Visitors from another world

Aquaman just went through the Zeta tranport after Batman called on him to come to the Watchtower since Constantine wasn't responding.

He followed batman toward the large glass mirror showing space, J'onn were trying to lure a child size sea angel boy or girl with a mini nasa space shuttle slowly toward the Watchtower, glowing eyes beaming at the toy with his long flowing white hair waving as if under the ocean with electric sparking as his body was nearly transparent with a Y shape on his little chest swaying in space, freshly made star dust being left behind.

"We have no idea where this 'alien' came from, but so far, J'onn isn't getting anything beside the words coming from Voyager Golden Record an-

'I don't believe there isn't just one, Batman.'

Aquaman and Batman turns to J'onn as Silver Ships with glowing green highlights, and the word F on them was far off in the distance of space, and other floating beings leading them, a pharaoh flying holding the actual Voyager Golden Record, and a black haired lady whom body's was covered in constantly growing glowing fruits being take by tiny blob creatures going back to the ship.

The people in the green tint windows of the ships had pointed ears, green, red, blue, and purple eyes.

The Ambassador

So! It was finally happening. After Years of Pleading with the Guardians and other Ruling Bodies of the Galactic Community, the Justice League had finally gotten then to agree to create an Alliance with Earth.

With an Alliance, Earth would gain the Protection of Multiple Empires and The Guardians, which would mean an end to the Constant Alien Invasions they faced. There was also the legal opening of Trade Routes between Planets to exchange Technology and Resources on the Galactic Scale.

Of course Earth would return the Favor, legally being able to defend it's Allies with its unusually large population if Superheroes and quickly advancing Tech, while also trading Tech and Resources between Planets.

Of course the battle was not entirely won yet.

They still needed to begin Negotiations to see if both sides would even agree to the Alliance in the First Place, as well as decide on the specifics of the Treaty. The United Nation's would decide on Ambassadors to represent the different countries, while the different Alien Governments would send an Ambassador Each.

When the Ambassadors arrived, they asked to be introduced to the Representatives of the Planet. Except, they claimed that there was a missing Member.

They claimed that there was one more Major Kingdom on the Planet, the most Powerful One, which they felt must be at the Negotiations.

When asked who this missing Ambassador was, they simply replied, "King Phantom of the Infinite Realms, he and a Shard of his Kingdom reside on this Planet, do they not?"

Now they are working around the clock to find this missing Kingdom, because the Alien Ambassadors refused to negotiate without the most powerful Kingdom at the Table, and they woud not wait forever.

Just who was this "King Phantom", and why had he not revealed himself yet?

Sam and Tucker sat on the Couch in their apartment, staring at the TV as the Chosen Representatives for America finished their Speech. Apparently the Peace Talks had been put on Hold for a few more days as they did some last minute preparations. Something about making their Guests more comfortable before they began discussing politics.

"Hey Danny, they're delaying the Negotiations for a few more days." Sam called over to the Kitchen.

"Aw, what?!" Shouted Danny from the Kitchen, sounding extremely disappointed, "I just finished making all the Popcorn!"

"I know Honey, its too bad." Tucker comforted his Partner, "Let's marathon Star Trek instead, how about that?"

Danny slumped out of kitchen and into the Couch between them, steaming bowl of Popcorn in his Lap, "I guess. We can make good use of all this popcorn at least."

Sam patted him on the arm, "Hey it's okay, the Talks will just take a few more days."

Danny shrugged, "Yeah, you're right. Man, what I wouldn't give to be in that Room."

The Justice League and associates are invited to party/ball as representatives of earth on a distant alien planet. Along with many other representatives from many other planets.

For whatever reason Red Hood is brought along and eventually splits off from the group to presumably be a wall flower for the rest of the party.

Red Hood is later found flirting with some other, humanoid, teen. He's under the impression that he'll probably not be able to keep in consistent contact.

Nearing the end of the event most (everyone?) is surprised when the Teen comes up shyly to Hood and states that they actually live on Earth part time and if they want to keep in touch here's their number.

Popular understanding of military technologies and capabilities is weirdly frozen in like, WWII and the cold war, even with the incredibly televisied bombing of Baghdad, the constant reports from Gaza and the unprecedented level of public and open source documentation of Ukraine.

And I know people are aware of like drone strikes but they really do not understand what the current capabilities are. The Brimstone is twenty years old. There are weaponised military lasers deployed right now. The US removed the explosives from a missile and gave it radial blades just to avoid killing people more than a metre away from an individual target. Semi-autonomous hunter killer drones are being deployed right now. Have you seen current gen military thermal cameras? People are using publicly available civilian satellite imaging services to do open source battle damage assessment. There are weapons in space and all three major space powers are testing and drilling anti space capabilities in orbit right now. Hell, they are actively attacking each others space infrastructure right now as we speak.

I think if people were aware of the levels of precision, autonomy and interconnectedness in munitions they'd be terrified. None of this is science fiction

Accepting a deal from Clockwork to keep his dimension alive and free from harm or destruction, Danny has to sacrifice himself in a way he never truly grasped when he agreed to the deal.

He could never go back to his original earth. He must take up the duties of a Monitor (it isn’t an inheritable position as far as I know in comics but consider the pain of a bleeding heart with the need to protect having to do a job of apathy and observance) And most importantly of all: he must not interfere.

Clockwork watches his apprentice watch over his assigned dimension, the young man watching keenly over all, fingers itching to move and take action.

Eventually something will push him to break his path, and when it does, Phantom will be put on the path of greatness.
