I am honestly so tired of seeing people talk about how they are going to move to a new country or ask for advice on how/where to move bc of the current administration. I understand it's bad but also. You're not going to actually move. You probably can't afford it. You might not be legally allowed to immigrate if you're disabled in literally any way. You don't qualify for asylum just because hrt was banned in your state. The place you want to move to probably isn't actually as safe as you think it is. Please consider supporting some local organizations working to make your community better instead of daydreaming about flying away to a magical world where everything is already perfect

Did someone kill Niklas? I mean he has strangle marks on his throat so was it because his victim got so tired of it and finally did something about it?
Is his death justice?
Wow, what a great and very straightforward question! I'm just gonna let Niklas answer that one!

And there we have it! Hopefully that answered your question!

All the devils' dances and dragons dance together at the end of the correfoc held in Sant Pere de Ribes (Penedès, Catalonia) before its festa major (Catalan holiday that each town/city celebrates on the day of its patron saint).
A correfoc (meaning "fire run" in the Catalan language) is an event held as part of a town, city or neighbourhood's festa major festivity, usually celebrated a few days before the feast day itself. On the day of the festivity and its eve, the traditional dances from the town will dance on the streets, including the fire dances like the Devils' Dance and the fire bestiary. But for the correfoc, the devils' dances, the dragons and other fire bestiary from the near towns are invited as well, each one accompanied by their drummers. All these fire beasts and devils dance on the streets of the host town. In some towns it's treated as a game where the people have to run faster than the fire dancers or dodge the fire. In some places like Ribes (this video) they all light up for one last song together in the same square.
Video by Drac de Sitges. The song is "Nanu" by the local band Bugies.

i think sacred music in the kryn dynasty would be very cyclical and repetitive in form to symbolize the idea that life is a continuous thing (at least those who are consecuted right right) and is a cycle across lifetimes and yeah

As a historian, I’m sure you’ve come across so much disconnect between what’s actually historically accurate and what the general public thinks is historically accurate.
BOY OH BOY HAVE I EVER
I could go on about this topic for days. Both in terms of queerness and the presence of POC. But if I get started I will never stop!!

People from Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona Metropolitan Ambit, Catalonia) dancing their city's traditional dance Paga-li Joan (Catalan for "Pay it, John"), also known as "dance of the fan and the bouquet" (ball del vano i el ram).
This traditional dance is performed every year for the festa major (Catalan holiday that each city or town celebrates on the day of their patron saint), which in Sant Cugat is for Saint Peter (June 29th). The oldest known reference to Paga-li Joan being danced in Sant Cugat dates from the year 1780.
The dance is performed in pairs to the music played by a cobla (typical Catalan ensamble for street music). There's a turn for adults and a turn for children. The dancers dress elegantly and wear new clothes for the first time.
The name of the dance, "Pay it, John", comes from the song's lyrics. It talks about a young man from a farmer family and a young woman from a richer family, called Joan and Marieta respectively. In the song, Joan ponders if he should buy a fan for Marieta, if she will want it, and how he will pay since he doesn't have much money.
A long time ago, the dance had to be performed in couples of man and woman, and -as was usual for dances and other activities at the time- the dancers had to ask permission to their families. Like other dances of the time, it was seen as a socially acceptable way of getting close to the person they loved. Nowadays, there's no such control and men and women can hang out without pressure, the dance is open to same-sex dancing partners, and many people choose to dance with a friend.
Nowadays, the bouquets are made by the residents of a local elderly people's home, and the fans are designed for the occasion every year by the students of the Arts and Design School of Sant Cugat.

the nature of humanity is just that every few hundred years in every society some people will say We Have Found It, The Truth and every creatively inclined person within a thousand mile radius will prick up their ears and feel inexplicable transcendant rage and invent a new art which becomes literary which becomes philosophical movement just to say You Don’t Know Shit About Truth
