this isnt meant to come across as hostile (and im super sorry if it does /gen) and i get the confusion because v3 is literally the most popular danganronpa game BUT

can people please please PLEASE stop calling thh and sdr2 "v1" and "v2". v3 is called v3 because it's the 53rd season of the danganronpa series in that stand-alone universe. the v in v3 is the roman numeral for 5, not "version" or "volume". trigger happy havoc isn't "danganronpa 51". goodbye despair isn't "danganronpa 52". calling them v1 and v2 is not only incorrect outside of the game's lore and not the names of the games at all, it's also completely incorrect in v3's lore (which, i will note, is an alternate universe that has its own unique canon and isn't tied to the first two games in storyline). thh and sdr2 are the first two seasons of the show, and v3 is the 53RD SEASON. i am GENUINELY BEGGING danganronpa fans to stop using v1 and v2 it is a genuine pet peeve. both thh and sdr2 have their own subtitles you can use when talking about them, you can even refer to thh as dr1 if you want. the games are named the way they are FOR A REASON
