Introducing: TRANSFORMERS FOR PALESTINE

Have you wanted to help Palestinians but didn't know how or didn't have a way to ? Do you like transformers ? This is a way you can directly help !!!

We're holding a raffle event to fundraise for Ruba and Iyad's families ! (You can see our introduction for them here along with vetting details)

Interest Check is OPEN from October 23-30 !!

This project means a lot to us so it would be greatly appreciated if you could fill out the form linked above so we can gauge the level of interest for this :] Artist applications will be up next week and the form for purchasing raffle tickets will be up the week after !

How it will work (subject to change) :

☆ A raffle ticket can be purchased by donating just $5 USD or more to their campaign and you can donate and enter as many times as you want !

☆ A winner (or even several if we have enough artists !) will get selected randomly every week for one month and they will get a personal commission from one of our artists !

★ We have 1 artist working with us currently but the more the merrier ! If you can't donate, you can absolutely contribute as an artist :]

second edit: idk about adding the ableism cw tag because, while the symptoms can be like psychosis symptoms, it's not necessarily mental illness. If I understand that correctly. I dont mean to overstep or misinterpret. Though it IS ableism in regards to people use use drugs in that it's rather mocking of their illness. Anyways I type too much

Dream SMP Sixteenth Day Event: Limbo Month!

This is a monthly event celebrating the Dream SMP's iconic 16th day of the month, this time under the theme of limbo!

How to participate:

There are no sign-ups this time! Just use one of the nine prompts listed above to create a piece of art, writing, or something else—whatever you like! Please keep in mind that this is an event focused on the Dream SMP story and characters, although AUs are also welcomed. With this month being the spooky season, your works should have something to do with one of the Dream SMP's spookiest elements: the limbo that comes after death.

On October 16th, post your work! Remember to @ this blog and use the tag #sixteenthdayevent so I can reblog anything you create!

I hate what the Internet has done to IBS.

You have to plan your life around it. Feel like going out? You can but only if you avoid specific foods, drinks, and follow a strict food regiment 3 days leading up to going out. Having a good day? Maybe a sudden wave of cramps will hit while you're no where near a toilet. Walking around the house? Maybe the pain will start and you will be forced to curl up on the floor to help ease it.

Is it a disability? Not by itself. But is is VERY common in disabled people, the symptoms are gross by regular standars and it hurts like hell. The last thing people with IBS need is the Internet at large turning it into 'shit disorder' which can be made fun of as used as a gag for TV and movies, games, 'unlikeable' characters, even 'your fave has x' blogs.

I'm tired of the stigma around IBS and similar conditions. We deserve to be able to talk about it with out people saying "maybe not in public- you'll gross people out".

I hope you're having a good day, that your cramps aren't bad and that when you do use the toilet it's not painful.
