So 2 possibilities and it can become dualistic because of the 9 of Wands. The 9 of w depicts a person who can be on their guard due to all of the stress they’ve been through and this card can also depict a seasoned person who has seen a lot of things and learned from the past.

💕**I wrote this in complete delirium after staying up for far too long. That being said please excuse any spelling or grammar errors.**

A complete 360(+5) {Pt. 1}

Today is the day, it’s been 365 days since you moved to Linkon city. Even better, it’s been 365 days since you met your boys. It wasn’t always that way, “your boys”, it took a lot of what you’re calling exposure therapy and convincing for the 4 of them to finally learn to play nice together. A year in and they’re still not perfectly in love with each other but the growth of a relationship and some camaraderie between them is so thick in the air you can reach out and touch it. It is still early in the morning as you make your way to the hunters association, your watch that is counting your footsteps alerts you to a fluctuation of metaflux nearby. You look up at the building just in front of you then back at your watch before letting out a heavy sigh. Taking off in a sprint you head towards where the trouble was, to your surprise Xavier is already there. He was always the first on the scene and the first to leave, your resonance helps him out a bit but honestly it’s like he doesn’t even need you as his partner. You furrow your brows and tilt you head as you watch him expertly attack the wanderer that spawned in the protofield, a single swing of his light blade and a blindingly bright flash of his evol dissipates the wanderer before you even have your hunters association gun out of its holster. Come to think of it, Xavier is your upstairs neighbor and since you both work in the same place- you think- shouldn’t you have seen him leaving your guys shared apartment building this morning?

Xavier catches sight of you as he reaches out grabbing the protocore the wanderer dropped. He crushes it in his fist instinctively before looking down at the dust in his palm now blowing away in the wind. Those signature blue puppy dog eyes land on you again as he walks closer. He knew he messed up. “Xavier! We’re supposed to collect those to take back to the association!” He blushes embarrassed at being caught and looks down at his palm once more, before he can speak a yawn cuts him off which makes you giggle. He was always so tired, ready to sleep at *any* time. Literally! You’ve seen him fall asleep standing up. “I’m sorry y/n. I guess I just do it out of habit. The next one is all yours I swear!”

As your eyes meet his you can’t help the smile that forms on your lips, big hopeful bright blue orbs stare back at you and you roll your eyes playfully. “Yeah, yeah. I’ve heard it all before. Thanks for handling the wanderer, come on we should head to the association since I was almost there when my watch went off”

And awkward beat passes between the two of you as Xavier scratches the back of his neck. “I actually have to get going..I’ve to got..” his eyes stay locked on you and you can tell he’s making up a lie and too lazy to hide it. “I really gotta go get my dry cleaning. They threatened to re-dirty it if I wasn’t on time to get it”. Just like that he was gone, leaving you to walk back to the hunters building alone.

Xavier checks his phone as he walks towards Asiko hospital, the text from Zayne sitting read on his screen. The doctor had summoned him wanting to have a talk about y/n, he couldn’t help but wonder what for. The curiosity that wrinkled his brow immediately festered out when he entered Doctor Zaynes office to see both Rafayel and Sylus also standing there with him. Mouth and brows now pressed into a straight line Xavier crossed his arms and looks around the office. “You said you wanted to talk. I was working, y/n and I had a serious mission to take care of. What are these two doing here?”

Sylus raises his hand and opens his mouth to speak but is quickly cut off by Zayne with an icy finger his only warning to the taller to remain silent. “Sylus texted me in the middle of the night to remind me to remind you both that it is our one year with y/n”. A quick glance around the room to nodding heads and quizzical looks is all it takes for Zayne to continue.

“He had a proposal of a way for *all* of us to be able to celebrate our time with her together-“ Zayne is cut off by Rafayel’s usual sassy tone.

“If it’s any idea coming from this perverted old man I’m already not a fan!” He puffs his cheeks and folds his arms over his chest while glaring at the metallic haired man. Sylus only responds with narrowed eyes at the fish so Zayne can continue explaining his idea. “He wants to make it a rather romantic and fun evening for our girl. She’s off work at about 7 tonight, which lines up nicely as I should be leaving the hospital around then”

Sylus raises his hand to interject and before anyone can tell him no he’s used his evol to manipulate a nearby paperweight as a threatening object. “Kitten has been working very hard lately, I think she deserves a little *reward*”

A pleased look on his face he crosses one arm over his chest and taps at his temple with his free hand. “We make her a nice dinner to come home to, something refreshing and light. Then for dessert?..” he pauses for a moment- extra dramatic effect because all of these men have a flare for the dramatic. “All of us!” He pauses again as if he expects some sort of round of applause for his sexually charged idea.

*crickets*

Zayne allows Sylus to sit in the silence a moment, just for his own amusement to see the big bad leader of Onychinus fidget at not getting praise. After he’s had his moment he takes control of the conversation once more, noticing Xavier nodding off to sleep leaned against the bookcase. Pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose he nods towards the blondie asking Rafayel to wake him. “What Sylus means… is we will make her a nice meal which we will all sit down and eat together. Then if she is agreeable, we can all spend the rest of the evening helping her to *thoroughly relax*” he says doing air quotes.

Xavier who had just come back to the conversation looks at the room with narrowed eyes. Over the last year his possessiveness has never dulled and as expected he is usually the least on board for group activities. “Wait- so you just wanna feed her and put her to bed? How is that romantic at all?”

It was Rafayel’s turn to be disappointed, pinching the bridge of his nose and sighing he tilts his head to meet Xavier’s gaze. “I have no idea what y/n see in you..”. He mutters to himself in glubglubnese out of exasperation. “They’re saying we make her a nice meal and then we can all…*play* with her for the rest of the night”. The attitude in his voice is married with him narrowing his eyes at Xavier with a slight nod of suggestion to make sure he understands.
