Maybe it's because I hate hating characters. Maybe it's because my brain runs on 100% crack (except for the moments it runs on 1000% angst.) Maybe it's because i want to hit a metaphorical hornets' nest with a baseball bat.

But I just gotta say, I think that "traumatized, grieving teenager who has slept for 4 of the past 72 hours and is keeping himself together with nothing but an unholy amount of caf, the burning desire for revenge, and space duct tape panics and acts on Worst Instinct Possible," is genuinely a more accurate interpretation of lux kissing ahsoka than just "assault."

heres what im thinking vis a vis: designing a sweater for myself:

by making a gauge swatch: could i make the following:

a square with a specific height and width?

a trapezoid with a set upper and lower width, that mustn't exceed a certain length?

a tube that tapers off at the end?

the answer to all of these are "yes. easily." by making two squares (front+back of the main body), three trapezoids (right+left front neckline, back neckline) and two tapered tubes (sleeves) i have like 5/6 of a sweater. boom, easy.

now i realize that there's more to it, but for a super basic oversized drop shoulder sweater for one (1) person? i think i could do it
