Bit of a random question, but as a teen I'm curious, what would you want to say to kids of today? Any advice?

Hm... every person's life journey is different, but I don't mind giving a few tips based on my personal experiences! If they can help in anyway then I am glad for it!

Life will always change. YOU will change. You may feel stuck or trapped in some aspect of your life right now and are worried that things will never get better. But they do... it will take time, but you will get there so long as you keep moving forward.

Try not to stress too much. All those things that seem like such a big deal right now... most of them will be forgotten within a few years. So it helps when you feel overwhelmed to step back and not let these little (or even big) missteps take control of your life.

No really, go touch grass. I can not express how important it is to disconnect from social media and just be present in the moment. Going out to a cafe or a park to help you unwind and ground yourself. If life allows, try traveling! Even if it's just a road trip. Get out and see and experience different things because those will be the memories that will stick with you!

Change things up. Even if that's just taking a different path to school or trying a different snack. I find that stepping away from the mundane daily schedule helps bring so much more variety to my life and helps me be more present in the moment.

Be flexible. Especially in your goals and expectations. We're expected at such a young age to choose our destination in life, when it's the journey itself that we should be seeking. So while it's great to have goals, do not make them so rigid that you will deem yourself a failure should they not come to pass. Often times it's the things that surprise us in life that help lead us to opportunities we had never even considered.

Your worth does not come from what you produce, or how many milestones you hit, or how much money you make. It is something you give yourself as you relearn time and time again to love yourself.

Your health is important! It is something we often take for granted when we’re younger but it will mean so much as you age. Also should you feel that you’re ever in pain or unwell, speak up. There are so many instances of people coming to greater harm because they only listened to the first doctor who brushed them off. Seek a second opinion. Know that your body is worth proper care!

Just because you have to grow old does not mean you have to "grow up." Those things you loved that sparked joy in you as a kid? Hold onto them or find new ways to instill them into your life. Keep that passion and remember what fun is! Because you will need it just as much when you're older. It is a major ingredient in the spice of life.

Remember, you ARE special. You may not feel like it... but the fact that you exist is such a mind boggling feat in this vast universe of mostly empty space. While that may be difficult to grasp as we are, stuffed in this tiny jewelry box we call Earth, that does not make any one of us any less special in the grand scheme of things. And in this tiny but overflowing box of treasures, there is no gem that is quite like you. You managed against all odds to come into existence. That is AMAZING. Congratulations! Hard part is already done. Now go shine!

With the habit of visiting Bucky pretty often, Scarlett was already very familiar with his neighborhood, and was even able to recognize some of his neighbors. She waved quickly to one of them, before taking the keys he had given her to access the place.

The first thing she noticed when opening the door was the low music—and she smiled when she identified the sound. Scarlett had noticed before that his musical style wasn't exactly consistent, but she tended to like almost everything she ended up listening to there. And the second thing she noticed was the delicious smell of freshly prepared pancakes. What really caught her attention, however, faster than anything else, was the sight of Alpine, in the living room.

“Good morning Bucky!”  She said enthusiastically, approaching the cat very carefully, to try and pet Alpine. Cats were her weakness, and she simply loved Alpine. While doing so, she tried to look at Bucky too. “Oh– I’d love some pancakes, they smell great!” She got up and approached him after a few moments. “It looks like today is a good day, huh?”

The music was low, and Bucky found himself humming along. His tastes were eclectic, always had been, but the internet made it so he could go from one of his old big band favourites one minute to dubstep the next. At the moment, it was the former, and his hips were swaying as he stacked up the pancakes he'd been making. It was late morning, sun shining through his kitchen windows, Alpine laid out in a sunbeam on the windowsill.

His head cocked to one side at the sound of the door opening. Only a select handful of people had a key and access codes to his place, and so he had a good idea as to who his visitor was. Sticking his head out into the hall, his guess was confirmed and he offered her a warm smile.

"C'mon in, kiddo," he called. "I got enough batter left to make you some pancakes if you like."

Something I've been thinking a lot about lately is how everyone thought Egon had gone insane. What Happened that made them think that. They've fought a gigantic Stay Puft Marshmellow Man TWICE (counting the 2009 video game because iirc it's canon? Correct me if I'm wrong), fought an interdimensional god, fought a blood thirsty ruler that killed thousands and was hated by all that was trapped in a painting (and managed to get in to beat him by making THE STATUE OF LIBERTY start walking down the street with slime that reacted purely based on vibes), found an underground abandoned transit system full of the moodslime, had a bathtub try to eat Dana and her baby, fought a giant murderous black widow lady, fought the fisherman ghost who turned an entire hotel floor into the bottom of a ocean, and that's not even mentioning them getting trapped on an island that randomly raised up from underwater that had been abandoned for decades created by Ivor Shandor who worshipped Gozer. So what did he do or say that made everyone else think he'd gone insane?? All I can think is maybe he was acting strange / eratic before, but he's always been like that to some degree.

I don't know. It's something that I've been thinking about. The correct answer is 'it's not that deep and they needed a reason that the others weren't together anymore and weren't aware of Egons death or know what was going on,' but also. What Was He Saying that prompted everyone, including Ray, to think he lost his mind when he'd been right almost every time before that.

I'm genuinely so curious as to what he was up to before this. What was he doing. What insane idea was working on prior to this or was he even working on anything at all??

Also want to clarify this post isn't negative 😭 I really love the newer movies and their lore / the newer storyline / characters, I just like thinking about small stupid things like this. Gives me something to think about / speculate about / figure out an answer to.

wine glasses are stupid because they're so big and deep because you're allegedly supposed to *only* fill them halfway so you can swirl the wine, but who even does that? Not me

So I pour myself two glasses and fill the glass like it was intended, and two glasses=an entire bottle of wine, and now im kinda hungover 😕
