I don’t really have any wishes for the Oasis setlist because I love all the songs that there’s a remote chance of them playing, and I wouldn’t expect them to play the softer ones that I have special affection for like Idler’s Dream or Sitting Here in Silence (On My Own). my only actual tiny hope would be that their Beatles cover of choice would be Octopus’s Garden instead of I Am the Walrus but obviously I’ve made my peace with the fact that it’s most likely going to be the latter. but Octopus’s Garden is special to me 🤍
#it’s a really children’s song and I don’t mean they’re a childen’s band but when they cover it it’s like they’re singing it for the children#that they were together and the wish for every child to have a safe time in this world#I remember Ringo explaining that he wrote it partly because he felt he hadn’t had a family (which he laughed off immediately but yeah)#very special to hear the Gallaghers who have given their children a really nice life singing that#I think as an adopted child the lyrics were very comforting#(I had it on a CD of children’s music)#I WOULD like to be under the sea in an octopus’ garden in the shade.#that sounds lovely :’)

i need to say, Bob Dylan released Masters of War in 1963 and when I listen to it today all I can think of is what’s happening to Palestine right now. i grew up listening to that song. i grew up listening to that song, a critic on the cold war, before i even knew anything about it. but i could feel his passion and his hatred of “you” (the person it’s about). music has always been a way to move people, to get your point across, to let your emotions out. i hear the songs people are writing about the genocide today, and the songs people have been writing for years about the truly awful injustices going on, and i fear that, as history has taught us, these songs will still ring true 60 years from now. but i hope not. i truly believe that we can make a change. we are strong and we continue to be strong. and our voices are louder now than ever. with the internet there comes a lot of misinformation but there also comes the ability to spread the truth, to fight propaganda. people are listening. corporations are losing so much money. we have to keep fighting for what’s right. free Palestine!! we can’t stop fighting there but it’s a start. it’s sets a precedent and says that we won’t allow people to be treated like this.

Music asks: 29
Thank ya!!!
29: A song that you remember from your childhood
You'd think this one wasn't that hard but I had a really hard time picking whether or not I wanted to go with more of a kid's song or like a radio song or if I should meme with the one song that got banned in our music class bc some students year above us decided to change the words and sing about locking the teachers into the rat basement (our teach was very unimpressed) bc that incident sure lives in my head rent-free...
Anyhow I decided to go with Leijat by Kirka, except I'm linking Jarkko Ahola's cover here bc I found it recently and I just think it's neat:
youtube
The song, although not with this specific arrangement, was one of my fave songs to sing in music class when I was a kid and I still really like the song
#little-escapist#*gollum voice* ask us#asks#I believe the children's song in question was 'piparkakkutalossa'#actually I think the version the kids sang was 'turhaa huoli ois opettajat kuolis pois apuopet vangittais rottakellariin'#so like. fair @ the teach for banning it hjfdjdhjgf#Leijat is a finnish version of Kites written by Hal Hackady and Lee Pockriss#also. writing this post just made me realize that Yö too has a Leijat-cover#and I've never connected the dots before the songs before lmao#in my defense the yö cover is nowhere near my fave yö songs#and it was originally published as a single and I never had many of the single cds#and the only comptilation album it's on is not an album I frequently listen to#bc that comptilation has some wacky versions of my fave songs I'm not overly fond of so I tend to skip it#like. I much prefer the original versions of those songs over those arrangements so there's no point#but it's defo on my 'all yö songs' playlist and I've listened to it passively countless of times jfjdf#if I was to pick like a disney/pixar song it'd be toy story 2's when she loved me (finnish version)#bc that lives in my head rent free and I still frequently listen to it#I wasn't a big musical film kid so no disney-disney for me but my god toy story 2 my beloved

could you write something where walker scobell and reader like each other, are super obvious about it but also super oblivious when it comes to knowing each others feelings? (bonus points if the cast of percy jackson is involved and all know about their feelings for each other)! 🎀
aweeee oh my lord yes!!! stop this is so fucking cute wtffff 😭🙏 ; thanks for requesting and I hope you enjoy!!! ; ALSO!! this features a random oc because apparently no one from the older cast other than Charlie and Aryan can be normal so 🤞, oc is supposed to be like a bg character for one of Luke's friends in the show anyways!!! ; sorry this turned out so bad after you waited so long for it LMAO
WALKER SCOBELL ; oblivious
summary ; youre both oblivious to each other's feelings, and your costars need to help push you together
warnings ; language
disclaimers ; I mentioned some stores/brands that I'm pretty sure are zionist corps, so please don't go support them! this is just a fanfic, don't see this as advertisement bc these places kinda suck anyways. free palestine and do your daily clicks on arab.org

masterlist
"You're so stupid," Aryan sighs, walking next to you toward the mall entrance.
Leah and Walker walk ahead of you two, both talking about whatever they wanted to do while they were here. Charlie and Jordan walk behind you, acting as your parental gaurdians because apparently at ages 14-17, you weren't responsible enough to walk around a mall yourselves and needed a pair of 19 year olds by your side.
"He doesn't like me, and I don't like him, Aryan. Get it through your thick skull" You chuckle.
"Uh huh" He nods sarcastically, rolling his eyes.
Walker and Leah quickly turn around, walking backwards. "Come on, we're going to Target!"
You and Aryan share a look and quickly chase after them, Charlie and Jordan walking behind all of you like uninterested parents.
You jog across the top floor of the mall and take the escalator down right in front of Target, heading for the interior doors. Leah, Walker, and Aryan head towards the children's toys aisles while you find yourself distracted in the music department. Charlie and Jordan walk around the store, just browsing while you younger teens do whatever. They weren't going to be responsible for any destruction.
You scan through the CDs, looking for anything you didn't have that you found interesting. You pick up a Conan Gray CD, one of his new album Found Heaven. You look to the left, seeing Walker quickly walking towards you, nearly walking into some lady's cart around a corner of one of the aisles.
"Hey." You chuckle, making it clear you saw him nearly get his hip busted by a middle-aged woman.
"Hi" The blonde smiles nervously, "What're you up to?"
You hold up the CD, "Browsing"
He nods, "I've never listened to him, should I?" He asks, beginning to flip through the CDs himself.
You look at him with slightly widened eyes. "Walker, how have you never listened to Conan Gray?..."
He shrugs, "I dunno"
"I'm forcing you to listen to him in the car."
"Okay, okay"
You continue looking through the CDs, seeing if they had anything else to your interest. For a split second, your shoulder brushes against his, considering you were standing so close.
You keep quiet, feeling your face heat up a bit. He feels the same way, unbeknownst to you. You nervously glance at each other, milliseconds apart so you never saw the opposite look.
"Walker, we found water guns!"
"They're so awesome, I could literally just stare at them all day while they talk about their favorite movie" The curly haired blonde smiles, slowly strolling down the lower half of the mall with Aryan and Leah at his side. "I don't think I've ever smiled and laughed so much than when I'm with them, seriously. Everything about them is so amazing, like, I could marry them here and now"
"And you said you don't have a crush on them," Leah states sarcastically, rolling her eyes. "You're something else"
"I don't have a crush on them!" Walker exclaims, the plastic bag in his hand slinging back and forth as he walked, spinning it around his fingers. "I was just describing what I like about them, yeesh"
The two look at him with similar expressions.
"You have a crush on them. Accept it, dude." Aryan sighs, patting Walker on the shoulder. "I'm like, 99% sure they feel the same way as well"
"Shut up!"
"Walker!"
"Quiet!"
You instantly connect the disembodied voice to your familiar blonde friend, having been grabbing a pretzel with Jordan and Charlie. You were stealing their money for food since you'd spent fifty dollars on CDs, plus an extra one for Walker. Thank God Charlie knew who his favorite band was, you'd wanted to get him an actual gift before you left for home tomorrow.
Jordan and Charlie sat down at one of the tables next to the big escalator in the middle of the mall, in clear earshot of the trio who just walked out of Bath and Body Works. They send a shared expression to Leah and Aryan, and they both nod back.
Walker doesn't notice, considering he was busy ranting about how he doesn't have a crush on you and was more focused on his body language and speaking with his hands then figuring out who or what his friends were looking at.
You walk to the table, get a look at the trio, their backs face towards you, and you hand Charlie and Jordan their food.
The two are oddly quiet as they munch down, which makes you question if they're conspiring against you. You ignore it, though, wanting to enjoy your pretzel while you had it.
Charlie and Jordan finally start conversation as you finish up your pretzel and soda, which you devoured. They were talking about some TV show they liked as you stood up, threw your garbage away, and headed toward the bathrooms. You leave the elder teens alone, walking down the dim side-hallway to the restrooms.
Charlie quickly pulls out his phone once your back was to them and calls Aryan. He was with Leah and Walker across the mall, where he and Leah had sneakily set Walker up to get you a little gift. The teens converse quietly and privately, not wanting their victims to hear.
"Yeah, he's inside with Leah, where's Y/n?"
"Restroom" Jordan answers, as they'd FaceTimed him. She pushes her dark hair away from her face as she speaks.
"Okay, where are you guys going next? We're going to Barnes and Noble back near you guys, on the top floor." Aryan informs
"Alright, we'll go fix my phone plan really quick and head over" Jordan nods, looking at Charlie for approval.
He nods as well, and quickly whispers bye as he hangs up. You walk back toward them with a light smile, asking where you were going next.
"We're gonna fuck around with my phone bill, and-"
"-Meet them at the food court!" Charlie finishes, trying to keep you and Walker apart for a moment. He sends a glance to Jordan, who pulls out her phone.
"Oh, okay" You shrug.
After joining Jordan to be a Karen to get her phone bill fixed, you three head up to the food court to meet up with Walker, Leah, and Aryan. As you sit down with them, they all make excuses to leave or go to different spots to get food. That leaves you and Walker at the table alone, both of you unable to start conversation.
You'd just eaten the biggest pretzel of your life, and it turns out he had a milkshake not too long ago. You both nervously smile at each other, biting your nails and fidgeting your fingers a bit. Aryan and Charlie watch from the Noodles and Company line, trying to see if you'd hand over your gifts for each other.
Right on queue, you decide to just give Walker the CD you'd gotten for him, not wanting to miss the sort-of-private opportunity to give it to him. You pull it out of the plastic bag that rests on the floor next to your feet. You hand it to him over the table, awaiting his reaction.
He quickly smiles and looks up at you. "Is that for me?"
"Duh"
He graciously accepts the gift, looking at it front and back over and over again. "How did you know I liked David Bowie?"
You shrug with a smug smile. "One, everyone likes Bowie, two, I know more about you than you think"
He playfully and lightly scoffs with a smile. "Thank you. Actually! That reminds me, I got you something too"
He reaches into the bag that sat next to him, and pulls out a few candy bars and bags, and slides them over the table for you. One of those is a lollipop shaped like a rose.
You smile and give him a warm thank you, laying your eyes on the Twizzlers for the most part.
"Y'know, I have a feeling I'm gonna like Conan Gray in the car"
"Oh, you will, trust me"
In the distance, Aryan and Charlie share looks.
"They're so head over heels for each other" Charlie sighs, "Can they just kiss already?"
Aryan nods, "We need to really push them together"
"How?"
"We'll ask Jordy and Leah"
"Sounds like a plan"
You and Walker sit side by side, smiles on your faces as you rest on the ledge of the fountain. You look back at all the silver and copper coins in the water, shimmering under the rippling water.
"And the whole thing exploded all over me! It was the dumbest thing ever"
You chuckle, listening to Walker talk about some science project exploding all over him in seventh grade.
"Y'know, you're like, really cool" He smiles, nervously glancing at Aryan.
You feel a smile tugging at your lips, "Oh, uhm, thank you. You're cool too, dude" You lightly punch his shoulder.
"No, like, cool cool" He clarifies.
You look over at your four friends, all wearing sunglasses, acting like they weren't spying on your conversation, on their phones or looking away nervously.
"Is this some kind of setup?"
"No!" He quickly replies, "I just, like, think you're really cool" He says, feeling too nervous to go out and ask the question or confess his feelings.
Leah groans and stands up, Aryan at her side.
"Just kiss already!" She says, throwing her hands in the air, "This show is too slow!"
"Kiss!" Aryan cheers, "Please! Do it already! It hurts to watch this anymore"
You look back at Walker, cheeks and ears as red as a stop sign.
Walker shrugs with a nervous look, which you share with him.
"Okay, well, I'm not kissing you on the ledge of a mall fountain"
"Yeah, I get that one"

I was just reading the AYW halloween fic u posted and I saw this and can you imagine Eddie pulling this stunt on Ryan and Luke. I feel like this is how they would react
Surprise, another AYW story! I've had this request since last year, so I apologize to the anon who has been waiting so long. This takes place the day after this Halloween story!
Words: 1.1k
[As You Wish masterlist]
“No, you didn’t!”
“Yes, I did.”
“No! You did not!”
“Where is it then?”
It’s next to impossible for Eddie to keep a straight face.
Luke frowns and flops back against the cushions on the couch. His natural Munson dramatics are on full display, even at five years old.
“You didn’t eat our candy!” Ryan insists.
It takes everything in you not to start laughing at their small, affronted faces. You gave them each one piece of candy on the ride home from school and one when they got home. That’s all the candy they’ve laid eyes on today—they don’t know their stash from last night is in a big bowl on the top shelf of the pantry. But Eddie, being Eddie, had to take the opportunity of their lack of visibility to tease them. After a long day at work, it seems to be relaxing him actually.
“How could you eat all of that?!” Luke demands, running his hands down his face.
“We shared,” Eddie says, nodding his head towards you. You fight the impulse to raise your eyebrows at him for looping you into his evil plan.
“That’s what you did after we went to bed?” Ryan asks, brow furrowing.
God, the things I wanted to do with her last night… Eddie thinks.
“We’re never going to bed again,” Luke says.
“You even ate the candy corn?” Ryan’s nose wrinkles up at the thought of anyone eating that gross candy.
“Even that,” you say.
“This is so unfair!” Luke slides down from the couch to the floor, lying face down on the carpet. “It’s all I was looking forward to today. What’s even the point anymore?”
Both you and Eddie have to turn away and hide your muffled laughter. Five seems a little young to be having some sort of existential crisis.
Once recovered, Eddie looks back at his son. Luke face planting on the ground and Ryan slumped over the arm of the couch in annoyance. He toys with stringing them along a little bit longer but decides he’s had his fun.
“How about this,” Eddie starts. “I’ll get you more candy if you do one thing.”
“What?” Ryan asks as both boys’ heads pop up.
“Remember that dance you learned yesterday?” Eddie’s eyes drift to you and you share a smirk.
After school and before trick-or-treating yesterday you taught the small Munsons how to do the Time Warp dance from Rocky Horror.
“Yeah,” Luke answers.
“I wanna see it again,” Eddie tells them.
You’ve never seen the boys get up on their feet so quickly before. They’re both ready, hands on hips, to perform the choreography.
“Do you happen to have the soundtrack?” you ask Eddie.
He swivels his head in your direction and cocks an eyebrow. It’s a look that says did you really just ask me that?
“What kind of music aficionado and 70s kid would I be if I didn’t have it?” He pushes himself up from the chair and walks over to his collection near the stereo.
“Well, pardon me,” you tease.
Eddie chuckles and looks over his shoulder at you with a cheeky smile.
“I actually only have it because my friend Dustin got two for his birthday one year and he gave me the extra.”
You walk over to him and playfully swat his shoulder blade.
“Making me feel dumb,” you mumble.
Eddie plucks the CD from a pile and turns to wrap one arm around your shoulders.
“Aw come on, sweetheart,” he says, looking at you with those damn brown eyes that make you melt. “Who would I be if I didn’t mess with the people I care about?”
Your heart flutters but you immediately try to tamp it down. It would make sense that he cares for you, given that he trusts you to watch his children every day for over six months now. It’s nothing more than that, you convince yourself. Because you have to.
“Can we dance, please?” Luke huffs. “I want my chocolate.”
“Okay, okay,” Eddie says. He pops the CD out of the case and slides it into the stereo.
It's astounding
Time is fleeting
Madness takes its toll
But listen closely
Not for very much longer
I've got to keep control
The boys wiggle, loosening up as they wait for the chorus. Both you and Eddie watch in excited anticipation.
“Here it is,” Luke tells his brother.
Ryan nods and adjusts his hands on his hips.
It's just a jump to the left
The boys take giant hops to the left, Luke almost knocking into his brother.
And then a step to the right
Put your hands on your hips
The boys don’t have to do the motion since they’ve had them there the entire time.
You bring your knees in tight
But it's the pelvic thrust
It really drives you insane
A giggle bursts out of you as the boys wiggle their hips—which is what you taught them because no children need to learn what “pelvic thrust” means.
The music winds down and the little dancers melt down onto the living room carpet.
“Bravo,” Eddie says, starting a slow clap. You join in as the brothers get up and take bows.
“Candy?” Luke asks.
“Hmm,” Eddie hums. He keeps his face neutral as he presses his hands to his thighs to rise from his seat.
Their eyes never leave their father as he makes his way into the kitchen. When he disappears due to a wall, they lean over to keep Eddie in their sights. The squeak of the pantry door echoes out to the living room and your eyes are automatically attracted to the little sliver of skin that shows when Eddie reaches up to the top shelf.
A dramatic gasp comes from Luke as Eddie pulls down the same large orange bowl that the pooled candy was put into last night.
“You didn’t eat it!” the five-year-old growls.
“You liar!” Ryan calls, pointing at his father.
“I did not lie,” Eddie says as he strolls back into the room. “I was tricking you. You know, as in, trick-or-treat.”
“Now gimme my treat,” Luke says, making grabby hands.
You plop down on the couch and pull the smaller boy into your lap.
“Will you share with me?” you ask.
“Yeah, you’re a nice lady.”
You chuckle and wrap your arms around Luke as Ryan sits down next to you and Eddie puts the bowl on the coffee table.
“Okay, give me all your KitKats,” Eddie says.
“Go fish,” Ryan says, snatching up a KitKat and unwrapping it before his dad can get it.
“Can this be our dinner?” Luke asks.
“It can be your dinner if you go to bed in ten minutes,” Eddie says.
Luke sighs. “Never mind.”

It's been 8 years since the headphone jack was removed from the iphone
Damian texted quickly to Carrie on his iPhone 16 and then opened Apple Music to look for a song to play she told him to listen to, but when he couldn't find his airpods he sighed.
Damian (bothered): God damn, I lost my dongle and now I have no earbuds.
Tim chuckled, wiping his nose.
Tim: Why do you insist on calling it a dongle?
Damian: It's one of the names, and it's a funny word. I get tired of the wireless earbuds sometimes, though. I hope someday the new iPhone re-adds that hole at the bottom.
Tim: Hole?
Damian (sincere): Yeah, the place to plug in the jack for old-school headphones. I’d rather have that than charge my wireless ones.
Barbara (looking up from her laptop): I'm sorry… old-school headphones?
Dick: And do you mean the headphone jack? There are phones that still have that.
Damian (intrigued): Are they Apple phones? The older models have them, but they're basically obsolete. They removed it ages ago.
Barbara (frustration in her voice): They removed the headphone jack from the iPhone in 2016.
Damian: Oh wow, that's almost a decade, like eight years ago—
Dick spit out his drink, shocked, and covered his mouth as he coughed. Barbara could only muster a whimper at how much time had passed since the last iPhone had a headphone jack.
Tim (amused): Damian, I agree with you. I use Android myself, but they decided to remove the jack from those phones too. Samsung took it out six years ago.
Dick (shocked): SIX!
Damian: I know, right? Time flies. I'm more of an Apple user, but those folding phones are quite an impressive technical feat. Did they have those back in the day?
Damian and Tim jolted as Dick fell to the ground, covering his face in shock.
Dick: Back in the day?!
Tim (chuckling): Dick, the first flip phone came out in the late '90s.
Barbara (weakly): 19—1996… Okay, but we were born in the '90s! We're not that old!
Dick: Damn right!
Tim (messing with them): That means you didn't have a phone for most of that time! When the first phones came out, you guys had to be in your teens, right?
Damian (surprised then apologetic): Damn! Oh, I'm sorry! Just my teacher was born in the 1900s.
Dick (meekly, still on the floor for comfort): Please stop talking. That doesn’t mean we're old!
Tim (crossing his arms, mischievous): You know, Damian, they didn't have phones when you or I were teenagers. A lot of the stuff we have now didn’t exist back then. No streaming, no fancy laptops, they even had typewriters in schools.
Damian chuckled, bemused by this information.
Damian: I heard they lacked a lot of technology, but what did they do for fun then? I feel like those old black-and-white shows can only entertain you for a short time.
Barbara whimpered, covering her mouth because she did watch a lot of black-and-white shows.
Dick: Okay, we watched color shows back then! I said color shows… oh my God.
Damian (curious): What about music? Could they download it on an… MP3 player?
Tim (enjoying this, shaking his head): Nope! Didn’t exist yet. All they had were CDs and cassette tapes.
Damian: Oh my God, they're that old!
Tim (laughing and covering his mouth): Damn!
Barbara crushed her paper coffee cup in her hand, her left eye twitching as Dick stood to his feet, embarrassed. He rested his hands on the countertop, trying to regain his composure.
Dick (angry, raised voice): I am… not saying my age to you children! I had a phone eventually!
Tim: Not the one he had. You guys grew up Amish, didn't you?
Barbara: I can still punch you in the throat, Tim. Tread lightly.
Dick: I'm not sure about her, but I watched SpongeBob and Rocko's Modern Life.
Damian: Didn't SpongeBob first premiere in 1999? And what's Rocko's Modern Life? An oldies show?
Barbara sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose and shaking her head.
Barbara: Nice save, dumbass.
Damian (joining in on the mockery): How did you guys not go insane from boredom? Did you churn butter, go to church, watch the news?
Barbara (slamming her fist on the table): Look, my dad's a cop; I enjoy the news in general!
Damian: I was just curious about the headphone jack, which seems terribly archaic, but this is fascinating I have relics of the past in front of me.
Tim nodded, enjoying picking on their older sibling and friend.
Damian: I have a few more questions for you AARP members. Do you guys reserve early bird seating at restaurants? Do you use anti-aging skincare products, and did you ever use those papers that help with saving money?
Dick: You mean coupons? Oh no, I'm did it again! No, I can't be that old!
Dick sobbed softly.
Barbara (defensively): Sometimes I like an early dinner! Jesus! And if you want the headphone jack back, you can just ask us for one! I carry a lot because I'm cultured!
Barbara pulled out an iPhone Apple Lightning to Headphone Jack Adapter. Damian was thankful at first, but when he saw the Lightning part, he frowned.
Damian: This is for the older iPhones. They use USB-C now.
Barbara: Dick, hold me back.
Dick grabbed Barbara's arm while sitting on the floor again, and she tried to swipe at Damian with her other arm, offended. Tim grabbed Damian's arm and pulled him away while trying not to laugh. Barbara covered her face, groaning.
Barbara: Fuck, we’re old like Bruce now.
Dick (raised voice, defeated): Stop reminding me!

“Ollie, look,” You nodded, pulling the young boy’s attention to the center of the mall, right outside the food court, settled in mounds of fake snow and twinkling snowflake lights was Santa’s Village. Children of all ages jumped with excitement, giddy at the chance to tell the man at the end perched on a red velvet throne, what they desperately wanted for Christmas. Their parents handing over wads of cash for a photo, a framed memory they could cherish for years.
This was the first year you and Eddie would get the chance.
“Do you want to go see Santa?” You asked, grinning down at him with a smile so bright, it rivaled the lights around you.
Oliver didn’t match your excitement. Instead he looked over solemnly, head shaking in a sad bob that had your stomach plummeting. “No, ‘s okay.” Oliver shrugged.
You blinked, looking up at the lines. “It’s ok if you do.” You pressed gently, a soft smile to reassure him. He was still getting used to you and Eddie paying for everything, still skittish about it even after the judge made you his legal guardians. “I can go with you, if you want. I just want to make sure you tell Santa so he can get you what you want.”
Oliver shook his head again, bottom lip jutting gently, small enough to have your face dropping in worry. “No, it’s ok.” He shook his head. “Santa never comes to my house anyways. I don’t think he knows about me, or he forgets.”
“What do you mean, honey?” Your voice was strained with emotion, trying desperately to stay level, not to sound upset though your stomach was twisting in the most painful way.
Oliver looked up at you through long, dark lashes. “He never came to my house.” He muttered, a tiny huff of a sigh that made you want to sob. “I’d always send him the letters at school, but he never came.”
You felt every ounce of his disappointment, bore it heavy on your heart. Your throat constricted, unable to find the right words. What did you say to that? What could you say to make it better? You didn’t know, so instead you nodded, squeezing his hand gently, stopping for a cookie at the small corner kiosk and heading towards the music store Eddie was at. The once cheery, festive music felt mocking now, playing through the speakers.
Eddie stood by the counter, strumming the newly repaired string of his guitar to test it. His face lit up, excited to show you how they’d fixed it, how much better it sounded now with a proper tune up. Instead, his smile fell.
“Hey,” Eddie muttered, hand running over Oliver’s locks, ruffling them in an affectionate greeting that had him giggling. “What’s goin’ on?”
You didn’t meet his gaze, swallowing the burning bile that rose in the back of your throat, eyes downcast towards Oliver. “Hey, you alright?” Eddie muttered, his hand touching yours, calloused thumb gliding across your knuckles. “Somethin’ happen?”
“No,” He knew you were lying, your voice tight the way it was when something was wrong. “Did you get it fixed?”
“Yeah,” Eddie frowned, scanning your features carefully. “Are you sure-”
“-Can I go look at the CDs?” Oliver pointed towards the aisles of CDs, hand gently pulling yorus for attention.
You nodded. “Stay towards the front, ok? Where we can see you. If you can’t see us-”
“-Then you can’t see me.” Oliver grinned. “I will.” He chirped, giddily skipping over to the CDs. Somehow, his innocent happiness made your heart break more.
“Hey, look at me, baby.” Eddie muttered, knuckle brushing under your chin lightly, pulling your gaze into his. “What’s’a matter? What’s wrong?”
You pressed your lips together to stop the shake you felt coming. “I, uh, I asked Ollie if he wanted to see Santa. Tell him what he wanted for Christmas so we could get an idea for him.” Your gaze wandered to the small boy, on his tiptoes to flick through the CDs in the rock section- the ones he was starting to favor since listening with Eddie.
“He said,” You swallowed, voice quivering with emotions that you were trying your best to keep in. “He said Santa never visited him, Eddie. He thinks he forgets him every year.”
Eddie watched your face crumble, turning away to try and compose yourself. His own heart dropping. Rushes of his own childhood, the hope that maybe this year Santa would visit if he stole the Borden’s lights, threw them up on his roof instead so Santa could see. He even kept his light on so Santa would know he was home, but still, he never came.
Until he stayed with Wayne.
“Does he,” Eddie ducked, eyes cutting around the store. “He still, like, believes in him and all that?”
You paused, brows furrowing lightly. “Yeah, I mean, I think he does-”
“-I got it.” Eddie nodded, finality in his tone. “I got it, baby. Don’t worry.”
“Ed, wait, just-” You stopped him, eyes cutting to Oliver. “You can’t make him, ok? If he doesn’t want to, then we should respect that.”
“I’m not gonna make him, baby.” Eddie smiled softly. “I got it, ok. You trust me?” You nodded slowly. You did trust Eddie, in every way with everything.
“Then let me handle this, alright? Don’t worry about it.” Eddie pressed a soft kiss to your cheek, squeezing your hip lovingly, walking back to the counter to gather his guitar.
“Hey, Ollie, gotta ask you somethin’, little guy.” Eddie hummed, strumming his guitar, tongue poked out in concentration.
Oliver was in front of him, mindlessly playing with his own action figures while Eddie practiced, flipping Spider-Man off the couch cushions and launching him over the coffee table with pure childlike imagination. “Yeah?”
Eddie watched him carefully, trying to play it cool, easy- not to scare the kid. “Mama told me something,” The beloved name you’d adorned before the papers went through. Eddie had christened you with it happily, grinning at the way it made you gleam when he’d call you it. “Said you didn’t want to see Santa.”
Oliver stopped, action figure hanging in midair, eyes wide like he’d been caught doing something wrong. “Yeah.” Oliver said quietly. Eddie knew he was trying to read his tone, see if he was mad or upset.
Eddie smiled at him softly, playfully throwing a hand out to him. “Dude, why?” He grinned. “You gotta tell the big man what you want for Christmas.”
Oliver’s head lowered, dragging the plastic feet of the superhero across the coffee table. “Santa doesn’t come to visit me.” He mumbled. “He never has.”
Eddie tried not to let his face falter. He knew it was coming, and it still hurt. Instead, he tried to remember what Wayne said, exactly how he’d said it and convinced him years ago when he was in Ollie’s shoes, hurt and disappointed.
“He didn’t?” Eddie cocked his head to the side. Oliver shook his head, face falling. “That’s weird.” Eddie quipped, lips twisting in thought. He could feel Oliver’s eyes on him curiously, he wanted to play it up for him. “You know, I bet you’re not registered.”
Oliver blinked. “Registered?”
“Yeah, your parents,” Eddie cringed at the mention. “You, uh, you have to register everyone to Santa. There’s a lot of kids in the world, and he can lose count sometimes. If you move or if you have more kids, anything, you gotta get them registered so he’ll know. Kinda like attendance, y’know?” It wasn’t nearly as smooth as when Wayne did it, much more rambling, but Oliver’s eyes lit up.
“You do?” Oliver asked, setting Spider-Man down completely.
“Oh, yeah.” Eddie nodded, setting his own guitar down on the stand. “I’ve been meaning to call anyways, make sure they were sending me a form down so I could let them know that you’re here now. Let me just call really quick.”
Oliver followed him, close on Eddie’s heels into the kitchen, where you were cutting carrots for the soup. “Hey, babe,” Eddie called, opening the junk drawer by the sink. “Have you seen the phone book?”
“The phone book?” You frowned, turning to look over your shoulder at them. “It should be under the coffee table.”
“No, the one for the North Pole.” Eddie muttered, eyes lifting to yours, shooting you a wide eyed look.
You paused, tracking his sharp side eyed glance to Oliver, who’s eyes were wide and hopeful, hanging on Eddie’s every word. “Oh,” You squeaked. “Um, I think I put it in the address book in my purse.”
Eddie fumbled through the contents of your bag, swiping the floral printed contact book with a sloppy grin. “Ah, found it.” He muttered, tongue poking out when he thumbed through the names and numbers.
“Can I see?” Oliver asked, rising on his tip-toes to look over the edge of the book.
“Hey, no way, c’mon.” Eddie shook his head. “Santa only gives it to parents. So we can call when you’ve been bad, or when we move and stuff. Can’t give it out or he’ll be mad.”
Oliver hesitated, scanning Eddie’s face carefully. He was a little suspect, but Eddie said it so confidently, it was hard not to be convinced- hell, you were convinced, listening with careful amusement from the kitchen.
Eddie pulled the phone off the hook, dialing the number with a covered hand, winking over at Oliver playfully. The line rang and rang and rang, until-
“Hello?”
“Hi, this is Eddie- sorry, Edward Munson.” Eddie said cheerfully into the phone, just like he would talking to a customer service rep. “I was needing to talk to someone about registering a new house to Santa’s route.”
There was a pause, the rustling of the line on the other end. “Eddie, what the fuck- are you high?” Dustin Henderson’s confused voice rang from the other end.
Eddie grinned, jaw clenching at annoyance he tried to hide. Thankfully, Oliver didn’t seem to notice, eyes shining with awe at the phone call. “Yeah, we were just needing to talk to someone about registering our house for Santa to stop at.” Eddie’s tone was clipped behind feigned cheerfulness. “We have Oliver living here now, and we wanted to get the form sent.”
“Eddie, what-” Dustin laughed on the other end. “Are you messing with me? You’re messing with me.”
“Yeah, just a second-” Eddie covered the phone, leaning towards Oliver. “Ollie, can you grab my wallet? By the bed?”
Oliver nodded, scampering down the hall. Eddie waited before turning, cradling the phone close to his mouth. “Henderson, play the fuck along, ok? I told Oliver I was calling the North Pole.”
Dustin laughed, a loud cackle of a laugh, full belly and entertained. “Why? What are you doing-”
“-Because Santa has never visited him.” Eddie hissed lowly, ceasing Dustin’s laughter. “And I am trying to get the registration form just to make sure we get added on Santa’s route, so Santa will be sure to visit us this year.” Eddie’s tone lifted, changing instantly back to that cheery tone he had before when Oliver ran in.
“Thanks, bud.” Eddie grinned, taking the wallet. “Just my license number?” He hummed, flicking it open.
“Eddie, I’m-I’m sorry, man. I thought you were messin’ with me-”
“-Yeah, it’s W23-016.” Eddie cut the other man off through gritted teeth. “And it’s Oliver Munson. He’s eight, and his new address is 172 Azalea Lane in Hawkins, Indiana.”
The line was silent. “What do you want me to do here, Eddie? Like pretend-”
“Yeah, if you can send the form here, that would be great.” Eddie fought back an eye roll. He should’ve called Steve. “And my wife wanted me to ask, can Oliver go see Santa now and tell him what he wants, or should he wait until after we mail the form back?”
“Uh, now? Is that what you want me to say? Dude, why didn’t you call me before so I could prepare-” Dustin huffed.
“Great. We’ll get that filled out, and we’ll go next weekend.” Eddie smiled over at Oliver, heart swelling with warmth over the irritation he felt. “Thanks so much for your help, Nog. Have a good one.”
“Oh, wow, use my ninth grade dwarf name. Real mature-” Eddie didn’t wait to hear the rest of Dustin’s whining, slapping the phone on the receiver.
Oliver was bouncing, practically exploding with anticipation and excitement. You thought your heart might burst at the sight. “They’re sending it over.” Eddie clapped his hands. “Told you it was easy, Ollie. They said you just have to sign something when it comes, and we can send it back off to the North Pole, and can go see Santa next week.”
“Wow,” Oliver beamed, smiling at you. “Thank you.” He muttered, barreling into Eddie’s side, squeezing his thighs in a tight, loving hug.
“You’re welcome, bud.” Eddie smiled, patting his head affectionately. “Can you go put my guitar back in the garage? In the case, please? Make sure to fasten it.”
Eddie waited until Oliver was running back into the living room to slide over to you. Your eyes shining with adoration, awe. “That was the sweetest thing I think I’ve ever seen, Ed.” You muttered, arms wrapping around his torso. “I don’t think I’ve ever been so in love with you in my whole life.”
“C’mon,” Eddie blushed, rocking you gently, a half stepped sway. “Not gonna let the kid have a bad Christmas.”
“How did- How did you even come up with that?” You blinked, chin resting against his chest. “That was genius.”
“Well, gotta give credit to Wayne.” Eddie shrugged. “He, uh, he did it first. When I came to live with him the first time after my mom passed. Dad hadn’t got me a gift since she died, too fucked up to remember the whole Santa thing. So Wayne told me it was because he forgot to register my house after we moved. I believed it. Made me feel better thinkin’ my dad just forgot to register the house, instead of forgettin’ me, y’know?” Eddie muttered, voice dropping lowly.
Your heart ached in the most uncomfortable way, squeezing him tighter into your chest. “It was sweet.” You whispered, arms circling around his waist, pressing a kiss to the soft fabric of his t-shirt, right over his heart. It made him flush with heat. “Thank you for that.”
“Baby, do you have construction paper?” Eddie asked, sliding into your classroom. It was still early, the sun just barely lifting into the grayed Indiana morning sky, frost still fogging at the windows.
“Um, in the cabinet in the red drawer.” You pointed to the arts and crafts area, neatly organized safety scissors and crayons tucked away. “What are you doing?”
“I got this idea last night. Ollie’s real excited-” Eddie paused, scanning the classroom for the little boy.
“He went down to the gym with Mrs. Bronski.” You waved it off lightly, passing out the morning activity papers to each of the spots. “Excited about what?”
“Excited about Santa this weekend.” Eddie muttered, flipping through the stack of construction paper, shimmying out a sheet of red and green. “Anyways, I got this idea about making the form. I found these letter stamps and ink pads in the art room, asked Lois if I could borrow them and she’s letting me. I think it’d be better printed like that so it look more legit, ya know?”
You beamed, smiling brightly under the fluorescent lights of the classroom, making Eddie’s heart skip. “Yeah, that’s- that’s really sweet, Ed.”
Eddie paused, shoulder’s tensing slightly, that familiar wide eyed, scared look creeping into his features. “You- It’s stupid, isn’t it?” He asked, voice tight. “I, fuck- sorry- I just, I dunno I thought it would be cool. Better than… It doesn’t matter. That was too much, I’m sorry, I just got excited-”
“Eddie, what?” You lifted a brow, tone steady and calm, like it always was when he’d spin out like this. “Ed, I think that’s a great idea. I think it’s really sweet, and I think Ollie will love it.”
Eddie scanned your features, looking for any reason not to believe you- a quirk in your lips, a blink that felt off, anything. “Are you sure? It’s not… too much?”
“You think I’d judge you for doing too much?” You tilt your head to the side playfully. “I’m jealous I didn’t think of it because it’s perfect, Eddie. All of it. You’re just,” Your breath hitched, heart fluttering at the sight of him. “You’re just a really good dad, and it makes me so inexplicably happy that I get to be with you. Watch you be a good dad, and a good husband, and just be with you. I’m so happy with you.”
Eddie blushed, cheeks reddening at your words. If you weren’t in school, the looming threat of HR surrounding you, he’d push you up against the poster board, make out with you right there.
“Thank you.” Eddie muttered instead, looking down at his work boots, cheeks burning with the praise. “I, uh, I- yeah, I feel the same way, y’know. About you, and you’re a good mom- the best mom.” You rolled your eyes bashfully, grabbing his hand, squeezing it softly.
“Hey, lovebirds,” Steve grinned, head ducking in your doorway. Eddie rolled his eyes, scoffing with exasperation. “Gotta go get the kids. Do you want me to walk yours up too?”
“No, I’ve got it.” You smile politely. “Thanks, Steve. I’ll be right there.”
Eddie was already reaching for your lanyard of keys, dropping them in your hand, pressing a sweet, parting kiss to your cheek quickly.
He worked tirelessly in his tiny janitor’s closet, pulling out a broken ruler to make sure it was lined correctly, taking breaks in between the lunch cleanup and fixing a ceiling light, until it was perfect.
Oliver was thrilled when Eddie came home, the bright red paper in his hand. “Guess what came in the mail today, Ollie?” Eddie sang in a silly tone, a grin so wide and dazzling it made you want to melt.
Oliver signed the dotted line with careful, slanted handwriting. You thought you were going to cry seeing him sign Oliver Munson beaming with pride at the last name that was all his now.
Eddie snuck it back into your bedroom after going to “mail the letter back”, neatly laying it in your bedside drawer. That night, the two of you lied in bed, looking over every careful detail of the paper, your own prized possession.
“How long did this take you?” You muttered, fingertip tracing over Oliver’s pen scrawled signature, lip trembling all over again.
“Not too long,” Eddie’s chest rumbled under you, lips pressed into your hair, holding you against him as close as possible. “Worst part was trying to make sure I didn’t miss a letter or something. I started on green but fucked up Santa. Spelled Satan, so had to start over.”
You laughed, a small, watery giggle that had Eddie’s grin on you tightening, an affectionate squeeze to your hip. “Yeah, that might have him confused.” You beam, head lolling back on Eddie’s shoulder to look up at him. “He was so excited though, I don’t think he would have cared.”
Eddie’s lips curled in a soft smile, hand moving to cradle the back of your head, pulling you in for a sweet kiss- the kind that left your head reeling with devotion, letting him press you back into the pillows, body sliding on top of yours.
“Wait,” You panted, tapping on his chest gently.
Eddie frowned, rolling off of you. “‘M sorry. I thought you wanted to-”
You placed the paper back in your bedside drawer, neatly tucking it under a book so it wouldn’t get crinkled. “I didn’t want it to rip.” You smiled softly, flicking off the lamp.
Eddie could see your eyes, glowing with that devious hint that had his heart jumping with excitement. You crawled over him, legs straddling either side of his hips, your hands in his hair this time, pressing him into the pillow, pinning him with a feverish kiss that left him reeling.

Recently, through Twitter, I have become aware of the fact that modern American parents have been very ignorant of their parental duties when it comes to their children. Parents are banding together to complain about the schools their children attend because their kids are getting bad grades in class, or they're getting detentions for doing bad consistently, or they're being held back because they're just not at the same level as their peers.
There was an entire thread of some woman whining about how the school was failing her kid, because his English class grade was so bad. There were thousands of comments agreeing and various reposts with anecdotes from other parents with similar experiences.
"My 26 y/o son can't even write a check for God's sake!"
And one single person finally replied with, "Do you guys not teach your kids anything at home before they start going to school?" Which then spawned people with actual common sense questioning the level of involvement these people had in the lives of their kids.
This is what led to a large surge of people complaining about how it's the school's job to teach them everything and they did their job just keeping them alive.
Now, I don't want to be mean, but it's gonna come across that way.
Parents are lazy these days.
When I was a child, my Nana and mom had me learning with Hooked on Phonics before I entered pre-K. I was 3 years old and already sounding out words that rhymed. I was practicing how quickly I could say them in under 30 seconds so I could progress to the next lesson.
mat hat sat that cat vat pat bat fat lat rat brat
etc...
When I was in pre-K(4 years old), they had a single, really old computer that had a bunch of Winnie the Pooh CD-ROM games. Because I always got my work done faster than everybody else, they let me use the computer because I could actually read and follow Pooh's instructions, and it kept me busy.
And when I entered kindergarten for the first time, I was really surprised to see that Hooked on Phonics was actually part of my curriculum and I was already very well ahead of everyone else. My mom and Nana took traching me very seriously. They not only read to me, but they would also get me Madeline books and cassette tapes from the children's library downtown. And then I would listen to the cassettes telling the story while reading the book at the same time to get used to the words.
At three years old, I was helping out in the kitchen, learning all of the different kitchen utensils and types of measurement. My mom often went between English, French and American Sign Language at random times so I picked up a lot of stuff that way. We never had a computer in the house for the first 12 years of my life, but I did have an old keyboard to learn how to type. Nana gave me basic piano lessons for a couple years. Mom taught me how to hem my clothes because she would buy me bigger clothes, hem them to size, and then let them out as I grew. Hell, Sperm Donor taught me how to write a check when I was 8. He was also a Financial Adviser, so I got a lot of lessons on money management, investments, and 401Ks and shit.
All these incredibly simple things ended up benefiting me later on, because I was so far ahead of all of the other students that it consistently put me at odds with them. I was better at reading, cooking, sewing, music, languages, etc... I was allowed time to do whatever I wanted while the rest of them had to catch up.
There is a lot more to being a parent than just making sure your kid eats three meals a day and doesn't die in a stupid way. And it seems like a lot of parents these days have completely forgotten that they have a duty to their kids beyond the feeding and clothing thing.
Certain things SHOULD be taught in schools, like how to balance a checkbook. But if it's clear that the school won't cover it, why aren't YOU doing something about that? And why do so many parents have no clue what the hell their kids are even getting up to in school? Why don't y'all get involved in your kid's lives?

sfw for perri?
Tysm Nonnie!! Perri sfw alphabet beneath the cut c:
A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
Perri is pretty affectionate! They’re not the most touchy-feely person in the world outside of a relationship, but I think dating someone would make them a little more physical. They like hugs and really enjoy holding hands. They really enjoy quality time with a partner, and they definitely show affection by sharing music c:
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
Oooh Perri’s a great friend. They have a lot of self-doubt but are very loyal–though they can be a bit clingy with those they’re closest to. They’re quite fun to hang out with; especially if you catch them during their show. Perri’s willing to start a friendship with basically anybody who seems interested in what they have to say (and doesn’t seem like they’re going to make fun of them for it).
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
In a relationship, Perri loves to cuddle; though, they can get a bit overwhelmed with too much touch. Their favorite way to cuddle would be spooning and listening to music together.
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
Perri would like to settle down, I think! They’re a romantic and love the idea of a long-term partner. They’re a decent cook, but they can be a little messy. Their place is never dirty or anything, but it gets cluttered. Lots of piles of books and CDs and records and half-finished glasses of water everywhere.
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
Oof god uhhhh. I don’t know? Perri hates conflict and is so insecure it would be a huge struggle. They’d be crying the entire time, I think, and really struggle to get the words out. It would be messy as hell.
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)
Marriage? Eventually, someday, maybe. Perri likes the idea of marriage well enough, though it feels very Big right now. They’ve never had a serious relationship, after all. Someday, though; and they’d like a committed relationship even sooner. As soon as possible, actually.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
Perri is made out of tissue paper.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
Perri loves hugs and they’re good at giving them. Very soft and warm and tight but not too tight, you know? They get very stressed about making things awkward so the hug would never go on too long or anything. Just right.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
I think they’d want to wait, but it would slip out without them realizing fairly quickly. And then they’d blush and stutter and be like, “OhmygodIhopethat’sokaydon’thatemeit’swaytoosoon” and it would take MC calming them down for them to just be like…”It’s the truth, though. I do.”
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)
Hmmm…they don’t get jealous as much as they get insecure. Less ‘I’m upset you’re flirting with someone else’ and more ‘Am I not good enough??”. And they’d just avoid the subject, half-convinced that they’re about to lose it all.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
Shy but eager! Very uncertain but they’d get very into it very quickly. They like stealing any kisses they can get–little pecks on the cheeks, dustings of kisses on your hands, lips pressed into your shoulder. No preference–same for being kissed.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
Awkward but fun. They like kids a lot but also don’t really know how to interact with them. Would very eagerly have a conversation with a child about mothman though.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
Groggy and silent. Perri’s a talkative person, for all of their nervous energy, but after a long night of not sleeping, they’re fairly zombie-esque in the morning. They take a tiny break from their show, long enough to (fail to) sleep, shower, and get breakfast. All of their anxious energy and cheer will be dulled in the mornings, but they’d still be happier to have you along for the ride.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
Opposite–hyped up, excited. Chances are almost every night will be spent running their show, unless there’s something else going on, like a monster hunt or a holiday. They’re energized, excited, more confident. The moonlight gives them strength. As the night goes on and they don’t sleep they fade more and more, but nighttime is their element.
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
Perri’s a pretty open book; especially because they occasionally will say things without thinking. They blurt out whatever’s on their mind. Even their Trauma and their Lore comes pretty quickly, though they’ll be awkward and embarrassed about it.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
Eh, it depends. If you do something to piss them off it takes surprisingly little–but there are very few things that will do that. Mocking them or insisting that they’re wrong in their beliefs is a big one, as is insulting the people they care about. Overall, though, they don’t get angry terribly often.
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
Perri will remember every single random weird fun fact about you and then forget your birthday. Their memory issues don’t do them any favors, but any information that their brain decides is interesting will be remembered forever.
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
Ah, this one will be hard to do. Hm. Instead I’ll tease a future moment, how about? Perri’s first date will be a conversation under the stars c:
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
Hmmm…I wouldn’t call them protective, exactly. Perri isn’t really a fighter. Most likely they’d fall back on their knowledge and their research to try and solve problems. They wouldn’t mind being physically protected, though–they like feeling safe.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)
They’d try quite hard, though their memory could cause some issues! They very much so obsess over finding the ‘perfect’ gift, and would try to plan fun dates. That being said, they sometimes can get carried away by what they want to do.
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
They have a habit of letting their insecurities win. They’ll ask if you’re mad at them and then struggle to believe you–oftentimes asking again. And maybe again. It’s something they definitely need to work through. On a lighter note, they never finish their drinks. Not a problem, until the bathroom counter is covered in 5 half-empty glasses of water.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
Eh, they’re not any more insecure about their looks than they are anything else. In fact, I think more than anything it’s their personality that they stress about. They think they look fine. They don’t consider themself attractive, but they like their clothes and their accessories and their hair, and that’s good enough for them.
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
Oh interesting. Hm. Not on the front end–they don’t feel incomplete now–but after being in a relationship for a long time, I could see it. They’d end up very close to a partner, and it wouldn’t feel right without that person after being together for years.
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)
Their favorite candy flavor is green apple, their favorite movie is Tremors, and if they knew what pokemon was, their partner pokemon would be reuniclus.
Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)
Perri struggles with skeptics. They respect the desire to pursue logic, but they hate it when people act like they’re crazy for believing in the supernatural. They know their experiences are real, and even if they weren’t…where’s your whimsy? Don’t you want the world to be magical? It isn’t a dealbreaker (unless you’re an asshole about it), but it isn’t their favorite trait in a partner, either.

Autism Acceptance
Prompt day 7: Performer AU
Word count: 2500
@wolfstarmicrofic
Remus was so excited he couldn’t stand it. He bounced on the balls of his feet and his fists shook up and down.
“I’d say he likes the gift,” Regulus said to Remus' mum with a laugh.
Remus could see them watching him to make sure he stayed safe as he made his way around the room. He was practically vibrating and he squealed.
“What did you expect? You just waltz in here and announce that you got Remus a way to meet his favourite people and didn’t think he would happy stim?”
“I knew my brother and his friends were his favourite but I didn’t think he would like it that much,” Regulus shot back with a laugh before his hand shot out as if he could stop Remus from across the room. Both Hope and Regulus gasped.
Remus ran into the table and then the doorway but his squealing and movement didn’t slow.
“He’ll feel that when the excitement wears off,” Hope said with a sigh and Regulus nodded.
Regulus left the Lupin home at the end of the day. Regulus had never realised when he became a personal assistant for the Lupin family, that he would meet someone who would become his friend. Remus was not that much taller than him and he used his communication device for speaking, although he did often express himself with facial expressions and the perfect noise to express his sarcastic attitude. Remus was the master of eye rolls, eyebrow raises, smirks, snorts, and scoffs as well as the ba-dum-tsh and wa wa wa noises.
Remus’ room was decorated in bright colours and his bed had a tent over it. He needed help with many life skills still, but none of that stopped them from becoming like two peas in a pod. Technically it was frowned upon for Regulus to have developed an attachment to a patient, but Hope and Lyall had confided in him that Remus had come out of his shell and made so much more progress with Regulus as his aid than he had with anyone else.
Remus also had a cutting dark sense of humour. The number of jokes about body bags and comments on eyes honestly bordered on concern to anyone who didn’t understand the way Remus thought. That alone was enough. But then Regulus found out that Remus loved music. And not just any music, a very obscure small group of people who sang children's songs but in different genres. Hope apologised many times when Remus kept humming the songs while swinging in his hammock chair and yelling in frustration when the older disc would skip or scratch but wouldn’t allow anyone to help him. He listened in his headphones to the same cd anytime he was overwhelmed or tired and so he was often never without the discman. One day when Remus was busy playing in the little pool set up out in the back garden, Regulus opened the old discman and was surprised to see his brother’s face smiling up at him.
Regulus’ relationship with Sirius was strained after all the things they went through growing up, but when he went home that day, he immediately called Sirius up and asked Sirius to meet him and to work through everything. They went to therapy together and over the months things had improved and while they would always have some hard feelings, they were friends again. So when Remus’ birthday came around that year, Regulus didn’t hesitate to ask Sirius if his friend Remus could meet Sirius. Sirius was confused why Regulus had a friend who liked his music, especially one made for children. After Regulus explained that Remus was autistic, Sirius readily agreed. He even asked what things were sensory triggers for Remus and made a list. He sent Regulus to the Lupin residence that day with the good news and ensured Regulus that he would take care of everything.
The days leading up to Remus’ birthday were long and yet too short for Remus. He was so excited the days seemed to drag on, but with every day that ended Remus would ask Regulus how many more days left. Pressing the buttons for “See friends today?” as a greeting. Regulus would laugh and make some sort of comment about how Regulus “could see where he ranked” or “I see how it is, not even a Hi Reggie.” That always made Remus laugh and he would say hello and then ask again. So Regulus helped him make a small calendar and everyday they would add a sticker to it to help count down the days.
The night before, Remus swung in his hammock and listened to his discman. Anytime Regulus looked at him, Remus would push a button on his AAC that said, “I’m so excited!” Regulus watched while working on the paperwork for the week and would always respond, “I know. I know. Tomorrow Remus.”
Remus went to sleep as soon as Regulus left at seven, saying that the faster he went to sleep the faster that it would be the day he met his friends. Then it was tomorrow and Regulus was knocking on the door. Remus opened it and his face dropped and he quickly pressed on his AAC, “its you.” he just held up for Regulus to read. Regulus snorted, “Hi Reggie. Morning.” Remus didn’t laugh this time and he frowned and held up his device again. “Yes, it's just me for now. It’s seven in the morning Remus, they will be here at ten. Okay?” Remus pouted but nodded and immediately went to his timer. Regulus took off his shoes and shut the door before crossing the room making sure Remus put three hours into the timer and set it back onto the shelf to count down.
When the timer went off three hours later Remus threw open the door. Regulus was across the room and dashed to Remus. Remus knew it was because Regulus was worried Remus was going to run into the road, but Remus wouldn't. Remus knew it was to ensure he didn’t leave without someone but it still was annoying that they didn’t trust him. Remus peered out the door to the empty front garden. It was ten. He set a timer. Remus glanced at his AAC. It was actually after ten now!
“I know you’re excited Remus, but they will knock when they get here,” Regulus said softly when he took in Remus’ dejected expression. Remus nodded disappointed and right before Remus closed the door a small blue Volkswagen parked on the curb. Remus gasped and quickly looked at Regulus who grinned, “Ya thats them.”
Remus clasped his device to his chest and shook while swaying on his feet and then froze, dropping his AAC when Sirius stepped from the car. This was why Regulus had insisted Remus keep the silicone case around it, even if Remus gnawed on it sometimes.
Remus held his hand out to Regulus so they could go out the door. Regulus knelt down and picked up the device and took Remus’ hand. Remus squealed and pulled Regulus over the grass to the vehicle and stopped right in front of Sirius. Remus stared at Sirius, unblinking before turning to Regulus and snatching his device from Regulus and quickly finding the buttons he wanted before holding it up to Regulus.
Regulus read it, looked at Sirius, and burst out laughing, “yes they would be perfect in it.” Remus smirked.
“What?” Sirius asked, confused.
“Do you want to tell him or should I?” Regulus asked.
Remus didn’t wait, he pressed play on his communication device and a slightly robotic male voice read out, “I want to add your eyes to my collection.”
Regulus couldn’t help laughing at the expression of confusion and slight worry on Sirius’ face followed by James’ as he had stepped out of the driver’s side while all of this was going on.
Remus narrowed his eyes at Regulus who stopped. “Okay okay I’ll get them.”
Sirius’ expression was one of visible panic and Regulus held his phone to Sirius’ face and took a close up picture of Sirius’ eye and then showed it to Remus. “This one good?” He asked and Remus nodded, mouthing the word wow over and over.
Remus knew people thought his fascination with eyes was odd. Many people had said so, thinking that just because he used an AAC device and needed help with everyday tasks, that he was stupid. They talked about him in front of him like he wasn’t there or able to understand the things they were saying. All his past personal assistants had and Remus had decided that if they were going to treat him like that he would just be like that. That’s all they thought he would be, so he stopped trying to show them otherwise. They had treated him like a burden.
That was until Regulus came along and he took the time to listen to Remus, to understand.
Remus carried Regulus’ phone into the lounge, staring at the picture. Sirius and James looked at each other and Regulus snorted.
“If you guys want to set up in the lounge, that would be great.” Regulus motioned to the fairly small but tidy lounge.
Sirius gave Regulus a small hug and then carried his guitar in. James carried an electric drum kit and his sticks. It wasn't the best, but worked in a pinch, and he could turn the sound down so it wouldn’t be as loud. Mary and Lily brought in the keyboard. Regulus took up the rear and closed the door behind them all.
They all arranged themselves in one area of the lounge. Hope tried to stay out of the way but brought out an extension cord with a power strip for them when they needed to get everything plugged in and they couldn’t all use the one outlet.
Regulus took his phone back from Remus with the assurance he would print the picture out for Remus so Remus sat in his hammock watching everyone setup and get ready. Regulus held out his headphones and Remus put them on as Mary counted them down and began.
Remus rocked in his hammock as he listened. After a few songs Lily sang a soft version of happy birthday as Lyall carried out slices of cake for everyone. Remus ate his cake while everyone chatted. He wasn’t often included in group conversations because there were so many people and they talked quickly, not leaving room or time for Remus to use his AAC.
But Sirius wouldn’t have it. He asked Remus questions or for his thoughts on the topic and waited for Remus to respond.
When the cake was finished, Remus slowly edged his way over to Sirius and gently ran his fingers over the guitar. Remus had watched the way Sirius played. He had this look about it, the same look that Remus felt when he listened to their songs or talked about eyes or cold cases.
“Would you like to try?” Sirius asked next to Remus suddenly and Remus froze as if he was going to be yelled at.
Sirius lifted the guitar off the stand and motioned for Remus to come closer. Remus stayed where he was watching Sirius ready the instrument again. Sirius slowly reached out, giving Remus time to pull away, before gently taking Remus’ hand and placing them on the strings. Remus looked at Sirius and Sirius smiled encouragingly and Remus plucked a string. It vibrated and the sound that it created made Remus so excited he squealed and his hands clenched into fists and shook.
They continued like this for sometime before Mary and Lily started to pack up. Sirius had James take his guitar out to the vehicle. Sirius then asked Regulus if he could stay longer and Regulus told him to ask Remus. So Sirius did and a shocked Remus nodded happily.
Sirius sat talking to Remus the whole rest of the time Regulus was on his shift. Regulus sat nearby watching while filling out the paperwork he had to do for the week.
Sirius asked Remus questions. What song did he like best? Did he have a favourite show? What about movies? What other things Remus was interested in. And he answered his own questions back for Remus to know the answers to.
He didn’t shame or judge Remus and when he found out about Remus’ fascination with eyes he asked what about them was so interesting. And Remus told him.
Remus liked the way the colours in the eyes melted together. He liked how the pupil changes shapes depending on the lighting. But mostly, Remus liked how the eyes held so much depth and emotion. How you could almost see someone's soul when looking at them.
Sirius stared at Remus like he had just said the most profound things and then begged Remus to let him write that down for him, that it was the most beautiful poetry Sirius had heard. Remus flushed with pride.
When seven pm rolled around, the clock sounded and Regulus started to pack up and put on his shoes when Remus darted to his room. Regulus watched from the lounge, making sure Remus went to his room and not out the door to the back garden and when the door slammed closed and Regulus sighed.
Sirius looked shocked and concerned, “Hey what happened?”
“He likely got upset you’re leaving. Don’t worry. I’ll talk to him.”
Remus laid on his bed with the door to his tent closed and the blanket over his head. Remus heard the knock and ignored it. Sirius opened it and poked his head in. “Hey. I’m going to come in and just sit here okay. Regulus is in the lounge if you want me to get him.”
Remus bit his nails and picked the skin on his lips before eventually unzipping the tent. Remus looked out at Sirius who was sitting on the floor with his legs crossed and Remus’ AAC in his hands. Sirius looked up from his phone and smiled. “Hey, it's okay to be upset, especially when meeting new people and when having a lot of new experiences going on. And because the fun day is over.”
Remus scoffed and rolled his eyes. He knew it was okay, it didn't mean it didn’t suck that the best day of his life was ending and he would never see his new friend again.
Sirius laughed and held his phone up to Remus’ face, causing Remus to flinch. Sirius took a quick photo and then turned it to show Remus. “I think your eyes are stunning too.”
Remus smiled. Sirius pressed a few buttons on the AAC before holding it out to Remus. Remus played it, “see friend Sirius tomorrow?”
Remus beamed and nodded enthusiastically.
“I'll see you tomorrow Remus,” Sirius said brightly and waved goodbye before leaving the room and the house.
Remus couldn’t wait for tomorrow.

One of the things that frustrates me about Viv's designs is that they don't really tell me anything about the character's motivations or personality.
If I came knowing nothing about Hazbin and you tell me that Cherry Bomb is a punk from the 80's, Sir Pentious an inventor from Victorian England and Alastor a radio host from the 1920's I would have a very hard time believing you.
(((Especially since for some reason, Viv dresses almost all her male characters in Hazbin with some variant of the same suit and bowtie)))
But I think that no - other design frustrates me more than Nifty's. She is supposed to be a Japanese housewife from the fifties. Yet her dress is looks more like a Halloween costume of a fifties girl than something women would actually use at the time.
Her hair is not even accurate, it should be more curly since perms were really big among Japanese women during that time.
However, the fact that she wears a costume of a fifties woman could come in handy if you write a decent backstory.
Let's start by saying that Nifty was not an adult during the fifties, she was actually born during the early sixties into a very conservative and traditional family who told her that the only thing she needed to worry was to marry a decent man, have kids and take care of the house.
Like a 50's woman!
This caused Nifty, a very extroverted and playful child who loved bugs and mud, to have a pretty stressed-out childhood. Every time her mother found her playing in the garden and getting dirty she was beaten. The germo-phobia she developed as a adult was partially because of this, since filled with germs = being harshly punished she always made sure everything was clean.
Eventually when she was 19, her parents arranged a marriage with a businessman and they tied the knot not even a year later.
Her husband was not bad,
He was rather handsome, had a stable job, a big house in Tokyo and could even afford going on vacation once a year.
If only he wasn't the most boring man alive then things probably would have been different.
Whatever he genuinely loved Nifty or not is completely irrelevant when he treated her more like a housemate than an actual wife. They even slept in separate beds and the only time they spend together was during dinnertime and then 30 minutes of TV before going to bed.
NIfty was suffocating in her marriage.
But is not like she could say something. The one time she tried talking to her mom about it, she just told her to "be thankful" to have so much free time since things will change when she has children.
Well, she and her husband hadn't been intimate since their weeding night, so that wasn't happening any time soon.
That stayed the same for a while, until one night, while watching TV with her husband a local boy/band appeared on screen
It was the early 90s and boy bands were allll the rage.
New bands formed every day and this particular one didn't seem too different from the rest. Except that maybe, the Bad Boy of the group captivated a 30 year old Nifty and rocked her world in a way she hadn't experimented before.
At the start everything seemed normal, she started by buying one CD or two, attending meet and greats in local malls and going to their concerts. Nifty didn't want her husband getting involved, so she got a part-time job to cover those extra expenses and not use her husbands money.
Of course almost all the merch she bought was of Bad Boy
Soon, she started having this fantasies, dreams were B.B confused his undying love for her and took her away form her boring husband and into a live of adventure and music. B.B was a real man, rebellious and strong that would be able to keep emotion and passion in her life unlike her husband.
Those dreams helped her to live another day, and maybe it was because of this dependency that Nifty started to believe that those fantasies were real. That she and B.B were a secret couple and the meet and greats they had were really "dates" that they had to do in secret from her husband.
Unfortunately, it was only a matter a time before dear Nifty became one of those fans who you end up seeing in a police lineup and reading in the newspaper the minute she started stalking B.B and talking about him as if he was her boyfriend with whoever may listen.
All went into a breaking point when one day, Nifty just got tired waiting for B.B to take her away from her boring life. Thinking about it she just came to the conclusion that it was her dear old hubby the one that was keeping B.B away from her.
That has to be it.
Her husband must be preventing B.B from fulfilling his promise!
What lies did he told him about her?
Does he want me as his prisioner forever?!
This is not staying like this!
That night, after her husband fell asleep, Nifty woke up, went to the kitchen, grabbed a knife and stabbed her spouse 30 times before ending his life with one clean slit in the throat.
Now that the bore is dead, she and her precious Bad Boy could be together forever! Now he has no excuse to not fulfill his promise! A new life filled with love, excitement and adventure awaits!
But first she needs to clean, everything ended up a disaster.
Maybe it was the excitement she was feeling, or it was too dark to properly read the labels, but mixing cleaning chemicals can actually be extremely dangerous. You may create a very dangerous gas that could potentially kill you.
That morning, the neighbors woke up due a very strong smell and they shouted the minute they found dead bodies of Nifty and her husband. She had her skin partially burned as she had felt face down the mix of cleaning solutions that took her life.
And you and me know, where she ended
Congratulations, Niffty's yours now! You're clearly more qualified to be writing her. Please cherish her.

I think that when the charming siblings were little, they would organize a little make shift dance performance, to present their parents with. They would spend a whole afternoon getting it together. The outfits (random dress up items, feathery scarfs, gaudy cheap plastic sunglasses, the campier and cheaper the better), the choreography (daring would always take center stage, darling and Dexter support him, because he is the star), and they would play the music from a phone, a boom box, a CD player. They would NOT rehearse because, their little baby brains were doing this for fun, and they had NO IDEA what they were doing. And then they would perform and it would end disastrously but they would all laugh about it because of just how much fun they had.
Their mother would start to clap slowly, but seeing how her husband is completely unamused seeing their children act completely foolishly and.... Having fun, she will clap more enthusiastically, and congratulate them at how much effort and passion they had put into their performance. (Genuinely, she loved it)

.ೃ࿐How we met*ೃ༄
Husband!Han x wife!fem!reader
Category: fluff ❤,angst ☁︎ (technically their is some smut, maybe a tiny tiny bit, you won't even notice!)
Warnings: ♡ None ♡ (a tiny tiny tiny bit smut, but you won't notice)
You were happily married to your highschool sweetheart, Han Jisung. You had three beautifull children. Two boys and one girl, the boys were named Han Jr. and Sungie. The girl was named Scarlett-Soo, (you named her).
The two boys were already teenagers and the girl had just turned nine. One day you were in the kitchen, cooking some food. Your daughter came up to you and asked:
'엄마 (mama), how did you and 다다이즘 (dada) meet?'
You smiled , those precious moments, your teenage years were filled with Hannie, your precious husband, your entire world.
'I met your 다다이즘 (dada) a long time ago...'
♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°♡
How you met is a very beautiful story. It was a beautiful day... in the 90s... a beautiful school day. This day, April 10, 1994, would change everything for you. Exactly 30 years ago you met the love of your life...
You were 14 at the time in 1994. You were a troublemaker, a real teenager.
You were in class, of course you were sitting very far away from your best friend. You could never be quiet and always burst into fits of laughter.
'Good morning students. Everyone, pick up your books on page 224. Today we're going to delve deeper into the literature of William Shakespeare.'
Here we go again, you thought. Suddenly the classroom door opened and you saw a boy standing there. Your eyes were immediately glued to him.
"I apologize for disturbing you, but I have a new student here for you."
He gave some documents to your teacher, he read them thoroughly.
“Han Jisung… welcome to this school. You can take a seat in the front row next to…”
his gaze suddenly turned cold “…I/N Y/N.”
he pointed in your direction. Of course you knew that your teacher never liked you, ever since day one, but that didn't bother you. You liked some challenges.
The boy named Han looked in your direction. His face radiated a kind of friendliness.
“Howdy neighbor, my name is Y/N.”
"Hey, my name is Han, Han Jisung."
'Cool.'
Such an innocent introduction grew into something much bigger, and you didn't even realize it at the time.
♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°♡
The two of you were running from a teacher. Why actually? Han was a real joker and troublemaker just like you. You placed small needles on your teacher's chair, I don't have to explain the rest.
You were laughing as you ran. Everyone could hear an ego from your laughter. Of course you were the only ones who were so loud.
'Anyway.'
"Maybe we should use super glue..."
'Or duck tape...'
'Or rope...'
'We are brilliant.'
"That's because there are two of us."
'Better a duo than uno.'
“Wise words from Han Jisung.”
'Fantastic.'
you gave each other a high-five.

“Hello Miss I/N.”
Han said to your mother.
'Ahh, hello Han. How's school? Didn't you play too many tricks?'
"No, not too much."
She laughed.
"You two sneaks go upstairs."
'Thank you, Madam.'
Your mother thought you were hilarious, of course if it went too far, she would stop it. But you were raised very well, with the idea of still showing respect.
The two of you went to your room. You had a boombox in your room with all kinds of CDs. Han turned on some music and you started dancing and singing together. You held hands and started spinning each other around.
Your parents heard you from downstairs.
"These two scoundrels." your mother laughed.
'Just like us.' your father added with a kiss.
Your father and mother loved each other dearly.
"Those two are going to end up together."
'Do you think?'
'I don't think, I know.'
♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°♡
1997
'Hannie!'
you shouted whenever you saw him. You ran to him and brought him in for a cuddle.
'How are you doing?'
"You act like we haven't seen each other for years."
'Alright sir. Did anything special happen?'
His face lit up.
"Yes, I dared to ask a girl out!"
You were super happy for him.
'Real?! Finally, what's her name?'
“Her name is Jennie, she's in my English class. She has beautiful black hair and she's just so... I don't know how to explain it.'
'Aww, Hannie. Do you know what to do? Introduce her to our friend group!'
'Is that a good idea?'
'Sure!
' You were happy for him...
♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°♡
After school, Han took Jennie to the skate park, where your group of friends always sat. She was very friendly and happy.
Your group of friends consisted of Lee Know, you, Han, Hanni and Jin. Everyone liked her except Hanni... because she was actually trying to set you up with Han.
You were all chatting with each other when suddenly Han gave Jennie a little kiss.
Something inside you broke. You thought maybe it was normal because you were a single pringle and always have been. Maybe it's just weird to see that.
♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°♡
You tried to convince yourself for a month that this wasn't a crush. No, that's just not possible, this was Han. Han your best friend. Ordinary Han.
After a while you started dreaming about him too. Sometimes tears would well up in your eyes when you talked to Jennie. It wasn't until a week later that you realized... you were in love with him....
Of course the first person you told was Hanni, your best friend. It was immediate drama.
“Are you serious Y/N?! I've been trying to set you up for years, and only now have I stopped doing so.'
"How could I know that?"
"Because you know your feelings, right?" '
Yes I think..'
"Look, Han has a girlfriend now." "
Yes, I know, but every time I see them..."
tears came to your eyes.
"...I-I don't know why...but..."
Hanni hugged you.
'Shh, I get it, I get it, you compris je comprends. Look, if it's true love, fate will do you good.'
'Do you think?'
'I don't just think so, I definitely am'
♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°♡·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°¯°·.·°·.·°°°·..·°♡
2000
You were now 19. And still Han didn't break up with his girlfriend, Jennie. You weren't angry about that, of course, but it was painful to see them kissing or hugging each other.
Of course if Han was happy, you were happy too, you always wished him happiness.
One day you thought, I'm nineteen, maybe I should try to get to know someone? Maybe that will help me? Maybe... You and Han drifted a little further apart, but not too far.
One day you met someone, his name was Changbin, you wanted to introduce him to the rest... You went to the skate park with him, after all these years it was still your meeting place.
'Hello everyone, I want to introduce someone to you. This is Changbin.”
Han looked up at him and you. At first he thought it was strange that you hadn't said anything about it, but that wasn't always the case.
Changbin's arm surrounded you, which bothered Han a bit, but he had a girlfriend, so... Everyone thought Changbin was fantastic. They thought he was hilarious and his laughter was contagious.
When he started laughing, everyone around him automatically laughed too, except Han...
Han didn't know what was wrong with him. Something stuck in his heart. He just couldn't bear it.
Eventually he also started to neglect his girlfriend a bit. They eventually broke up.

2002
After two years, you and Changbin broke up. It wasn't a bad break up. You still remained friends. It was a bit difficult at first, but after two months you were back on your own two feet. You were at university at that time, so your studies were more important.
You and Han still hadn't shared your feelings with each other, even though everyone in your group of friends knew what was going on between you. It was just too hard. You were both too scared to lose your friendship. Of course you guys went on innocent dates sometimes, if you know what I mean.
In 2002 you also started your own career. You had a great passion for music, so you started your own band. It was called Xoxo. That band put you in the spotlight. It was a very popular band in the 2000s.
Your concept changed fashion. You were in that band with four other girls. Collette, Coraline, Violette and Diasy. You always just called them: Coll, Cori, Vicky and Dia. Han also came into the spotlight through his boy group Straykids. It was a strange year, 2002.

2006
When you were 25, the girlgroup Xoxo disbanded. The girls still had fame, everyone went their own path. You went off to the path of acting.
You and Han had finally shared your feelings towards each other. After so many years, you finally dared to take each other's hands and start a new chapter in your lives. Of course you didn't get married right away. Even though you loved each other for 9 years.

2009
You and Han got married in 2009. It was a beautiful wedding, very traditional. The wedding party was attended by his boy group Straykids, of course the former members of Xoxo and not forgetting your group of friends from your teenage years.
Your parents told all kinds of stories about the two of you, back when you were teenagers. The wedding night was the best night of your life. It was full of love and passion, the love and passion you shared for each other.

2010
2010 was the birth of your first child, Han Jr. Han didn't leave your side during the birth. He held your hand the whole time.
You were proud of yourselves for being able to create something so wonderful. Such a beautiful little baby. Han thought it was so wonderful that tears rolled down his cheeks.

2011
Your second baby boy was born, Sungie. The birth took 20 hours, not the birth itself, but to get to 10 centimeters. It was a hard time that day, but you did it. You could say Sungie was a very special baby boy, he had the perfect weight and perfect measurements, but every baby is special in his own way.

2015
You and Han focused for a while on your careers and on your two baby boys. But one day, you accidently got pregnant. Not really 'accidently', but the pregnancy wasn't planned. When you two found out it was a girl, you were pretty excited. A little baby girl, Han's little princess.
The moment Han saw her, he couldn't get away from her. She was daddy's little princess, she still is and forever will be.

2015-2024
Through the years you won many oscars and Han many grammy's. Straykids did eventually disband, but they were still very close. People always asked how you two always stayed this young. You could say that your kids kept you youthy, but you two always were very childish. Han didn't even change a bit, you didn't either. You love grew foreachother everyday. You two still acted a bit like horny teenagers when you two were home alone.
Han Jr. was alreaddy populair at school, you couldn't say you were suprised. He had the looks and the character from his dad, no wonder the girls twirl around him.
Sungie was a more shy-type, but that doesn't mean people liked him less. He had a very unique personality and he was a mix between you and Han. He had your eyes, Han's nose, your lips, Han's faceshape.
Scarlett-Soo was maybe daddy's girl, but she was the mini-verse of you. She was alreaddy a mischief at a young age, but you controlled it well.

'And thats how we met Soo-Soo.'
'Wow, thats a longgg story 엄마.'
'Yeah thats love sweetty.'
'What are mine two favorite lady's talking about?' Han came inside of the kitchen.
' 엄마 told me how you two met, 다다이즘' (Mama,........ dada.)
Han came standing next to you, with his arm around your waist.
'Is that so?'
'예!' (Yes)
'Why won't you go play with your 형제, 좋아요?' (....,brothers, okay?)
'알았어, bye 엄마 아빠' (Okay,... mama and dada.)
Scarlett ran outside and started to look for her brothers.
'I hope you only told them the good stuff.' he smirked.
'With you theirs only the good stuff.' you grinned.
He brought your two lips together and kissed you softly. He bit playfully your underlip.
'Not when the kids are around,아기.' (..... darling.)
'When do their uncels come over?' he asked
'In a hour.'
'Hmmm, i will try to wait for a hour.'
'Hmm you better do baby.'
You heard your kids footsteps so you two started to talk about an other theme.
'The weather is great today, don't you think?' he said
'Oh yeah the weather, yeah its beautifull, don't you think?'
'Yeah, its beautifull.'
''알았어, Soo is annoying me again!' Sungie screamed.
'사실이 아니다!' (Not true!')
You picked her up and started rocking her.
'당신의 삼촌 , they come in less than a hour.' (Your uncels,....)
'Yay!' she moved excited.
You loved your family, you couldn't imagine your life without them. Everything was perfect, even tho sometime's there were arguments. But a marriage with no arguments, is no marriage.
'I will dress this little hamster up.'
'Okay baby.' he kissed your cheek.
'Ewww.' Han Jr. mummered.
'Love is love.' Han sang.
Love is indeed love.
