Like the biggest issue here is the lack of protection sm gave Seunghan and how they bowed down to parasocial weirdos. Which btw they still have said nothing about!!!!!!!! Like I know that you know damn well that they are going to give him a half assed solo debut. Respectfully, as an sm group fan and a HUGE Nct fan, we all saw what happened with Lucas, get so serious. I don’t want that to happen, and more importantly here it doesn’t change the key issue once again, THAT THEY HAVE STILL SAID AND DONE NOTHING ABOUT THE CONSTANT HARASSMENT SEUNGHAN HAS RECIEVED FOR A LITERAL FUCKING YEAR!!!!!! Believe me I want to be happy, but HOLY SHIT I am too busy being pissed that they did not address the biggest issue everyone had!! Not only that but they let Riize take the brunt of it!!!!! actually, let me correct this statement.

im going through mixed feelings with this decision from sm. i feel like this was really a “here, take this” decision on their part. because they seen that we were boycotting so hard. (why else would they put that statement in english, when it’s usually just in korean, and we have to take the time to translate it, they’ve never done that before, im telling you, it’s because they are trying to appease us, rii7e’s international fans)

so im really thinking, if he didn’t want to come back to riize due to the hate, to which sm didn’t do SHIT til after the fact… why debut him as a soloist? when you know the fans have been boycotting for the PROTECTION & REINSTATEMENT of him into riize. not for you to shove him to the side.

but what im mixed about is what if seunghan wanted this? what if he still wanted to make music, but is still afraid of the hate, and due to his contract, his only choice is to stay under sm?

either way, from what ive seen this has just put a rift in between ot7 briizes.

some are for his debut.

and some feel like it’s strike breaker.

and personally, until i hear it from seunghan himself, that he wanted to do this INSTEAD of being REINSTATED with the boys, i believe that this was purely sm’s doing.

this is beyond the point now. what’s stopping these fans from doing this again?

what if anton goes back home again & decides to hang with his friends, who happen to be girls, again. what if they see him a little too close to one of them? what’s stopping them from jumping him? and we’ve already seen how he reacts with cameras shoved in his face.

we want protection & reinstatement.
