wonder what your thoughts are on the matter.”
James visibly paled, trying and failing to hide his shock as he put the pieces together. Lily knew. But how?
Sirius was beginning to wonder the same thing. “James, you dickhead! Why’d you tell her?”
“I didn’t tell her anything!” James exclaimed, raising his hands in surrender. “I don’t know how she knows!”
You looked between your friends with a confused look on your face, piping in. “Know what? What’s going on?”
“You figured it out, didn’t you?” Remus smirked, interrupting the bickering between the boys. “Nicely done, Evans.”
“Thank you,” she curtsied, grinning at the confused look on the rest of her friends' faces.
It was your turn to figure it out as your eyes widened in shock. “Holy shit! You’re all Animagi, too. How didn’t I figure that out sooner? It’s obvious, now that I’m thinking about it.”
“I didn’t know you were one,” James said, shrugging. “I don’t think it was that obvious.”
“That’s because you can’t keep your eyes off Lily long enough to notice much of anything,” you mused, making your friends snicker.
“Alright, I think that was a success,” Lily said, clapping her hands together. “Let’s go, boys. I’ll explain the rest.”
James and Remus nodded, heading for the door. Lily gave you a smile, following them as they filed out. You could hear her teasing James, stifling a laugh while he was still in earshot.
“That scream was truly something. How very valiant of you, James,” Lily said, smirking. “My hero.”
James groaned, the sound of his voice quieting down the further away he got. “Forgive me for not jumping into action at the sight of a fucking wolf in my room.”
You shut the door as their voices drifted away, turning back to Sirius. You narrowed your eyes at him, slapping him across the arm.
“What was that for?” He whined, clutching his arm.
“For not telling me you’re an Animagus!”
“You didn’t tell me you’re one, either,” he pouted, still rubbing at his arm.
“Don’t be a baby,” you said, rolling your eyes before bending down to place a quick kiss to the spot you hit. “I didn’t tell you because I haven’t worked up to going outside yet. You’ve all been going with Remus for months, haven’t you?”
Sirius gave you a sheepish look, nodding.
You groaned, shaking your head. “Your form is a dog, I suppose? I guess the nickname Padfoot is actually clever, then.”
“It is a dog. Ironic, I know. When did you start training?”
You thought for a moment, pondering. “A few months. Three, maybe?”
“Smart girl. It took me six,” he said, grinning. “I’m flattered, by the way.”
You furrowed your brows at his words. “Flattered?”
“Your form matches mine, you took after me since mine was established first. It isn’t because you’re loyal to a wolf, and therefore a wolf yourself. It’s because you’re loyal to me. We’re alike.”
You could feel yourself flush at his words, smiling. “So, you saw me. Do I get to see you?”
Sirius grinned, before quickly shifting into his form. You smiled as a wiry black shaggy dog appeared in front of you, with fur as unruly as Sirius’s hair could be. Padfoot was quite adorable, but also slightly terrifying. You had that in common.
You ran a hand along his fur, noting the black sheen of his coat. “We match.”
Sirius shifted back into himself, taking a seat on his bed. He held a hand out for you, pulling you to sit beside him.
“You might be cuter as a dog,” you mused.
He playfully nudged you in the ribs, shaking his head. “You’re insufferable, darling.”
“Hush,” you said, grinning at him before grabbing his hand. “You told James to stop. You let Lily approach me, having no idea whether she’d be attacked or not. Why?”
He was quiet for a moment, scanning your face as he gave you a small smile. “Your eyes.”
“What?”
“You have the same eyes as the wolf. I could see you in them.”
You smiled at him, pressing a kiss to his shoulder as you squeezed his hand. He squeezed back, letting his head rest against your shoulder.
“We’re gonna have to come up with a nickname for you," he murmured. “I suppose you’re going to want to come with us on full moons now, aren’t you?
You chuckled, nodding. “You won’t be able to stop me, love.”

Run From Midnight
Chapter Three: The Lamp
Honey and lemon. All Bradley can smell is honey and lemon as he watches the scruffy, feral little thing using Bob as a human shield. He's in love, and so is Bob.
Top Gun Werewolf AU
Masterlist
The doorbell rang. Bradley's head snapped towards it, drawing in the three familiar scents. He stood and rushed towards the door as three of his packmates waited.
As soon as he pulled open the door, the smell of distress permeated the air.
Bob caught it first, head lifting as he breathed in the foul and distressing scent. But, when he went to walk into the house, Bradley's hand on the doorframe stopped him.
"Rooster," Bob warned, but his voice wasn't full of warning. It never was.
Bradley shook his head. "She doesn't need this right now," he answered, eyes moving to Nat and Javy.
They didn't know what she needed. Just like Bradley didn't, Bob couldn't help but think. But he knew, he knew exactly how to help a fellow Pack Omega. Helping her wasn't the present problem though, was it? No, it was getting through to Bradley.
He sucked in a breath. "You go in there and she's just gonna retreat from you or attack. I can calm her down, just like I did earlier," he said, hand on Bradley's arm.
"She attacked you earlier," Bradley reminded him.
(Nat looked at the Pack Omega with wide eyes. He'd certainly left out that detail when talking about his trip with Bradley).
Bob resisted a sigh. "If you want to help her, you need to let me in there. Please, Roos."
As the Pack Omega, it was almost Bob's job to know all of their soft spots, everything that would make them bend to his every whim. As soon as the nickname left Bob's lips, Bradley dropped his arm, letting the younger wolf through.
Bob disappeared up the stairs, and Natasha turned her attention to Bradley. "You let Bob get attacked?" She asked, tone accusing.
Bradley shut the door in her face and followed Bob.
As soon as Bob pushed the bedroom door open, the smell of distress only heightened. He searched for her, but he didn't see anything at first. But she was definitely there, Bob could smell her.
And then he saw it. Crouched between the bed and the closet, she held the lamp in her shaking hands, the base of it ready to swing at anyone that came near.
Cautiously, Bob approached her. When a terrified whimper left her lips, he stopped.
Stood opposite her, against the opposite wall, Bob stared down at her. "Hello," he said gently as he came to sit on the floor. Her hands only trembled more. "Do you remember me from earlier?"
There was a moment of hesitation. She swallowed the lump in her throat and nodded her head.
"I'm Bob," he said and reached his hand towards her. But she swung the lamp and snapped at his hand. "Got it," he said, placing his hand back on his lap. "Do you have a pack somewhere?" He asked.
"I-I'm not telling!" She cried. But, as she shook her head from side to side, her stomach made a noise.
That was what she'd been doing when Bob found her, wasn't it? Dumpster diving, searching for food. "You poor thing," he whispered. "Let me get you something to eat."
Bob retreated from the room, but her shaking didn't stop. She put the lamp down, arms already aching from how long she was holding it up.
As soon as that door opened again, she held the lamp up. The guy with the glasses (she'd never seen a werewolf with glasses before, but he definitely was one) sat in his seat against the wall opposite her. He had a plate full of biscuits and cheese. It wasn't the most nutritious, but Bob was gonna make sure she got something good later.
He pushed it away from himself and waited.
The lamp was back in her hands. But she pitched herself forward and stole a single cracker. She held it to her nose and cautiously sniffed. "How do I know you haven't... laced it with something?"
For the first time since Bob had arrived, she was looking in his eyes.
As the Pack Omega, there were things Bob could do that the wolves around him couldn't. His eyes became an icy blue as he said, "trust me, Pup. I just want to help you."
Gingerly, she took a nibble. But then she discarded the lamp and leapt at the plate, devouring everything on it like a feral beast. She finished it in a matter of seconds and retreated back to the space between the wardrobe and the bed. This time, though, she didn't brandish the lamp.
Bob cleared his throat and shuffled forward slightly. "Can you tell me if you've got a pack out there looking for you?"
Pulling her knees towards her chest, she shook her head. Bob took in just how dirty, tattered and ill-fitting her clothes were. "How long have you been on your own?" He asked gently, shuffling forward just a little more.
She shrugged her shoulders, cheek resting against her knee. "Ten years, maybe," she mumbled, "But I don't remember."
Bob drew in a gasp. Ten years, it was far too long for a werewolf to be on their own, especially one like her. But, if she'd been on her own for this long, she probably didn't know what she was.
Her trembling had stopped and Bob moved closer still. He moved the empty plate out of his way. "Can I ask what happened, Pup?" He asked gently.
Suddenly she was shaking her head furiously from side to side. She turned away from him, turning towards the wardrobe. "Puppy, I'm sorry," he said quietly, his voice soft. "D'you... d'you know what you are?"
Slowly nodded her head. "Yeah," she mumbled, voice cracking slightly. Bob made a mental note to get her some water, as soon as he had settled again. A gently smiled at her, encouraging her to go on. "A werewolf."
His smile dropped. "Oh, no, that's not what I meant," he said, still in that gentle voice. "You're like me. Can you smell that I'm different to other werewolves?"
Closing her eyes she breathed in through her nose, drawing in his scent. Her shoulders dropped as she did so, body relaxing.
He smelled so comfortable, like clean laundry and an open fire. A whimper left her lips and she couldn't stop her body from moving towards him. Bob let her take his hand and lift it to her face, nuzzling her face against it. "That's it," Bob whispered as if she was a spooked animal.
Bob sat there with her. She breathed in his scent again and moved closer. And then she let Bob touch her, actually touch her. He touched the tattered bit of sleeve on her shoulder and placed his hand on her hip.
He didn't expect her to crawl into his lap. She closed her eyes as she laid her head on his chest and listened to his heartbeat. "I've got you, Pup," he whispered as his fingertips moved up and down her back. "Do you wanna take a shower?"
She nodded her head, but held his shirt tight in her fists, unwilling to let go. Bob wasn't going to force her to, either. All of that tension she'd been holding in her body had released in one big go; Bob wouldn't have been surprised if he slept for a week straight.
He didn't notice Bradley standing in the doorway. But she did. That distressed scent spiked once again, and Bob tightened his grip on her. "It's okay, Pup," he whispered against the top of her head. "He's a part of my Pack."
But she shook her head against his chest.
Bob stopped that sigh from releasing his lips as he turned to Bradley and shook his head. "Leave it, Roos," he said and Bradley straightened up. "She'll meet you when she's ready."
Bradley let out a grunt as he turned to walk out of the room. She'd smelt so... calm, that familiar scent of honey and lemon filling his home. But, as soon as he'd shown his face, she'd been terrified all over again.
"Let's get you in the shower," Bob softly muttered.
She nodded her head and climbed out of his lap. As soon as Bob was standing, she was at his side, holding onto him as he led her to the bathroom.
She stood there as Bob turned on the water. He kept his hand under the stream, testing the temperature of the water. When he deemed it to be just right, Bob stepped back. "Have a shower, Pup. I'll be back with some clothes," he said and headed towards the door.
But, before he could disappear out of the bathroom, she grabbed a hold of his arm. "You're coming back, right?" She asked with shining, terrified eyes.
Bob stepped towards her. He pressed a kiss to her forehead and grabbed the door handle. "I promise, Pup." He said and disappeared further into the house.
As soon as she was alone, she pushed the bathroom door shut and twisted the lock.

scorch marks | ch 3
Wednesday Addams x Reader
Series Summary: Wednesday has been careful to keep what you two have behind closed doors and far away from labels; but when someone starts to take it — take you — away from her, she realizes how much she cares.
A/N: I'm not sure if I'm completely happy with how this turned out, but that's my life nowadays. And I wanted to post this for you guys before I leave for my little trip for new years, so I hope you enjoy it. Also, I think I ended up writing this one exclusively from Wednesday's pov lol. <3
Masterlist | Read ch 2 here
Human emotions were a strange, bothersome thing. Love could make you kill just as much as anger; ambition could make you get down on one knee to pledge your devotion to someone just as much as love.
They can get in the way of a clear mind, making you say or do something that would come back to torture you later.
That was probably their most devious power. And they lead to feelings; that are messy and unstable.
Wednesday prided herself on having control over them, not the other way around. Or at least she did. Because recently she has been victim to so many, that she didn't have the stomach to keep count.
She remembers the coldness of the rain against her skin as she walked away from Weathervane — away from you — it was pleasant and comforting; a safe blanket as the droplets trickled down her forehead all the way to her chin and hid the few stray tears that escaped her.
Her steps had been fast in desperation to get away. Her throat closed so tightly that she thought having someone choking her would be more bearable. Her heart beating so painfully, that maybe a bullet would've been more merciful.
She walked, and walked, and walked; her feet carrying her to school without realizing it. She was soaked when she stepped into her dorm, making puddles of water with each step she took. She remembers Enid talking, but the words were blurred.
Wednesday had made a beeline to the shower, turning it on with a temperature colder than the rain she had just escaped from.
Some say the second time around is more bearable. This certainly wasn't the case for her.
It was the day Wednesday put an end to whatever was happening between you and her. The day where she hated the most that she was forced to feel her own emotions.
The week that followed wasn't an improvement either.
Your words kept replaying in Wednesday's mind like a broken record; this is not a date, and please can we talk?
What would you have said, had she cared to listen?
Wednesday sat in front of her typewriter every day, staring at the blank paper and being unable to fill it. She'd hit a stump, because maybe she'd never know what you would have said.
You passed by each other in Nevermore's hallways as if you were just two strangers in the street, never to cross paths again. When you stood on one side of the bee keeper's shed, Wednesday stayed in the far opposite one, and if she so much as tried coming closer, you'd drop whatever it was you were doing and walk away. Even if Enid asked, you didn't come to her dorm anymore, prompting the werewolf to ask questions even though she could guess the answer.
Wednesday didn't know it was possible to miss someone this much. She caught herself tracing the lines of her own palm in a motion that was yours to make, brushing the corner of her lips in the place that was yours to kiss. And as much as she hated this feeling with all her might, hated you for forcing it into her, she couldn't chase it away.
It was so sadistically ironic that Wednesday kept you at arm's length in order to avoid attachment and loss, and that's exactly what she got. Maybe this is what Goody was trying to warn her about, that no matter the road she takes, the end will always be the same.
—
Today was a friday, ten days and four hours since the last time Wednesday spoke with you, since she replicated a damn drama cliche with her pitiful walk in the rain. Not that she was keeping count.
She sat at one of the tables on the quad, Enid at her side talking about something she wasn't listening to. The day was gray, morbidly so as the clouds loomed above, dark and cold in a way that Wednesday would've loved if it wasn't for you.
You who sat at the other end of the quad, putting as many tables and obnoxiously loud students between you and Wednesday as you could. You who looked so undeniably beautiful under the shadows. You who was smiling, happy as you laughed with your friends and spared no glances into the crowd to look for anyone.
Were you happier without her?
Wednesday sucked in a sharp breath at the mere thought of it, her lower lip quivering slightly as she exhaled, before she averted her eyes from you with a blink.
She turned to Enid only to find the girl's bright eyes already on her, a knowing smirk on her pink lips; "I won't even ask if you were listening."
"I got bored after the word shopping," Wednesday stated, raising an eyebrow that got Enid rolling her eyes.
"And because you were stalking our resident pretty girl," Enid teased, bumping Wednesday's shoulder with hers.
It was a truth that Wednesday countered with a lie; "I only stalk people who are hiding something or who have something I want, she doesn't fit on any of those."
Enid slumped on her seat, resting her head on her hands as she looked at Wednesday, "you can't keep doing this, Wednesday."
"Doing what?"
"Pretending like you don't care," Enid says then, with the frustration of someone who's just seen their favorite couple from a tv show hit another almost.
"Why would you assume the opposite?" Wednesday asks irritatedly.
Enid gives her best friend a look that could only be read as seriously? before she sits up straighter; "you two went from hanging out in the dorm for hours and sneaking out when you think no one's watching, to staying on different sides of the school and avoiding each other like the plague. Even you have to feel that change."
But I don't want to; Wednesday thinks to herself. Her only response is to look away.
With a sigh, Enid softens; "why won't you just tell her the truth?" She asks gently. The werewolf doesn't know the full story, and when her roommate ignores her questions and neither you nor Yoko will talk, gossip can only do so much; but even a blind person can see that whatever happened, hurt both of you.
Wednesday frowns; "what truth?"
"That you have feelings for her, silly. Like, genuinely more than friends feelings." There's an excited smile on Enid's lips as she says it, eyes glinting with the prospect of a love story.
"That's a horrible idea," Wednesday's face does something complicated, as if she's sorting on how to feel about this — or tasted something sour. "Besides, you know what happened the last time I did something remotely close to that."
And just like that, the muddy waters start to clear, the fog starts to dissipate and Enid understands what is happening — if just a little better.
The blonde reaches out a hand to Wednesday's forearm, squeezing softly; "Wednesday, this is Y/N we're talking about, she's not gonna turn into a murderous monster and break your heart."
Wednesday visibly gulps, her jaw painfully clenched as she felt uncharacteristically small under Enid's gaze.
"Plus I thought you'd be into the whole potential heartbreak thing." Enid teases, fighting back a grin, to which Wednesday can only mumble back;
"Not nearly as fun as I thought it'd be."
Switching her gaze between you and the raven-haired girl by her side, Enid hums; "want my advice?"
"No."
"I'd take my chances if I were you, because I know she genuinely cares about you. A lot."
There was something about the way Wednesday dropped her shoulders slightly, about the way she stole another glance at you as if you had just bought a one-way ticket to another country. It was that bittersweet feeling of a good thing that came to its end way too early.
Enid felt like crying.
"I'm afraid I'm too late, Enid."
—
It wasn't until dinner time — and after much, much insistence from Enid — that Wednesday decided to try and mend her mistake.
The cafeteria was already filled with students when she arrived, in true Nevermore fashion, the place was big and ancient; a meticulously decorated stone-walled room with tables and a kitchen area. Werewolves, Enid's brothers probably, were making a scene near the kitchen; there were gorgons and sirens playing a card game on one of the tables; and you sat with the vampires, with Yoko by your side no less.
Wednesday felt curious eyes on her, undoubtedly her peers wondering why she'd been staring unmoving for so long. A deep breath passed through her lips as she begrudgingly swallowed her pride and took the first step, her boots thudding against the stone floor.
With each of her steps, she repeated the words in her head; can we talk? Do you still wish to talk? Or would it be better, I need to talk with you?
Wednesday decides that fighting a murderous monster would be infinitely easier.
Your eyes locked in on her figure before she even reached you, and Wednesday smiled, a tiny tilt of lips that only you would notice; but you looked away from her before it happened.
Did people care about each other only because they enjoyed the pain that comes with it?
Something akin to panic fluttered inside Wednesday's stomach when you got up from your seat, reaching for your backpack and muttering a few goodbyes to your friends as you walked between the tables. The Addams girl quickened her steps, almost bumping into Bianca and not bothering to turn around when the siren called her out on it.
Wednesday just about managed to stop in front of you before you left for the doors.
Is this what you felt on that day?
Your eyes closed with a sigh, your hands were buried deep in your pockets and there was a rigidness to your shoulders. You were nervous, and even if it wasn't the right time, Wednesday was proud of herself for knowing it.
But having you this close again after so long — not really, ten days aren't that long, yet Wednesday hates that it felt like ages — has its downsides.
Wednesday couldn't speak. The only thing she needed to do, and her words are stuck. Feelings are a pain in the ass to deal with.
Yoko stood by your side, arms crossed over her chest; "do you have anything to say or what?"
She's protective, Wednesday doesn't blame her for it anymore.
Yes, she should say. There's a glint of hope in your eyes when you look at her; Wednesday finds herself wanting to reach out, but she's not sure she's allowed to anymore. She wonders if you missed her as much as she misses you.
"No," is what she says, and it's quite painful.
—
It's well into the night when Wednesday makes her way back to her dorm, the stairs creaking under her boots, a half-moon shining high on the sky being the only source of light.
her insides are twisting with a mix of rage, frustration, self-pity, and something else that's just heavy.
She pushed open the door to her dorm only to find it empty. Enid's bed is unmade and Wednesday's typewriter still has a blank page on it.
Enid had texted Wednesday earlier, something about going out with Ajax and not coming back too soon. The solitude was well appreciated, it gave the Addams girl some much-needed peace to work on her novel. The only problem is that her mind was nowhere near peaceful.
The first thing that caught Wednesday's attention after she walked in was the potted cactus by her window, it looked a little sad, its soil all dry and the color not as green as it should be. Wednesday didn't think twice as she walked to her bathroom, filling a cup with water and gently emptying it into the plant's pot. At least of that part of you, she'd take good care of.
She took off her hoodie next, throwing it on top of her bed. It was pathetic that the simple action got her thinking of you too, of when you'd lounge on there talking nonsense with Thing while she wrote.
How could one person hold so much power over another was beyond Wednesday, especially because she didn't allow it; it just happened. It happened that she kissed you out of impulse, just because she couldn't die without knowing what your lips felt like; or that she kept calling on you more and more after that, feeling a hole in her chest whenever you were away for too long.
It just happened that she fell for you, and maybe it was inevitable, maybe you'd be her doom. But it was her choice to push you away, and she'd be lying if she said it wasn't the one thing she regretted the most.
There was a knock on Wednesday's door that snapped her mind back to reality. She turned around, frowning as she stared at the dark wooden thing, wondering who would seek her out this late in the night.
Honestly? Wednesday should've seen it coming as soon as Enid suggested she should talk with you. She should've known.
She swung open the door only to reveal you on the other side, in plaid pajama pants and a white shirt, hugging yourself because of the coldness of the empty hallways.
Your posture went rigid as soon as your eyes found Wednesday's, it got her wondering if you forgot this was her dorm, if you knocked on the wrong door by accident.
"Hello," Wednesday said as she looked at you, features impassive, her hand tightening around the door handle until her knuckles turned white.
You ran your tongue over your bottom lip before you spoke; "Enid texted me, said you needed help with something. That it was an emergency," you gulped, diving into over-explanation, "and that she wasn't here, so she asked if I could…" You trailed off, your fingers nervously tapping your arm.
Oh. Maybe her roommate wasn't too far off when she said you cared. It was rare the times where anyone would be able to easily read Wednesday's emotions. This was one of them and it wasn't a surprise that you were the cause.
There was a glint to Wednesday's eyes that belonged to you, her features softened in a blink — no more creases to her eyebrows and lips parting in vain when her words got tangled on her tongue — it was the calmness after a raging storm.
Wednesday used to mock the people who spoke about soulmates, about the invisible red string that few ones were lucky enough to find the other end of. But could there ever be any other explanation for the way you set her at ease?
She nodded once, stepping aside so you could walk in.
You were hesitant in the way you did so, as if you didn't belong, and Wednesday hated it — because you did belong, right here by her side. You stood in the middle of her dorm, right between the division of colors to blankness on the round window.
The air felt electric around you. Wednesday chanced a step closer, her gaze casting over every twitch of your expressions; "I do," she started, and a beat passed as she refused to take the last chance to back down and let you go, "I do have something to say."
You scoffed, "that doesn't sound like an emergency," but there was no bite to your tone, almost as if you wanted her to object.
"It is," Wednesday told you, allowing the affection she held for you to drip from every syllable. One more chance, that's all she needed, and maybe she’d tell you just what it is that you do to her.
"Okay."
You had a kindness to you that she was underserving of, Wednesday thought. But maybe she could work her way to it. She raised her chin, striving to keep her heartbeat in check; "I wasn't completely fair last time we spoke, I'll measure my words better if you're willing to talk to me again."
Wednesday said the words as if they were the particularities of a contract, and not an apology to someone who held her cold heart in their hands. She realized it was the wrong thing to say as soon as your features fell.
You took on the glow of the moon effortlessly as it came through the window, it framed the lines of your jaw and cheekbone, all delicate and pretty. You ducked your head, allowing your hair to partially cover your eyes as you nodded a few times. "Great," you mumbled, before taking a few quick steps with intent to go around Wednesday and back to the lonely hallways.
She didn't let you, her cold hand closed around your own as you made to walk past her, keeping you in place in a gesture that surprised both of you.
Having your skin against hers again made Wednesday feel like coming home after a long journey. It's strange that that's what you became to her.
The hold she had on you wasn't strong, you could easily pull your hand away and leave. But you didn't.
"It was unfair of me," Wednesday started, each word tighter than the next as she forced them out. More than anything, Wednesday despised talking about her feelings, but words are all she has now, "the mistake was mine and I will accept the consequences for it. But you should have all cards on the table when making your judgment."
If there was a heaven, you already had your place on it — you turned back around to face Wednesday properly, and without letting go of her hand, you adjusted your hold so that your fingers could intertwine; your thumb tracing random patterns on her skin in a motion that you knew calmed her down. Because you knew how hard this was for her — Wednesday was sure you were an angel in your past life.
The dorm room had never felt this detached from the outside world, as it does now, holding this one moment for you and Wednesday alone.
For a split second, where she allowed herself the luxury of only existing in your presence, Wednesday wondered if this is what real love felt like. She took in a deep breath, feeling your perfume as she did so before focusing her gaze on your joined hands; they fit well together.
"I used to ask myself why I was the one who kissed you first that day." Wednesday hesitated, nagging on the inside of her cheek with her teeth, "and I realized that it's because you make me feel something I never- hardly ever feel when around other people."
Her eyes glanced up at you in a lazy motion, only to find that your eyes never left her once. There was a soft smile on your lips, overflowing adoration. Wednesday was sometimes envious of the way you wore your heart on your sleeve so effortlessly.
"It's an annoying feeling really," the raven-haired girl admitted, raising an eyebrow at you, "I wanted to rip it away from me the first time it happened." Her lips hovered open as she heard her own heartbeat, thunderous as ever, "but the one that came in your absence was much worse."
The passage of time felt equally too slow and too fast. You weren't doing anything. Did she do something wrong?
Wednesday tensed when, carefully, you raised a hand to her face. You were tender in the way that you pushed the black strands of hair behind Wednesday's ear, your fingertips lingering and tracing her cheek before you dropped your hand. As if you'd missed touching her too.
And oh you did, if Wednesday knew just how much, she'd probably be all over you already. "I feel it too," you whispered, a secret confession only for her to hear.
"I know we never talked about what we were, and I'm not asking you to," you spoke calmly, "but you really hurt me, Wednesday, at the very least I thought we were friends."
What if I'd like us to be more? What would you say, is that something you'd ever want too?
Before Wednesday could ask any of the questions she was dying to know the answer to, you asked yours first;
"Did you mean that? What you said?"
And the Addams girl figured that this was a more pressing matter anyway.
Wednesday shook her head with urgency, her hand squeezing yours to keep you in place, "it could never be true." She took a step closer, her boots bumping your sneakers, "hurting you, it's the last thing I'd ever want to do, and I apologize that it happened."
The raw honesty of Wednesday's tone was all you needed to hear to let go of her hand in order to cup her cheeks, pulling her into a kiss that spoke more than any of you ever could.
Wednesday grasped onto your waist almost desperately, her hands bunching up your shirt as she glued your body to hers in a nearly bruising grip, dying to feel the most of you that she could manage. She pressed herself into you, her nose brushing your cheek as her soft lips molded with yours; telling you she'd never miss anyone as much as she misses you, that she'd never feel so strongly for someone as she does for you; that she'd have you until death's cold embrace took her.
Your hands traveled from her jaw to the back of her neck, fingers mingling with the wisps of hair there. You pressed your lips to each corner of her mouth, bumping your noses as you did so, leaving testimonies of your affection each time your upper lip grazed hers; letting her know that she'd ruined anyone else to you, that you'd never feel for someone else, what you feel for her.
Wednesday pulled back just enough to be able to breathe, her forehead brushing yours as you felt more than heard the shape of her words; "let me make it up to you… Please."
You chuckled, tracing the outline of her lower lip with your thumb. It was reddish and just a little swollen, warm to the touch and it was your fault.
It got you smiling, because you could also feel her own smile under your digit; "gladly."

yes please, I love ur Remus stories <3 maybe write about him and reader having a fight but the other boys kinda agree that she's right and remus getting mad at them too? idk if u understand what i mean haha but a happy ending ofc
thank you for requesting!🖤
.
You and Remus didn’t fight often, not really.
You had the odd squabble here and there, the ones that didn’t really mean anything and would usually end with the both of you laughing it off. Or the ones that were so stupid that you’d go a few hours not talking to each other before realising just how dumb you both were.
But it had never been this bad. And it had never been in front of an audience either.
“He’s gonna come around, bug, just gotta give him some time,” Sirius murmured as he slumped down onto the couch next to you, wrapping an arm around you and pulling you into his side.
“Is he though?” you whispered, the thought that had been plaguing your mind for the last few days and saying it out loud only made the pit in your stomach deepen. “He hasn’t spoken to us in three days, Sirius.”
“He’s just a stubborn git sometimes,” Sirius assured you with a soft squeeze to your shoulder. “He needs some time to realise that he’s wrong. He’s gonna come back to us, bug, I know our Moony.”
“I’m just worried,” you admitted, your chin tucked against your chest as you stared down at your hands, picking at the skin around your nails before another hand reached over to bat your fingers away.
“We are too,” this time it was James who spoke as he settled on the other side of you, flashing you a smile that made the tightness in your chest ease a little. “But he’s a good egg, even if he is a bit emotionally slow sometimes.”
In all honesty, you couldn’t remember exactly what the fight had been about. It started off as a conversation about the full moon and Remus’ safety, and it ended with you two yelling at each other from across the room before he stormed off after Sirius and James stepped in, backing you up.
He didn’t return to the flat that night and you heard from Lily that he had crashed at Mary’s place for the time being. You were happy he was safe but you wish he was home, you wish he was with you. Sleeping in your bed alone only further set you on edge and the fact the house seemed so empty didn’t help.
It was why the two boys had been hanging around as much as they could. You knew exactly what they were doing, even if they didn’t say it out loud. But you appreciated the gesture nonetheless.
“What do you feel like for dinner today?” James asked as he reached for the pile of takeout menus lying on the coffee table. “It's your turn.”
Sirius frowned. “I thought it was my turn?”
“Yeah but you’re gonna choose something weird,” James grumbled, narrowly avoiding the attack when Sirius leaned over to smack the back of his head.
You laughed. “Both of you are actual children, I—”
But you cut yourself off when you heard the door lock turning.
In an instant all three of you were standing, the boys taking a stance in front of you with their wands drawn and ready, only to pause when they noticed it was Remus walking through the door. Remus, with heavy bags under his eyes and a bouquet of your favourite flowers in his hand.
“Hi,” he whispered, taking in the sight of his two friends before his eyes fell on you.
“Hey,” you whispered back with a timid smile.
“Uh, we’re gonna go!” James suddenly announced as he slapped his hands together. “Isn’t that right, Pads?”
“Very right indeed, Prongs!”
If it weren’t for the werewolf standing a few feet away from you, you would have found the sight of two grown wizards scattering and rushing towards the door quite amusing. But your attention was completely snagged on your boyfriend.
“Let me just get this out before you say anything,” Remus quickly spoke up before you could even open your mouth. “Please.”
You nodded for him to continue.
“I’m sorry, baby,” he whispered out as he began to walk closer to you. “I am so fucking sorry for being an idiot these past few days. I am sorry for having my head up my ass. I am sorry that you just cared about me and my safety and I freaked out on you.”
His eyes never left yours as he stopped a few inches in front of you, letting out a shaky breath. “I guess it’s still hard for me to remember that I have people who care about me and accept me. That I have someone like you who loves me unconditionally.”
“Even when you’re being an ass,” you added with a soft smile.
Remus grinned. “Even when I’m being an ass.”
“I just want you to be safe,” you murmured softly, almost as if you were scared to kick off the argument all over again.
“I know, I’m sorry I freaked out,” he muttered as he placed the flowers down gently before taking your face in his hands. “I love you and I would have done the same for you.”
You leaned into his touch. “I love you too, Lupin.”
“Thank fuck for that,” he said with a sigh of relief before he leaned down to kiss you.
“Be honest,” you muttered against his lips. “Did Mary kick your ass when you told her the whole story?”
Remus snorted. “Big time.”
Your grin widened. “I knew I loved her.”

Have another Damon request.
He’s jealous after hearing you and Mason has a date tonight and he hates the idea of Mason being with you so secretly heads to the grill to snoop on your date but is extremely angry to see reader has been stood up by Mason so Damon ends up dating her.
I love this idea thank you! (I’m sorry it took so long).
Jealously wanting you
Series- the vampire diaries
Pairing- damon x Fem!Reader
Summary- request! Damon doesn’t like the idea of you going on a date with Mason. And so he follows you. But it works out in your favour anyway. Who wants Mason when they can have Damon Salvatore?
Warnings- small kiss, swearing, talks of heartbreak.
Requests are always open <3
“No! Do you remember when that girl threw her drink over you when you told her your car was in the shop and you couldn’t drive her home” I hysterically laughed on the Salvatore sofa. Caroline, Elena, Bonnie, Alaric, Tyler, jeramy and Stefan all burst out laughing at Damon’s expense. But even he giggled a bit. “She was crazy, it was lucky I didn’t go home with her, she might have smothered me in my sleep” he added making everyone laugh again.
“I love that we can just sit here and talk about things like this” Elena smiled looking around. “Life has normality now- no one’s after us- we’re just laughing together”. Caroline took Elenas hand giving her a big smile. “Talking about normality- I have a date” I smiled at the girls whose eyes lit up with excitement. “What the hell do you mean date” Damon jerked his head backwards. He was sitting next to me and we were across from the girls, so I swivelled my head round to him.
“Where’d that attitude come from” I laughed shaking my head. “Oh” Tyler burst out after it was obvious he’d been racking his brain. “Did my dear uncle finally grow some balls to ask you out?” Tyler questioned raising an eyebrow. “Yeah” I nodded my head giggling. “Mason” Damon frowned after spitting out his name as if he was the ugliest guy on the planet. “I’m not sure how I really feel about it- he doesn’t have the best track record but- we’ll see how it goes” I shrugged being optimistic. “Where? When?” Elena exclaimed excitedly. “Um 8 tonight- at the grill”“Tonight!” Damon burst out for the third time.
“What the hell is wrong with you” Alaric asked his best friend. “Nothing- but you can do better than a werewolf” he muttered the last words part to himself. However most people here had supernatural hearing, and so did Tyler. “What the hell is that supposed to mean” he snarled at Damon with fire in his eyes. “Exactly what I just said” he responded with a neutral tone.
“Stop it” I blurted out, “i don’t want a big deal made- it’s just a date it might not even pan out to be anything” I told him getting up off the sofa. “I’m going home, I have to get ready” “I’ll walk you out” Elena smiled jumping up. “Bye y/n” everyone waved as Elena put her arm around mine and linked them. I noticed Damon was the only one who didn’t say goodbye. He just stared at me.
I’d speak about it to him later but now I’d just ignore his behaviour. I had other things on my mind. “I think it’s so great you’ve gotten back out there y/n- after your heart was broken you were so against it” Elena told me as we exited the room. “Don’t get too excited, like I said I’m not a hundred percent sure I even like him” I shrugged not making it a big deal. I didn’t want everyone to have some sort of high expectation. “Can I ask you something?” Elena smiled as we got to the front door and stopped walking.
“Sure” “seems you have a date I thought now would be the best time to ask… you and Damon” she began looking at me with a weary face. “Is anything going on between you two?”. My head jerked back as confusion sank in. “Me and Damon? No” I laughed out behind my hand. “Why would you ever think that?”. Elena was clearly happy with the answer I gave her which kind of made me regret saying no. Maybe I wanted a thing with Damon, he was handsome and funny and I love a bad boy.
However there was not something going on between us. “Oh I dunno- just the way you two are together sometimes- the flirting, the way you two look at each other” Elena answered in a hushed tone. “Oh” I replied, completely unsure of how to take her comment. “But if there’s nothing going on- and I’m not stepping on your toes, I’d like to ask him out tonight” she wiggled her eyebrows, I gave her the best fake smile I could and leaned into hug her just so she wouldn’t catch on and i could stop acting like I wasn’t jealous. “Good luck girl” I whispered to her, “and you y/n- hope he treats you like the princess you are” she rubbed my back.
I pulled away and waved her off as I left the Salvatore household and got into my car. And Elena closed the door behind me.
She wondered back into the living room bouncing with the feeling of excitement about her new information regarding Damon. However his face was missing from the room when she got there. “Where’d Damon go?” She asked as all the happiness drained out of her. “He said he had an errand to run” Alaric rolled his eyes shrugging.
I made it home and showered to get ready for my date. I put on a dark purple dress which yes, made my girls look nice. If I undone the top button they really popped but I’d save that for a second date maybe. As I was getting ready to leave the nerves sank in as well as the excitement for a new person and experience. I hadn’t been on a date in a long time however I hadn’t been ready for a long time. But I was now, everything in my life was stable apart from my love life. And my sex life. I pulled up at the grill at about ten to eight, fashionably early.
“Hey- I’m meeting someone here um table for Lockwood?” I asked the woman in uniform at the front of the restaurant. “Umm oh yes I see the table- however he’s not here yet miss, I can seat you if you’d like” she smiled up at me from her iPad. “Oh that’s fine I’m a little early anyway- thank you” I nodded waiting for her to show me the way. I sat down at a little table in the corner, which was nice as it was out of the way from the crowds and i couldn’t see much of the bar from here. “Can I get you anything?” She smiled getting out her pad.
“Um - red wine please, thank you” I nodded rubbing my hands on my thighs nervously. “Right away” the lady nodded and scurried off. She was back with my drink within two minutes. But I had to get another one when it got to ten past eight and Mason hadn’t showed up. Maybe it was traffic? Maybe he couldn’t figure out what to wear? I decided to let ten minutes slide. Then it got to half eight. Maybe a wolf thing came up? Maybe he ran into Katherine? Thirty minutes was a bit of a piss take. So i decided to text him but keep waiting. Nine o’clock came around and i’d had three wines, no word of Mason and looks from almost everyone that walked in. Maybe his phone was dead? Maybe he was stranded somewhere?
I’d give it just a little more time. And one more drink. Which brought me to half nine. Maybe he just wasn’t coming? Maybe he just didn’t like me?
I fiddled with my phone looking at his name. Did I text him to have a go at him? Did I text him to say I was disappointed? Or did I just block him and never give him a chance to even explain or myself the chance to express how embarrassed I was. While overthinking I heard a thud come from the seat in front of me. Mason? I looked up from my screen to see the Damon Salvatore sat in front of me with his sunglasses on, inside?
“W-what are you doing here” I stuttered. “Where is he?” Damon gritted his teeth removing his glasses. I swallowed my pride and gave my full attention to Damon, turning my phone off. “He stood me up” I replied disheartened with how my night had gone. “Thought so- he’s fucking filth y/n, you never should have agreed to see him” he shook his head. “What do you mean you thought so? How long have you been here?” I knitted my brows together. “Longer than you- I saw you come in- I saw you waiting and everyone staring” he told me in a small voice looking at his hands.
“How didn’t I see you?” I questioned looking around the place for a blind spot. Ah. “The bar” we both said simultaneously. I cracked a smile at him but Damon wasn’t in a smiling mood. “What’s wrong?” “I’m pissed off- what gives a prick like him the right to leave such a gorgeous girl sitting at a table alone- in a bar where anything could happen” he shook his head butting the side of his mouth. “You think I’m- gorgeous?” I blinked at him, it made my eyes fill up with salty tears.
I was upset and embarrassed about being stood up. It was a real confidence knocker. And to hear Damon say that, it really meant a lot. “I’ve lived a long time y/n, and you’ve been the only girl who can literally take my breath away, naturally”. Now I was leaning a different way, my thoughts were now all muddled up. What did he mean by that. “I can see you’re confused…” Damon stated now showing a little smile. “I- came to the bar not just to drink away the thought of you going on a date with another man, but also to spy on the date…”. I took a second to think but I still didn’t understand where he was going.
“Damon- what are you talking about?” I replied blinking. Hoping he was about to tell me that he was jealous or something. “I was jealous- of Mason- and you- because I want to date you, I want to take you to restaurants and shower you in flowers and treat you to meals, I don’t want another man doing that for you”. My heart punched my chest and I couldn’t help but smile at everything he was saying to me. “So date me then” my smile widened. Damon’s eyes widened “you- like me too?” He asked in the most innocent voice I’d ever heard him use. I nodded.
“I just- never wanted to ruin our friendship… and also thought you were into Elena” I trailed off looking down but sitting forward now. Damon reached across the table taking my hand in his. “I’ve always liked you y/n” “well then” I smiled squeezing his hand. “I’m out of red wine and you don’t seem to have a drink, we can’t start without them” I smirked making Damon chuckle. “ I’ll be right back” he told me getting up straight away.
“Don’t stand me up” I joked as he walked past. He stopped and backed up. And lent down to kiss my lips. Just quickly, just a peck. “I’d never stand you up princess, and I’d never pass up on this opportunity” he whispered rubbing his thumb on my cheek and making me blush from his sweet words. “Now, I’ll be right back” he made clear as he parted from me. I watched him walk away from me and to the bar.
Ugh, he was so hot.
