Etho is the fourth or fifth tallest hermit depending on whether you count Mumbo and Skizz as one place or two (they're the same height) and Joel is Joel. He's not particularly short, per se, but he's not far off Bdubs.

Joel has recently taken to pulling Etho down to his height "to annoy him". Etho won't say he likes it, but Joel knows anyways.

One time Etho tried to lift him up in retaliation. It went badly, and he never did it again, but Joel will admit it was fun until he nearly fell.

He thinks he prefers yanking Etho down anyway. Etho trying to pick him up was pretty cute, though. Not as cute as how apologetic the guy was after - would've thought he'd set the kitchen on fire!

...After a minute or two of agonizing and awkward waiting, the camera finally took focus, colors flooding the screen. What stood in plain view was a short gentleman with tanned, bronzed skin and short, black curly hair. They smiled sheepishly, smoothing back their hair and brushing off their suit. Regarding MeRecorder's recent repairs, I would like to ask a few questions, if you wouldn't mind answering?

This way, employees from tech support can aid you and MeRec when it comes to future repairs, and possible issues in MeRec's systems, and possible ways to fix said issues.

It is important to ensure that more than one individual work to fix these issues, to ensure that no one can implement any features that point to malicious intent or bias, especially due to MeRec's position as CEO. I hope you understand this, and that tech supports' involvement in these possible issues doesn't come across as an invasion of privacy.

First question: What was the reason behind MeRec's recent repairs?

Second question: Were the files MeRec read moments before the repair tied to the repair itself? If so, why?

Last question(though this question is more for personal information, I believe the answer could help in the future):

Well first of all, she did end up reading the files, but they caused her immense emotional distress. So, as anyone would, I helped her out! Gave her a bit of a cleanup if you will. And the files?

If you want to find the files and figure out what's in them, be my guest! Just be warned - I can do worse then what I did to Merec

Oh and good luck getting her chip out! Even if you mange - its wiped some of her memories!

Etho is an arctic fox. Which means, after winter, he sheds worse than a big fluffy dog, and anyone who tries to hang around with him ends up covered in hair if they even so much as brush up against his hand while they're walking.

Joel thinks it's annoying, but it's not like he's going to avoid Etho the whole time he's shedding. He couldn't do it for a week, let alone a month. Or however long it takes. All he knows is that it takes too long to avoid Etho for that long.

It also would fundamentally be a fool's goal. Even if he could avoid Etho (which he couldn't) then comes avoiding anywhere Etho's been. Anywhere he's sat. Even shulkers he's opened! The hair gets everywhere, it's a fact of life.

What Joel has done instead is invested in some really good slime to gather it all up. Keeps his clothes a little cleaner, but not much.

i’d like to throw in gammamon/gulusgammamon from digimon ghost game :3 idk if you know anything about digimon but basically theyre two digimon who share one body and usually only one of them controls that body but sometimes both of them control it at the same time. gammamon has amnesia whenever gulusgammamon was in control and doesnt know about them but gulusgammamon remembers most of it (when it is brought up).

ive headcanoned them as a system since the start and have seen others who also think theyre a system!! (technically gammamon’s other evolutions might be separate alters but w them its not as obvious as w gulusgammamon)
